This week face which page is limited:
- Publish, reply, or Trade Assurance is grey. First split sub-account rights, unpaid membership, product review, an IPP case, or a current rules-centre action. The onboarding-rules page writes that a violation may restrict site functions — see Seller onboarding rules. That page does not lock an unlock day, and it does not prove your grey button is that line.
- Rules centre only gives the then-current notice — see Alibaba.com rules centre. The notice does not give a recovery day you may promise outside. IPP guidance is seller counter-notification. A case number goes to the IP page. How-to-sell is How to start selling. It does not audit which key is grey.
- This page is not the IP evidence handbook, and not the pre-post red line. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED buys showcases, not an appeal click. This page is not legal or tax advice. Conditions follow the pages that opened on 2026-10-12.
A Dutch buyer’s on-site original at 11:04 Tuesday: “I cannot start Trade Assurance with you. System says seller function limited. Do not send a Gold badge. HK invoice OK.” Sales sent “we are Verified, back in three days,” a membership badge, and a neighbour’s unlock legend. WhatsApp added: “Your reply button looks dead. I asked the function, not a slogan.” The store lead opened the main account. Publish and Trade Assurance were both grey. Finance wanted an “unlock rush certification fee” in the unit price.
Operations wanted a warmer welcome. The owner wanted Friday locked outside. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED does not buy an official unlock day, and it does not turn a grey button green.
Who does what. The store lead opens the same button on the main account and checks store-wide grey versus sub-account grey. Sales opens message centre and on-site notices and copies the action’s original sentence. Finance opens the membership order page and faces unpaid fees. Merchandising opens product management and the IPP entry for red rows and open case numbers. The floor does not change a specification in public while the button is grey. An importer who sees a limited function does not owe you a date. Corpable Marketing Limited is a Hong Kong Alibaba.com service provider, not the penalty desk. How to build a case is IP appeal. The pre-post line is prohibited-goods check. Exit stop-rights is sub-account security. Ads will not open is P4P is not membership. Read the thirteen pages. Do not read an unlock legend.
Which page first proves this is a limit, not a sub-account without rights
Log into My Alibaba on the main account. Do not conclude from a salesperson’s sub-account first. Same publish key, same inquiry-reply key, same Trade Assurance entry: main green and sub grey is missing rights — that is the stop-rights page. Main also grey is a store-wide limit — stay here.
The onboarding-rules page above lists that site functions may be restricted. It does not audit whether you opened the main account, and it does not lock a must-change-password. How-to-sell does not write a grey button as a membership tier that is too low.
Who clicks. The store lead clicks the main account. Sales clicks their own sub-account to compare. Finance does not look for a “rights certification fee.” There is no such row.
Staple three screens: main-account button, sub-account button, current login name. If they do not face, do not say outside that it is already unlocked. The original said function limited: face which key is grey first. Do not rewrite the welcome first.
Stop: treating a sub-account screenshot as the whole store closed. Stop: pasting a neighbour “just redo verification” into this ticket. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. The receipt does not prove this key is already green.
If the main account prompts expired two-factor, finish the then-current verification before you read the button. A spinning verification is not the limit original. Still grey after it ends: copy the notice in the next section. Sales must not send the verification screen to the buyer as already appealed. Verification is login, not the action.
Two stores under one company, A green and B grey: two accounts, two clips. Do not paste store A’s Gold poster onto store B’s thread. The original faces store B’s link. Wrong store: treat as not facing.
A browser plugin or a translate bar can hide a button and look grey. Open a clean window on the then-current official host and look again. Still grey: treat as truly grey. Do not tell the outside a plugin is an official limit.
Which action the on-site notice’s original sentence faces
Open message centre or the then-current notice / penalty / violation entry. Copy the whole original sentence into this ticket’s clip: publish, search, Trade Assurance, login, or one SKU. Do not write from memory that “the account is gone.”
Rules centre above is for matching the original wording. It is not for computing a recovery day. No date in the original: do not hand-write Friday in the clip.
Who copies. Sales copies. The store lead checks it is the same day as this inquiry. Finance must not write the notice as an “official unlock service.”
If the original is only an English system message, staple the English. Do not translate it into “the platform supports us.” Support fills no action scope.
Stop: blasting “system upgrade” before the original is copied. Stop: sending the notice screenshot to the buyer’s WhatsApp as already handled. Off-site screenshot: the clip has no reply.
Notice says product restricted: write the SKU id, not store-wide closed. Notice says account function limited: write whether it is publish, Trade Assurance, or login. Two phrases are not one axis. Wrong axis: later appeal clicks the wrong entry.
Copy one letter from on-site notices and one from the mailbox. Dates or case numbers disagree: stop outside dates, staple both, ask the then-current page which letter governs. Do not pick the prettier letter to retell outside.
