Bottom line:
- This week lock the casting heat and the machining lot as two numbers on this piece — do not merge them. Municipal copy writes Ruian as “China’s auto-moto parts capital,” a national torch auto-parts base and a China auto-parts export base — see the chamber assembly note. Titles sit in the background. Do not invent output or plant counts.
- The Tangxia note writes auto-moto parts as one of the industries the town will extend — see the Tangxia town note. A town name is not a heat number. North-park and east-park names are not a machining lot.
- This page splits two numbers on one piece. Do not copy Yongkang hardware-city versus plant, and do not copy a Kaiping cartridge and plating lot. Wenzhou Port only decides the sailing.
A US buyer posts a split bracket back to Tangxia. The piece carries two numbers: “Casting heat and machining lot must stay TWO numbers on THIS part. Do not merge. HK invoice OK.” Sales returns an auto-parts hall number, a Hong Kong PI and a certificate that copied both numbers into one string. The description says “Ruian auto part, any number traces.” The buyer asks which heat the furnace number faces, which step the machining lot starts at, and which drawing revision. Sales writes a hall sample type into the manufacturer box.
Casting says the furnace changed this week and the old number can be retitled. Machining says the certificate usually writes one master number. Finance wants an “auto-moto-capital certification fee” in the unit price as officially required. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED will not buy a heat number and will not buy a machining lot.
Do not answer with “Ruian parts can all be traced.” Split the two numbers on this piece. How Yongkang quotes the hardware city and the plant is on the Yongkang paper — a market sample will not fill a heat. How Kaiping quotes a cartridge and plating is on the Kaiping paper — a plating lot will not fill the first machining step. Wenzhou’s three classes are shoes, pumps and eyewear — see the Wenzhou paper. Do not rewrite Ruian as a Wenzhou city-swap. Origin is on China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Below splits two numbers — not nameplate fields, and not a threading ticket.
The casting heat sits on the blank — do not write it into the machining certificate as one string
Hong Kong-channel sellers quoting Ruian brackets, housings or covers most often get asked about numbers. Heat is stamped on the blank or sits on the cast certificate. The machining lot sits on the traveler after the first machining step. Both numbers may staple into one carton note. They do not merge as one “master trace number.” Merged, a return has casting push machining and machining push casting.
The chamber note gives “China’s auto-moto parts capital” to the city — see the chamber assembly note. A title is not an official heat certificate you can buy for a furnace. Do not stamp “auto-moto capital already certified” into a blank. The Tangxia note writes auto-moto parts as an industry to extend — see the Tangxia town note. A town name is still not this heat.
Heat copies the string on the pour record — not a sales-made “RA-01.” Leftover from the next heat does not take this booking’s heat stamp. The next heat’s chemistry or temperature differs. A wrong-stamped piece leaves this booking. Do not sand it off and restamp to fill a count. Sanded, the buyer treats the number as altered.
A Hong Kong company as contract seller does not make that company the heat authority. Titles are on document titles. Split the seller box from the heat box. If the inquiry is only “Ruian auto part,” ask whether it is a casting, a machined piece or both steps. Quoting a “per-piece price” before that question means opening day argues the number first.
Finance should not write an “auto-moto-capital certification fee” into the unit price. The title is a city introduction. Casting is quoted as this heat. There is no site-wide Ruian auto-parts official fee, and do not invent an official material price.
Incoming blanks count by heat row — not “a batch.” Those two words will not fill an opening. One heat, one row, pieces on the row. If the count does not face the pour record, machining stops first.
If the buyer wants the pour record, the record shows heat, date, material name and piece count. The three characters “ordinary iron” are not enough. Write the grade or the name the contract accepted. A record with no heat does not leave for machining.
A mould or pattern number may sit in a pour-record note. A mould number is not a heat. Both may be written. Written in the wrong box, machining traces chemistry to a mould. Chemistry traces to the heat.
If a furnace-front spectrum was run, the report staples behind this heat’s pour record. The heat on the report must equal the stamp on the blank. A neighbour heat’s report does not leave with this heat. Writing “chemistry all passed” as a borrowed neighbour report fails when opening day faces the number.
The stamp on the blank must still be readable after machining. Stamp it on a face that will be milled off and the number is gone. Gone is treated as a missing heat. Stamp location sits on the cast work order. The machining program leaves that patch.
If one heat splits to two machine shops, the pour record writes each shop’s piece count. The two counts add to this heat. One shop over-draws and the other runs short. Over-drawn pieces are treated as the neighbour booking. They do not take this booking’s machining number.
Risers and runners stored alone do not share a basket with good blanks. Mixed, machining puts a runner on the machine as a piece. A runner has no drawing for this booking. The program cuts air. A lot that cut air stops. Split the baskets first.
