3. Why Apply still matters
Ticks do not narrow the list until you Apply. The same is true for logo and certificates in Key considerations. If the prompt says Prefer Alibaba.com verified supplier, still tick the matching Filter row so the two layers agree.
On the web, tick badges and certificates in one pass. On the App, go back to Filter after a field photo. Do not let an image alone become the shortlist.
4. Badges are not certificates
Filter keeps store badges. KC, RCM, OEKO-TEX, BIS, and LFGB sit in other columns — each has its own encyclopedia page. Do not reply “we have CE / Korea-ready” because Verified was ticked.
The inquiry still needs use, volume, budget, and certificates. “Please quote” wastes the filter.
5. When the list goes empty
Usually the prompt and Filter contradict, or lead time, certificates, MOQ, and Gold are stacked too tight. Drop the harshest tick first, confirm the category is still right, then decide whether to rewrite the brief or ask the gap in an inquiry.
An empty list does not mean there is no factory. It may mean this SKU should not be found by badge alone. Put the market and certificates back into the text, then Deep search.
