Bottom line:

  • If this SKU barely appears in search, change three cells this week: the keyword field, the first image, and the red Product Information Score or store-star cell. The posting lesson writes Product Information Score as 0 to 5, calls above 4 a Premium Product, and says that means more search display — see How to post your products. That lesson does not prove a full form puts this SKU on the page the buyer searched, and it does not lock an exposure multiple.
  • The keyword lesson writes keywords as a way to be found and says good words help the information score and stars — see Selecting appropriate keywords. The trends tool is Keywords Trends. Neither page proves a hot string may be stuffed into a specification you cannot deliver.
  • This page is not impressions-without-clicks, and not which of twenty slots to fill. Membership is wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED and buys showcases, not a score edit. This page is not legal or tax advice. Conditions follow the pages that opened on 2026-10-08.

A German buyer pasted a search screenshot into WhatsApp. The address bar was stainless steel travel mug 20oz. The first two screens did not show this store. The original line: “I searched THIS phrase. Your store does not show. Do not send a catalogue PDF. HK invoice OK.” Sales sent a factory gate, an internal sheet titled “keywords already optimised,” and a draft that renamed a plastic cup stainless. The buyer asked again why this string did not find them. Sales typed “the algorithm gave no traffic.”

Operations wanted to top up P4P first. Design wanted to replace fifty album shots. Finance wanted a “search-exposure certification fee” in the unit price as if the platform billed it. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED does not buy this SKU onto that string, and it does not buy a rank promise anyone can answer.

Who does what. Local operations edit the keyword field and the first image against a specification the floor can ship. Design swaps one identifying shot, not the album. The store lead opens Product Information Score and store stars and fills the cell that is actually red. The export seller owns the showcase promise; an invoice does not make them the ranking engine. An importer who cannot find you will not treat a membership receipt as search. Corpable Marketing Limited is a Hong Kong Alibaba.com service provider, not the platform. Once the listing shows and still gets no click, see impressions without clicks. If the slot still holds an unanswerable model, see which products go in showcases. How to split P4P is P4P is not membership. Read the three cells below. Do not read the second half of the funnel. Do not read twenty slots.

Which backend page first shows whether this SKU is found

Open product analytics or the marketing data for this SKU’s search terms. Do not open the ads top-up page first. If the page already has impressions and buyer-like terms, that is the other half of the funnel — leave this page. If impressions are near zero, or the terms are only the plant name you stuffed, change the three cells here.

Search the buyer’s string in a logged-out window. If you are missing, write down how the titles on the first two screens are built. Do not search while logged into the store account. The backend often shows you yourself first.

How-to-sell writes posting advice and Intelligent Posting together — see How to start selling. That page does not prove the suggested words are this buyer’s string, and it does not prove a click on a suggestion creates impressions.

Sales writes “we are first in the category” as if that were search. A category home is not the page for stainless steel travel mug 20oz. If you do not match that string, treat the SKU as not found.

Who opens this page. Operations opens product analytics. The store lead checks for impressions. Finance does not look for a “certification fee” on this screen. There is no site-wide official search fee.

Staple three shots into this SKU’s weekly clip: the logged-out search page, the backend search terms, the current title. If the three do not face each other, do not edit fifty models.

If the inquiry only says “your product not showing,” ask for the search string and the country. Without a string you cannot edit the field. If the backend can filter country, write it down. Do not invent a “EU/US traffic pack.”

A Hong Kong company as contract seller does not put a Hong Kong store into search by itself. Origin and letterhead are China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Search reads the title and the category, not the English name on the invoice.

A common My Alibaba path is Data or Marketing, then product performance or search-term analysis. Open this SKU. Look at the search-impression or search-term column. Rows that already hold the buyer’s string belong on the other page. No rows, or rows that are only your pinyin plant name, belong here. Do not treat “views” as search impressions. Views can be you clicking the store, an ad, or an old link.

