Open this row in Product Management first. Copy the reject reason as a whole sentence.

  • Reason faces title, stuffing, or exaggeration: move the title cell. Faces image, watermark, or contact: move the image. Faces category or incomplete attributes: move category and the required attributes. Do not edit from a guess that “it should be infringement.”
  • The official posting lesson How to post products writes fields. It does not prove two words pass the same day, and it does not lock a pass day. How to start selling writes listing as a start-selling action. It does not require three submits the same day. Seller onboarding rules write that a violation may restrict functions. They do not write this row’s reject as a whole-shop unlock day.

A Houston lighting importer’s on-site original at 09:11 Wednesday: “I opened your 36W constant current driver. Link is gone. Product under review? Send the live link. I did not lock the 700mA version.” Sales opened Product Management. This row was red: “not approved.” The night before, operations had covered the WhatsApp number on the main-image corner with a colour block, changed the title to Best Seller 36W LED Driver, and submitted again. The buyer’s WhatsApp followed: “Link still 404. Do not send a new title. I need the same SKU.” The shop week report still wrote “submit again and it should pass.”

The link was empty. The inquiry faced a dead page. Black Friday was close. The owner wanted three submits the same day to try luck. Membership paid to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED buys showcases. It does not make the reject reason face the right cell by itself, and it does not buy an official pass day. Corpable Marketing Limited is a Hong Kong Alibaba.com service provider, not the review desk. We cannot click submit for you.

Whole-shop publish grey: account limited. Reason written as infringement: IP red lines. This row passed and search still has no keyword: no search exposure. The category itself sits on the prohibited list: prohibited list. Below only this: Product Management still opens, and the red row is this 36W SKU.

This row is red in Product Management — do not change the title yet

From My Alibaba, open Product Management on the left. Search by product ID or your internal 36W-700mA. “In review” and “not approved” sometimes sit in the same list. Click in and read the reason original. Do not translate the colour block yourself. In review means no result yet; do not say rejected outside. Not approved is when you read the reason.

Red is the 36W constant-current row, or the 50W dimmable next to it. Search the wrong row and you edit the neighbour. The neighbour passes; the link the buyer wants is still 404. If the model in the buyer’s original does not match the “same SKU” you just created, do not use a new ID to cover the old inquiry.

A sub-account often sees only what it published. The sub-account says there is no red row: the main account must search again. Main account cannot find it either: write that the product IDs do not match. Do not open a second “same SKU” to gamble a pass. A new row does not fix the old 404. It only adds an empty number to the buyer’s favourites.

Publish grey as a block, or the membership order unpaid: that is the account axis. Do not merge it with this red row into one sentence that “the shop is banned.” Finance must not look for a “review certification fee” on the reject row. There is no such row. The year-fee receipt files in the membership clip. The red row files in the product clip. Do not staple the two into one week report that “it should have passed.”

How to read the reject reason as written

Copy the reason as a whole sentence into this model’s folder. Keep the English as written. It writes title / keyword stuffing / exaggeration: move the title. It writes image / contact information / watermark / misleading display: move the image. It writes incomplete information: open attributes and detail. Do not first swap a prettier main image. Pretty does not fill an empty input-power cell.

Do not translate vague English from memory into “it should be infringement.” Should is not the reason. Wrong axis: the next three submits all edit the wrong cell. Truly written as intellectual property or counterfeit: stop. Use the red-line page. Do not try to close an IP case in Product Management by deleting two letters.

How to post products (PX67BO9L) writes the required fields clearly. It does not prove the fields, once filled, pass the same day, and it does not give a pass rate. how-to-sell encourages listing soon. That means editing this row against the reason, not submitting three times the same day. Reason not faced: the third submit still fails.

If rules centre has a shop-wide spot-check the same day, that case number and this row’s reject are not automatically the same event. Attributes empty: fill the attributes first. Do not write a shop-wide appeal first. Appeal is an action on the account page or the red-line page.

When category and attributes are empty, a new image does not help

Open this row’s category path. A 36W constant-current driver clicked into “decorative lighting” or “kitchen knives” is the wrong level. A precise title still fails the review axis. Clicking a hotter wrong category for traffic, even if it passes, sends later search into the wrong pool. Search exposure cannot save a link that was filed in the wrong pool.

The category-suggest tool offered a hotter wrong level. Tool heat does not fill the goods. The goods are a driver. Do not click into finished lighting. Title writes LED driver, category writes kettle or lamp shade: the two cells must point at each other. They do not: stop submit.

