Bottom line:

  • This week lock who owns this tool, who may change this cavity, and which shot lot faces this cavity. Municipal copy writes a unit named Yuyao China Plastics City Management Centre — see the Plastics City management summary. A market name is not this cavity.
  • Rongwan New City copy still writes “China Plastics City” in the title — see the Rongwan (China Plastics City) notice. A stall and a top-ten list are not a setup ticket. A proposal reply writes Yuyao named as a China (Yuyao) mould-making base and a National Torch Ningbo Yuyao mould characteristic base, and writes China Light Industry (Yuyao) Mould City — see the mould-industry proposal reply. Titles sit in the background. Do not invent stall counts or output.
  • This page reads the tool ledger and the cavity number. Do not copy a Dongguan tooling fee. Do not copy a Kunshan BOM lock. Ningbo-Zhoushan only decides the sailing — see the Ningbo paper. This page does not retell the terminal.

A US buyer posts a short-shot housing back to Yuyao. A cavity number is faint inside: “Who owns THIS tool? Who may change THIS cavity? Which shot lot faces THIS cavity — not the plastics-city stall. HK invoice OK.” Sales returns a Plastics City stall number, a Hong Kong PI and a setup ticket with no cavity number. The description says “Yuyao mould, any shot.” The buyer asks whose ledger holds the tool, who changed this cavity, and which shot lot this tote faces. Sales writes the stall number into the manufacturer box.

The tool shop says one cavity was repaired this week and the old lot can stay. Moulding says a multi-cavity tool always writes one master lot. Finance wants a “mould-base certification fee” in the unit price as officially required. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED will not buy a tool ledger and will not buy a lock on this cavity.

Do not answer with “Yuyao tools can all be shot.” Lock who owns the tool, who changes the cavity, and which lot faces which cavity. How Dongguan quotes tooling and towns is on the Dongguan paper — a tooling-fee receipt will not lock this cavity. Who pays for a mould is on the tooling page — that page will not replace this setup ticket. How Kunshan quotes who locks a BOM is on the Kunshan paper — a list revision will not fill a cavity number. Origin is on China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Below reads cavity numbers — not a line board, and not three valve incoming names.

Whose tool it is — a Plastics City stall number will not fill the setup ticket

Hong Kong-channel sellers quoting Yuyao housings, covers, bases or cases most often get asked who holds the tool. The first setup-ticket row writes tool number, owner and storage site. A stall number sits in the market. It will not fill this row.

If the tool is the buyer’s, the ticket writes customer tool and which Yuyao building stores it. If it is the moulder’s, write plant tool. If a third mould shop owns it, name all three. Merge them as “Yuyao has a tool” and opening day asks who holds the key.

The Plastics City Management Centre is a market-administration name — see the work summary. The name is not this tool ledger. The Rongwan notice writes China Plastics City into the title — see the Rongwan notice. A top-ten list is not this tool.

A Hong Kong company as contract seller does not make that company the tool owner. Titles are on document titles. Split the seller box from the ledger box. Who pays for a mould is on the tooling page. A receipt will not replace the ownership row on the setup ticket.

If the inquiry is only “Yuyao plastic,” ask whether they are buying a tool, buying parts, or already have a tool and only want shots. Quoting a “per-kilo price” before that question means opening day argues the tool first. If the buyer wants to see the tool, take them to the storage site, not the Plastics City hall.

Finance should not write a “mould-base certification fee” into the unit price. The naming is a title in a proposal. Moulding goes as a contract line item. There is no site-wide Yuyao mould official fee.

Keep the ledger key and the setup ticket in different places and both reachable. A key in a sales pocket and a ticket on the shop floor means the night shift cannot open the tool. Hang the key at the storage site with a tag that writes the tool number, not a stall number. A stall number will not open a lock.

If the buyer wants the ledger, the ledger shows tool number, owner, storage site and last maintenance date. Missing one, write that this tool is not yet on the ledger. Do not stand a Mould City gate photo in for the ledger.

If the tool arrives from a third name, count cavities, inserts and waterlines at the door. If the count will not face, do not put it on a press yet. Staple the count photos into the setup ticket. Without a count, a missing cavity at opening asks whether anyone counted at the door.