Use an incognito window and drop the store cookie. Sales searches “stainless steel travel mug 20oz” while logged in, sees the store on screen one, and sends the boss a shot titled “we have exposure.” The same string in a logged-out window is missing on the first two screens. Staple both shots. That is how you learn the first shot was the account showing itself to itself. The buyer added: “Incognito. Still not you. Page 1 and 2. DE.” That line beats a green badge. If country is missing, use what the buyer wrote. If the backend has a country filter, screenshot the filter into the same clip. Do not say “German traffic was limited” without a notice.

Category home, industry picks, and the store decoration page are not the search box. Sales likes to paste a category wall and call it first place. A category wall is a curated rail. It does not face 20oz stainless. Intelligent Posting suggestions may enter a draft. The draft still faces the floor: is this cup stainless, is it 20oz. A suggestion for a 30oz double wall, when the floor only makes a single-wall 20oz, is a hole you dug yourself. Intelligent Posting does not prove a click on a suggestion creates impressions, and it does not lock a multiple.

Who must not tell a story from this page. The ads account must not conclude “no spend, therefore no search.” Finance must not look for a “search certification fee” row on product analytics. There is no such row. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. The receipt does not say this SKU will appear on page one for stainless steel travel mug 20oz. The store lead does one job here: decide whether this SKU this week is “not found” or “found and not clicked.” A wrong call edits the wrong cell for the next seven headings.

In My Alibaba, Products → Manage Products on this SKU and Data → Product Performance are two pages. The edit page holds title, keywords, the first image, and red cells. Performance holds search impressions and the search-term column. Open performance first this week. If that page is still closed, stop before you rewrite fifty titles. If performance only shows the whole store, filter to this SKU or this category. Store-wide hot terms are not this model’s terms. If you cannot land on this SKU, write “store-wide page, not this SKU.” Do not copy a neighbour’s impressions into this model’s weekly note.

Views, visitors, and search impressions are not the same column. Views up and search impressions still zero means not found. Do not write that as exposure. Cut the date filter to the last three days, then the last seven. Zero on both stays on this page. Zero on three days and old plant-name pinyin on thirty days is still not found. Stop: do not open the P4P top-up before you have looked at the search-impression column.

The keyword field faces the string the buyer typed, not the plant name

The keyword field and the front of the title copy the deliverable part of the buyer’s string. Plant SKUs, pinyin names, and full certificate numbers sit later or in attributes. A SKU in the front means a person searching mug will not see you.

The keyword lesson is Selecting appropriate keywords. It writes good words as helpful to the information score and stars. It does not prove your list is already the buyer’s words, and it does not lock how many star steps you gain.

Trends is Keywords Trends. The tool shows country, related searches, and category. A hot string in the tool is not this model’s specification. If the hot string is wider than this model, keep what you can deliver and delete the rest.

Do not pour a neighbour model’s hot words into this field to fill space. A neighbour is another capacity. Treat a pour as the wrong word. The person who finds you will open an empty spec. Clicks after an empty spec belong on the funnel page. This page does not invent a click-through story.

Do not stack the same synonym three times. The lesson already says not to ask only how to pile words. A pile occupies the field and pushes the buyer’s string back.

A wrong category throws a correct word off. Category follows the current tree, not the workshop name on the floor. Fix category first, then the word. Changing both in the same hour hides which cell worked.

A specification word the buyer named in writing goes into the field after it sits in the inquiry. “Everyone searches this” said out loud is not a lock. If you cannot lock the specification, do not write the word into the deliverable grade.

Finance does not add an “official hot-word registration fee” to the unit price. Trends is a seller-centre tool. There is no site-wide official hot-word price.

After the edit, search the buyer’s string logged out again. If you are still missing, write how the title differs from the first two screens. Do not stuff four more broad words in the same sitting.

Keep only deliverable buyer words in the front of the title. Capacity, material, and whether it has a lid can follow. Internal colour codes and pinyin plant names sit in attributes or the description, not in the first thirty characters. Buyers type mug 20oz stainless, not “Xinxin Cup XX-203.” The keyword lesson writes keywords as a chance to be found. A chance is not a licence to use a hot string wider than this model. Delete the part you cannot ship. The lesson does not prove your list is already the buyer’s words.

