Bottom line:

  • This week lock who supplied the heating element or motor, and whether the finished unit was assembled in Beijiao or Ronggui. District labour copy writes Shunde’s fifth renewal as a “home-appliance capital” and Beijiao as a “home-appliance manufacturing town” — see the title-renewal note. Titles sit in the background. Do not invent output shares.
  • Street profiles write Beijiao as that manufacturing town and Ronggui with intelligent appliances among its pillars — see street profiles. Titles are not a heater lot. The high-tech zone’s Shunde park write-up names Beijiao and Ronggui in its scope — see the Shunde park page. A park name is not an assembly work order.
  • Do not copy a Qingdao energy-label filing, and do not copy Dongguan town tooling. Nansha Port only decides the sailing.

A UK buyer posts a cut-open kettle back to Beijiao: “Heating element lot must face THIS kettle. Who assembled — Beijiao or Ronggui? Do not send a showroom sample. HK invoice OK.” Sales returns a sample wall, a Hong Kong PI and a box of unfilled shells: “Shunde source, Beijiao or Ronggui can assemble, heaters interchangeable.” The buyer asks which licence and which lot made the heater, and whether assembly sat in Beijiao or Ronggui. Sales copies the wall model into the manufacturer box.

The supplier says wattage changed this week and the old lot can be retitled. Assembly says the shell colour changed and needs a new work order. Finance wants a “home-appliance-capital certification fee” in the unit price as officially required. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED will not buy a heater lot and will not buy an assembly work order.

Do not answer with “Shunde appliances can all be assembled.” Lock who made the bought-in part and which town assembled the unit. How Qingdao quotes an energy label is on the Qingdao paper. Do not paste a filing sentence onto a heater. How Dongguan quotes town tooling is on the Dongguan paper. Do not stick Chang’an talk on this kettle. Origin is on China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Below follows who supplies and who assembles.

Who supplies the heater or motor, and is the unit assembled in Beijiao or Ronggui

Hong Kong-channel sellers quoting Shunde kettles, rice cookers, fans or heaters most often get asked about the core part first. Heating tube, plate, motor — not “Shunde can fit any.” Ask the plant which licence and which lot this part is, and whether the finished unit sits in Beijiao or Ronggui.

Reply in full sentences: “Contract seller is the Hong Kong company; heater or motor licence and lot number; assembly licence and domicile written as which Beijiao or Ronggui name. Do not write ‘Shunde appliance parts interchangeable.’”

The renewal note gives titles to the district and to Beijiao town. A title is a regional arrangement, not an official heater certificate you can buy. Do not write the title into the PI as already certified.

This week’s mail goes to the heater or motor supplier, copied to assembly. Subject: “This booking’s heater or motor vs work order — contract XX.” The body can be pasted. Ask for a line-by-line reply; leave a line blank if they do not have it; do not fill “Shunde generic part”: 1) supplier licence full name and domicile; 2) heater wattage in watts, or motor model — not “usual size”; 3) bought-in lot number copied from the tube or the pack — not “standing lot”; 4) which Beijiao or Ronggui assembly work-order number it ships to; 5) this serial or inner-mark range, or “not released”; 6) whether the wall model equals this work order — yes or no only. If assembly cannot answer lines 2 and 3, sales must not fill wattage or lot for them.

Do not stand a neighbour heater in for this booking. Wattage, length and thermostat class differ. Writing “Beijiao all uses this tube” into the unit price means assembly will face the size first.

A Hong Kong company as contract seller does not make that company the heater-lot holder. Titles are on document titles. Split the seller box from the heater box.

If the inquiry is only “Shunde kettle,” ask heater or motor, and which street assembles. Quoting a “per-unit price” before that question means assembly day will miss a part first.

Lock three lines on the confirmation before you price: bought-in size (wattage or motor model); bought-in lot number; which Beijiao or Ronggui work order assembles. If one line is missing, leave the unit price blank and do not send a PI yet. Writing the two words “Shunde appliance” into the description is not what assembly faces. Assembly faces those three lines. If the buyer says “just give a price,” reply which of the three lines is still missing. Do not stand a wall model in for it.

Does the bought-in lot number face this finished-unit work order

What stalls a Shunde carton is rarely “no kettle in the district.” It is a heater lot that does not face the assembly work order. Do not invent process fees or fines.

