Bottom line:
- This week split three incoming papers: the body heat faces this body, who supplied this stem, and which seal lot faces this valve. Municipal investment copy gives “China’s valve capital” to the city — see Investment environment. The title sits in the background. Do not invent output or plant counts.
- A CPPCC proposal reply also writes Yuhuan known as “China’s valve capital” — see the proposal reply. A known-as is not these three papers already stapled. Qinggang planning permits have carried valve-line upgrade project names — see the Chumen / Qinggang / Lupu permit list. A project name is an engineering door plate, not this valve number.
- This page reads three incoming papers. Do not copy Kaiping cartridge plating. Do not copy Ruian’s heat-plus-machining two-number template. Wenzhou Port or Haimen only decides the sailing.
An Italian buyer posts a leaking ball valve back to Qinggang. The body carries a heat, the stem has no lot, the seal bag is empty: “Body heat faces THIS body. Who supplied THIS stem? Which seal lot faces THIS valve — three papers, not one string. HK invoice OK.” Sales returns a science-park plate, a Hong Kong PI and a certificate that copied three numbers into one string. The description says “Yuhuan valve, any number traces.” The buyer asks whether the heat faces this body, which house and lot the stem is, and which ring. Sales writes a park nickname into the manufacturer box.
Casting says the furnace changed this week and the old number can take a new title. Stem subcontract says they always write one master number with the body. The seal store says rings are standing stock and need not face a valve. Finance wants a “valve-capital certification fee” in the unit price as officially required. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED will not buy a heat and will not buy these three incoming papers.
Do not answer with “Yuhuan valves can all be built.” Split the three houses first. How Kaiping quotes a cartridge and plating is on the Kaiping paper — a plating lot will not fill the stem box. How Ruian quotes a blank heat and the first machining number is on the Ruian paper — merging two numbers into one string will not fill the seal. Wenzhou’s three classes are shoes, pumps and eyewear — see the Wenzhou paper. Do not rewrite Yuhuan as a Wenzhou city-swap. Origin is on China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Below reads three incoming papers — not a line board, and not a cavity number.
The body heat faces this body — do not write it into the stem certificate
Hong Kong-channel sellers quoting Yuhuan ball, gate, angle or brass valves most often get asked about the number on the body. The heat is stamped on the body or sits on the cast certificate. It faces this body, not this stem. A certificate that copies the heat into the stem box means opening day asks whether the stem was poured in the same furnace. A stem is not poured. Do not copy.
Investment copy gives “China’s valve capital” to the city — see Investment environment. A title is not an official heat certificate you can buy. Do not stamp “valve capital already certified” into a body. The proposal reply repeats the known-as — see the proposal reply. The known-as is still not this body.
Valve-line upgrades in the Qinggang permit list — see the permit list — are engineering door plates. A door plate proves that building once had an upgrade project. It does not prove this valve’s heat.
Leftover from the next heat does not take this booking’s heat stamp to fill a count. The next heat’s chemistry or temperature differs. A wrong-stamped body leaves this booking. Do not grind it off and restamp. Ground, the buyer treats the number as altered.
A Hong Kong company as contract seller does not make that company the heat holder. Titles are on document titles. Split the seller box from the heat box. If the inquiry is only “Yuhuan valve,” ask whether they want a body, an assembly or all three parts. Quoting a “per-valve price” before that question means opening day argues the number first.
Finance should not write a “valve-capital certification fee” into the unit price. The title is a city introduction. Casting goes as a contract line item. There is no site-wide Yuhuan valve official fee, and do not invent an official copper price.
Incoming counts by heat row, not “a batch of bodies.” Those two words will not face an opening. One heat, one row, pieces on the row. If the count will not face the pour record, assembly stops first.
If the buyer wants the pour record, the record shows heat, date, material name and piece count. The three characters “ordinary brass” are not enough. Write the grade or the name the contract accepted. A record with no heat does not leave for machining or assembly.
Stamp location follows this booking’s confirmation. A stamp on a face hidden after install is treated as no number at inspection. A crooked stamp does not get a second stamp — two heats are treated as two bodies.