Cut the trends tool by country. A German buyer may search travel mug; a US buyer may search tumbler. Related searches still face the floor and the certificate clerk: can this grade be made, and is there a file that faces it. No file, the word stays out of the deliverable grade. The tool is not a specification. Stuffing tumbler, flask, and thermos into a plastic cup gets you found; unboxing will not match. Click stories after that mismatch belong on the other page.

Do not copy the title into the synonym field three times. Attributes for material, capacity, and handle face the physical cup. A 20oz cup with 30oz in the attribute paints a green cell and an empty shipment. A certificate number does not belong in the front of the title. It is not a search string and it pushes mug out.

A specification word in the inquiry beats a trends hot string. If the original line is 20oz FDA food contact, the field faces 20oz and food contact mug, not “viral tumbler.” A spoken “they all search this” without writing does not lock the field. Pouring a neighbour 30oz hot string into the 20oz row is the wrong word. The person who finds you will ask for the other capacity. Changing the letter later has already wasted a reply. If category is wrong, change category first, then the word, and date the version.

On the edit page, title, keywords, and custom keywords are three cells. Do not treat them as one. The front of the title faces the buyer’s string. Do not paste the whole title into the keyword cell. Custom holds only deliverable synonyms, not a neighbour’s capacity. If an attribute still holds a pinyin plant name or XX-203, change that cell. A new title with an old attribute can still be read as the old name. Category sits above the title. A category that does not face mug throws a correct word toward flask or bottle. Stop: do not paste a whole Trends table into the keyword cell.

Intelligent Posting suggestions go to the floor first: can this grade be made. A suggestion that says vacuum flask, when the floor only makes a single-wall cup, may sit in a draft; it does not enter the live field. The keyword lesson and Trends do not prove a suggestion is this buyer’s string. After the three cells, return to performance and see whether the search-term column now holds the buyer’s string. If not, stop stuffing a fourth broad word. Look at category and the first thirty characters of the title.

Which one main image to swap — not the album

Search results show the first image. The first image must let a person recognise this model: the body, the colour, one face that shows the specification. A workshop gate, a trophy wall, or a twelve-model collage does not identify this cup.

The posting lesson counts photos, video, and description into the information score — see the posting lesson above. It does not require a 3D render and it does not lock how many impressions one image buys. This page does not invent an official pixel size. If the backend shows a current size hint, read that page.

This week swap only the first image. Shots two to six can wait if they already identify a detail. Replacing fifty shots hides which image search recognised.

A watermark, a SALE stamp, or a phone number covering the body hides the goods. A hidden body is not identifiable in the list. A phone number may also be treated as off-platform lead capture. This page does not invent a penalty. Current rules pages govern.

Do not borrow a neighbour model’s photo. Treat a borrow as goods not matching the board. Search shows model A; the click opens model B; the first inquiry asks which one. A silent thread after that question is the other page.

A mark goes on only if it is real, it fits, and it faces this model’s scope. No certificate, no mark. A fake mark that paints the score green empties the dispute clip later.

Who swaps. Design produces. Operations faces the title to the goods. The store lead saves. Three people must not save three versions. A mess of versions leaves the old gate in the list.

Search again after the save. If the list shot identifies the goods, the image cell is done. If not, swap again. Do not open ads first.

The first image does one job: in a thumbnail, a person recognises this cup, not a workshop, not a trophy, not twelve models. Centre the body. Keep the background quiet. Colour and lid must be readable. The posting lesson counts photos into the score. It does not require 3D and it does not lock an impression multiple. This page does not invent an official pixel fee. If the upload page shows a current hint, read that text, not a pixel table forwarded in a group.

A phone watermark, a SALE stamp, or a WeChat code over the cup hides the goods. A phone may also be treated as off-platform capture. This page does not invent penalty days. Borrowing a neighbour photo is goods not matching the board. Search shows a blue cup; the click opens a red cup; the first line is which one. If which one is not answered, the thread goes silent — see you replied; the buyer went silent. A real mark in this model’s scope may sit on the image. No certificate, leave it empty.