If casting changes shift, the incoming shift reads this heat’s pour record before stamping. A verbal “stamp yesterday’s heat” stamps the wrong number. Both shifts write their names on the record. They write a heat number, not a hall number.
Which step the machining lot starts at as a new number
When a blank enters machining, the traveler opens a machining-lot number. The first step may be saw, turn or mill — lock whichever the shop actually starts with, and write it down. Do not issue a certificate before it is written. The machining number on the certificate must equal the traveler.
If machining skips a step, the note writes which step and who agreed. Unwritten, a return turns that step into a black hole. A piece in a black hole is treated as an incomplete lot. It does not leave the plant.
One machine running two bookings in a day has two travelers. They do not share one card with a changed digit. A changed digit puts the night tool record on the wrong booking. A piece on the wrong record may carry the neighbour booking’s size.
The machining certificate does not copy heat into the machining-number box. Heat has its own row. Both rows blank — the piece does not box yet. Only one row filled is treated as the other number missing.
If inspection only pulls one piece, the inspection record writes machining lot and heat as two rows. Writing only “pass” means another piece pulled at opening will not face the record. Unfaced is treated as no inspection for this booking.
An NC program number sits in a traveler note. A program number is not a machining lot. A program change is asked first: does it still face this drawing revision? A revision change moves the program and opens another lot.
A tool change sits on the traveler. The lot may stay. The tool number must be written. A sudden size drift faces that line first. No tool record and the drifted pieces stop as a lot. Do not pick a few that “still look fine” to ship.
If a fixture is this booking’s only, the fixture number goes on the traveler. A neighbour booking’s fixture does not force-fit. Force-fit walks holes with the neighbour booking while the heat is still this booking’s — two numbers face, size does not, and the split is harder.
Night count follows traveler pieces — not baskets. One basket, two lots, split them. Unclear, the whole basket waits for someone with a card on the day shift.
If wash or shot-blast sits after machining, that order hangs under the machining lot. Do not open a third number people will mistake for the lot. A third number makes the buyer ask which one counts. A note may write wash. The number stays the machining string.
Print two machining certificates: one walks with the carton, one stays in the shop. If the shop copy is lost and the carton copy remains, they can still face. Both lost is treated as a missing lot. Do not reprint one from memory.
After a drawing revision, can an old-heat blank go on this machine?
Drawing revision sits on the contract and the traveler. Revision A to B — ask casting first: which revision was this heat poured to? An A pour does not go on a B machine. Size will miss on a rib, a hole or a wall. A miss is not welded up to the new revision.
Sales writing “only the hole” as no need to change heat means machining hits the tool first. A hit piece scraps as the old revision. It does not leave with a new-revision stamp.
If the new revision only changes a note and not the solid, casting replies in writing “this heat’s solid did not change.” Machining may continue. The traveler still writes the new revision and the original heat as two rows. No written reply is treated as a possible solid change. Stop first.
If the buyer’s 3D and 2D disagree, the copy the contract names governs. If both are named, stop and ask which one is live. Do not pick the prettier file and start the machine.
The revision mail subject reads “drawing revision X live — contract XX.” Pull the old PDF from the machining inbox. Two revisions in the inbox and the night shift opens the old one.
Paper drawings hang on the machine. On revision day the old sheet leaves the hook. Leave it and the first piece drills the old hole. An old hole with a new-revision stamp still scraps as the old revision.
A buyer saying “use the latest” out loud still needs the mail or the contract attachment. Spoken latest will not fill the traveler revision box. A blank box means the machine does not start.
If the revision only adds a deburr note, casting may leave the heat. The traveler writes the new revision and “solid unchanged.” Casting’s written reply is still required. Without it, deburr can be read as a rib change.
Old-revision blanks already half-machined when the new revision arrives scrap as the old revision or isolate. The isolate bay writes old revision and old heat. Do not re-drill a half-finished piece to fill the new revision. A re-drilled piece is neither face. The trace breaks.
If the buyer sends an OEM drawing and an aftermarket drawing at once, the confirmation names which set this booking faces. Hole patterns differ. Heat may be the same. Machining lots must split. If they will not split, do not pour yet.
Casting in one name, machining in another — how two lot papers staple in one carton
Casting on one Tangxia block, machining on another — both licence full names go on the contract. If Hantian or Chenzhai is only the village or estate on the plate, write the plate. Do not write them as official district titles. Merge both as “one Ruian auto-parts plant” and the driver asks cast or machine first.
The carton staples two papers: the cast certificate with the heat, the machining traveler with the lot. One missing and this carton does not seal yet. Writing “all in Tangxia” as one paper fewer fails when opening day asks for the other number.
