Open this inquiry’s quote draft. Read whether the sample is its own row.

  • Twenty 350×250×180 samples do not sit on the 20000-piece bulk row as free. The sample row writes pieces and the sample fee. The bulk row writes the bulk count. The quotation lesson is How to write a quotation. That lesson wants a clear quote. It does not prove a sample row produces bulk, and it does not lock must-free.
  • How to start selling writes reply soon: split the sample row from the bulk row, not write free sample into the bulk price faster. Inquiry Quick Response Rate is a 24-hour response. It does not prove one sample-free sentence answers the thread.

A Melbourne fruit packer’s on-site original at 9:04 Wednesday: “Send 20 pcs sample of 350×250×180 3-ply carton. Sample free please, deduct from bulk 20000. I did not lock print. Air to Melbourne. Do not quote one line.” Sales wrote sample and bulk as one line: 20000 pcs, sample included, air extra. Buyer WhatsApp: “So the sample is free. Just ship 20 now. Bulk later.” Finance issued the 20 as a gift. The sample bay was already occupied.

One line that includes samples treats the samples as given away. Membership paid to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED does not put a sample fee on the books by itself, and it does not buy an official sample unit price. Corpable Marketing Limited does not write the quote for you, and does not guarantee these 20 can be collected.

Sample shipped, they go silent: sample shipped silent. How the shop writes a sample policy outward: sample policy. Sample by air or ocean: air or ocean. How to split freight out of a unit: inquiry freight. Below only this: the sample row and the bulk row are still glued in the quote.

Where the sample row sits in the quote now

Open this message-centre thread. Find the quote or draft you already sent. Count the rows. One row that holds both 20 and 20000: not split. Sales remembering “our quotes always include samples” does not replace this screen.

The quotation lesson wants goods, quantity, and price written clearly. It does not require a sample as its own row, and it does not forbid the split. You split because this original said Do not quote one line. They already named no one line.

The on-site quote tool and a PDF you made: the file that went into this thread governs. Tool split, PDF still one line: they open the PDF. The PDF counts. A tool draft may go in the clip. It does not count as already answered.

A sub-account sent the old template. Main account opens this thread and sees another file. The file this thread can open governs. Two files live and they will pick the one that says free.

The sample-policy page writes “we support samples.” A policy page is not this quote. A policy may hang on the shop. This thread still needs a sample row. Support on a policy does not fill a fee for 20 pieces.

350×250×180 is the outside size. The sample row must write outside size and ply, 3-ply. Carton sample alone and they will read the inside size in their own cage. Inside size unlocked and the sample will be the wrong cut.

I did not lock print. Print unlocked. The sample row must not write already printed logo. Write it and the 20 count as printed. Printed samples and a later bulk art change will bite these 20.

The two characters 赠品 on the finance issue ticket will flow onto the courier label. Label writes gift and customs and the buyer both read free. The issue ticket must face the sample row. It does not: the row wrote a fee, the goods already left as a gift.

The old quote template footer still prints sample free over 10000 pcs. A footer locks outward. This thread’s bulk has not locked 20000 and the footer already wrote the free condition dead. This week’s PDF drops that footer, or changes it to see the sample row.

A green response cell only proves send was clicked. What went out was one line including samples: the green does not cover samples already given away. The shop lead audits this thread’s file, not the green cell.

The on-site quote tool’s remark writes see email. The split only lives in the mail. Mail expires or lands in junk and this thread has one line left. The split must live in a file this thread can open. See email does not fill a sample row.

The old PDF is still named quotation-final-free-sample.pdf. They will forward the file name to purchasing. Final and free both lock outward. This week’s file name carries a date and two-row. It does not carry free.

The sample row and the bulk row must split

Sample row: 350×250×180 3-ply, 20 pcs, sample fee, bulk not included. Bulk row: same spec, 20000 pcs, bulk unit, samples counted apart. Do not glue the two with included.

