Bottom line:
- This week read the nameplate: who printed the factory name, and which CCC unit this number faces. Municipal copy writes Liushi as “China’s electrical-appliance capital,” an LV export base and a breaker production base — see the Liushi town note. Titles sit in the background. Do not invent market share or output.
- The city intro writes southern Liushi as a well-known LV capital — see About Yueqing. A region name is not this plate. LV components follow CNCA-C03-02:2024 on the CNCA rules list; breakers split by each frame-size current — see CNCA 2024 No. 7. A rule name is not this unit already plated.
- This page reads the plate fields. Do not copy a Shunde heater lot, a Qingdao energy label or a Kunshan BOM lock. Wenzhou Port only decides the sailing.
A German buyer posts a breaker nameplate photo back to Liushi, red circles on factory name, type, frame current and CCC number: “Who printed THIS plate? Which CCC unit does this shell current face? Do not send a catalogue page. HK invoice OK.” Sales returns an industrial-park plate, a Hong Kong PI and a neighbour-cabinet certificate scan. The description says “Yueqing breaker, any 3C.” The buyer asks who printed this plate and whether this CCC number faces this frame. Sales writes a trading-company English name into the plate factory box.
The print shop says frame current changed this week and the old plate can take a new digit. Assembly says the CCC certificate is the neighbour cabinet’s class. Finance wants an “electrical-capital certification fee” in the unit price as officially required. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED will not buy a nameplate and will not buy a certification unit.
Do not answer with “Yueqing gear can all be plated.” Read factory name, type, frame current and CCC number on the plate. How Shunde quotes a heater and assembly is on the Shunde paper — a bought-in lot will not fill this plate. How Qingdao quotes an energy label is on the Qingdao paper — a home-appliance mark will not stick to a breaker. How Kunshan quotes who locks the BOM is on the Kunshan paper — a BOM version will not lock print rights. Wenzhou shoes, pumps and eyewear are another city’s three classes — see the Wenzhou paper. Do not rewrite Yueqing as a Wenzhou city-swap. Origin is on China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Below reads the plate fields — not packing-list rows, and not a gate walk.
The factory name on the plate is who printed it — not who quoted the price
Hong Kong-channel sellers quoting Yueqing breakers, contactors or thermal relays most often get asked about the words on the plate. Factory name, type, rated current, frame current and CCC number must be readable on this shell. An English name on a quotation will not fill a plate. Ask the print shop who printed this plate and which licence the factory name copies.
The plate factory name must equal the producer licence that printed it. A trading company quoting a price does not let that company print its own name. A Hong Kong company as contract seller does not make that company the plate factory name. Titles are on document titles. The seller sits on the invoice. The factory name sits on the plate. Split the two boxes.
The Liushi note gives “China’s electrical-appliance capital” and an LV export base to the town — see the Liushi town note. A title is not an official plate certificate you can buy. Do not print “electrical capital already certified” into the factory box. The city intro writes southern Liushi as an LV capital — see About Yueqing. A region name is still not this plate.
If printing sits in another name and assembly sits in Liushi, name both. The plate address follows the print-licence domicile or the assembly domicile — lock one in the confirmation. Do not mix both on one plate. If the buyer pulls a unit, the plate face or back must face the print work order. If it does not, write that this plate has no printer yet.
Sales sending “Yueqing generic plate” to the print shop still prints against the work-order factory name. If that name is blank, do not print. Blank is safer than the wrong English name. A wrong plate is lifted. Do not stick a new paper over the old one. If the lift is incomplete, opening day reads the layer underneath first.
If the inquiry is only “Yueqing breaker,” ask type, frame current and whether a buyer brand prints. Quoting a “per-unit price” before that question means opening day argues the plate first. If the buyer wants an OEM plate, confirm in writing who holds print rights and who is the CCC producer. If those two names differ, do not print the buyer brand on this unit yet.
Finance should not write an “electrical-capital certification fee” into the unit price. The title is a city introduction. Print and assembly go as contract line items, labelled as process quotes. There is no site-wide Yueqing LV official fee, and do not invent an official CCC price.
Plate material, typeface and fixing method sit on the print work order. A riveted plate and a sticker plate do not mix without changing the order. A damp sticker lifts at the corner; if an old factory name shows underneath, treat this unit as two factory names and do not box it. Rivet holes must face the reserved holes on the shell. Do not drill a make-up hole — a make-up hole makes the buyer think the shell was swapped.
If the print shop changes shift, the incoming shift reads the work-order factory name before the press starts. A verbal “print yesterday’s set” faces the wrong certificate. Both shifts sign the print work order. They sign this type and factory name, not a park nickname.
