Bottom line:
- This week lock who made this faucet’s cartridge, and whether the plating-batch number faces this body. The municipal government issued the Kaiping plumbing-and-bath industry development plan (2022–2030) (Kaifu〔2022〕No. 21). The plan title sits in the background. Do not invent output.
- The plan briefing writes the city as a China plumbing-and-bath production base and a China plumbing-hardware export base (Guangdong Shuikou). Titles are not a cartridge lot. A Shuikou town note has written the faucet’s core part as the cartridge — see the characteristic cluster note.
- Do not copy a Foshan kiln grid, and do not copy a Qingdao energy-label filing. Nansha or Shenzhen Port only decides the sailing.
A German buyer posts a cut-open faucet back to Kaiping: “Ceramic cartridge lot and plating batch must face THIS body. Audit the cartridge line, not the showroom wall. HK invoice OK.” Sales returns a Shuikou showroom wall, a Hong Kong PI and a box of unfilled bodies: “Kaiping source, cartridges interchangeable, plating all passed.” The buyer asks which licence and which lot made the cartridge, and whether the plating lot faces this body. Sales copies the wall model into the manufacturer box.
The cartridge plant says the size changed this week and the old lot can be retitled. Plating says the body changed colour and needs a new tank. Finance wants a “plumbing-base certification fee” in the unit price as officially required. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED will not buy a cartridge lot and will not buy a plating lot.
Do not answer with “Kaiping faucets can all take a cartridge.” Lock who made the cartridge, the plating lot, and the body work order. How Foshan quotes a kiln and a hall is on the Foshan paper — brick and wood. Do not paste that onto a cartridge. How Qingdao quotes an energy label is on the Qingdao paper. Do not paste a filing sentence onto a plating lot. Origin is on China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Below follows cartridge and plating.
Who made this faucet’s cartridge, which lot
Hong Kong-channel sellers quoting Kaiping faucets, showers or angle valves most often get asked about the cartridge first. Ceramic, stainless, size — not “Kaiping can fit any.” Ask the plant which licence and which lot this booking’s cartridge is.
Reply in full sentences: “Contract seller is the Hong Kong company; cartridge licence and lot number; body casting or machining licence; a third line if plating sits elsewhere. Do not write ‘Kaiping cartridges interchangeable.’”
The plan briefing writes that the chain includes core-part production. Core part is a direction, not an official cartridge certificate you can buy. Do not write the plan title into the PI as already certified.
The cartridge-plant mail: “Please reply in writing: this booking’s cartridge size; lot number; which body work order it ships to. A showroom wall is not enough.”
Do not stand a neighbour cartridge in for this booking. Bore, height and life class differ. Writing “Shuikou all uses this core” into the unit price means assembly will face the size first.
A Hong Kong company as contract seller does not make that company the cartridge-lot holder. Titles are on document titles. Split the seller box from the cartridge box.
If the inquiry is only “Kaiping faucet,” ask cartridge size and whether this lot must be in writing. Quoting a “one-piece price” before that question means assembly day will miss a core first.
Lock three lines on the confirmation before you price: cartridge size (bore, height, life class); cartridge lot number; which body work order it ships to. If one line is missing, leave the unit price blank. Writing the two words “Kaiping faucet” into the description is not what assembly faces. Assembly faces those three lines.
Does the plating-batch number face this body
What stalls a Kaiping carton is rarely “no faucet in the city.” It is a plating lot that does not face the body work order. Do not invent process fees or fines.
Ask for three papers side by side: body work-order number, plating-lot number, written appearance after the tank. If the three lines disagree, do not lock a unit price. Sales writing “we plate all year” into the mail is not what the buyer reads. They read those three lines.
Chrome, nickel, PVD, stove enamel — write the name into the confirmation. Change a layer, treat it first as a possible new lot. Verbal “all bright chrome” will not fill this body.
The plating mail: “Please reply in writing: this body work order; plating lot; layer name; whether it can face this unit. A wall colour chip is not enough.”
A piece out of the tank must face a hanger number or this body work-order number. A bright-chrome chip photo will not face this unit. If the hanger does not face the work order, write that this tank has no facing body yet. Do not announce “already plated.”
The briefing writes green low-carbon and plating into plan tasks. A task is an industry arrangement, not an official file already sitting on this tank. Do not write “green production” into the plating-lot box.
Finance should not write a “Shuikou-base certification fee” into the unit price. The title is a city introduction. Casting, cartridge and plating go as contract line items, labelled as process quotes, not an official cartridge-recognition price. There is no site-wide Kaiping plumbing official fee.
Split bought-in cartridge, body cast, and plating
Three steps can all exist. They cannot merge as “one Kaiping factory.” Reply in lines: cartridge licence; casting or machining licence; plating licence. If a step is missing, name which one.
The commercial-invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company; fields follow 141.86. Origin stays China and follows the cartridge, casting or plating city. Do not change origin to “Shuikou showroom” because the wall sits in that town.
A Shuikou people’s-government note writes the town as the seat of faucet and bath manufacturing-base titles — see the Shuikou industry-history note. History is background. This booking still writes the licence door plate.
A Gold-Supplier audit on an assembly line is not automatically this cartridge. A core change is a lot change and often a life-class change. Ask whether this booking is still the signed cartridge lot.
Cuishanhu park and town-area plants — write the licence domicile. Do not rewrite every plate as “Kaiping Shuikou” because it is easier to remember. The buyer asks for the door plate.