A deadline in the original is the supplement or appeal window. It is not “Friday the function must be green.” Window expired and still grey: treat as still grey. Do not write an expired window as already recovered.
Whether the membership order page is expired and unpaid
Open Orders or the membership contract — not the ads account. Face whether Gold / Verified is in force and whether a payment is outstanding. Expired unpaid: the grey may be the membership axis, not the penalty axis. Do not merge the two into “banned.”
How-to-sell writes membership and starting to sell. It does not audit whether your order is paid, and it does not write unpaid as infringement. Membership only goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. An advisor account as payee is missing.
Who faces. Finance faces the order and the wire receipt. The store lead checks whether the order page and the notice original are the same event. Sales must not call unpaid “under review.”
Staple three: order validity, payment receipt, grey-button screen. Receipt date does not face validity: stop outside promises.
Stop: treating a P4P balance as membership paid. Two invoices — the P4P page. Stop: forwarding a “RMB 35,800 opens it” quote. The Hong Kong channel is not that book.
If the order shows pending signature or pending pay, follow the then-current order’s wire name. The name must be ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. Advisor account or a personal QR is missing. Missing is not a limit appeal.
Just paid, receipt not yet facing the order page: the function may still be grey. Grey: do not lock “funds arrived so it opens.” Arrived follows the then-current order status, not a photographed receipt. Finance faces one page a day, not a WeChat rumour.
Gold expired and Verified still in review: do not merge the two into “membership is fine.” Fine fills no validity cell. Validity empty: sales must not call the function a penalty.
Which SKUs sit red in product review
Open product management or the pending-review list. Write the red SKU, category, and reject sentence. Only those cannot publish and other keys are green: product axis, not store-wide closed. Store-wide publish grey and no red row: return to the notice original.
The posting lesson is How to post your products. It writes the information score and the post steps. It does not prove brushing the score greens the store-wide button, and it does not lock an official review hour.
Who writes. Merchandising writes SKU and reject sentence. Sales must not rewrite a red row as “we can do all of them.” The floor faces whether the red row is a grade you cannot ship.
The prohibited-goods page is before you post. Already red: face the reject sentence, then decide attribute change or stop this SKU. Do not change category on fifty SKUs at once.
Stop: writing a spinning review as the store already closed. Spinning is review, not “restrict functions” in the notice original.
Reject says wrong category: change this SKU only. Says wrong image: swap your own goods. Says prohibited: stop this SKU and use the prohibited-goods page. Three rejects are not one grey key.
Sub-account sees red rows, main-account list empty: treat as sync missing. Refresh the then-current list on the main account. Still empty: staple the sub-account screen. Do not tell the outside the store is clean.
A red information-score cell and a limit notice are not the same page. Score is the exposure page. This page only asks whether publish is grey. Score low and send still clicks: treat as can publish, not limited.
Whether the IPP case page holds an open case number
Open Intellectual Property or the IPP entry. An open case number: this page stops at “write the number and the deadline”; evidence goes to the IP page. No case number: do not write the grey button as a complaint.
The counter-notification guidance above lists grounds. It does not prove you must file an authorisation letter with no case, and it does not lock an appeal that must pass in a few days.
Who looks. The store lead or one named person looks at the case page. Sales must not admit “we copied” in the inquiry. Finance must not wire a complaint deposit and membership to the same payee.
A case number still needs this page’s notice original among the thirteen screens. Two clips stay apart. Mixed: the deadline empties.
Stop: wiring a stranger for settlement with no case number. Stop: answering IPP with a Gold poster.
Case page shows closed and the button is still grey: write close time and which key is still grey, staple both. Closed is not automatically green. Green follows the same key on the main account. Sales must not send the closed page as already able to open Trade Assurance.
Several open numbers: one clip per number. Do not merge into one “we did not infringe.” Merged: treat as not facing the guidance grounds. The guidance does not prove one universal letter opens every key.
What rules centre currently writes — do not invent an unlock day
Open rules centre and search the notice’s original words. What you find is then-current text, used to show where “may restrict functions” comes from. Nothing found: write “the then-current page has no sentence matching the original.” Do not fill a group rumour.
Rules centre does not give a recovery day you may put on WhatsApp. The onboarding-rules page does not either. This page does not invent 24 hours, three days, or seven days.
Who searches. The store lead searches. Sales may only retell the original already in the clip, not “it is usually three days.”
Staple the search screen, file name dated. After a redesign, only the then-current screen. Do not hand-write “I remember last month was seven days.”
Stop: sending the search result to the buyer as a successful appeal. Search is not appeal.
If the text writes “restrict functions depending on the circumstances,” circumstances is not your unlock day. Do not translate it into three days. That translation on WhatsApp empties this ticket’s lead time first.