If the buyer wants a print video, the frame faces the work-order factory name, the plate being printed and this unit’s frame current. Do not film the industrial-park gate. The gate proves you reached Liushi. It does not prove who printed this plate. If the factory name cannot be read, treat the plate as not yet printed.
Do not pull a display plate from the sample cabinet onto this booking’s unit. The display plate may be another type and another certificate. Writing “same as the cabinet” as a pull fails when opening day faces the CCC number. The display plate stays in the cabinet. This booking prints another.
Rated voltage and breaking capacity, if printed, must equal the same row on this specification. Specification says 400 V, plate says 690 V — treat the print as wrong. Do not cover it with “any will do.” A wrong voltage box voids with the factory-name box. Do not lift only those few voltage characters.
If a buyer brand prints on the plate, the brand authorisation must face this type. An authorisation that names only a series, not this type, does not go on the plate. An expired authorisation means the old brand plate is lifted as a rebrand. A Hong Kong company name may sit as the authorised party on the letter. It still does not print as the factory name.
Boxing a wet plate smears the neighbour unit. A smeared CCC number is treated as unreadable and this unit reprints. Do not wipe the face with alcohol and call it dry — a wiped mark with a missing corner is void the same way.
Plate language follows the buyer. Chinese and English may share a plate. The factory name does not translate into another legal person. A Chinese licence full name and an English trademark are not one box. A trademark may sit in a corner. The producer still writes the licence full name. Trademark only, no producer — the certificate will not face.
Prototype units and engineering samples do not mix into a bulk carton. A prototype plate often has no formal CCC number, or a number facing another unit. Sales treating a prototype as “the same type for the buyer to see first” fails when opening day faces the bulk plate. Prototypes box alone. The goods note writes prototype, not this booking’s type.
Which certification unit the CCC number faces — not the neighbour cabinet’s breaker
CNCA splits LV into assemblies and components. The list is on the rules summary. A breaker or contactor follows component rule CNCA-C03-02:2024 — see 2024 No. 7. The rule writes each frame-size current as one certification unit for LV circuit-breakers. If this unit’s frame current does not face the unit on the certificate, do not print that CCC number on this plate.
A neighbour cabinet in the same series with a different frame current is another unit. Writing “the series all passed” as a shared number fails when a spot check turns the plate and asks for the frame. The type and frame on the certificate annex must find the same set of numbers on this plate. If they do not, write that this unit has no facing unit yet.
If an assembly uses this breaker, the cabinet door is another class. Assemblies sit at 0301; components sit from 0302. Do not copy the breaker CCC number onto the door as if the whole cabinet were certified. The door plate writes the assembly producer and the assembly certificate. The breaker plate still writes the component number. Two plates may sit on one cabinet. The numbers do not copy each other.
An EU buyer asking for CE is not asking for CCC. There is no central CE paper you can buy — see the CE page. That page does not replace this unit’s CCC number. Do not merge the two paths as “certification all passed.” If a US buyer only wants UL or their own spec, CCC still writes on the plate when the China catalogue requires it. Print it when it belongs. Do not print one to look complete.
Qingdao writes which batch an energy label faces — see the Qingdao paper. A filing number from that label will not fill a breaker plate. Shunde writes who supplies a heater — see the Shunde paper. A bought-in lot will not fill a CCC unit. Kunshan writes who locks the BOM — see the Kunshan paper. A BOM version will not fill frame current on the plate.
If a certificate expires, suspends or a type is struck, the old number leaves the print work order. Already-printed old plates in stock are sealed. They do not go on a new shell. Sales writing “the number still comes up online” as reusable fails if the status is not valid. Look up a certificate by number and producer — not by a Liushi park nickname.
Two frame currents on one PI split into two type rows, each with its own CCC number. Merged as one line “several Yueqing breakers,” the print shop asks which number to print. The forwarder files the manifest from type rows. If a row has no number, the carton mark does not print CCC first.
If the buyer pulls one unit, you show: the CCC number on the plate, the same number on the certificate, the frame current on the annex, and this unit’s marked frame. If one of the four is missing, write that this unit has not faced a unit yet. Do not tear a plate off the next unit and rivet it on. The next unit is another certification unit.
The CCC mark sits where the certificate and the rule put it. Do not move it to the side to look better. A side covered by a mounting plate is treated as not printed. A warped, chipped or wrong-colour mark voids this plate. Reprint it. Do not trace it with a marker.