If the cartridge is bought in, the manufacturer box takes the licence that did the cartridge work — not the Kaiping casting plant. The bought-in lot number still has to face this body. Verbal “Shuikou all uses this core” will not fill the bought-in box.
Walk which Shuikou cartridge or plating line — not the showroom wall
When the buyer writes “audit in Kaiping,” split whether they want the showroom wall, cartridge assembly, or plating out of the tank. Three gates are not one. “Kaiping can be audited” is no reply.
Write one address per day. If this booking audits the cartridge, that day’s walk is the cartridge licence domicile. If it audits plating, walk plating. Do not write a half-day wall tour as the audit. The buyer who steps out of the car will ask which line holds this core’s lot.
Bring three physical items that day: cartridge-lot paper, body work order, plating lot or a piece out of the tank. If the inspector asks for size, you can face the lot on the spot. If you cannot, stop on that item; do not walk to the wall for a sample photo.
If the interpreter is showroom reception, they can lead the way. They cannot sign a cartridge lot. Reception goes on the itinerary, not in the cartridge box.
The plant mail for the audit: “Please reply in writing: cartridge or plating that day; work-order number; whether this in-process work can be seen. Do not write a wall model into the reply.”
Write the itinerary in three lines for the driver: date; Kaiping or Shuikou licence domicile; cartridge or plating. The showroom and the plating line are not one ride. If the buyer comes from Guangzhou or Shenzhen, name the drop-off. Do not write “Kaiping is all close.”
Change cartridge size or plating layer — do not retitle the old lot
Cartridge from a 25 mm class to another, or plating from chrome to PVD, means this faucet changed. The old wall model belongs to another unit. Writing “only the colour” as no need to reopen will fail when inspection faces cartridge height or the layer first.
If the sample was unscrewed from a showroom wall and bulk comes from this work order, the two lots must be explainable. A wall address is not the bulk cartridge lot. Write which wall the sample came from, and which cartridge lot and which plating tank bulk faces.
Do not share one retitled cartridge-lot heading across angle valves, showers and basin faucets. Bore and life class can differ. One class, one list. If a class is missing, write that this class is not ready.
An RFQ that says “Kaiping faucet, any cartridge, HK seller” is split first by whether you can lock cartridge size. Quote the lot you can lock. Cut units you cannot explain, then price.
Before this booking leaves, sales faces five papers: cartridge size and lot; plating lot and layer; body work order; each step’s licence; whether inner and outer marks name the same unit. If one is missing, write which one. Do not announce a release date first.
Nansha or Shenzhen Port goes on the bill of lading, not in the cartridge box
A Hong Kong company can invoice, Kaiping can make the cartridge or the plating, Nansha or Shenzhen can sail — all three at once. Load port is not origin and is not a cartridge lot. How Zhongshan quotes Nansha for lighting is on the Zhongshan paper — that is a lamp, not this faucet.
FOB Nansha, CIF Hamburg, EXW Kaiping warehouse — three terms, three delivery points. Do not write “we deliver in Kaiping” as “we deliver at the port” without naming the warehouse. Export papers are on the export documents checklist.
If the buyer wants a warehouse address, return the actual despatch warehouse — not a showroom unloading aisle. Name which warehouse the packing video was shot in. The video should show this work order and the cartridge or plating-lot mark.
If the outer carton prints the Hong Kong English name, do not print Made in Hong Kong. Do not print a wall model as the cartridge lot.
Finance should not write a “plumbing-and-bath base certification fee” or a “collective-mark official fee” into the unit price as officially required. A collective-mark name in a municipal note is a brand arrangement, not a must-add on this booking. There is no site-wide official price. The membership receipt does not go into the cartridge pack.
Corpable can sit with you on whether the cartridge lot, the plating lot and the body work order face each other. We do not certify cartridges, we do not match plating, and we do not guarantee an audit or entry. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
Questions teams actually ask
A faucet on the showroom wall — can the manufacturer be written as a Kaiping cartridge plant?
Not by default. The wall proves you saw this sample. The manufacturer box needs the licence that did the cartridge or body work. Municipal planning writes Kaiping as a plumbing-and-bath production base and Shuikou as the core town — background, not this cartridge line.
Last booking’s ceramic-cartridge lot — this booking only changed plating colour. Can we retitle and reuse it?
Not by default. A plating change often changes the body lot; if the cartridge size moved too, lock it again. Cartridge lot and plating lot must face this unit. Sticking the old cartridge number on new plating is standing in with another faucet.
Can a Foshan ceramic kiln report or a Qingdao energy-label number be written as a Kaiping faucet?
No. Write the city that did the work. This Kaiping booking locks cartridge and plating lots. Do not swap door plates. How Foshan quotes a kiln is on the Foshan paper; how Qingdao quotes an energy label is on the Qingdao paper.
Cartridge in one plant, casting in another, plating in a third — who is the manufacturer?
Manufacturer follows the step that conferred origin; name all three. Walk the step the buyer asked to see. Merging three names as “one Kaiping plumbing factory” means the driver asks cartridge line or plating line first.
Nansha is easier to book. Can origin be written as the port?
No. The port appears as load port on the bill of lading. Origin follows the cartridge, casting or plating city. The cartridge box does not take a quay. The invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company.
Can Corpable certify a cartridge, match a plating batch, or guarantee an audit?
We do not certify cartridges, we do not match plating lots, and we do not guarantee an audit or entry. An advisor can sit with you on whether the cartridge lot, the plating lot and the body work order face each other. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
