Bottom line:

  • This week lock whether the audit walks a plant or only a China Hardware City stall. The Yongkang profile writes the city as China’s hardware capital, cup capital and power-tool capital, and writes Hardware City and the China Hardware Fair as market and expo platforms. Titles sit in the background. Do not invent household counts or index prints.
  • The Hardware City group is the state-owned company that builds, cultivates, manages and serves the market — see the Hardware City group disclosure page. The market can show a sample. Stamping, vacuum, spray and assembly follow the licence.
  • Yiwu stall talk and Dongguan town-line talk will not stick to this cup. An industry-and-IT plan writes flasks and power tools as local consumer classes — see the equipment-upgrade and consumer-goods replacement plan. A class name is not an audit address.

A US buyer posts a cut-open flask back to Yongkang: “Audit the cup plant this week — stamping, vacuum, spray. Not China Hardware City. Need the mould number that faces THIS flask, not the booth sample. HK invoice OK.” Sales returns a Hardware City aisle, an expo hall number and a Hong Kong PI: “Yongkang source, the city can make it, the stall can be audited.” The buyer asks which plant stamps the body, whether vacuum and spray share one licence, and whether sample and bulk share one mould. Sales copies the stall number into the audit address.

The stall says “the city can kit it.” The plant says the body sits in one shop this week, spray in the next, the lid still bought in. Finance wants a “Hardware Fair certification fee” in the unit price as officially required. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED will not buy a mould number and will not buy a plant gate.

Do not answer with “Yongkang hardware can all be audited.” Lock first: cup plant or tool assembly; whether the mould number faces the sample or bulk; the stall is for viewing only. How Yiwu quotes stalls and consolidators is on the Yiwu paper — do not paste 1039 or consolidator talk onto a Yongkang plant. How Dongguan quotes town lines and tooling is on the Dongguan paper — do not stick Chang’an talk on this cup. Origin is on China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Below follows plant or Hardware City.

This week’s walk: cup plant, tool assembly, or only a China Hardware City stall

Hong Kong-channel sellers quoting Yongkang flasks, sports bottles or power tools most often get the word audit first. A stall can show a cup or a drill. A plant can show stamping, vacuum, spray or assembly. Ask which step the buyer wants to walk, then return an address.

Reply in full sentences: “Contract seller is the Hong Kong company; the licence that stamped, vacuumed, sprayed the cup or assembled the tool is which name; which step the audit day walks; the Hardware City stall is for viewing only. Do not write ‘Yongkang Hardware City factory.’”

New-industrialisation policy writes building a world hardware capital as a local aim — see the opinions on deepening new industrialisation. That is an industry aim, not a purchasable “official hardware-plant certificate.” Do not write the aim into the PI as already certified.

The plant mail for the audit should not only say “need Yongkang source.” Write: “Please reply in writing: stamping, vacuum, spray or assembly that day; licence domicile; this work-order number. Do not write a stall number into the reply.”

Write the itinerary in three lines for the driver: date; Yongkang licence domicile; stamping or spray. Hardware City and the plant are not one ride. If the buyer comes from Yiwu or Hangzhou, name the drop-off. Do not write “Jinhua and Yongkang are both close.”

Hong Kong-channel quotes in Yongkang are usually flasks and power tools — not a Yiwu household stall. If the inquiry is only the four words “Yongkang hardware,” ask cup or tool first. Do not book an audit before that question.

Do not put flasks and power tools on one confirmation without a split page. The industry plan writes them as two consumer classes. You can share a container. You cannot merge two different lines into one audit morning. If you cannot explain the tool set, keep it off this PI.

A star-grade honest merchant is a market-operator title, from market-supervision and Hardware City group commendations. The title proves a stall was scored. It does not prove this flask’s stamping line. Do not write the star grade into the manufacturer box.

A Hong Kong company as contract seller does not make that company the plant. Titles are on document titles. Split the seller box from the audit address.

Cup stamping, vacuum, spray: one licence or three

What stalls a Yongkang carton is rarely “no cup in the city.” It is three steps written as one name. Do not invent process fees or fines.