A body that was weld-repaired staples the repair record into the heat row. Without a record, the buyer treats origin as unclear. The filler-metal name writes too. Do not write “repaired, can use.”
A worn heat stamp that prints missing strokes is unreadable. That heat stops stamping until the stamp is replaced. Isolate bodies with missing strokes. Do not paint the strokes in. Painted, the number is treated as altered.
A night shift changing grade clears the old ladle until the wall is visible. If the clear is incomplete, treat the heat as mixed grade. A mixed grade does not reuse the last heat number.
If body machining sits in another name, the heat stays on the body. The machine certificate writes another machining lot. The machining lot does not eat the heat. Eaten, a return faces empty at casting.
If the body is heat-treated in a third name, the heat-treat lot sits in the heat-row remark. Do not raise a “master number” that eats the heat. Eaten, chemistry trace breaks. A heat-treat door plate is not this booking’s heat.
Who supplied the stem — lot on the stem or on the incoming paper
A subcontracted stem writes licence, lot, material and this valve number on the incoming paper. If the stem can take a stamp, stamp it. If it cannot, a slip in the bag copies the same string as the incoming paper. If the bag is lost, that bundle of stems does not assemble yet.
Stem and body do not share one number. Sales writing “one valve, one number” as shareable means a return has casting push the stem shop and the stem shop push casting. The two papers may staple together. The numbers stay two strings.
Kaiping writes cartridge and plating — see the Kaiping paper. A plating lot will not fill this stem’s incoming paper. A stem wants who turned it, who ground it and which lot — not who plated it.
A shorter stem or a changed thread voids the old lot. Sales writing “only two millimetres shorter” as a title change means assembly faces the wrong travel. Shorter is also another lot.
If the buyer names the stem shop, write it onto this valve. Spoken “same house as last time” is not a lock. A shop change seals old stems and opens a new incoming paper.
A scratched stem or a ruined thread returns as incoming reject. Do not assemble it into this booking’s valve. Staple the return into the valve-number remark. Assembled then returned means the buyer asks about the whole valve.
The stem material certificate faces this incoming lot, not “this stem shop’s usual certificate.” A usual certificate is often a neighbour lot. If the heat or lot on the certificate will not face the stem bag, that bundle does not assemble yet.
If the stem end needs a square or a pin hole, that step sits in the incoming-paper remark. A wrong hole is another lot. Do not re-drill on the valve. A re-drilled hole will not face this booking’s travel.
Stainless stems and brass stems do not share a tote split only by colour. A night shift will assemble the wrong one. The tote hangs material name and lot, not the one character “stem.” That character will not split them.
A stem delivery note with only piece count and no valve number is treated as not yet facing a valve. Add the valve number, then receive. Receive then add, and stock faces the wrong booking.
If the buyer wants a stem-process video, the frame faces the incoming lot, the same string on the stem, and this booking’s body heat beside it. Do not film the park gate. The gate will not prove this stem.
If the stem is heat-treated or plated, write that on the stem incoming paper. Do not copy it into the body heat. Copied, opening day asks whether the body was plated too. If the body was not plated, do not copy.
The seal lot faces this valve
A ring, a gasket or packing faces this valve’s incoming clip, not a warehouse shelf. A shelf that writes “standing rings” will not face a valve number at opening. The clip writes valve number, ring size, lot and supplier licence.
Do not pour a neighbour valve’s same-size rings into this booking’s bag to fill a count. The neighbour may be another material. A pour is a mixed lot — do not pressure-test this valve yet.
A ring change must open another seal lot. The body heat may stay if the body was not re-poured. Pull the old ring lot out of the clip. If it will not pull, opening day asks which ring counts.
Do not leave a pressure-test temporary ring in a ship valve. A temporary ring has no booking lot. Ship rings issue from this clip row. A wrong ring, even after a passed test, is not ship-complete.
If the buyer names seal material, write it into the clip. The four characters “food grade” spoken are not enough. Write the name or the standard line both sides accepted. Without that line, do not fit the ring yet.
Incoming inspection measures one ring for hardness or size. A miss isolates the pack. The isolation ticket writes measured value and the clip specification. Do not write “feels about right.” Feel will not face an opening.