Rules centre redesigns: old screenshots void. The clip keeps only the search-day screen. An advisor faces the then-current page. Remember last month’s seven days does not face the original.
Whether ads will not open is another invoice
Open Marketing or Keyword Advertising. Will not open or the balance errors: first check whether the membership order was opened by mistake. Ads and membership are two invoices. Membership paid and ads still grey: ads axis, not store-wide closed.
How-to-sell does not audit a campaign. The KWA entry does not write a grey button as a must-upgrade. How the two invoices split is the P4P page.
Who opens. The ads account opens the ads page. Finance opens the membership order to compare. The store lead checks the two people did not call two pages one.
Stop: topping up ads while membership is unpaid. A top-up does not green the membership axis. Stop: treating an Accio or other product row as limited P4P.
Ads page opens and a campaign is paused: ads axis paused by you, not a store-wide limit. Who paused, which day: write it in the clip. A group you paused, you resume. Do not go to IPP.
Ads page says complete membership first: return to the order page. The two pages do not face: stop the top-up. A top-up does not buy the order axis.
Trade Assurance or payout grey: which cell to face first
Open Trade Assurance or payout binding. Grey is the order entry, the payout account, or the quota. The original cannot start Trade Assurance faces the order entry. Quota short is another page. Account not bound is the bank axis, not the penalty axis.
How-to-sell writes Trade Assurance as a trading tool. It does not audit whether your account is bound, and it does not lock how many days grey will open. How evidence is stapled is Trade Assurance first evidence. This page only asks whether the entry is grey.
Who faces. Finance faces the bound account and the quota page. Sales faces whether the original is this cell. The store lead checks the three rows are the same entry.
A Hong Kong company as seller binds a Hong Kong account. A mainland personal card is missing. Missing is not an unlock.
Stop: verbally promising “we can do Trade Assurance” while the entry is grey. Spoken is a false green. A false green is worse than empty.
Quota page green, order entry grey: entry axis. Entry green, quota red: quota axis — that page. The original cannot start faces the entry. Do not reply with a quota story.
Payout account not bound: finance walks the bank axis first. Bank KYC is not a platform unlock. Do not write the two axes as one “account limited.” Limited fills no account cell.
Who may click appeal, and who must not admit fault outside
Appeal, supplement, or on-site service: only the named main account or named sub-account. Sales must not write we copied or we will pay a fine in the inquiry. Finance must not wire an unverified payee.
IPP guidance and rules centre do not write “admit and it opens” as a path. How-to-sell’s reply soon is “we are facing the notice text,” not a faster admission.
Who clicks. The store lead clicks. Sales only replies on this thread: which function is limited, we are facing the notice text. The floor must not change a specification to round a grey button.
Two sub-accounts each clicking appeal once is two clips. Only one case number and one original stay.
Stop: writing “sincere unlock” into the unit price. There is no store-wide official unlock price.
On-site service chat goes in the clip, file name dated. If they only say wait, wait is not Friday. Sales must not translate wait into an official unlock day.
Someone off the list clicked appeal: treat as two clips. Write who clicked which page, and stop a second click. A second click often wipes the deadline.
Which clip the papers and screenshots go into
This ticket’s clip only takes: notice original, main-account grey key, membership order, product red rows, IPP case or none, rules-centre search screen. Missing one, next week no one knows which axis was grey.
The posting lesson and how-to-sell do not audit your clip. The clip is not a score. The clip is for exit handover and an advisor facing pages.
Who staples. Merchandising names files date plus page. Sales must not staple a welcome poster to fill space.
The buyer thread is a second staple. The limited-function sentence returns here. It must not live only on personal WeChat. WeChat only: the clip has no spoken line.
Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. The receipt staples into the membership axis, not the IPP axis.
The clip does not live on a personal desktop. A desktop empties when someone leaves. Merchandising puts it on the company drive, path in the handover list. No list: a new store lead does not lock a date outside.
A copy of the buyer-thread explanation goes in the clip. The letter only retells an axis already faced, not a legend. Legend does not face the original.
If the function stays grey, which step you stop
After the thirteen pages, still grey: stop new outside dates. One sentence only: function still limited, we will update when the same button turns green on the main account. Do not write Friday for sure.
Rules centre and the onboarding-rules page do not write “wait three more days” as a duty. Talk this 20oz after it is green. Talking bulk while grey empties lead time first.
Who stops. The store lead stops outside dates. Sales stops “function normal” in new quotes. Finance stops an unlock rush fee.
If a sample still must ship, face the sample page. Do not treat the grey button as a ban on samples, and do not treat a sample as an unlock tool.
Stop: a shorter unlock day every day to chase the buyer. Changing the day is not facing the page.
If this 20oz is still in talk, the lead-time cell writes pending function green on main account, or you stop quoting lead time. Do not print ASAP as already able to open Trade Assurance. ASAP fills no entry.