Finance should not read CCC as a chance to add an “official CNCA unit-acceptance fee.” There is no such site-wide fee. Test and certification cost follow this contract and the issuing body’s quote. They are not written as a fixed official price.
If the certificate lists several annexes, this unit uses one frame. The plate prints only that frame. Do not print every current on the annex onto one shell. A string of currents means inspection asks which class this unit is. One class, one unit, one number.
Residual-current devices, household breakers and industrial breakers do not swap names. The rule table gives each its own unit and standard. Writing “all breakers” as a shared certificate fails when opening day faces the product name. A wrong name is first a unit change. Do not retitle and reuse.
A laboratory report does not replace a certificate number. The report proves a sample was sent. The plate needs a valid certificate number. A report number on the plate looks up empty when the buyer searches as a certificate. An empty lookup does not leave the plant.
When Liushi assembly and another print shop split, which address the plate writes
Assembly in Liushi, printing under another Yueqing licence — both full names go on the confirmation. The plate address writes one. Ask first which domicile the certificate producer uses. The plate address must equal that domicile. It does not equal a memorable park short name.
Walk printing at the print-licence domicile if the buyer asked for print; walk assembly if they asked for assembly. Merge both as “one Yueqing electrical plant” and the driver asks which building first. The itinerary writes the two names apart and the two phones apart. A park nickname is not a licence full name.
If Beixiang appears only as an old-block upgrade name in an industry note, that is a city-renewal arrangement, not this print work order. Do not print a block name as the factory name. The print work order still writes the licence full name and domicile.
A Hong Kong English name may appear on the invoice and the pack. It does not print as the plate factory name and does not print as Made in Hong Kong. Origin stays China and follows the print or assembly city — see China goods are not Hong Kong origin. The commercial-invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company; fields follow 141.86.
An outer mark may print type and unit count. It does not print the neighbour cabinet’s CCC number. The type on the mark must find this plate. Mark says a series name, plate says a specific frame — opening day asks which unit first.
If the printer is on leave, assembly does not inkjet a factory name that day. An inkjet face will not match the print-order typeface and the buyer will treat the plate as swapped. Rebook to a day the printer is in. Do not turn it into a street of light-box visits.
If the buyer wants a warehouse address, return the actual despatch plate — not a showroom front on an appliance street in Liushi. A showroom can show a sample. It cannot despatch this unit. The video faces this nameplate and this shell, not the street.
When the two names reconcile, the print work-order number goes on the assembly incoming note. An incoming note with no print work-order number does not put this shell on the assembly line. Plate the shell after it is already on the line and the frame current on the plate may no longer face the shell.
An RFQ that says “Yueqing breaker, any CCC, HK seller” is asked first: can you read this unit’s plate factory name and this unit’s number? If you cannot, reply that there is no nameplate for this booking yet. Do not quote a per-unit price first.
If assembly receives plates from more than one print shop, incoming faces factory name and frame — not a count that merely adds up. A count that adds up with a neighbour booking’s factory name sends the plates back. Assembly does not keep a “generic plate” shelf. A shelf like that puts a neighbour plate on this shell at night.
The driver takes only cartons of this type. Sample benches and tour gifts do not get stuffed onto this truck. Stuff them and the warehouse counts extra types against the goods note. Extra units have no print work order for this booking. They return. Do not write them onto the note in the cab.
If both names share one park gate, the plates still write two licence domiciles. One pin on the buyer’s map walks inspection into the wrong shop. A print day does not enter the assembly gate. An assembly day does not enter the print gate. One name per day.
After a frame-current or certification-unit change, how the old plate comes off
Frame current from one class to another, or certification from component to assembly, voids the old plate. Lift it. Do not change a digit on the old plate. A digit change without a new work order faces the old unit at opening. A new plate waits until the new unit’s certificate and print work order are complete.
A riveted old plate comes off the way the print work order wrote. A cracked shell does not take a new plate to fill a count. A cracked shell is another unit. Old plates in stock are counted and sealed, marked “void — contract XX.” Void plates do not go to a fair as gifts. A gift that reaches the buyer is treated as this booking.
A type that changes one letter with the current unchanged is still asked of print and the certificate: is it still the same unit? If the annex has no such letter, treat it first as a unit change. Writing “only a suffix” as no need to change the plate fails when a spot check faces the annex type table.
OEM rebrand: the old factory-name plate comes off. The new factory-name plate needs print rights and a facing certificate. A new factory name with no certificate does not print a CCC number. A plate with no number may be a commercial mark under the buyer’s contract. It does not draw a CCC mark. Drawing one is claiming another unit.