Required attributes — input power, output current, whether it is powered, certification ticks — one empty cell can fail. Fill from the physical nameplate and floor writing. Do not guess. Guessed 700mA when the piece is 500mA: even if it passes, later inquiries will bite that number. Custom attributes stuffed with “high quality factory” do not fill the output-current cell.

SKU price empty when this row must trade: missing piece. How an empty price gets haggled later is the price-only page. Here you only need the price to point at this grade. You ticked CE and the drawer has no declaration for this model: take the tick off first. Taking it off is not a pass guarantee. It is not leaving an empty tick. Leave the tick and the later compliance page will ask for the file.

Three colours, only the black shell photographed, silver and white still enabled: an enabled empty colour is a missing image. You may disable the empty colours and submit only the grade that has photos. Leaving empty colours so the SKU looks bigger: review will reject it, and the buyer who clicks in will also find empty.

Numbers on the main image, neighbour photos, someone else’s model

Main image is the 36W black shell. First detail shot is the 50W silver shell. Review and the buyer both face empty. Design swaps to the same wattage, the same shell colour, the same terminal direction. A stock “electronics workshop” downloaded from a photo site, machines your floor cannot name: even if it passes, a later factory-video ask will face empty too.

Walk the last detail page, the main-image corner mark, and the video captions. One place still has WhatsApp, a WeChat ID, or a standalone site: this row still carries an off-site door. A phone number on a certificate scan is the issuer’s. Do not enlarge it as your lead magnet. A number on the company-profile page is the storefront page. Here you only clear this product’s images.

A watermark that writes a floor price or worldwide free shipping locks a price outside. Finance first checks whether that number is already under this grade. Under: change the image first. Do not leave a loss-making display just to pass review.

Someone else’s brand word or driver model string on the title or the image: stop. Operations must not add it to search better. Your own model must point at a tooling order or a spec sheet. It does not: change to a description you can point at. Do not invent a part number that sounds like a big brand. A neighbour plant’s authorisation faces the neighbour plant. It does not fill this row.

Detail pasted someone else’s test-report cover. The report number does not face 36W-700mA. It does not: wrong certificate. The certificate clerk locks in writing which model the number faces, then operations pastes. Chinese detail did not write food contact; the foreign-language detail wrote FDA. A driver is not a food-contact part. Foreign language locks outside. It cannot point: delete that sentence.

Who may click submit

The person who clicks submit must be the operations user who edited this row and who has already faced the reason against the edited cell. Sales clicking submit to answer “Link is gone,” or design finishing the image and nobody clicking, both scramble the record. Sub-account has no Product Management right: the main account edits. No right: open the right first. Do not open a second same SKU from a personal mailbox.

Before submit the folder holds at least three things: the reason original, which cell changed, who clicked. One missing: stop. The posting lesson does not click for you. Weekend duty may remove numbers and swap same-wattage images. It may not change category or certification ticks — category and ticks wait for the store lead. Weekend ticking CE to answer the buyer: Monday will add a harder reason to split.

A new operations hire does not get submit rights on day one. First they watch two red rows: which cell the reason faces, and whether the edit is that cell. Submit when they do not face: the record keeps a blind submit. Keeping it is how you stop the next one.

The sub-account says it submitted. Product Management on the main account is still red. This row on the main account governs. The submitter was not the person with the right: the person with the right submits once. Do not let the sub-account keep submitting.

Rejected again for the same reason — stop

Reason unchanged: a third submit still fails. This note does not invent which attempt you must stop on. The store lead sees reason and cells still mismatch: stop. Operations must not keep swapping New Arrival / Hot Sale synonym titles because it must be live before Black Friday. The owner must not demand a hotter main image every day to gamble a pass. The ad account must not add budget to a still-red SKU.

Title stuffed with Hot Sale, Big Discount, Best Factory, and the reason writes exaggeration or stuffing: delete the stuffed words first. A hotter word does not fill the reason. The posting lesson does not write hot words as a pass condition.

Reason changed: void the old edit and write it back into the folder. Not voided: the folder keeps two edit methods, and next time nobody knows which cell passed. Same reason, third reject: give the original and the three-edit table to the store lead. Still the wrong cell: change the person. Changing the person is not a pass guarantee. It is stopping the same person gambling words.

Reject writes duplicate listing: first search how many rows in the shop share the same image and title. Keep the one that can point at stock. Take the extras down. Submitting a new title as a new model is still a duplicate. A hot word does not unlock a duplicate.