Lay three papers on one desk. Do not send them in three WeChat messages. Paper 1 is the bought-in issue note or lot slip: it must show lot number, wattage or motor model, and which assembly work order it ships to. Paper 2 is the assembly work order: it must show work-order number, which Beijiao or Ronggui domicile, this serial range, and the bought-in lot written on the order. Paper 3 is the inner mark or nameplate: it must show a serial that falls inside paper 2’s range. If paper 1’s lot does not match paper 2’s written lot, reply “this bought-in lot does not face this assembly work order” and do not lock a price. If paper 1’s wattage or motor model does not match paper 2’s size, reply “the heater size does not face this unit,” treat it as a part change, and do not retitle. If paper 3’s serial is outside paper 2’s range, reply “this unit has no facing work order.” When the forwarder asks for vessel and voyage, if any of the three papers is still missing, do not send the booking confirmation or shipping instruction. You may enquire a slot. Do not lock a sailing.

Tube, plate, PTC, motor — write the name into the confirmation. Change one, treat it first as a possible new lot. Verbal “all heaters” will not fill this unit.

After the three papers face each other, send assembly a short receipt. Subject: “This work order vs serial — contract XX.” Ask them to reply in writing: this bought-in lot, assembly work-order number, whether the serial can face this unit. A wall photo is not a receipt attachment. If they only write “all faces,” make them refill the three-paper fields. Do not take one spoken line.

The renewal note writes a complete supporting chain. Support is a direction, not an official file already sitting on this tube. Do not write “localisation rate” into the heater-lot box.

Finance should not write a “manufacturing-town certification fee” into the unit price. The title is a city introduction. Bought-in and assembly go as contract line items, labelled as process quotes, not an official part-recognition price. There is no site-wide Shunde appliance official fee.

Before despatch, pull one unit by serial: open it and face the bought-in lot. If you cannot, write that this unit has no facing part. Do not tear a mark off the next unit and stick it on — that is another lot.

Split the supplier licence from the assembly licence — do not merge “Shunde appliance factory”

A supplier can sit in one name and assembly in another Beijiao or Ronggui name. The two licences can both exist. They cannot merge as “one Shunde factory.” Reply in lines: supplier licence; assembly licence and domicile. If a step is missing, name which one.

The commercial-invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company; fields follow 141.86. Origin stays China and follows the heater or assembly city. Do not change origin to “home-appliance capital” because the wall sits in Beijiao.

The Shunde park page writes a scope that includes Beijiao and Ronggui. A park is an administrative range. This booking still writes the licence door plate. Do not rewrite every plate as “Shunde Park” because it is easier to remember.

A Gold-Supplier audit on an assembly line is not automatically this heater. A tube change is a lot change and often a wattage change. Ask whether this booking is still the signed bought-in lot.

Beijiao industrial parks and Ronggui high-tech zone — write the licence domicile. The buyer asks for the door plate, not “all in Shunde.”

If the heater is bought in, the manufacturer box takes the licence that did the heater work — not the assembly plant. The bought-in lot number still has to face this unit. Verbal “Beijiao all uses this tube” will not fill the bought-in box.

Walk which Beijiao or Ronggui assembly line — not the sample wall

When the buyer writes “audit in Shunde,” split whether they want the sample wall, the supplier, or Beijiao or Ronggui assembly. Three gates are not one. “Shunde can be audited” is no reply.

Write one gate per day. On a Beijiao assembly day, enter only the assembly-licence gate. Show this work-order number. Do not book it as a “home-appliance-capital tour.” Walk four stations and do not add the sample wall: incoming table faces the bought-in lot slip → staging checks that the unfilled shell hangs this work order → this assembly station watches this tube or this motor enter this unit → finished scan or inner mark checks that the serial falls in the work-order range. If any station fails, stop on that station and write which paper is missing. Do not detour to the wall for a sample photo. A Ronggui assembly day uses the same walk with the Ronggui licence door plate. A supplier day does not enter the assembly gate. Walk only incoming and issue, and ask whether this lot is still there and which work order it ships to.

That day the bag holds only the three printed papers, plus one in-process unit or one unfilled shell. If the inspector asks for wattage or motor model, you can face the lot slip at incoming. If you cannot, stop at incoming. The driver’s map takes only the licence domicile and the gate phone — not the sample wall. If the buyer comes from Guangzhou South, name the drop-off and this gate. Do not write “Shunde is all close.”

If the interpreter is hall reception, they can lead the way. They cannot sign a heater lot. Reception goes on the itinerary, not in the heater box.