If the pack prints an expiry, an expired pack returns. Do not fit it on this booking’s valve. Cut the expiry and staple it into the clip to prove it was read. Without a cut, treat the pack as unread.
If packing is another house, the clip adds another row. Sales writing “seals are one set” as a reason to skip the packing lot means a leak at test asks about packing first. If the packing row is blank, do not test as complete.
The seal store issues by valve number, not by “how many the assembly shift wants today.” Issue by count and the bag faces the wrong valve. The issue ticket copies this clip row.
If the pack requires keep-cool storage, read the pack before it enters the clip. A broken pack is unclear origin. Do not fit a broken-pack ring on this booking’s valve.
The order the three incoming papers staple onto this valve
Staple body heat first, stem incoming second, seal last. The order sits on the assembly ticket. Missing the first paper, do not fit the stem yet. Missing the third, do not pressure-test as “already complete.”
The three papers string on the valve number. Do not string the stem on the heat, and do not string the ring on the stem lot. A wrong string pulls a neighbour heat’s stem into a one-valve return.
Casting in one name, stem in another, ring in a third — write three buildings on the itinerary. Three buildings in one day is fine. Each gate checks its own paper. Do not bring one “valve-capital visit letter” and expect three gates to open.
Ruian splits a heat from a machining number — see the Ruian paper. That is a blank facing a machine. Yuhuan has one more paper, the seal. Do not copy Ruian’s two-number template and eat the ring.
A Hong Kong English name may print on the outer carton. It does not print as the body-plant name and does not print as Made in Hong Kong. Origin follows the cast or assembly city — see China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Commercial-invoice fields follow 141.86.
After the three papers staple, the assembly ticket is signed. The signature is the valve number and the three strings, not a park short name. Unsigned, this valve is incomplete — do not enter pressure test yet.
A clip that loses a page is a missing paper — stop that valve. A replacement page photocopies the original. Do not hand-copy a string “from memory.” Memory will not face a furnace.
Three suppliers arriving the same day are still three rows. Merge them as “parts complete” and a missing house cannot be seen. Complete will not fill a clip.
If a Chumen building only assembles and a Qinggang building only pours bodies, write both rows. A permit list that writes both towns in one engineering notice is a post-permit publication, not this booking already merged.
After a seal change, does the body heat still count as this booking
A ring-only change, body and stem unmoved, may keep heat and stem lot in the clip. The seal row reopens. The new row writes the new lot and voids the old. Staple the void slip into the clip. Do not white-out the old row.
If the ring change also changes the stem, reopen the stem row too. Sales writing “they are both extras” as a reason to change only the ring row means opening day asks whether the stem is still this booking’s stem.
A repaired valve carries a repair mark. Do not stand it in as a first shipment. The repair mark sits beside the valve number. Mixed into a first-ship carton, the buyer asks about two ring lots.
A warranty ring shipment writes valve number and new ring lot on the waybill. Do not write only “one pack of parts.” Those two characters will not face which valve.
After a ring change, the pressure-test record opens another row writing new ring lot and valve number. Keep the old test row as history. Do not paint it out. Painted out, the buyer asks whether first-ship ever passed.
If the body pressure stamp is old after a ring change, the stamp may stay. If the stamp wrote a ring lot, void the old stamp and restamp. An old stamp left on means opening day asks whether the ring is old.
Repair units and first-ship units do not share a tote. The tote hangs “repair” or “first ship,” not the one character “valve.” That character will not split two ring sets.
If the buyer wants rings only, not a whole valve, pack against the ring incoming row. Do not stuff a neighbour-heat body in to fill weight. Filling weight is a wrong shipment.
When the carton mark only writes the valve type, which in-carton slip holds the three names
The carton mark prints type and count. The in-carton facing slip prints valve number, body heat, stem lot, seal lot and the three licence short names. The slip copies the three incoming papers. Do not hand-write “Yuhuan generic valve.”
If the slip falls out, do not hand the carton over yet. A replacement slip still copies the incoming papers. Do not fill a heat from memory. Memory will not face a body at opening.