The Black Friday campaign page already enrolled this row. The row is still red. The enrollment is empty. Pass review first, then talk the campaign. The campaign page does not prove a campaign can revive a red row. Withdraw an enrollment you cannot revive, so you do not lock a campaign price outside. P4P words still hang on this dead link: pause the words first, see P4P first week. Words live, link red, clicks go to 404. That spend is not a review fee. There is no review-fee row in the back office.

The showcase and the buyer’s favourites still hold a dead link

The showcase still hangs the old link. Product Management is already red. The front may 404. First face whether the tile is this row. Not the same row: the buyer opened the neighbour. Storefront banner writes “36W driver live” while the link is red: a locked live link outside. Change the banner, or pass first. Do not lock both ends.

The buyer pasted a screenshot of the old link in the inquiry. The ID on the screenshot must search in Product Management. You find the red row: handle this row. You cannot find it: the old link was deleted or the ID changed. Write it back onto this inquiry. Tell them the new ID is still in review. Do not report “live tonight for sure.”

They want you to send a draft link first. A draft link is not an approved live link. An unreviewed page will change. What they favourite is the old draft. Only send a live link after it passes, or write clearly still in review, no live link yet. Night chase for a link: still face the daytime reason copied into the folder. Folder empty: night may only say this row is still facing the reason. Night may not quote a list day.

The detail table wrote 25 days, and lead time has not been locked by spec yet. Days in the table lock a calendar. Delete them or change to pending spec. Leave 25: the product passes, later inquiries bite 25, and the lead-time page is harder to recover. Packing image writes 50 pcs/carton. Floor writing is 25. Volume you send out will face empty — carton spec is written by merchandising and accepted by the floor. Operations must not change it to look easier to book a container.

Passing the posting lesson does not mean this row will pass

PX67BO9L proves you know how to fill the fields. It does not prove fill-today-pass. how-to-sell proves listing is a start-selling action. It does not audit whether a number sits on your image. The onboarding-rules page proves a violation may restrict functions. It does not write this 36W reject as a whole-shop unlock day. A green response lesson only proves someone replied to an inquiry. It does not prove the product passed. Do not staple the two greens together.

Week review only looks at: how many red rows dropped, whether reason and edited cell face each other, whether anyone blind-edited the title. Do not treat “how many times we submitted this week” as a score. Count does not fill the reason. The folder keeps the reject original, this Product Management row, which cell changed, who submitted, status after submit, the link the buyer wants. Design files before-and-after images with the number removed in the same folder.

A new salesperson reads these screens before speaking. No screens: they may only say this row is still facing the reason. They must not quote a pass day. A quoted day locks a day outside. Write it back onto this inquiry and take it back. Monday finds last week’s title already submitted three times as a blind edit: stop submit first, then split the reason.

Conditions follow Product Management and this reject original as they opened on 2026-10-14. Original present: cells can face. Original absent: stop submit first. Stop submit is not stop a reply to the buyer. The reply is this row is still facing the reason. No live link: do not quote a list day. Before close, the store lead looks at this Product Management row again — red or live. Still red: sales must not send the old link again. Sending the old link again reads as if you never opened the back office. That hurts more than no reply.

The Houston thread came back Wednesday afternoon: “Can I buy the 50W dimmable instead while this one is down?” Sales almost dropped the live 50W link onto the 36W inquiry. The two rows are not the same thread. The number in their favourites is still 36W-700mA. A live link can open a second note that 50W is in stock, but it must write this is not the 36W you opened. Write it unclear and the later PI welds the two grades together.

Operations named the cleaned main-image file WhatsApp-cover.jpg and uploaded it to the neighbour 50W row. The neighbour passed. This model stayed red. The store lead pulls the submit record: does the file name carry this row’s product ID. No ID: treat it as a possible wrong-row upload. Wrong row: the link in the buyer’s original is still empty.

The video main image is a Canton Fair booth walk. The product stills are a Dongguan workshop test bench. Two scenes. The buyer will ask which building is real. Image and video must point at the same test bench. They do not: take the video down first, or change the stills first. Submitting both sets together is gambling that one of them passes.

The price cell wrote an inquiry price. The front display is a number far under this grade. Display price is a locked price outside. Finance first checks whether the display is already a loss. Loss: change the price before you submit. Leaving a loss-making display to pass review makes the later price-only haggle harder to recover.

Chinese detail writes “indoor driver.” Foreign-language detail writes outdoor wet location. The two promises do not face floor writing. Foreign language locks outside. A locked use scene will be asked for the matching test on later inquiries. It cannot point: delete that sentence. Do not keep it for the keyword.

