The sub-account says the box is empty. The main account opens the opportunity centre and searches this thread first.

  • Search by buyer company, email, or 304 strainer from the original. Copy owner, assigned-to, and customer relationship — three cells. Sales must not open a second chat before this thread is assigned to them.
  • Inquiry treasure chest writes who can see a thread and how to assign. It does not prove Assign today fills the box, and it does not lock a notice time. How to start selling writes reply soon. Reply soon is the owner answering the original thread, not every sub-account sending a welcome note. Inquiry Quick Response Rate asks whether someone clicked send inside 24 hours. It does not prove that person was you.

A Birmingham kitchen wholesaler’s on-site original at 11:04 Tuesday: “Need 304 stainless strainer, 5000 pcs, brushed finish. Reply to me on this thread. I already wrote last week. Your colleague sent a brochure.” The new hire opened their inquiry box. This thread was not there. They told the owner “no inquiries this week.” The main account searched: the owner was still the person who left in March, and the welcome library was still auto-sending. The buyer’s WhatsApp: “I am still on the old thread. Do not open a new chat. Your new guy cannot see me.” The response lesson was green. The box was empty.

Someone wanted another welcome note. Someone wanted the new hire to cover it on personal WhatsApp. Membership paid to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED does not turn the owner into the new hire by itself, and it does not buy an official assignment clock. Corpable Marketing Limited is not the message desk. We cannot click Assign for you.

Already replied, they went quiet: replied, buyer silent. Departure, theft, rights walked out: sub-account security. Inquiry button grey: account limited. Right person still only sends a brochure: inquiry, no order. Below only this: the button is lit, and this thread is not in the sub-account box.

The box is empty. The shop is not out of inquiries

The buyer’s original writes last week, this thread, old chat: treat it as an old thread. The old owner has left. An empty box is the wrong person, not a week with no orders. A new inquiry follows new assignment rules. Merge the two into one sentence that “there are no inquiries,” and the owner will add P4P while the old thread keeps stacking auto brochures.

Sales copies the original to the main account. The main account searches company name, email, product ID. Not found: write that the IDs do not match. Do not open a new chat first. A new chat reads as two teams — exactly what “Do not open a new chat” forbids.

The phone app cannot find it and the desktop back office can: the desktop opportunity centre governs. Sales who only watch the app will miss waiting-to-assign. What you opened is the message-centre chat list, not the inquiry list: wrong page, and waiting-to-assign will drop. Both pages must point at the same thread before you say found.

The inquiry was marked invalid or junk. Open the detail and read the original. Original is 304, 5000 pcs, brushed: it is valid. Sales must not mark someone else’s inquiry away to keep their own box clean. An RFQ-hall quote is not an inquiry here. The list is empty: look at RFQ once. Do not treat the two as one set.

The store lead scores the team on “inquiries this week.” The number comes from the main-account whole shop. The team’s sub-account boxes are empty and the shop-wide count is not — that is this event. Face the owner first, then talk conversion. Conversion is the stop-loss page. Adding P4P does not fill the owner cell.

On this opportunity-centre thread, whose name is the owner

The path is My Alibaba → opportunity centre → inquiries. The sub-account cannot open it: face rights in Manage sub-accounts first. Do not change the welcome note first. The main account can open it: that screen on the main account governs.

Copy owner and assigned-to from the inquiry detail into the folder. The name is an active salesperson and the sub-account still says empty: face rights or the notice mailbox. The name is someone who left: change assignment first, then talk reply. The name is the main account itself: it has not been handed down yet. The main account wrote “passing this to a colleague” and never clicked that colleague into owner — those two words are not an assignment. The buyer will wait for the colleague. The colleague’s box is still empty.

The chest writes that a salesperson sees only their own, and the main account and sales manager can see and assign. It does not prove a changed owner rings the sub-account mailbox at once. This thread’s owner governs. A sales manager can see people under them, not another manager’s people. A cross-team inquiry: the manager reports no orders, and the main account must search again.

What you found is an intent order, not an inquiry: different type. How to confirm an intent order is a Trade Assurance neighbour. Shop-wide search finds nothing: it may already be deleted. Deleted: sales must not pretend with a welcome note that it is still here. Buyer writes I already wrote last week: face the thread you found.