A Hong Kong title may issue a tool-custody confirmation. The confirmation still writes the storage-site licence. It does not write the Plastics City Management Centre as custodian. That centre is a market body, not this booking’s tool store.

Who may change a cavity — and how the old cavity number voids

A cavity change needs written authority. A buyer tool takes buyer-engineering authority. A plant tool takes plant-engineering authority. Sales saying “a small repair will pass” is not a lock. Without authority, the fitter does not touch this cavity yet.

After the change, the old cavity number voids and the new number writes onto the setup ticket. If the old number still shows inside the part, treat the tote as two cavity numbers and do not box it yet. The void note staples photos: how the old number was ground and where the new number was stamped.

The proposal reply writes a China (Yuyao) mould-making base and a Torch mould characteristic base, and writes Light Industry Mould City — see the mould-industry proposal reply. A base name is not this cavity already changed.

Do not borrow a neighbour tool’s insert to fill this cavity. A mismatch shows on the face first. A borrow opens another work order with a return date. Without a return date, treat the ledger as unclear.

If the change moved a gate, first-article also faces fill and flash. Facing size only, not the gate, means bulk flashes first. Flash trimmed and stood in as bulk is still not the as-moulded face — reopen the lot.

An authority letter that only says “tool may be repaired” without a cavity number means the fitter does not start. Add the cavity number, then start. Series authority is not this cavity already approved.

If the old number is still a scratch after grinding, treat it as two numbers. Grind until the old number cannot be read and the new number is clear, then staple the two photos side by side. Without the old-number photo, the buyer treats it as a new number stamped while the old one still sits elsewhere.

If a hot-runner plate changes, the setup ticket writes the plate number. Seal the old plate. Do not leave it beside the press as a spare. A night shift will put the old plate back and the cavity number will face the old revision.

The shot lot faces this cavity — not “this tool”

The shot lot sits on the traveler: date, press, resin grade, colour, cavity number, piece count. A tool number without a cavity number means opening day asks which cavity shot it. On a multi-cavity tool the lot may split by cavity or list every cavity on one row. It does not finish as “one lot for the whole tool.”

A night shift changing resin first clears the old material in the tube. If the clear is incomplete, treat the tote as mixed resin. A mixed-resin lot does not reuse the last shift’s number. The incoming shift signs the traveler — this booking’s cavity and grade, not a Mould City road name.

If the buyer wants a moulding video, the frame faces the cavity number on the setup ticket, the cavity now cycling, and the cavity number inside the part. Do not film the Plastics City fountain. The fountain proves you reached Yuyao. It does not prove this cavity.

Staple the press-parameter sheet behind the traveler. Parameters face this cavity and grade. Do not clip a neighbour sheet in. A wrong clip means a size miss at opening asks whether anyone changed parameters.

A dryer hopper changing grade clears until the hopper wall is visible. If the clear is incomplete, treat the tote as mixed grade. A mixed grade does not reuse the last lot. Staple hopper-clear photos into the traveler.

If circulating-water temperature sits in this booking’s process, a mid-shift change records a time. Without a time, a drifted size is treated as an unclear process. Spoken “turn it down, it is a hot day” is not a record.

If gate scrap covers the cavity number inside the part, trim until it can be read before the part leaves the press. Unreadable parts isolate. Do not box them. The isolation ticket writes “cavity number unreadable,” not “minor defect.”

On a multi-cavity tool, do the cavities split lots

Four cavities cycling together on one barrel may share one lot, but the traveler must list four cavity numbers. If one cavity stops first, drop that cavity from the row. Do not keep printing it on the carton mark.

If one cavity shorts and another finishes, the good cavity may continue. Short-shot parts isolate. The isolation tote hangs the cavity number. Do not pour them into the good tote to fill a count. Pull one after a pour and the cavity number faces the wrong face.

If masterbatch loading differs by cavity, split the lot. Sales writing “they are all black” as a shared lot means opening day faces colour first. Record colour by cavity. Do not record it as “the whole tool is off colour.”

If an insert loosens in one of four cavities, stop that cavity only. Do not pull the whole tool as “maintenance” without a reason. A blank reason logs an unexplained stop and the return date will not face.