The category-suggest tool offered a hot “LED decorative lamp” level on Tuesday. The goods are a constant-current driver. Click it and even a pass sends search into the lighting pool. Driver buyers cannot find it. Lighting buyers open it and curse the spec. Tool heat does not fill the goods. Goods are a driver: stay on the driver level.

Rules centre popped a shop-wide spot-check the same day. Operations wanted this 36W reject written into the same appeal. The spot-check case number and this row’s reject reason are not automatically the same event. Reason writes incomplete information: fill the attributes first. Writing empty attributes as a shop-wide appeal: the review desk cannot see which cell you filled.

The P4P back office still hangs words on this 36W. Product Management is red. Clicks go to 404. Pause those words in P4P first, then talk review. Words live, link red: the spend is clicks, not a review fee. There is no review-fee account in the back office.

Design used a stock “electronics-factory line” from a photo library. The workshop supervisor cannot name the machines. A scene nobody can name will be torn open later on the remote-video page, even if it passes. Swap to a still that can point at this plant’s test bench. The wattage on the nameplate in that still must match the attribute cell.

The SKU has three shell colours and only the black shell was photographed. Silver and white sit empty and still enabled. Review will reject the missing images. A buyer who clicks silver will also find empty. Disable the empty colours first and submit only the black shell. Looking like more SKUs does not fill an empty photo.

Packing image writes 50 pcs/carton. Merchandising writing is 25. The carton inner size follows 25. Quote volume as 50 and Houston door freight will face empty. Who writes carton spec: merchandising writes, the floor accepts. Operations must not change carton spec to “book the container easier.”

Weekend duty sales ticked UL in the certification cell to answer Link is gone. The drawer has no UL file for this model. Monday’s review added a false-certification reason. Weekend may remove numbers and swap same-wattage images. It may not change category or certification ticks. Ticks wait for the store lead to see the paper.

The buyer wants a draft preview link. The draft page still titles Best Seller 36W, and the image still has the number. Sending it locks an unreviewed page into their favourites. You may only write still in review, I will send the live link when this SKU is approved. The preview changes; their favourites hold the old draft; next week is another 404.

Same reason, third reject: spread the reason original and the three edits (first the title, second the main image, third the title again) in front of the store lead. All three left the attribute cell untouched: stop submit, change the person who splits. Changing the person is not a pass guarantee. It is stopping the same person gambling words. The new person reads the reject original first, then moves that cell.

Product Management filtered to “not approved” may list a dozen rows this week. First pile them by reason: image, title, category, attributes, infringement. The infringement pile goes to the red-line page. The rest face one cell at a time. Do not report the whole pile as “the shop is limited” — if the publish key still clicks, it is not account grey.

A new salesperson on day three is told to “clear the red rows before Black Friday.” If clear means keep submitting, the record will keep a string of blind edits. Onboarding first watches two rows: one that faces the image, one that faces attributes. Watch those, then give submit rights. Rights given early: the folder is full of “submit again.”

Opening-store membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. The receipt does not cover that this 36W row has already passed. An advisor on the page only looks at whether the reason original and the edited cell can point at each other. They cannot: stop submit first. An advisor does not click submit, and does not guarantee a pass this week.

Questions teams actually ask

The publish button still clicks. Only this row is red. Is the account limited?

No. An account limit is publish, reply, or Trade Assurance grey as a block — that is the account-limited page. Here the button still opens Product Management; the red row is this SKU. Read this row’s reject reason first.

Change two words and submit. Does the posting lesson guarantee we pass the same day?

It does not. How to post products only writes how to fill the fields. It does not prove two words pass the same day, and it does not give a pass day. Reason faces the image, you change the title: wrong cell.

Is every reject an IP case that needs a counter-notice?

No. Reason writes wrong category, incomplete attributes, or contact on the image: edit this row first. Only when the reason clearly writes infringement or counterfeit do you go to the IP red-line page. Treat it as IPP first and a category-wrong row stays red.

After it passes, search still has no keyword. Did review reject it again?

Those are not the same event. Not passed: search has no live link to face. After it passes, whether the word is hot and whether the main-image score is enough sit on the no-exposure page. Do not treat a missing keyword as still rejected.

The same reason already came back twice. Should we submit a third time?

Reason unchanged, and you are still swapping title synonyms: do not submit a third time. Stop is the blind edit, not reading the reason. Reason changed: re-split which cell to move against the new original.

Can Corpable log in and edit it, and guarantee we pass this week?

We cannot edit it, and we cannot guarantee a pass. Corpable Marketing Limited is a Hong Kong Alibaba.com service provider, not the review desk. An advisor can sit with you on whether the reject original and the edit face the same cell. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