The same buyer has two inquiries, one on A and one on B. The later thread did not follow the locked salesperson: assign the later one by hand to the person who should take it, then check the ticks. Do not let A and B each send a price. The buyer wrote again from a new mailbox and may be treated as a new buyer, while the old thread still sits on the old person — the main account assigns the new-mailbox thread to the same person, and writes one line on the old thread that the same person is following. Do not write “please go to the new inquiry.”

Three assignment ticks, and the old colleague is still on top

Settings may tick “same buyer, same salesperson.” That tick, if on, is highest priority. The old salesperson still on the name: a new-product inquiry still lands in the old box. Keep the tick: change the old name to the new one first. Drop the tick: remove it, then use product and region. The chest writes this tick as highest priority. It does not prove the tick lets the new hire see the thread.

Customer relationship was added by the old salesperson. You only click Assign and the relationship stays: auto will pull it back. To change the person, face customer relationship first, then click Assign. Relationship is not the commission table. Commission follows finance. The thread follows the opportunity centre.

The 304 strainer hangs on A. The neighbour rack hangs on B. Buyer asks strainer: A. A is on leave, B’s box empty is correct. The store lead changes product ownership, or the main account assigns to B by hand. B must not open a second strainer chat. Product ownership and publisher are not the same cell: publisher is operations, owner is sales. The inquiry landed under the publisher, and the publisher has no reply right: the box looks empty.

UK hangs on C, US on D. The original is a UK billing address: C. Buyer writes HK invoice, goods to Houston: face the buyer place on the inquiry, not the invoice letterhead. A company-inquiry door with no SKU clicked: assign by region or the locked salesperson, not by product. The store lead writes who a company inquiry defaults to. Unwritten: it lands on the main account itself. The main account does not reply: the whole shop looks empty.

A product moved from A to B. Old inquiries do not move with it. The buyer keeps writing on the old thread. B’s box is still empty. The store lead decides whether the old thread follows the person or the product. No written decision: two teams. Assignment history shows “system auto” into the old person, and the tick is still on — after you assign to the new hire by hand, change the tick or the customer relationship first. Hand assign only, tick unchanged: next week the box is empty again.

Three days before a holiday you opened five sub-accounts and never changed product ownership. Empty new-hire boxes are expected. Expected has to be said in advance. Unsaid: the new hire reports no orders outside, and the buyer hears that nobody is answering.

Seeing a thread and being able to reply are not the same right

Accounts → Manage sub-accounts. Split the look: inquiry view, reply, assign. “Own inquiries only”: other people’s threads are invisible by design, not a fault. To see it: the main account assigns it over, or grant sales-manager rights. View-all is on and reply is off: they can see it and cannot send. Sales will report a fault — the fault is the right. Open reply, or change the owner to someone who already has reply.

The onboarding sheet writes “has inquiry rights.” The back office only opened product view. Manage sub-accounts on this screen governs. Sheet has the right, back office does not: an empty box is expected. Write it on the hire day. Do not report no orders outside on day three. The sub-account changed its display name; the old owner field may still hold the old name. Face the login, not the display name.

The security page is rights too wide and clients walked out. Here the rights are too narrow and the box is empty. Do not merge them into “open every right first” — opening every right is a red line on the security page. The sub-account login IP changed cities and was blocked: security page. First split whether they cannot log in, or they logged in and the box is empty.

Check notice mailboxes for main account, sales manager, and salesperson on the chest’s path. Copy off: the box may hold the thread and the mailbox does not. Sales who only watch email will report no orders. Face the box first, then the mailbox. Mail landed in junk. Junk is not the opportunity centre. Changing a sub-account mailbox: main account, Manage sub-accounts. Do not let staff change it to a personal mailbox and call handover done.

Who may click Assign: main account and sales manager. A salesperson cannot assign someone else’s inquiry to themselves. Still invisible after the click: face rights and refresh. Do not click three times as a speed-up. Clicked onto a departing login, and the system still allowed it: the box is still empty. Change it to someone still in the job. The same thread assigned three times: the folder keeps three times and who clicked. Three times still invisible: face rights and the login name. Do not click the same departing login a fourth time.