The day before, mail the plant and copy the gate. Subject: “Audit walks this work order only — contract XX.” Ask them to reply in writing: Beijiao assembly, Ronggui assembly or supplier that day; licence domicile and gate phone; work-order number; whether incoming can show this lot; whether staging has a shell hanging this work order. Do not write a wall model into the reply. If the plant moves the appointment to the sample wall, cancel that day. Do not turn it into a tour.

Write the itinerary in three lines for the driver: date; Beijiao or Ronggui licence domicile; supplier or assembly. The wall and the assembly line are not one ride.

Change heater wattage or motor size — do not retitle the old serial

Heater from one wattage class to another, or a motor size change, means this unit changed. The old wall model belongs to another unit. Writing “only the shell” as no need to reopen will fail when inspection faces the tube parameters or the motor plate first.

If the sample was unscrewed from a wall and bulk comes from this assembly work order, the two lots must be explainable. A wall address is not the bulk heater lot. Write which wall the sample came from, and which heater lot and which assembly work order bulk faces.

Do not share one retitled heater-lot heading across kettles, cookers and fans. Wattage and life class can differ. One class, one list. If a class is missing, write that this class is not ready.

An RFQ that says “Shunde appliance, any heater, HK seller” is split first by whether you can lock heater size. Quote the lot you can lock. Cut units you cannot explain, then price.

Before this booking leaves, sales faces five papers: bought-in size and lot; assembly work order and town domicile; each step’s licence; whether serial or inner mark names the same unit; whether inner and outer marks name the same unit. If one is missing, write which one. Do not announce a release date first.

Nansha Port goes on the bill of lading, not in the heater box

A Hong Kong company can invoice, Beijiao or Ronggui can assemble, Nansha can sail — all three at once. Load port is not origin and is not a heater lot. How Foshan quotes a kiln is on the Foshan paper — brick and wood, not this kettle.

FOB Nansha, CIF London, EXW Beijiao warehouse — three terms, three delivery points. Do not write “we deliver in Beijiao” as “we deliver at the port” without naming the warehouse. Export papers are on the export documents checklist. Where the booking stops: if the bought-in lot number is missing, you may enquire a Nansha slot but do not send the shipping instruction. If the Beijiao or Ronggui work order is missing, the bill of lading may still name Nansha as load port; leave origin and the heater box blank — do not fill them with the port. If heater wattage or motor model is missing, treat this unit as not yet this booking; do not copy a neighbour wattage into the instruction. Send the booking confirmation only after the three papers face each other. An empty sailing is safer than announcing a release date.

If the buyer wants a warehouse address, return the actual despatch warehouse — not a sample-wall unloading aisle. Name which warehouse the packing video was shot in. The video should show this work order and the heater or serial mark.

If the outer carton prints the Hong Kong English name, do not print Made in Hong Kong. Do not print a wall model as the heater lot.

Finance should not write a “home-appliance-capital certification fee” or a “collective-mark official fee” into the unit price as officially required. A title is a brand arrangement, not a must-add on this booking. There is no site-wide official price. The membership receipt does not go into the heater pack.

Questions teams actually ask

A kettle on the sample wall — can the manufacturer be written as a Beijiao assembly plant?

Not by default. The wall proves you saw this sample. The manufacturer box needs the licence that did the heater or the finished assembly. District labour copy writes Shunde as a home-appliance capital and Beijiao as a manufacturing town — background, not this assembly line.

Last kettle’s heater lot — this booking only changed shell colour. Can we retitle and reuse it?

Not by default. A shell change often changes the assembly work order; if heater wattage or motor size moved too, lock it again. The bought-in lot must face this unit. Sticking the old heater number on a new shell is standing in with another kettle.

Can a Qingdao energy-label number or a Dongguan Chang’an tooling report be written as this Shunde kettle?

No. Write the city that did the work. This Shunde booking locks the bought-in part and the assembly town. Do not swap door plates. How Qingdao quotes an energy label is on the Qingdao paper; how Dongguan quotes tooling is on the Dongguan paper.

Heater in one plant, motor in another, assembly in a third Beijiao name — who is the manufacturer?

Manufacturer follows the step that conferred origin; name all three. Walk the step the buyer asked to see. Merging three names as “one Shunde appliance factory” means the driver asks bought-in or assembly first.

Nansha is easier to book. Can origin be written as the port?

No. The port appears as load port on the bill of lading. Origin follows the heater or assembly city. The heater box does not take a quay. The invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company.

Can Corpable certify a heater, match a motor lot, or guarantee an audit?

We do not certify heaters, we do not match motor lots, and we do not guarantee an audit or entry. An advisor can sit with you on whether the bought-in lot and the assembly work order face each other. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