Walk casting at the cast-licence domicile if the buyer asked for cast; walk machining if they asked for machine. One name per day. If the interpreter is hall reception, they can lead the way. They cannot accept a heat on a pour record.
Yongkang writes whether the audit walks the hardware city or the plant — see the Yongkang paper. That city-versus-plant split will not fill these two lot papers. Kaiping writes cartridge and plating — see the Kaiping paper. A plating lot will not fill the first machining step.
When the two names reconcile, the cast outgoing note writes which machining traveler it went to. Machining incoming counts by heat — not “one truck.” Two heats on one truck split into rows. Unclear, the machine does not start.
A Hong Kong English name may print on the outer carton. It does not print as Made in Hong Kong. Origin stays China and follows the cast or machine city — see China goods are not Hong Kong origin. The commercial-invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company; fields follow 141.86.
Each gate takes its own paper. The cast gate takes the pour record and the heat. The machine gate takes the traveler and the drawing revision. An auto-parts-hall invitation lifts neither bar. An invitation only enters the hall.
If a transit warehouse is used, the transit list writes heat, piece count and which machining traveler it goes to. A lost list treats transit pieces as unknown origin. They do not go on a machine. The transit plate sits in the confirmation. It is not rewritten as one “Tangxia warehouse.”
The driver takes only cartons of this heat’s row. Samples and tour pieces do not get stuffed onto this truck. Stuff them and machining counts extra pieces against the outgoing note. Extra pieces have no heat for this booking. They return to casting.
The two names clear by heat — not one monthly tick. A monthly close kneads neighbour-heat counts in. A kneaded heat will not face that day’s pour on a return.
If machining finds a cast hole off, the written reply to casting names heat and piece count — not only “cast problem.” No heat and casting faces the wrong furnace. The wrong furnace changes the next heat’s recipe in the wrong place.
Scrap recast — does the machining lot void or open another?
A recast is a new heat. The pour record opens another string. Unmachined blanks on the old heat leave the machining wait bay. A piece already machined does not go back into the furnace — geometry is gone and the machining lot will not face a physical piece.
The recast reason sits on the new pour record: porosity, short pour, chemistry off. No reason and the new heat is treated as the old heat retitled. A retitled number walks a buyer trace back to the old scrap.
If machining already opened an old-lot card, the card writes “wait scrap — heat XX recast.” New blanks open another card. Do not change the heat on the old card and keep walking. Keep walking and the step record sits on a scrap heat.
Recast pieces mixed into a good carton come back first at opening. A mixed carton treats both numbers as failed. The whole carton is recounted. Do not keep a few that “look fine.”
Finance should not read a recast as a chance to add an “official recast fee.” There is no such site-wide fee. Recast cost follows this contract.
The new heat number is not made one letter different from the old on purpose. One letter off and the warehouse picks the wrong one. The new string starts another block, readable beside the old.
If machining scrap returns to casting as melt, the weigh ticket writes “machining scrap, not a good blank.” Mixed into good-blank weigh, the new heat chemistry drifts. A drifted heat stops. Do not pick a few pieces out.
The recast day’s pour record copies to machining. Machining’s wait list that day strikes the old heat. Strike slowly and the night shift puts old blanks back on the machine.
When the buyer wants a trace number, reply heat first or machining first?
A crack question replies heat and the pour record first. A hole-position question replies machining lot, program number and drawing revision first. Merged as one sentence “we can trace” is no reply.
The mail writes two lines: heat XX; machining lot XX. If a line is missing, write that it is missing. Do not stand an auto-parts hall number in for either line.
If only the machining number remains and the heat was ground off, write “this piece has no heat yet.” Do not invent one. Invented, casting will not face the pour record and the later split is worse.
If only the heat remains and the machining card is lost, write “this piece has no machining lot yet.” Do not fill the machining box with the heat. Filled, machining responsibility is written as casting responsibility.
An RFQ that says “Ruian part, any lot, HK seller” is asked first: can you hand over two numbers? If you cannot, reply that there is no trace for this booking yet. Do not quote a per-piece price first.
If the buyer wants a laser trace code, the code still splits two segments: heat segment, machining segment. One meaningless string inside one code will not face two ledgers on a return. How to read the code sits in the goods note.
If a complaint photographs only one number on one piece, reply where the other number sits — which face, which paper. Accepting one number writes the wrong shop. The wrong shop changes the next heat or the next lot in the wrong place.
Which number the carton mark prints — the other sits inside
The carton mark may print machining lot and piece count. Heat sits on the cast certificate inside. Two long numbers on a mark print wrong easily. One wrong and the whole carton is treated as a number miss. Both inside papers must still be readable.