Whether a sample may ship faces the waybill and the freeze — the sample page. A grey button is not a sample ban, and not “ship it and it will open.” Shipped is the sample axis, not the unlock axis.
How the IP-appeal and prohibited-goods neighbours split
An IPP case number: evidence on the IP page. Not yet posted, only afraid of the red line: the prohibited-goods page. Button already grey and the axis not yet split: stay here. Three pages may be the same week. The clips are not the same set.
Only the sub-account is grey: the stop-rights page. Ads grey, membership green: the P4P page. Mixed: appeal clicks the wrong entry.
How-to-sell does not split these three for you. The response lesson is Inquiry Quick Response Rate. The lesson is a 24-hour response. It does not prove a fast reply greens the button.
The same buyer, three letters: function, price, factory visit. Cells stay apart. Function follows thirteen pages; price follows the haggle page; the visit follows papers and the line.
A frozen bank account is another page. Platform key green and bank frozen: bank axis. Do not write a bank freeze as an Alibaba.com limit. They asked seller function: that faces the platform key.
The prohibited-goods page is for SKUs not yet posted. Already grey and you fill the pre-post list: the list does not fill the notice original. Face the original, then decide whether to stop one SKU.
Which screens week-end review keeps
As of 2026-10-12, the onboarding-rules page, rules centre, IPP guidance, the posting lesson, and how-to-sell that opened are used only to say what each page proves and what it does not. A redesigned page follows its then-current text. This page is not legal or tax advice. This page does not invent an unlock day, a penalty amount, or how many days recovery must take.
Who: the store lead faces the main-account button, sales copies the notice, finance faces the membership order and the bound account, merchandising writes red rows and case numbers. How: split the axis first, then click the page that faces, stop the date if grey. Why: a function that will not open is often mixed axes, not a welcome that was not warm enough. Corpable can sit with you on which page is grey. We do not click. We do not guarantee it opens this week.
Who must not keep going: the ads account must not add budget for an unlock; finance must not write an “unopened activation fee” into the unit price; the owner must not demand a shorter date outside every day. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED does not turn a grey key green.
The clip keeps six screens: main-account button, notice original, membership order, product red rows, IPP yes or no, rules search. Missing one, the handover person will lock Friday again. A new salesperson reads the six screens, then speaks. No six screens: the mouth may only say which page we are facing, not which day it opens.
How warm the script sounds fills no action scope. A warm “back in three days” hurts this ticket more than a cold “this key is still grey on the main account.” The store lead accepts only whether the six screens are complete. Complete: this page is done. Incomplete: stop the date.
Windows follow their time zone. A Friday deadline is their Friday, not “before domestic close.” Close fills no deadline cell. Deadline passed and still grey: the mouth may only say this key is still grey, not “we filed on time so it must open.”
A new salesperson’s first day: read the six screens, then open the same main-account key and see whether it is still grey. Already green: write back green on which key, which day, and void the old “still grey.” Not voided: they will treat two states. Two states are messier than grey.
A Corpable advisor faces only the then-current screens in your clip, not a spoken “should be soon.” Should is not the original. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. An advisor does not collect it, and does not click appeal.
If the key is already green, sales writes the green screen back onto this thread the same day and leaves the void of function limited on the same thread. Not voided: the Dutch buyer still cannot start Trade Assurance. The void names which key and which day. It does not name a Gold slogan.
After thirteen pages still grey, the floor must not stage material on “about to order.” About to is not a freeze. Staged: cost already left, and the entry can stay grey. Finance must not write staged material as a must-drop to clear stock. Clearing stock is another grade and another thread.
Questions teams actually ask
Can the IP-appeal page be this week’s grey-button steps?
Do not paste it here. That page is how to build evidence for an IPP case number. This page first confirms which page is grey and whether a case exists. A case number goes there. No case: walk the thirteen steps here.
Can the prohibited-goods checklist unlock a button that is already grey?
No. That page is the red line before you post. This page’s button is already grey. A pre-post list does not fill the current notice’s original sentence.
Is the sub-account security page just a password change?
That page is stop-rights when someone leaves. This page first checks whether the same button is grey on the main account. Main account also grey: not a sub-account. Main green, sub grey: then that page.
The onboarding-rules page writes restrict website functions. Will it open in three days?
That page writes that a violation may restrict site functions. It does not lock an unlock day, and it does not prove your grey button is that line. Face the notice text first.
Rules centre opens. Can we compute the recovery date ourselves?
Rules centre gives the then-current notice. It does not give a recovery day you may promise outside. This page does not invent days.
Can Corpable click appeal or guarantee the function opens this week?
We cannot click, and we cannot guarantee. Corpable Marketing Limited is a Hong Kong Alibaba.com service provider, not the penalty desk. An advisor can sit with you on which page is grey. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