Count pieces by cavity. A single total hides a missing cavity. The count sheet staples into the traveler as four rows. A missing row is that cavity not counted.

If a carton mixes two cavities, the facing slip lists both cavity numbers and each count. If it cannot list them, dump the carton and re-sort. Re-sort by the number inside the part, not by memory of “about half and half.”

After a repair, does the first article still face this booking’s cavity

After a repair, run a first article. The first article faces cavity number, size, gate and this booking’s drawing revision. Missing one, do not start bulk yet. Keep the first article as a retain stapled to the setup ticket. Do not stand it in as a bulk piece count.

A drawing revision seals old-cavity stock first. The seal ticket writes the old revision. Sales writing “only a chamfer changed” as mixable means opening day asks which revision first. A chamfer is also a revision.

Do not put trial shots and bulk in the same tote. A trial often has no formal lot, or faces another drawing revision. Sales standing a trial in as “the same type for the buyer to see first” means opening day faces the bulk cavity. Pack the trial alone. The packing note writes trial, not this booking’s lot.

If first-article size misses, first judge cavity or process. A cavity miss returns to the fitter. A process miss changes parameters. Changing both without a record means the next lot cannot say who moved what.

The retain must face this booking’s cavity number. A lost retain leaves a bulk dispute with no comparison. The retain cabinet hangs tool number and cavity number, not the four characters “Yuyao sample.”

The drawing revision sits in the setup-ticket header. An old drawing left on the press means the night shift sets to the old revision. Pull old drawings back. Staple the pull list into the remark.

Tool in Yuyao, shots in a neighbour county — where the two papers staple

If the tool stores in Mould City and shots run under another licence in Simen or Ditang, name both papers. The setup ticket writes storage site and moulding site. If the buyer audits the tool, take them to storage. If they audit parts, take them to moulding. Merge the two as “one Yuyao mould plant” and the driver asks which building first.

If the tool travels to a neighbour county for shots, the exit ticket writes tool number, cavity number and return date. Without a return date, the ledger treats it as out and not back. If the moulding site changes, reopen the setup ticket. Do not change a title and reuse it.

Dongguan writes which town cuts a tool — see the Dongguan paper. A Chang’an tooling address will not fill this Yuyao cavity. Ninghai moulds are another county’s cluster. Do not rewrite this booking as a Ninghai county-swap.

A Hong Kong English name may appear on the invoice. It does not print as the tool number on the part and does not print as Made in Hong Kong. Origin follows the moulding city — see China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Commercial-invoice fields follow 141.86.

Photograph how the tool is lashed on the truck and staple it into the exit ticket. Without a lash photo, a knock will not say who hit it. A knocked tool counts cavities again before it goes on a press. If the count will not face, treat it as transit damage.

The neighbour-county moulding licence and the storage site on the Yuyao ledger are not the same name. The confirmation writes both rows. Merge them as “greater Yuyao” and the driver asks whether they cross the bridge.

When the tool returns to Yuyao, lay the receive-count photos beside the exit-count photos. A missing photo is treated as an insert lost on the road. A tool missing an insert does not go out again yet.

Trial shots and the bulk lot are two totes

The trial tote hangs a trial ticket number. The bulk tote hangs a shot-lot number. The two totes do not share a lid. A lid that only writes the tool number, not trial or bulk, means the night shift will pour the wrong tote.

A passed trial does not become a bulk lot by itself. Bulk opens another traveler and copies this booking’s cavity number and revision. Sales writing “trial already OK” as a reason to ship a container means opening day asks where the bulk lot is.

If a trial part ships to the buyer, the waybill writes trial piece count and cavity number. Do not write this booking’s bulk SKU. A buyer receiving a trial against a bulk inspection treats size as already locked. Size locks after the bulk first article.

If trial resin differs from this booking’s grade, the trial ticket says so. Bulk returning to this booking’s grade reopens a first article. Do not say “the resin is close, trial size can stand.” Close will not lock a grade.

A flashy trial and a no-flash bulk requirement do not copy standards across. Copy them and bulk is received against the trial. Opening day asks whether flash counts.

Do not staple a trial report into a bulk carton as a certificate. The report proves a trial ran. Bulk wants this booking’s traveler lot. A wrong staple means the buyer cards bulk against the trial standard.