Once it is assigned, the first sentence still goes on the original thread

Open the original thread. The first sentence faces 304, 5000 pcs, brushed finish. Do not send a brochure first — the brochure is what they already called a brochure. Rewrite detail sits on the neighbour. Do not change the subject. A changed subject reads like a new open. They wrote Do not open a new chat. A new chat is losing it a second time. Lost a second time: the right owner still wasted the assign.

The main account exported the inquiry to Excel and WeChat-ed it to the new hire. Excel is not the thread. The new hire opens a chat from the sheet: the buyer receives a third line. Assign inside the opportunity centre so the new hire enters the original thread.

The welcome library is set to auto-reply shop-wide. Auto-reply counts as someone sending, so the response lesson may stay green. The store lead checks whether auto-reply entered the old thread. It did: take the old thread off auto-reply first. A new hire’s first day is not the welcome library. Face the assignment ticks and product ownership first.

The sample waybill number sits on the old thread. The old owner has left. The new sample clerk cannot see it. Assign the thread to the sample clerk or to sales first, then chase signature. Ad source does not change the owner rule. Do not let operations answer a P4P thread with a brochure.

They want to continue on WhatsApp. Get the person right first, then talk the write-back. Wrong person plus a jump: the old thread is gone for good. Night shift only has main-account search and assign, not welcome-note rights. Who it was assigned to for day shift: leave one line. No line: daytime will assign it again, and the buyer will see two new people.

The holiday duty roster has a phone and no main account. On the phone they promised “I can see it.” The back office was never searched — seeing it is not the owner. Opportunity centre will not open: they may only say daytime main account will search. They must not say already following. Those two words stop the buyer writing. After they stop, your box is still empty. You can only admit on the original thread that you are still finding the owner. Do not cover it with another welcome note.

A green response rate does not speak for the box

Green is someone in the shop clicked send. Your box may still be empty. The store lead must not treat the green as in-the-box. Telling them outside we reply in 24 hours, while the original says Your colleague sent a brochure, is already the wrong person. Wrong-person reply: change the person first, then talk rewrite.

The day someone leaves, the owner must move. It does not: the welcome note keeps sending, the lesson stays green, the buyer keeps cursing the old thread. Change the person first, then talk whether to close the rights. Closing rights follows the security page.

The review folder keeps: the buyer original, this opportunity-centre thread, owner before and after, the three assignment ticks, sub-account rights, notice mailbox, whether the first sentence opened a new chat. Week review looks at owner and original thread, not how many welcome notes went out. A welcome note fills no owner cell.

Sales must not blast a welcome note into someone else’s thread. The owner must not put a new hire on personal WhatsApp to cover an on-site old thread. That cover is two teams. Two teams: the later order clip is empty. Monday finds the departing person still the owner: change the person before you speak. Person unchanged: every welcome note this week still feeds the green.

Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. The receipt files on the membership axis, not the assignment axis. The receipt does not cover the “same buyer, same salesperson” tick, and it does not cover that the owner is already you. Conditions follow the opportunity centre and this original as they opened on 2026-10-14. Original present: the person can face. Not found: do not open a new chat first, and do not let sales say outside that there are no orders this week — those two words have to face a shop-wide search screen.

Thursday the Birmingham buyer wrote again from the accounts mailbox: “Accounts asked for the same 304 strainer quote. New contact below.” The new mailbox was treated as a new buyer and assigned by region to the US team. The old thread still sat on the departing person. The main account assigns the new-mailbox thread to the person who should take it, and writes one line on the old thread: same person, same 5000 pcs. Do not write please go to the new inquiry — that is a new open.

Product ownership moved from A to B on Tuesday. Old inquiries do not move. The buyer kept adding salt-spray requirements for the brushed finish on the old thread. B’s box stayed empty. The store lead writes the decision: old thread follows the person, or follows the product. Follows the person: B only takes new inquiries. Follows the product: the main account assigns the old thread to B by hand. No written decision: A and B will each send a finish.

Notice mail landed in operations’ junk. Operations only watches mail and reports “no inquiries today.” Three threads sit in opportunity-centre waiting-to-assign. Junk is not the inquiry list. Face the box first, then the mailbox. Mail only: the welcome note will go to the wrong person.

Sub-account rights opened “view all inquiries” and never opened “reply.” The new hire can see the 304 thread. Send is grey. They report a fault. The fault is the right, not the assignment. Open reply, or change the owner to someone who already has reply. Do not let the new hire cover it on WhatsApp.

