Q: How is this different from K02 four-factors?

K02 lists use/qty/budget/cert gaps and a long draft. K10 (alibaba-inquiry-conversion) writes the first-reply conversion draft after facts are confirmed or marked unseen: 24-hour reply, real certificates only, lock-price reminder, human send. Do not bind both Skills to one task prompt.

Q: Will it auto-send to the buyer?

No. Hard rules require send_gate=pending. A person presses Messenger send.

Q: Can it claim a high conversion rate because we reply fast?

No invented conversion rates, win-rates, or “enable TA lifts X.” Citable official lines are: reply within 24 hours and share real certificates; once quoted, you own the price.

Q: Do formal RFQs use this pack?

No. Formal RFQs hand off to alibaba-rfq-quotation (K06). This pack is for casual inquiry / TM / inbox first replies.

Bottom line: For a casual inquiry first reply, use uploadable inquiry-conversion (YAML name: alibaba-inquiry-conversion) and write from confirmed facts only: reply within 24 hours, share real certificates, own the quoted price. This pack is not the four-factor gap table, not a four-part RFQ quote, and not a TA enable button. Triage is K05; long gap drafts are K02; formal RFQ is K06; TA accept-check is K08; sampling is K09. A person presses send.

1. Why inquiry conversion needs its own Skill

Teams often write “we reply fast” as if that were a conversion rate, or paste a certificate number that is not on file. K07 only flags the 24-hour overdue queue. The reply itself needs a pack that writes facts and refuses invented win-rates. The K06 RFQ pack already excludes casual inquiry to alibaba-inquiry-conversion. This page turns that official name into an uploadable zip.

A prompt like “reply to this TM” belongs here. “Find RFQs worldwide and quote them” belongs to discovery / K06—do not force a full quote in this pack.

4. 24 hours, real certificates, lock price

Only these official lines are citable. Do not stretch them into performance promises:

Reply to inquiries within 24 hours; you may share real certificates. See Seller Learning Center PX2FWJSX.
Once quoted, you own the price; after agreement, no unilateral change of price or lead time. See Quality quotations win quality deals.

If the certificate file or master-data row is missing, the English draft says you will share the on-file certificate after the exact model is confirmed. Do not invent a number that “looks right.” Do not write conversion-rate lifts without a copied official figure—this pack has none.

5. Hard rules and handoffs

send_gate=pending. Price, lead time, MOQ, and certificates come from master data or the user’s confirmation this turn. Off-platform payment is refused; point to tradeassurance.alibaba.com. TA coverage or the three-piece accept-check hands off to K08. Sampling hands off to K09. Formal RFQ hands off to K06. Queue triage hands off to K05.

Goods funds go to the store-bound corporate account. Membership still wires to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. This pack does not write collection instructions or invent Gold / Export Tong prices.

6. Upload and dry-run

Zip per K01; upload under Capabilities → Skills (or the current client label);
Attach to an inquiry-duty Agent, not a sourcing-only or RFQ-only Agent;
Dry-run: facts in → English first reply with send_gate=pending; missing cert → unseen; past 24h → ack, no invented excuse; RFQ intent → K06; off-platform → stop;
UI follows the current client. The figure below is the K01 upload sketch.