Ask for three papers side by side: stamping domicile, who does vacuum or weld, who sprays. Merged as “Yongkang factory,” the audit-day driver asks which name first. Explain the steps you can explain; quote those steps.

Lids, seals and straws are often bought in. Name the outside plant. Do not pretend inner parts and the body share one work order. If the buyer pulls one cup, you must show which name the lid faces. If you cannot, write that the lid has no writing yet.

Whether vacuum holds, and which lot the leak-test record faces, enter the confirmation. Hot water poured at a stall will not fill a leak-test record. Sales writing “we all vacuum” into the unit price does not help; the inspector wants this lot’s record.

An industry-and-IT review writes the thermos sector as a provincial product-master-data pilot — see the 2024 industry-and-IT review. A pilot is a data-standard arrangement, not an official file already sitting on this cup. Do not write the pilot name into the manufacturer box.

Development-zone flask upgrade notices have named stamping, welding and spray equipment — project EIA or upgrade information, not this work order. Do not copy a project address onto this booking unless the work actually sits there.

Finance should not write a “cup-capital certification fee” into the unit price. Profile titles are city introductions. Stamping, vacuum and spray go as contract line items, labelled as process quotes, not an official cup-audit price. There is no site-wide Yongkang flask official fee.

Does the sample flask’s mould number face this bulk mould

A sample lifted from a stall or hall and bulk run from another mould can look alike. Ask the plant whether this bulk mould number is the sample mould. A mould change can move capacity, mouth and weld path together.

Write the confirmation as: “Sample mould number …; bulk mould number …; same mould or not. If not, write that bulk has no mould facing the sample yet.” Do not write “same style.”

A new cup mould gets its own page for tool ownership — see tooling is not a deposit. Cutting a tool and walking an audit are not the same job. Having a mould still requires writing which stamping plant the audit walks.

A new print, decal or spray version cannot wear last sample’s title as this appearance. Name this version in writing. Last year’s wall in the stall cannot stand in for this booking.

If this booking needs a food-contact path, the file faces this cup’s inner and lid — do not retitle a neighbour lid report. Opening a store does not run a food-contact test. Do not invent an official test price.

The plant mail for the mould number: “Please reply in writing: sample mould number; this bulk mould number; whether this mould or an in-process body can be seen on audit day. A hall sample is not enough.”

Power tools: split the bought-in motor from whole-tool assembly

If this booking is a drill or an angle grinder, split first: who makes the motor, who makes the housing, who assembles the whole tool. Motors often sit in another city. Sales writing “Yongkang source in one body” will fail when the audit asks where the motor line is.

Write the assembly licence domicile as which Yongkang name. Write the motor plant as the actual city. Both must be nameable. A Hardware City electrical stall is not a motor plant.

Nameplate model, power rating and this lot — three lines side by side. A nameplate on an export model and an instruction sheet on a domestic model will be two tools at opening. Put nameplate, sheet and outer carton in one confirmation first.

Powered paths for the destination market sit on another page. This page only locks Yongkang work and the audit address. It is not a full certification tutorial and it does not invent certificate prices.

Do not book a tool audit and a cup audit on the same morning and expect to finish both. Two lines, two gates. If the buyer writes tools and flasks, ask which class this booking walks first; book the other class separately.

A Gold-Supplier audit on another tool line is not automatically this item. A style change is a work-order change and often a motor-supplier change. Ask whether this booking is still the assembly name that was signed.

A Hardware Fair hall number is not an audit address

The profile writes the China Hardware Fair as a branded expo. An expo can show a sample and host a talk. A hall number and a stall number will not fill a plant gate. If the buyer writes “audit during the fair,” reply: viewing yes; the audit walks a licence domicile on another slot; plants are busy in expo week — confirm in writing which day and which line can be entered.

Do not write “Hardware City in the morning, the fair in the afternoon, three outside plants at night.” Walk the one name that does this work. If the interpreter is expo reception, they can lead the way. They cannot stand in as manufacturer.