The welcome library still holds “Dear customer, please find our catalogue.” Shop-wide auto-reply is still on. The response lesson is green. The buyer curses brochure. The store lead takes the old thread off the auto-reply list. A new hire faces the assignment ticks on day one, and the library opens on day two. Library opened early: the old thread eats another brochure.

The sample waybill number sits on that March thread. The new sample clerk logs in and cannot see it. Assign first, then chase signature. Waybill in the old person’s box: the signed photo cannot return to this thread either. Sample shipped and silent is another page. Here you first let someone see the thread.

The main account searched the company name on the phone app and got nothing. The desktop back office has it. The desktop opportunity centre governs. Sales who only watch the app will miss waiting-to-assign. The missed thread is already on WhatsApp: Your new guy cannot see me.

The inquiry was marked invalid because the last person thought “brochure-only is not a real buyer.” Open the original: 304, 5000 pcs, brushed. Valid. Who may mark invalid: write it into the rights note. Sales must not mark someone else’s inquiry away to keep their own box clean.

A sales manager can see their own team, not the South China team. A cross-team inquiry: the manager reports no orders, and the main account must search again. Still nothing after that search: then treat it as not an inquiry. A manager’s “no orders” is often outside the team.

Assign was clicked onto a disabled sub-account. The system sometimes still allows the click. The box is still empty. Change it to an active login. Display name does not match the login: wrong person, box still empty. Face the login, not the WeChat remark.

The buyer came in through the company-inquiry door and never clicked the 304 SKU. Assign by region or the locked salesperson, not by product ownership. Product hanging can be crystal clear and a company inquiry still will not reach the person who owns the SKU. The store lead writes who a company inquiry defaults to. Unwritten: it lands on the main account itself. The main account does not reply: the whole shop looks empty.

Night shift only has the main account. Night assigned the old thread to Zhang for day shift and left one line: “assigned to Zhang, original 304 / 5000.” No line: daytime Li assigns it again, and the buyer sees two new people enter the thread one after the other. Two new people look more chaotic than nobody.

Week review lines the “no inquiries” team up against the shop-wide inquiry count. They do not face: someone has an empty box and someone has a thread stacking. Stacking: assign first. Empty: face rights first. Do not add P4P first. A P4P budget fills no owner cell.

They want to continue salt-spray on WhatsApp. Jump before the person is right: the old thread is gone for good, and the on-site response record will not face either. Click Assign first. The new hire enters the original thread, sends the first sentence, then you talk the write-back. Write-back is the off-site-terms page.

An advisor on the page only looks at whether the ticks, customer relationship, and owner can point at each other. They cannot: stop auto-reply first. An advisor does not click Assign, and does not guarantee the box fills today.

Questions teams actually ask

The response rate is green. Why do I still not receive it?

Green only means someone in the shop clicked send inside 24 hours. That someone may be a departing colleague’s auto welcome note. Your box follows the owner on this opportunity-centre thread. The owner is not you: you have not received it.

The inquiry treasure chest writes you can assign. After the click, does it reach the box the same day?

The chest writes that the main account and sales manager can assign, and a salesperson sees only their own. It does not prove Assign today fills the box, and it does not lock a mailbox-notice time. The owner change on this thread governs.

Did a departing employee take the client?

WhatsApp walked out, or the main account was stolen: that is the sub-account security page. Here the person is still at the desk. The box is empty and the owner writes someone else. Change assignment first, then decide whether to close the old person’s rights.

The inquiry button is grey. Is that the same event?

A grey button follows the account-limited page. Here the button still opens the opportunity centre; what is missing is whose name this thread sits under. Grey: face the account first. Lit and the box empty: face the owner first.

We already replied and they went quiet. Are the steps the same?

No. Thread in the box, already replied, they went quiet: that is the buyer-silent page, and you face the original columns. This thread is not in the box: there is no letter to rewrite. Find it and assign it to yourself first.

Can Corpable click Assign and guarantee the new hire sees it today?

We cannot assign, and we cannot guarantee a fill time. Corpable Marketing Limited is a Hong Kong Alibaba.com service provider, not the message desk. An advisor can sit with you on the owner, the ticks, and the rights — three screens. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