Which tool number prints on the part — the resin lot sits inside the carton

If the part can take a cavity number inside, take it. If the full tool number will not fit, put a facing slip in the carton: tool number, cavity number, shot lot, piece count. The carton mark prints part name and carton count. It does not print a neighbour tool number.

The facing slip must copy this booking’s setup-ticket row. Sales handwriting “Yuyao generic tool” will not face a cavity at opening. If the slip falls out, do not hand the carton over yet. A replacement slip still copies the setup ticket. Do not fill a cavity number from memory.

Kunshan writes who locks a BOM — see the Kunshan paper. A part-number revision will not fill the cavity number on the facing slip. A resin grade bought at a Plastics City stall copies into the setup-ticket resin row. Do not write only the stall number.

Two tools on one PI split into two rows. Merge them as “a quantity of Yuyao mouldings” and moulding asks which press to start. The forwarder builds the manifest by row. If the row has no tool number, do not print “Mould City” on the carton mark first.

Ningbo-Zhoushan only writes as load port — see the export documents checklist. The terminal does not write into the tool ledger. FOB Ningbo, CIF Los Angeles, EXW Mould City warehouse — the delivery point sits on the contract, not in the cavity box.

If the buyer photographs a ground-away cavity number at destination, first face the setup ticket and the off-line photo. Do not change the lot to “make it round.” If the photo faces the ship-out day, treat it as transit wear. If it does not, treat it as the wrong cavity and recall the tote. The recall writes tool number and cavity number, not “those Yuyao cartons.”

If regrind is allowed on this booking, the setup ticket writes the ratio and the source cavity. If it is not allowed, regrind sits in another tote. Do not sneak it in. Sneaking it in is mixed resin — stop the lot first.

Colour approval faces a part from this cavity, not a neighbour cavity. Neighbour gates differ and colour drifts. Staple the colour photo into the traveler, shot on the face that carries this cavity number.

If the buyer names a grade, write it onto the setup ticket. Spoken “same resin as last time” is not a lock. A grade change clears the old tube before a new lot starts. Staple clear-out photos into the remark.

If a date stamp also prints on the part, the stamp faces this booking’s lot, not the trial date. A trial date on bulk means the buyer receives against trial size. A blurred stamp is unreadable — reprint the tote. Do not scratch it with a pin.

Write the facing slip in a language the buyer can read. Do not translate a cavity number into another tool number. The tool number is the string on the ledger, not an English series name.

Masterbatch bought at Plastics City staples the stall ticket into the setup-ticket resin row. A ticket with only a stall number and no grade means that drum does not load yet. Ask the stall for a grade. If they cannot give one, change drums.

If destination is short pieces, first face the traveler count and the in-carton slip. Do not change a cavity number to “fill.” If the count faces ship-out, treat it as transit loss. If it does not, treat it as the wrong tote. Replacement pieces open another lot. Do not mix them into the original carton as the original lot.

If the buyer wants scrap weight reported, weigh this cavity’s gates and flash. Do not pour a neighbour tool’s scrap into the same bag. Neighbour scrap will not face the regrind ratio on the setup ticket.

If Ditang or Simen is only the moulding building and Mould City is only storage, write both rows into the confirmation. Do not paste “northern Yuyao.” Those two characters will not open a gate.

If the buyer sends a Kunshan BOM resin number, it may copy into the setup-ticket resin row as a named-grade reference. It will not replace a cavity number. A part number has no cavity. It cannot lock which cavity shot the part.

If two photocopies of the setup ticket exist, the wall copy and the press copy must be the same revision. A night shift setting to an old wall copy will face the wrong cavity. On a revision day, strike the old copy and photograph the strike into the remark.

If a robot drops parts into the wrong tote, the cavity plate on the tote must be readable from the aisle. If it is not, treat it as a mixed tote. Re-sort by the number inside the part, not by memory of “the left tote is cavity one.”

After a mould-temperature alarm stop, scrap the first three shots after restart before continuing this booking’s lot. Scrap goes to the scrap tote, not back into bulk. The continued lot adds a restart time on the traveler.