Two valve types on one PI split into two rows, each with its three papers. Merge them as “a quantity of Yuhuan valves” and assembly asks which set to staple. The forwarder builds the manifest by row. If the row has no valve number, do not print the known-as on the carton mark first.
If Chumen or Lupu is only another assembly building on this booking, write it alone on the itinerary. The permit list writes three towns on one engineering notice. That is a post-permit publication, not this booking’s three papers already complete.
Wenzhou or Haimen only writes as load port — see the export documents checklist. The port does not write into the heat box. FOB Haimen, CIF Genoa, EXW Qinggang warehouse — the delivery point sits on the contract, not in the incoming clip.
If the buyer photographs a blurred heat at destination, first face the pour record and the ship-out photo. Do not change the number to “make it round.” If the photo faces the ship-out day, treat it as transit wear. If it does not, treat it as the wrong body and recall this valve. The recall writes valve number and heat, not “those Yuhuan valves.”
The pressure-test record faces the valve number, not the carton number. A changed carton number still recognises the valve number. A record with no valve number is untested — do not ship that valve yet.
The type on the manual must equal the type on the valve. An old-stem-length manual with a new stem on the valve is papers that will not face. Reprint the manual the same day as the new stem.
A spare ring in the accessory bag must be the same lot as the clip. An extra neighbour-valve ring in the bag means opening day asks which ring counts. Spare count sits in the clip remark. Extra rings return to the seal store. They are not gifts.
If the inquiry writes pressure as “about,” reply that this booking only accepts the step on the valve and the record. The word about will not fill a test row. Quote the step you can lock.
Sales should not quote finance a “one-valve price” that pastes the three processes together. Body, stem and ring each write their own row. The Hong Kong company may issue one total invoice. The annex still follows three rows.
If the facing slip is a sticker, stick it on the inside top of the carton. Do not stick it on the body covering the heat. A covered heat is treated as a hidden number at opening.
Two valve types sharing a container split with a divider. The divider writes the valve number. A fallen divider is a mixed carton — do not hand it over yet. Re-sort by the heat on the valve and the clip, not by memory of “ball valves on the left.”
If Lupu is only a copper building or another building on this booking, write that phone alone on the itinerary. A plant name on the permit list is not this booking’s three papers. Arriving at the wrong building, a gate that opens still cannot audit this valve’s clip.
If destination is short one valve, first face the in-carton slip count and the bill of lading. Do not change a heat to “fill one.” A fill opens another valve number and restaples three incoming papers. Mixed into the original carton as the original valve, the buyer asks about two bodies.
Test medium and pressure sit on the record facing the valve number. Spoken “ordinary pressure” is not enough. Ordinary will not fill a record. If you cannot lock pressure, do not quote this valve yet.
Manual language follows the buyer. Do not translate the type into another series. A series name will not fill a valve number.
The spare bag seals with the valve number. A torn bag treats the ring as unclear origin — do not stand it in as a spare. A replacement bag issues from this clip’s same lot.
If the inquiry writes nominal size as “about,” reply that this booking only accepts the step on the valve. About will not fill a connection size. Quote the step you can lock. If you cannot lock it, do not write “approximately” into the PI.
Wenzhou Port may be easier to book. Origin still does not write a quay. How a quay splits is on the export-documents checklist. This page only holds the three incoming papers.
If a handle or handwheel is a fourth house, the clip adds another row. Sales writing “appearance is not core” as a reason to skip the lot means opening day asks about this handle first. If the handle row is blank, do not seal the valve yet.
If a body nameplate rivets on, the type on the plate equals this valve number. Do not borrow a neighbour plate. A borrow is two valves. The plate factory name does not print the Hong Kong company.
A test bench that changes gauges the same day records the change into the shift. Old-gauge readings do not carry over. Carried over is an unclear record — that shift’s valves retest.
Chips not blown out before a ring is fitted are treated as cleaning not done. A blow-out photo may staple into the valve number. Without a photo, a leak asks whether anyone cleaned before the ring.
If the buyer brings a Kaiping cartridge as a sample, the sample sits aside. Do not strip the cartridge into a Yuhuan body. A cartridge is another city’s path. A Yuhuan body still faces a Yuhuan heat and this booking’s stem.