Wenzhou or Ningbo only writes as load port — see the export documents checklist. The port does not write into the heat box. FOB Wenzhou, CIF Long Beach, EXW Tangxia warehouse — the delivery point sits on the contract, not on the pour record.
If the buyer wants a warehouse address, return the actual despatch warehouse — not an auto-parts-hall dock. The packing video faces the two inside papers and the numbers on the piece — not a hall sample. The frame must read both strings. Unreadable is treated as no record for this carton.
Brackets, housings and covers do not share one voided old-heat heading. One class, one pour record. If a class is missing, write that this class has no heat yet. Do not write cover pieces onto a bracket record to fill a carton.
If the forwarder wants a vessel and voyage and either number is still missing, write that this booking has no goods note yet. Do not announce a release date. An empty sailing is safer than announcing a release date.
Finance should not write an “auto-moto-capital certification fee” or a “no-trace official fee” into the unit price. There is no site-wide official price. The membership receipt does not go onto a pour record.
Rust paper inside the carton does not cover the heat on the piece. Covered, opening day has no number. Number face-up or to the side, readable in the video. An unreadable carton is treated as unrecorded. Do not report it packed.
Two different brackets in one carton need both paper sets inside. The mark writes two type lines. One type line and two number sets and the warehouse counts as one set. The missed piece is treated as a missing number.
If the outer carton prints “China’s auto-moto parts capital,” that is a city introduction, not a heat. Heat still sits on the inside paper. If slogan and paper number fight, opening day accepts the paper.
If the buyer photographs only the machining number on the mark and asks about a crack, reply which inside paper holds the heat and which face of the piece shows it. Accepting only the mark leaves casting out. Leave casting out and the next booking cracks again.
Manifest pieces write from the machining-certificate count. The heat-row count must face it. If they do not face, the container stops in the port area first. Stop, face the two papers. Do not change a manifest digit to pretend they match.
The inquiry quantity box does not write “one heat.” A heat is a casting unit. An inquiry is by piece or by set. Quote by heat and machining puts a furnace on the machine and cannot count which piece is this booking.
An old machining number in the mark template leaves the template on booking-change day. A template left for a year picks goods to the old number. A wrong pick with a new heat still carries an old-lot mark and comes back first.
If weekend duty is only hall staff, bulk does not despatch that day. Hall staff accept a hall number, not a heat. Despatch day needs someone who can read a pour record and a traveler and count pieces. They sign two numbers and the piece count — not hall scenery.
If the inquiry writes “any heat,” reply that this booking only quotes the heat the pour record can lock. “Any” will not fill an opening. Quote the pieces you can lock. Heats you cannot lock stay off the quote. A heat quoted today is not spoken as another string tomorrow as “updated.” A change walks recast and void. Do not change one word on the PI.
If the buyer only wants a photo to patch a number after arrival, reply that numbers sit on the piece and the inside papers, not on a later retouched image. An image can help. The paper counts. A carton with no paper is treated as no two numbers for this booking. Do not draw a number on afterwards. A drawn number that will not face the pour record is a wrong carton. A wrong carton comes back whole. Do not swap only a mark.
Stocktake counts two rows — heat row and machining-lot row — not an estimated carton count. Cartons match and numbers do not: treat it as a missing number. Which heat or which lot fills the miss sits in a stocktake note. The stocktake sign-off writes both strings and pieces actually counted — not only “counted.” “Counted” will not face a piece, and will not face a heat. A piece that will not face does not despatch. Despatch and patch a number later, and opening day sends it back first.

Questions teams actually ask
Casting heat and the machining certificate written as one number — will opening pass?
Do not merge them. Heat sits on the blank. The machining lot starts at the first machining step. One merged number means a return cannot split a cast scrap from a machine scrap.
The drawing changed one revision. Can a blank from the old heat go on this machine?
Not by default. Ask whether this heat was poured to the new revision. An old-revision blank on a new-revision machine will miss size. If it misses, open another heat. Do not retitle and reuse.
Can a Yongkang hardware-city sample or a Kaiping plating lot be written as this Ruian piece?
No. Write the city that did the work. This Ruian booking locks heat and machining lot. Do not swap door plates.
Casting in Hantian, machining in Chenzhai — who is the manufacturer?
Name both. Manufacturer follows the step that conferred origin. Walk casting if the buyer asked for cast; walk machining if they asked for machine. Do not merge them as one Ruian auto-parts plant.
Scrap recast — does the machining lot stay the old one?
A recast is a new heat. An old lot not yet machined is void. A piece already machined does not go back into the furnace to fill a count. Keep the two ledgers split.
Can Corpable accept a heat number or guarantee this piece?
We do not accept heat numbers, we do not open machining lots, and we do not guarantee entry. An advisor can sit with you on whether heat, machining lot and drawing revision face this piece. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
