Bottom line:

  • What Hong Kong Alibaba.com sellers quote in Foshan this week is a stretch of showroom, kiln or woodwork, not the five characters “Foshan pan-home” on a showcase. Foshan writes furniture, ceramics and building materials into a home-furnishings direction. Foshan High-tech Zone lists intelligent home as a leading industry. Do not invent trillion-yuan output or shop counts.
  • One booking often stacks three names: the Hong Kong contract seller, a Lecong or ceramics showroom, and a Nanzhuang kiln or Longjiang wood shop. Who signs, who fires the tile and who builds the frame are three sentences. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED buys a showcase. It does not turn the Hong Kong company into a kiln.
  • Tile papers and wood-furniture papers are not one set. The composite-wood path is on TSCA / CARB. Origin is still China. Loading at Nansha or Shenzhen does not change origin.

Friday morning an Australian buyer writes: “Foshan tiles + dining set, HK invoice OK. Need kiln photos and wood factory this week. Is the Lecong showroom the manufacturer?” Sales drops a Lecong night shot, a Hong Kong PI and a Nanzhuang kiln clip into one drive and replies “Foshan source, showroom can be audited, kiln is the same house.” The buyer asks again whether the audit walks the showroom, the kiln or the Longjiang wood shop. Sales sends three maps to the same driver.

The same night finance asks whether ceramics and furniture can share one formaldehyde report to save a test. The showroom says “pan-home is one family, the report can be shared” and wants that written as official recognition. Stone finishing sits in Yunfu, upholstery on another street. Neither is on the Alibaba.com showcase. The forwarder adds that “Foshan boxes all leave Nansha, so origin can be the port.”

Do not reply again that Foshan pan-home, the Hong Kong company and one shared report are one body. Stop three things first: do not write a Chaozhou kiln or Zibo tile as Foshan, do not write a showroom door as a kiln, and do not bind two destination files as one pack. How titles line up is on document titles. How origin is written is on China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Below follows this city’s showroom–kiln–wood map.

Showroom, kiln or wood shop this week — not the words “pan-home”

When a Hong Kong-channel seller writes “Foshan” on a quote this week, they are usually quoting one of three stretches, not a cluster slogan: a Chancheng ceramics showroom and kiln line, a Shunde Lecong furniture showroom, or wood and upholstery around Longjiang. Foshan writes intelligent appliances, furniture, ceramics and building materials into home furnishings. The high-tech zone lists intelligent home among its leading industries. A planning name can sit in the background. It does not go in this booking’s manufacturer box.

Before sales answers the inquiry, name which stretch this booking faces. Writing “Foshan home” without saying Lecong stock or a Longjiang repeat order means next week’s audit stacks the showroom and the plant on the same day. Writing “Foshan ceramics” without saying wall and floor tile or sanitaryware means the test jumps from water absorption to a cistern seal.

Chaozhou tableware, Zibo building tiles and Dongguan Houjie woodwork are not these three stretches. Lecong can host booths from plants across the country. That does not mean those plants fire tile or cut timber in Foshan. When a buyer asks for a “Foshan factory address for audit”, write the place that did the work. If the work sat in another city, write that city. Do not swap a Lecong booth number for a kiln slot.

This Foshan stretchWhat HK sellers often quote this weekDo not write as a neighbour or another stretch
Chancheng ceramics showroom / kiln lineWall and floor tile, sintered slabs, sanitary ceramicsChaozhou tableware and Zibo tile are not a Chancheng kiln
Lecong furniture showroomLiving-room sets, showroom stockA showroom door is not Longjiang woodwork
Longjiang-area wood / upholsterySolid frames, upholstered repeatsDo not relabel Houjie wood as a Foshan showroom
Nanhai aluminium / home hardwareWindows, furniture hardware, matching profilesDo not write it as the same line as Nanzhuang tile

A showroom floor can stage a whole living room. The kiln sits in another town. The frame sits in a third. Stone sits in Yunfu. Sales turning three photos into “one-stop Foshan factory” is how the buyer books one address for the audit. Ask first whether this booking is stock from a showroom warehouse, a kiln repeat, or custom wood. Mixing the three into “Foshan source” stalls the papers on the manufacturer next week.