This week only the first image moves. Bottom, capacity marks, and an open lid can wait for slots two to six. Replacing fifty shots hides which image search recognised. Design produces three versions. Operations picks one against the logged-out list. The store lead saves. Clear cache and search again. If the gate is still there, the save was not this file — go back to the version log. Do not open five SKUs at once. Finance does not add an “official main-image package” to the unit price. There is no site-wide official image price. Membership does not buy an identifying shot.

On the edit page under Photos / Video, the left-most shot often carries a main-image or cover mark. That is the cell you swap. Changing shot five leaves the old gate in the search list. After save, return to Manage Products and look at this row’s thumbnail. A gate in the thumbnail is a gate in logged-out search. Stop: do not open a fifty-shot retouch while the thumbnail still shows the gate. If the upload cell shows a size hint, read that page, not a pixel table from a group. This page does not invent official pixels.

Do not put plant pinyin plus a SKU in the image file name and then copy that name into the front of the title. A file name is not a search string. IMG_8831 or XX-203 in the front of the title pushes mug out. Stop: do not use a file name as a keyword. Do not save a new image and a new title in the same minute without a line that says which day, which file, who saved.

Which red store-score or information-score cells to fill first

Open this SKU’s information score or quality hints. Fill red cells first: missing video, missing attributes, missing pack size, a certificate box ticked with an empty attachment. The posting lesson writes the score as mostly about information volume. Volume is real fields. Fake fields turn red to green and empty the unboxing.

Store-star lessons write response, stars, and inquiries together — see the keyword lesson’s related reading and Inquiry Quick Response Rate. The response lesson writes a reply within 24 hours. It does not prove one star step puts you in search, and it does not lock a store-wide exposure pack.

Verified or Gold is another membership and another audit. See the membership pages. An upgrade does not rewrite this SKU’s keyword field. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.

Who fills red cells. Operations fills attributes and words. The floor fills parameters that can be public. The certificate clerk fills a live file. Sales does not write “any certificate possible” into an attribute to paint a cell green.

After the fill, the score may not move. Refresh follows the current backend. This page does not invent an overnight gain. If the score is still, search the buyer’s string again before you edit fifty models.

Dispute rate and logistics score are not this week’s keyword field. If those cells are red, go to the order and shipment pages. Do not write “five-star factory” into the title to paper them over.

On the edit page the score or quality hint is usually on the right or the top. Read red cells one by one. The posting lesson writes above 4 as Premium Product with more search display. That lesson does not prove a full form puts this SKU on the buyer’s page, and it does not lock a multiple. This page does not invent a “video lifts X percent” figure.

If video is red, a fifteen-second turn of the cup and an open lid is enough. Do not film a speech. Pack size faces the outer carton you can ship, not a neighbour model. A lapsed certificate comes off the tick first. The response lesson writes a 24-hour reply as one star component. It does not prove a higher star puts this SKU in search. If response is already green and this SKU still has zero impressions, return to keywords and the first image. Do not write “24h reply factory” into the title as if it were a search string.

Verified is another membership. It does not rewrite these three cells. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. Dispute and logistics red cells belong on order and shipment pages, not in a title that says “zero disputes.” Who fills: operations on attributes and words, the floor on public parameters, the clerk on a live file. Sales does not write “any certificate possible.” If the score has not moved by the next morning, search the buyer’s string again. Found: this page’s check is done. Not found: stop at the last heading. Do not paint fifty SKUs red-to-green in one sitting.

Open “to optimise” or the quality hint on the right or top of the edit page. Each line jumps to a missing field: short video, pack size, MOQ, supply capacity, material. Read which cell the line opens, then fill that cell. Do not act on a total of 3.2 or 4.1. The total is not this week’s move. MOQ faces a grade the floor will take. Writing “1 piece” to paint the cell green empties the inquiry. Stop: do not talk Verified while red cells are still closed. An upgrade does not rewrite this SKU’s keyword field.