Do not mix a Ruian bracket or auto-moto part into a valve carton to fill cube. A mix is a wrong shipment. Auto-moto has its own heat page. It will not copy across.
A Qinggang science-park gate checks the licences on this booking’s three papers, not the four characters “valve capital.” Those four characters will not open a gate. The itinerary writes licence full names and buildings.
A bent stem at destination first faces the ship-out stem photo and the incoming paper. Do not change the heat to “make it round.” If the stem photo faces, treat it as transit damage, replace the stem, reopen the stem row, and the heat may stay. If it does not face, treat it as the wrong stem.
Medium name sits on the confirmation. Do not write only “water or air.” The word or will not lock a seal. If you cannot lock the medium, do not order the ring yet.
If a connection face must machine to a named standard, the standard name sits in the body-row remark. Spoken “ordinary face” is not enough. Ordinary will not face a gasket at opening.
If the stem nut is another supply, the clip adds another row. Sales writing “drive parts count as the stem” as a merge into the stem lot means opening day asks about the nut. A merge is two numbers.
If this booking keeps a cast test bar, the bar stamps the same heat and stores separately. A lost bar leaves a chemistry dispute with no comparison. Do not machine a test bar into a body to fill a count.
At a shift handover, count clip pages. A missing page stops that valve. The incoming shift signs the page count, not “the clip is here.” Here will not count pages.
If a Haimen warehouse is only a shared-container point, inbound still follows valve number. If the warehouse pours two rows onto one pallet, treat it as a mixed pallet. The pallet side writes the valve number, not “Yuhuan pallet.”
If the buyer pulls one valve in Qinggang and one in Chumen, the itinerary writes two buildings and two valve numbers, not “pull any Yuhuan valve.” The word any will not pull three papers back.
If the body interior must be degreased, the clean record faces the heat. Without a record, an oil leak after the ring is fitted asks whether anyone cleaned. Spoken “we rinsed it” is not enough. Water will not lock a clean.
If stem-to-body clearance sits in this booking, the measured value sits on the assembly ticket. Do not write “fits.” Fits will not face travel at opening. If you cannot lock clearance, do not pressure-test this valve yet.
If a packing gland has its own lot, the clip writes a gland row. The gland lot does not merge into the ring lot. Merged, a ring change leaves the gland’s origin empty. If the gland row is blank, do not seal this valve yet.
If assembly torque sits in this booking, the wrench record faces the valve number. Without a record, treat torque as unlocked. Spoken “just tighten it” is not enough.
Corpable can sit with you on whether the three incoming papers staple onto this valve. We do not accept a heat, we do not supply seals, and we do not guarantee entry. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
Questions teams actually ask
The body is poured in-house, the stem is subcontracted and the seal is bought in. Who writes in the manufacturer box?
The manufacturer follows the step that conferred origin. Name the three houses separately. Body heat, stem incoming and seal lot staple onto this valve. Do not merge them as one plant name. If the buyer audits one house, take them to that house.
Can a Kaiping plating lot fill this booking’s stem box?
No. Plating is another city’s faucet path. This Yuhuan stem box writes who turned this stem and which lot. Do not swap door plates.
Can Ruian’s heat-plus-machining pair copy onto this valve as one string?
No. Ruian splits a blank heat from the first machining number. Yuhuan splits body, stem and seal as three incoming papers. Merging two numbers into one string will not fill the seal box.
Only the seal ring changes. Must the body heat open another number?
If the body was not re-poured, the heat may stay. The seal lot must open another row facing this valve. Pull the old ring lot out of this valve’s incoming clip. If it will not pull, opening day asks which ring counts.
The carton mark only prints the valve type. Where do the three names sit?
An in-carton facing slip writes body heat, stem lot, seal lot and this valve number. The carton mark prints type and count. The slip copies the three incoming papers. Do not hand-write “Yuhuan generic valve.”
Can Corpable accept a body heat, supply a seal or guarantee a pressure test?
We do not accept a heat, we do not supply seals, and we do not guarantee a pressure test or entry. An advisor can sit with you on whether the three incoming papers staple onto this valve. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