A showcase can hang twenty or sixty items. One Lecong street can quote far more SKUs than that. Export Tong and Verified Supplier buy window quota, not the right to write the ceramics city and the furniture city into one store. Lock three to five classes you can match to a kiln number or a wood-shop address. Cramming sintered slabs and fabric sofas into one “Foshan whole-house” title leaves you without one manufacturer address when the buyer asks.

The email that asks a showroom for papers should be a full sentence: “The Alibaba.com buyer wants the work address on this booking. Please reply in writing: which showroom warehouse stock leaves; whether a repeat order is which Nanzhuang kiln or which Longjiang wood shop; whether stone or hardware is subcontracted. A night shot of the hall is not enough.” Do not send only “need Foshan source.”

Sales often treat “Foshan pan-home” as a class that covers the whole city. The buyer is asking for wall tile, a toilet or a solid-wood dining table. Those three do not share a kiln, a cistern part or a timber. Nanzhuang can fire tile; that does not cut Longjiang joinery. Lecong can stage a living room; that does not mean this Nanzhuang kiln has a slot this week. Put the class in the first sentence, then showroom or kiln or wood shop, then the legal name. Until the class is locked, the cluster table is background.

A buyer who brings a ceramics-fair or furniture-fair card back to Alibaba.com is often holding a showroom salesperson’s number, not the kiln shift. A showroom salesperson can book a sample visit. That person is not automatically party A on a kiln contract. Ask which of the three the card is: mall unit, showroom trading house, or the name on the kiln or wood-shop licence. Write the choice into the email. Do not photograph a booth number into the PI as the manufacturer.

Chancheng ceramics halls can show booths from plants across the country. That does not mean those plants fire in Shiwan or Nanzhuang. Zibo tile, out-of-province sintered slabs and Chaozhou tableware all appear in the same mall. Using a Chancheng night shot to stand in for an out-of-city kiln is how the audit day stops on “this is not the kiln I saw.” A booth can sit on a follow-up sheet. It cannot sit in the manufacturer box.

The name that signs in the hall, the kiln that fires, the shop that builds the frame

What stalls a Foshan booking is rarely a missing carton. It is a showroom, a kiln and a wood shop sales has merged into one. The Hong Kong company issues the contract and the invoice. A Lecong or ceramics showroom takes the order and the payment instruction. The kiln fires tile or sanitaryware. The wood shop builds the frame. The four can stand at once. They cannot become one English signboard.

When the showroom says “we are the factory,” read the domicile on the licence. If the domicile is a mall unit and the work sits at a kiln or a wood shop, the manufacturer is not the shopfront. When the kiln says “we have a booth in Lecong,” the booth only proves a display. It does not prove origin-conferring work happened in the hall. When the wood shop says “I handle the stone,” a Yunfu stone plant is a subcontractor, not the contract seller.

Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED buys a showcase. Customs and the buyer cannot see whether that store is a kiln. A member ID, a store display name and a Verified Supplier certificate number will not fill the contract-seller box and will not fill a kiln number.

Role on this bookingWhere the name usually appearsWhat it cannot stand in for
Hong Kong contract sellerPI, commercial-invoice seller, Trade AssuranceThe kiln, the wood shop, the stone plant
Lecong / ceramics showroomHall order, stock warehouse receipt, mall doorNot a kiln or wood shop by default
Kiln / wood shopAudit address, kiln number or plant, origin workA showroom night shot
Stone / hardware subcontractorTops, handles, fitting job sheetNot the contract seller; not always the manufacturer

Do not write stock and a repeat order as one lead time. Showroom stock can load this week. A kiln repeat needs a firing slot. Solid wood needs a joinery slot. Writing a showroom lead time as a kiln lead time is how a Trade Assurance order discovers the tile has not been fired. Reply in full sentences: which warehouse stock leaves, which kiln or wood shop runs the repeat, and the two lead times. Do not write “Foshan is all stock.”