A certificate box ticked “yes” needs an attachment whose file name faces this model. A lapsed file comes off the tick first. No file, leave it empty. The 24-hour line in the response lesson is inquiry response, not a search string. Stop: do not write 24h reply into the title. The posting lesson calls above 4 Premium with more search display — PX67BO9L. That lesson does not prove this SKU will sit on the buyer’s page.

If the showcase slot and the search string do not face each other, which slot moves

A showcase is a slot you are ready to answer, not a second keyword field. The model in the slot still needs a title and a first image that face the buyer’s string. A slot holding an album model whose words face another specification still searches empty.

How-to-sell writes showcases as products you pick to display in the store and in search. That page does not prove a showcase appears under every search string. How to pick among twenty is which products go in showcases. This page only asks whether the model already in this slot has three cells facing the buyer’s string.

This week move one slot. Put in a model you can deliver, with your own photo, with words facing that string. Leave the other slots. Swapping twenty hides which one worked.

Empty beats wrong. A wrong model occupies quota and search still does not match.

The showcase manager shows which model sits in the slot. Open it. Read the front of the title and the first image. How-to-sell does not prove a showcase appears under an arbitrary string. An empty slot beats a wrong model occupying quota. This week one slot moves. The store lead saves. Sales does not park “coming soon” in a slot. Operations searches the buyer’s string logged out. If this model is still missing on the first two screens, do not move a second slot. If it appears, then decide whether a neighbour model moves. P4P stays closed at this step. A slot and an ad are two invoices.

Showcase Manager sits under Products or Marketing. It shows which SKU faces which slot number. Opening the slot opens the slot, not the keyword field. The model in the slot still goes back to the edit page for the front of the title and the first image. Swapping a slot without those three cells still searches empty. Stop: do not push twenty album models into slots before you open the edit page and read the first thirty characters. Empty beats a wrong model occupying quota. How-to-sell writes showcases as display in store and search. It does not prove a slot appears under every string.

How to accept one SKU this week

Acceptance is three shots: logged-out search before the edit, logged-out search after, and this SKU’s backend search terms. After three days of still-zero impressions, stop at the last heading. Do not open five campaigns at once.

The acceptor is operations, not the ads account. The ads account accepts click spend, not whether the SKU was found.

If the buyer sends another screenshot of the same string, staple it. If the country on the screenshot does not match the backend filter, write both down. Do not invent “we were limited.”

Do not change title, image, and red cells in the same hour without a version line. The line writes which day changed which cell. Without a version, next week cannot tell which cell did work.

If the floor changed a specification this week, the field changes with it. Old words on a new grade search the old file and ship the new one. Treat that mismatch as goods not matching the board.

The clip takes only those three shots. Dates sit in the file name. Finance looking for a certification fee is not this week’s “was it found.” If the buyer’s country and the backend filter disagree, write both. This page does not invent a limit-period. Title, image, and red cells each get a version line: which day, which cell, who saved. Five SKUs at once make the three shots unreadable. After three days of zero, stop stuffing words, stop replacing the fiftieth image, stop topping up. Edit only the cell you judged wrong.

On day two open Product Performance. Cut the date filter to last 1 day and last 3 days. Read this SKU’s search-impression column. Still zero: do not edit a neighbour. The buyer’s string now in the column means “found” on this page is done; no click goes to the other page. Stop: do not open a campaign or an ads group before the three shots sit in the clip. File names hold the date and the SKU. Dates that do not match are not acceptance.

Do not top up P4P first to buy exposure

If the three cells do not yet face the buyer’s string, a top-up buys the wrong-word click. The person who clicks does not want this model. The second half of the funnel breaks at the same time. P4P and membership are two invoices — see P4P is not membership. Web prestore figures are not an official price. This page does not invent a click price.

Sales writes “no ads, no search” as if the field can stay wrong. Organic search still reads title and category. Ads are another invoice. Edit the field first, then decide whether to buy that string.

Who decides a top-up. The store lead opens it after the three-cell check. Finance does not write ads as a “mandatory official search fee” while the three cells have not moved. There is no such official fee.

Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. It does not buy page one.

If an ads group is already running the wrong word, pause that group. Do not add budget. Pausing the wrong word is not “this store never advertises.” Once the word faces the goods and the image identifies the cup, then talk about buying this string. Still do not invent a CPC. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED buys showcase quota, not page one.