Wenzhou or Ningbo only writes as load port — see the export documents checklist. Load port does not write into the factory-name box. FOB Wenzhou, CIF Hamburg, EXW Liushi warehouse — the delivery point sits on the contract, not on the nameplate. An empty sailing is safer than announcing a release date.
Before this booking leaves, sales faces four things: factory name on the plate, type and frame on the plate, CCC number on the plate, the same unit on the certificate annex. If one is missing, write which one. Do not announce release. If the forwarder wants a vessel and voyage and any of the four is missing, write that this booking has no goods note yet.
Breakers, contactors and thermal relays do not share one voided old-plate heading. One class, one print work order. If a class is missing, write that this class has no new plate yet. Do not print a contactor number onto a breaker shell to fill unit counts.
The void note to print and assembly that day is three lines only: old type and old frame; old CCC number stops; this class does not box until the new plate is printed. Do not write it as a tour memo. Print replying “old plates sealed” is the void landing. A reply that only says “noted” may leave old plates on the table.
If an overseas warehouse already listed the old-plate class, take that class down before sending new plates. The take-down names the old CCC number, not “that Yueqing lot.” The warehouse finds goods by number. A city name takes the neighbour booking down too.
If the forwarder wants a mark draft, the draft writes only types and counts still valid. Old frame current does not stay in the mark template. A template left for a year picks goods to the old current. A wrong pick with a new plate still carries an old-unit mark and comes back first.
If the inquiry writes frame current as “about,” reply that this booking only accepts the number on the plate. “About” will not fill a certification unit. Quote the class you can lock. If you cannot lock it, do not write an “approximately” into the PI the way a grade box gets guessed.
After the old plate comes off, the shell’s glue or rivet holes clean until it is clear this is this booking’s shell. A scrap of the old factory name at a hole is treated as two factory names. A clean-up photo goes into the void note. No photo and the buyer treats the shell as swapped.
A spare plate in the accessory bag must face the same print work order as the plate on the shell. An extra neighbour plate in the bag means opening day asks which plate counts. Spare-plate counts sit on the print work order. Extras return to the print shop. They are not gifts.
The type on the instruction-manual cover must equal the type on the plate. A manual still on the old frame and a plate on the new unit is treated as files that do not face. The reprint of the manual lands the same day as the new plate. Do not ship the plate and patch the manual later. If a digital-manual link still opens the old type page, change the link before despatch. A buyer who opens the old frame treats this booking as still the old unit.
The type and serial on the certificate in the carton must face this plate. A serial on the certificate and no matching number on the plate means opening day asks whether this unit is the one in the carton. The serial sits in a print-work-order note. It is not filled by hand afterwards.
If this booking includes a spare switch, the spare has its own plate and unit. It does not borrow the host plate. A spare with no plate is another unfinished unit. It does not stuff into the host carton to fill a count. If both plates share one bag, the bag exterior writes both types — not only the host.
If the buyer photographs a blurred plate after arrival, face the print work order and the despatch photo first. Do not change a certificate number to “make it round.” If the photo faces despatch day, treat it as transit wear. If it does not face, treat it as a wrong plate and recall this unit to re-plate. The recall names the unit number and the old plate number — not “those Yueqing units.”

Questions teams actually ask
The plate factory name is a trading company and the CCC certificate is a Liushi assembler. Can this unit ship?
Not by default. The plate name must equal the licence that printed it and must face the producer on the CCC certificate. If the two names do not face, do not box this unit yet.
A neighbour cabinet’s CCC number for the same series — this booking only changed shell current. Can we change a digit and reuse it?
No. CNCA rules split LV circuit-breakers by each frame-size current as a certification unit. A frame-current change is first a unit change. Sticking the old number on a new shell is standing in with another unit.
Can a Qingdao energy label or a Shunde heater lot be written as this Yueqing breaker plate?
No. An energy label is another home-appliance page. A heater lot is another finished-unit page. This Yueqing booking reads who printed the plate and which CCC unit it faces. Do not swap door plates.
This booking’s breaker sits in an assembly. Whose name goes on the cabinet door plate?
An assembly is another catalogue class. The door plate writes the assembly licence and the assembly certificate. Do not copy the component CCC number onto the door as if the whole cabinet were already certified.
Wenzhou Port is easier to book. Can origin be written as the port?
No. The port sits as load port on the bill of lading. Origin follows the print or assembly city. The plate factory-name box does not take a quay. The invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company.
Can Corpable print a nameplate or guarantee CCC?
We do not print nameplates, we do not accept a certification unit, and we do not guarantee entry. An advisor can sit with you on whether the plate name, the type and the CCC number face this unit. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