One container with tile, a table and stone each needs the three work addresses named in writing. Do not quote “one box, one Foshan factory.” If the buyer wants two audit days for kiln and wood, hand over two legal names and two addresses.

Do not bind the showroom order, the kiln slot sheet and the wood drawing sign-off as one unread stack. The showroom order names which stock set and which warehouse. The kiln sheet names design, kiln number and lot. The wood sign-off names species, coating and the frame shop. Copying three dates into one “Foshan in fifteen days” is how a Trade Assurance order discovers the tile is still queued and the table has not been cut. Split three lines: showroom stock, kiln repeat, custom wood. A chat-room “urgent kiln slot” does not go into the contract as an official price.

If Yunfu stone, Nanhai aluminium or bought-in hardware enter the same box, the buyer must be able to ask the name on the job sheet. “The top leaves here” from a stone plant only names the top. It does not automatically become the contract seller for the whole container. Top in Yunfu, tile in Nanzhuang, frame in Longjiang: write all three. If that sentence is not ready, do not quote “Foshan whole-house factory.”

The three questions buyers ask: who fires, who builds wood, which lot the report faces

Foshan inquiries on Hong Kong Alibaba.com this week are not “do you have stock.” They are the three questions below. Each one has to match the showroom and the plant. If it does not, do not quote a unit price first.

First: which kiln, which lot. When the buyer writes kiln photos, they want the line and the lot, not the hall lighting. The same design from another kiln will not match absorption or shade. Without a kiln number and a lot, do not put a showroom sample report into the bulk PI.

Second: is the furniture showroom stock or custom wood. Custom needs drawing sign-off, species and a coating lot. A showroom treating a sample sofa photo as “same line as bulk” is how an unpack shade gap becomes a Trade Assurance fight. Ask first where the frame sits, where upholstery sits, and whether coating is subcontracted.

Third: which road the audit walks. When the buyer writes factory audit, split the sentence: the showroom, the kiln or the wood shop. If all three exist, write all three and name which one this booking will show. “Foshan can be audited” is not an answer. A passed Verified Supplier audit is not this tile’s and this table’s destination files.

When the buyer asks “Are you the factory?” do not hide behind “original factory.” Reply: the contract seller is the Hong Kong company; which showroom took the order; which house fired the tile or built the wood; whether stone is subcontracted. Four sentences in one email.

An RFQ that says “Foshan whole-house package, HK company seller” should be met with a question: can the list be split by ceramics, wood and stone. A whole house can be staged. The contract seller still has to explain the work address and papers for each class. If that explanation is not ready, cut the booking to the layer you can lot, then quote.

Before a sample tile leaves, sales should be able to say whether it is showroom-warehouse stock or a trial fire from the kiln this booking will use. An Australian buyer often treats the sample as the bulk standard. Colour under hall lighting is not automatically the same lot as the kiln. The same design from another kiln will not match absorption or shade. Putting a showroom sample report into the bulk PI is how unboxing stalls on “this is not the face.” If the parcel sender is a Lecong showroom, the contents note still names which kiln or warehouse the tile left.

Do not write the audit as “Foshan in one day.” A Lecong showroom, a Nanzhuang kiln and a Longjiang wood shop do not share a drive or a booking. A buyer coming from Guangzhou or Shenzhen can walk one stretch that day. Ask whether this booking shows the hall, the kiln or the wood shop, then book the driver. Stacking three pins into “Foshan factory day trip” is how the buyer gets out of the car and asks where the kiln is. The line that passed Verified Supplier is not automatically the kiln that fires this tile.

How a Hong Kong letterhead sits on a Foshan container

A Hong Kong contract seller with goods leaving a Foshan kiln or wood shop is the structure Hong Kong-channel sellers use most in this city. The commercial-invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company; line the fields up with 141.86. Origin is still China. Do not change origin to the port because the forwarder says “Nansha is easy to book,” and do not write Chancheng as a district of Hong Kong.