P4P or the ads centre is another page. Do not treat it as Product Performance. Words running in keyword ads must be the same string as the front of the title on the edit page. If they are not, pause that group. Do not add budget. Zero search impressions on performance plus more budget buys the plant name you stuffed. Stop: do not top up before performance is open. Web prestore figures are not an official price. This page does not invent a CPC. How to split P4P is the other page.

After three days still at zero, which step stops

If a logged-out search still misses the buyer’s string after three days, stop stuffing broad words, stop replacing the fiftieth image, stop topping up. Look back: wrong category, a specification you cannot deliver, a gate as the first image. Edit only the cell that is wrong.

If category, words, image, and red cells are already facing the string and you still miss, leave the three acceptance shots and the buyer screenshot with an advisor or the current help entry. This page does not invent a ticket SLA. Corpable does not file the ticket for you and does not guarantee appearance.

Do not write “a competitor reported us” in an external reply unless the backend has a current notice. No notice, treat it as three cells not yet facing the string.

As of 2026-10-08, the learning-centre posting lesson, the keyword lesson, the response lesson, Keywords Trends, and how-to-sell that opened are used only to say what keyword, score, and posting advice each prove and what they do not prove. A redesigned page follows its then-current text. This page is not legal or tax advice.

Who: operations edits words, design swaps the first image, the store lead fills red cells, finance invents no official fee. How: search the buyer’s string logged out, face three cells to a deliverable specification, accept after three days. Why: search reads this model’s fields, not a membership receipt. Corpable Marketing Limited can sit with you on the three cells. We do not edit them. We do not guarantee rank.

Do not write “algorithm sanction” into a weekly report without a backend notice. No notice, nothing to cite. If inquiries already arrived and went silent, use the inquiry page. Do not keep piling words onto a dead search.

After three days performance is still zero, change only the cell you judged wrong: category, the front of the title, the first image, or one red line. Do not change all four again in one sitting. Before you write an advisor or a help entry, the clip holds logged-out search, the performance impression column, and the current edit-page title. One sheet missing, stop. Corpable does not file the ticket and does not guarantee appearance. Stop: do not write “we were limited” in an external reply when the backend has no current notice.

Questions teams actually ask

Can the impressions-without-clicks guide be this week’s keyword steps?

No. That page is for listings that already show and do not get a click. This page is for a SKU that barely appears in search. See whether this SKU is found, then change three cells. The second half of the funnel is the other page.

If twenty showcases are empty, is search exposure automatically zero?

An empty quota is not the only reason this SKU has zero impressions. Put answerable models in first — see the showcase page. This page assumes a slot already has goods and asks whether keywords, the first image, and the information score face the buyer’s string. Filling empty slots with an album still leaves the wrong words in search.

Official copy says a Premium Product score above 4 gets more search exposure. Should we force the score to 5?

The posting lesson writes Product Information Score as 0 to 5, calls above 4 a Premium Product, and says that means more search display. That lesson does not prove filling every cell puts THIS SKU on the page the buyer searched. Fill real fields that are red. Do not paste fake certificates to paint a cell green.

Can we paste every hot string from Keywords Trends into the title?

The Keywords Trends page lets you see what buyers type, so you can edit the title and the keyword field. A hot string is not this model’s specification. If buyers search stainless steel mug and you ship a plastic cup, stuffing the string gets you found and the unboxing will not match. Words must face a grade you can deliver.

If we top up P4P first, does exposure appear immediately?

P4P bills per click. Membership is another invoice. Without a findable word and an image that identifies the goods, a top-up buys the wrong-word click. Web “prestore” figures are not an official price. Change the three cells first. How to split ads is the P4P page.

Can Corpable edit keywords, shoot the main image, or guarantee page one?

We cannot edit the field, shoot the image, or guarantee rank. Corpable Marketing Limited is a Hong Kong Alibaba.com service provider, not the ranking engine. An advisor can sit with you on which of the three cells is empty on this SKU. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