If inserts are numbered, face the numbers when counting cavities. A number that will not face the drawing means this cavity does not shoot yet. Face it, then start. Sales writing “the inserts are all there” as a reason to skip numbers means a missing insert at opening asks whether anyone faced them at the door.

Water leaking into a cavity stops that cavity. Parts that took water scrap as water ingress. The scrap ticket writes cavity number and shift. Do not dry them and stand them in as bulk. Drying will not change a size that already took water.

If the buyer names ejector-witness location, draw it on the back of the setup ticket. Spoken “not on the show face” is not enough. Without a drawing, ejector damage is an unlocked process.

If this booking is two-shot, write the first-shot lot and the second-shot lot separately, still facing the same cavity. Merge them as one “two-shot lot” and opening day asks which shot missed. Both shots face the cavity number.

If inserts load by hand, count by cavity. A part missing an insert isolates. Do not box it. The isolation ticket writes missing insert, not “small miss.” Small miss will not face an opening.

If ledger maintenance is due, maintain before bulk starts. Forcing a start past due treats a scratched face as skipped maintenance. The maintenance record writes tool number and cavity, not “Mould City routine.”

Resin delivered from Plastics City into the moulding building writes grade and tonnage on the delivery note, not a stall number as a lot. A stall number will not enter a dryer hopper. The hopper hangs a grade.

If the buyer already paid a Dongguan tooling fee, the receipt may staple into the ledger ownership row as an annex. It still does not replace who may change this cavity on this booking. A paid fee is not a cavity already approved to change.

A destination colour complaint first faces this cavity’s colour photo and this booking’s colour plaque. Do not change the grade to “make it round.” If the photo faces ship-out, treat it as transit yellowing or lighting. If it does not, treat it as the wrong cavity or mixed resin.

If this booking has pad printing, the screen number sits on the traveler. Do not borrow a neighbour screen. A borrow is a wrong graphic — reprint or scrap the tote. Do not solvent-wipe it and stand it in again.

If guide pins are worn, replace them before bulk. Forcing a start on worn pins misaligns cavities. The replacement record writes the tool number, not the four characters “routine maintenance” as a paste-over.

If this booking requires a cold-slug well clear, record each mid-shift clear. Without a record, face impurities are treated as not cleared. Spoken “clear it when you have a moment” is not a record.

If the buyer wants one look in Yuyao and one in the neighbour county, the itinerary writes storage and moulding as two door plates, not “finish Yuyao in one day.” Those five characters will not open two gates.

If a tool number is stamped on the mould base, photograph it into the ledger. A blurred stamp is an unreadable tool number — do not lend the tool out yet. A blurred tool that goes out will not face the ledger when it returns.

Questions teams actually ask

The tool is the buyer’s and injection sits in a Yuyao plant. Who writes in the manufacturer box?

The manufacturer follows the licence that did the moulding. Tool ownership sits on the setup ticket and the tool ledger. Do not fill ownership into the manufacturer box as a plant name. Split the two boxes. If the buyer audits the tool, take them to where it sits. If they audit shots, take them to the moulding building.

Can a China Plastics City stall number stand in as the lock on this cavity?

No. A stall number proves you entered the market. The cavity lock sits on the setup ticket: who may change this cavity, and how the old cavity number voids after the change. A stall number will not fill the cavity box.

Can a Dongguan tooling report or a mould-fee receipt stand in for this Yuyao cavity?

No. Who pays for a tool is another page. This Yuyao booking reads who holds this tool and which shot lot faces this cavity. Do not swap door plates.

A four-cavity tool had one cavity repaired. Can the old shot lot for the whole tool still run?

Not by default. The repaired cavity opens a first-article. The old lot may continue on unrepaired cavities. It voids on the repaired one. Merging four cavities as one old lot number means opening day asks which cavity first.

Can a Kunshan BOM revision lock the resin on this Yuyao cavity?

No. A BOM is another electronics-list page. Yuyao resin sits on the setup ticket: grade, colour, this cavity. A list revision will not fill a cavity number.

Can Corpable hold a tool, lock a cavity or guarantee a trial shot?

We do not hold tools, we do not lock cavities, and we do not guarantee a trial or entry. An advisor can sit with you on whether the ledger, the cavity number and the shot lot face this tote. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