The bill-of-lading shipper is often the forwarder. The invoice seller is the Hong Kong company. The customs operating unit may be the kiln, the wood shop or a trading house behind the showroom. The three boxes can stand together. Buyers and brokers want a chain you can explain.

Foshan containers often leave through Nansha or Shenzhen, not a “Foshan port” on the bill. A load port is not origin and it is not a kiln site. FOB Nansha, CIF Sydney and EXW Lecong warehouse face three delivery points. Do not write “we deliver in Foshan” and “the Hong Kong company issues the bill” on the same line without naming the delivery point. Which papers to gather first is on the export documents checklist.

US dollars landing at the Hong Kong company, a renminbi deposit at the showroom, and a separate “urgent kiln slot” at the kiln will not match four-flow consistency. Finance should not write a kiln-slot charge as “Customs requires this.” There is no site-wide official kiln-slot price. Showroom service, kiln and woodwork go on split lines.

A Hong Kong company often has no Foshan kiln. The goods sit in a showroom warehouse or a kiln finished-goods shed. Packing photos, warehouse receipts and the kiln number have to match the work address, not the Hong Kong registered address. When the buyer asks for a warehouse address, give the actual despatch warehouse, not a Hong Kong secretarial floor.

When the forwarder says “Foshan boxes leave Nansha or Shenzhen,” that is a route, not a kiln site. Nansha and Shenzhen are load ports. A Lecong warehouse or a kiln finished-goods shed is the delivery point or the work address. The three can stand at once. Writing “Nansha booking” as “Nansha goods” is how the origin box gets rewritten. Sydney clearance looks at where the tile was fired and where the table was built, not which quay lifted the box. A load port on the bill of lading does not copy into the invoice origin box and does not become a kiln number.

Showroom warehouse, kiln warehouse, wood shop sending a second box: do not merge three receipts into “the Foshan warehouse.” When the buyer wants a packing video, name which warehouse will be filmed. Filming a hall night shot as the packing floor is how destination unboxing fails to match. If the tile is still in Nanzhuang and the table has already moved to Lecong to load, the video has to show this booking’s goods, not another booking’s whole-house set.

Tiles, sanitaryware, wood furniture: which papers stall the container

What stalls a Foshan container is rarely “no showroom.” It is ceramic papers and wood-furniture papers bound as one pack. The three classes quoted most this week are below. No invented lab fees or fines.

Wall and floor tile and sintered slabs. Buyers often want water absorption, slip, radiation or a destination building-material item, against a lot and a kiln number, not a showroom catalogue. The same design from another kiln cannot retitle an old report. Without a lot, do not write “already passed Australia” into the PI.

Sanitary ceramics. Buyers want fittings, seals and glaze, not a tile report. If the bowl and cistern are bought in, the file has to point at the fittings vendor. Sales swapping a tile-report cover for a toilet model is how destination returns “not this item.”

Wood furniture and upholstery. Buyers want species, coating and the composite-wood path, not a lighting shot. US composite wood is on TSCA / CARB. Wood packaging is on ISPM 15. Frame in Longjiang, bought-in board, coating subcontracted: three names have to be explainable. Do not put a tile report on top of furniture.

Class often quoted this weekWhat the buyer asks for firstWhat a showroom often only hasWho stalls the booking
Wall / floor tile, sintered slabBuilding-material items against kiln number and lotCatalogues, hall lighting shotsThe lab and the destination buyer
Sanitary ceramicsFittings and glaze file against the modelA retitled tile reportDestination file return
Wood furniture / upholsterySpecies, coating, composite-wood path, wood packagingShowroom rendersThe buyer audit and packaging check

If the report’s applicant is the showroom, the sample came from the kiln and the invoice seller is the Hong Kong company, the three names have to be explainable. A lot that does not match is no report. Certificates and tests are not a gift with membership. Opening a Hong Kong-channel store does not fire a kiln, does not run the test, and does not guarantee the destination will take the goods.

