After Accio returns candidates, Favorites keeps the ones still worth checking. It can track price drops and receive offers. It does not write the inquiry and it does not follow up in Messenger.

2. When to save, when not to
- Category is right; MOQ, certificates, lead time still need a check → save.
- Shape matches but use, volume, and certificates are still vague → rewrite the brief first (03).
- It only “looks similar” and Filter is still off → filter first (18).
- You already talk in Messenger → do not save again as a backup.
- Alibaba.com is not bound → bind first (02).
3. Order of operations
Text (or image + text) → check category → Deep search if needed → Filter / Key considerations, then Apply → Super Comparison to 3–5 → Favorites → inquire on the bound account.
Do not dump twenty names into Favorites and add certificates later. The folder becomes a second catalogue and the inquiry will not line up.
4. What “done” looks like
Done is not “the folder has names.” Done is a use / qty / budget / certificate inquiry to the remaining 3–5, or an explicit drop.
Batch send from Super Comparison. Follow up in Messenger. Do not send “please quote.” Do not treat Favorites as a Trade Assurance order.

- Screenshot Favorites for the boss as if prices were already asked.
- Blast the same empty RFQ from Favorites and from on-site search in the same hour.
- Treat names saved before binding as Trade Assurance-ready.