Do not stand in with a hall-stage photo. The buyer wants the door plate, this mould or an in-process cup; tools want in-process assembly. If one is missing, write that it is missing. Do not pad with a neighbouring stall’s cup wall.

World · Yongkang Hardware Index is a market-index name. Do not write an index print into the unit price, and do not write it as “official market, must add.” This booking only delivers the plant and the mould number.

Bring three physical items on audit day: this mould number or an in-process cup or tool, a licence copy, and this work order. If the inspector asks about vacuum or the motor, you can face which step on the spot. If you cannot, stop on that item; do not drive to Hardware City for a photo.

How to ask the plant for a leak-test record: “This lot number; test date; pass or fail; who signed. Do not attach a stall hot-water video to the record.” Missing a signature means write that this lot has no leak-test writing yet.

Yiwu consolidator talk and Dongguan town-line talk will not stick to this cup

Yiwu International Trade City stalls, consolidators and market-procurement paths are another city’s decision. If this work sits in Yongkang, write a Yongkang licence. Do not write 1039 or a consolidator as the Yongkang manufacturer. How Yiwu is quoted stays on the Yiwu page.

Dongguan Chang’an tooling and Humen–Houjie town maps are another set. A Yongkang cup mould and a Dongguan steel tool are not automatically the same ownership talk. Work in Yongkang is written as a Yongkang plant. Do not rewrite it as a Dongguan town name because that is “easier to understand.”

The commercial-invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company; fields follow 141.86. Origin stays China and follows the stamping, spray or assembly city. Do not change origin to a port because a forwarder says Ningbo is easier to book. How Ningbo quotes a sailing is on the Ningbo paper.

If the buyer wants a warehouse address, return the actual despatch warehouse — not a Hardware City unloading aisle, not a Hong Kong secretary floor. Name which warehouse the packing video was shot in. The video should show this mould number or work order.

If the outer carton prints the Hong Kong English name, do not print Made in Hong Kong. Do not print a stall number as the plant address. Export papers are on the export documents checklist.

Before this booking leaves, sales faces five papers: plant walk or stall-only; stamping / vacuum / spray or assembly licence; mould number or tool-motor outside plant; this work order; contract seller split from the work licence. If one is missing, write which one. Do not announce a release date first. Finance should not write a “Hardware Fair official fee” or a “world hardware capital certification fee” into the unit price. There is no site-wide official price. The membership receipt does not go into the audit pack.

Questions teams actually ask

Can a China Hardware City stall number stand in as the cup or tool plant?

No. A stall can show a cup and let you feel a handle. Stamping, vacuum, spray and assembly often sit on another licence. When the buyer asks for an audit address, write the domicile that did that step. The city writes Hardware City as a trading market and expo platform — not this plant.

The sample flask’s mould number — can bulk run another mould and still wear the same style?

Ask the plant whether bulk is still the sample mould. A mould change often moves capacity, mouth and weld path. Without written “same mould,” do not retitle.

Can Yiwu consolidator talk or Dongguan town-line audit talk be pasted onto this Yongkang cup?

No. Yiwu locks stalls and consolidators; Dongguan locks town lines and tooling. Yongkang first locks plant or Hardware City. Do not swap door plates or decisions. Yiwu is on the Yiwu paper; Dongguan is on the Dongguan paper.

Cup body in one plant, spray in another, lid bought in — who is the manufacturer?

Manufacturer follows the step that conferred origin; name the outside plants. Walk the step the audit asked for. Merging three names as “one Yongkang factory” means the driver asks which name first.

Tool motor in another city, whole tool assembled in Yongkang — can we write Hardware City source?

Name the motor plant. Assembly follows the Yongkang licence. A Hardware City stall will not fill an assembly line. Origin follows the work city, not the market.

Can Corpable inspect a cup, accept a mould number, or guarantee an audit?

We do not inspect cups, we do not accept mould numbers, and we do not guarantee an audit or entry. An advisor can sit with you on plant licence, mould number and whether a stall was written as the plant. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