What sales and finance stop this week

While the buyer is still asking for a kiln number and a wood-shop address, stop the promised release date and the “shared report” line. Stop: Foshan original factory, Hong Kong goods, a pan-home certificate already in the unit price, the showroom is the kiln, a Chaozhou kiln equals Foshan. Do not stop: asking the showroom for the stock warehouse; asking the kiln for number and lot; asking the wood shop for the legal plant address; asking the buyer which stretch this booking will show.

On the floor, stop printing cartons before the work address is locked. The Hong Kong English name can sit on the invoice. Do not print Made in Hong Kong. Do not print a showroom unit as the kiln site. If wood packaging has no mark, do not close the case and wait for the forwarder to “add it at destination.”

Finance deletes “pan-home official fee,” “government kiln-slot guide price” and “showroom certification fee” from the unit price the same day. There is no site-wide official price. Showroom, kiln and woodwork service charges go in a split. In the contract and the PI, delete “the seller is Foshan’s officially designated kiln,” “store certification equals a pan-home certificate” and “an out-of-city porcelain district equals Foshan origin.” Write instead: the contract seller is the Hong Kong company; tiles sit at which kiln and furniture at which wood shop; origin follows the place that did the work.

  1. Name in writing the same day: showroom stock, which kiln, or which wood shop.
  2. Write three names apart: Hong Kong contract seller, showroom, kiln or wood shop. If one is missing, write “this booking has none.”
  3. The Hong Kong letterhead appears in the contract and the invoice seller box, not in the origin box. Nansha is not a kiln site.
  4. A tile report does not cover furniture. A chat-room lab fee does not go into the contract as an official price.
  5. A membership receipt does not go into the kiln or Customs pack. Membership only proves the showcase was paid.

Corpable can sit with you on whether the showroom, the kiln and the wood shop have been merged, and whether the Hong Kong letterhead lines up with the Foshan container. We do not fire kilns, we do not sign sale contracts, and we do not guarantee an audit or entry. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.

Questions teams actually ask

Can a contract signed in a Lecong showroom be written as delivery from a Nanzhuang kiln?

Not by default. Lecong often takes the order in a showroom while wood or upholstery runs in Longjiang or another town. Nanzhuang and Shiwan face ceramic kilns and tile lines. When a buyer asks for an audit address, write the place that actually did the work. A showroom door does not replace a kiln or a wood shop.

Can Chaozhou porcelain or Zibo tiles be written as Foshan ceramics?

Do not write another city’s cluster as a Foshan kiln. Foshan puts furniture and ceramics into the broader home-furnishings direction. That is not a licence to change an out-of-city door number. If the work sat in Chaozhou or Zibo, write that legal name and address. Do not put a Chancheng showroom on top of an out-of-city kiln.

Can a tile formaldehyde path and a solid-wood CARB file be the same report?

No. Ceramic tiles, sanitaryware and wood furniture are not one destination file. The composite-wood path is on the TSCA / CARB page. Wood packaging is on ISPM 15. Binding two reports in one showroom folder does not clear two SKUs on this booking.

The Hong Kong company invoices and the goods leave Foshan. Do we write Hong Kong as origin?

No. The invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company. Origin is still China. Nansha or Shenzhen is a load port, not origin. The seller box and the origin box are not the same box.

Is the pan-home-furnishings cluster a certificate we can buy?

No. Foshan writes intelligent appliances, furniture, ceramics and building materials into a home-furnishings direction. A national advanced manufacturing cluster also uses the Foshan–Dongguan pan-home name. That is a planning name, not an export certificate you can buy, and it does not replace a kiln or woodwork lot test.

Can Corpable fire a kiln, sign a showroom contract, or guarantee an audit?

We do not fire kilns, we do not sign sale contracts, and we do not guarantee an audit or entry. An advisor can sit with you on whether the showroom, the kiln and the wood shop have been merged into one name. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