Included, sample free, deduct already on the bulk row: the bulk price is read as already cut. They only took 20 and will still treat the bulk price as cut, then want another cut when 20000 lands.

The original: deduct from bulk 20000. Deduct is a condition, not a thing happening now. Write the condition under the sample row: if bulk 20000 of this size is placed, sample fee of this row can be deducted. Condition has not happened: the sample row still collects.

Print unlocked: the bulk row must not lock print either. Bulk row writes plain 3-ply or print pending. If the sample is a white box, write blank sample. A white box and printed bulk are not the same row of goods.

Sales wants “a handsome bulk price first, samples look sincere.” A handsome price has often already spread the 20 into it. Spread the 20 in, the 20 never come, and the bulk price is already dirty. A dirty price is hard to put back.

Both rows’ goods name must be the same size string. Sample row writes 350×250×180, bulk row writes fruit carton: the size will drift. Drift and the 20 pass, the 20000 opens on another size.

Pcs is fine for cartons. Someone writes 20 pcs on the sample row and 20k sets on the bulk row. A set, if it is a nested set, multiplies the count. Units not the same and the deduct sentence will face the wrong count.

The quotation lesson does not lock how many rows you must split. This buyer named no one line. Send one line anyway and you did not hear the original. A quote that did not hear the original will not be saved by the sample-policy page later.

After the split, the total cell must not write a special package including samples. One package in the total and the two rows were split for nothing. A total may be the two rows added. The addends must be visible.

An Excel quote hides the sample row in a far-right column. Print only shows bulk. They print it and it is one line again. Print a page yourself before you send. Print shows no sample row: treat as not split.

Bulk row lead time writes 25 days. Sample row lead time is empty. Empty and the floor will schedule the 20 on the bulk lead time. The sample row writes the sample-make window and the air window, or writes sample lead pending air. The windows are not official days. They stop 25 days from governing 20 pieces.

Whether the sample fee includes freight — which row writes it

The original: Air to Melbourne. Air is the sample path, not the bulk path. Sample freight sits next to the sample row, or on its own sample-freight row. It does not sit inside bulk FOB.

How to split freight out of a unit sits on the inquiry-freight page. Here you only need: sample air and later bulk ocean must not fuse into one all-in. All-in does not fill Melbourne air, and it does not fill later ocean.

Sample freight collect or prepaid: this thread must write it. It does not: the forwarder defaults collect, they refuse the freight, and the 20 hang in a Melbourne cage. Hanging is not sample-shipped-silent. It is freight not written.

The bulk row must not write air extra to cover sample freight. Air extra has no piece count and no airport. Air for 20 and air for 20000 are not one number. This note invents no rate. It only asks the paths written apart.

They write freight on you because sample should be free. Freight and sample fee are two cells. Sample fee may be talked. Freight cell empty and the goods cannot move. Reply on this thread with both cells written. Whichever cell is empty, ask that cell.

Cartons are light and cube out. The forwarder uses volumetric weight. Volumetric weight may sit in a remark on the sample-freight row. Write it into the sample unit and the unit looks “cartons priced insane.” They will treat you as quoting wild.

Sample ocean, bulk ocean: still two freight rows. Twenty pieces riding a container is another sentence. Ride has not happened: do not write sample freight as zero early. Zero locks free freight outward.

How-to-sell does not audit your freight row. Reply soon is writing air next to the sample, not sending a freight-in bulk price faster.

A membership receipt does not cover Melbourne air. An advisor on the page only reads whether sample row, freight row, and bulk row are glued. Glued: split first. Corpable does not quote a rate for you.

The forwarder asks whether customs goods name writes gift or carton samples. Gift reads free. The customs name must face the sample row. It does not: Melbourne clearance treats a gift, and they treat you as already hosting.

How to write deduct so it is not read as given away now

A deduct sentence needs three things: which row’s sample fee, which bulk invoice it deducts from, what that bulk must meet. Miss one and they read free now.

If bulk 20000 of 350×250×180 3-ply is placed on this thread, the sample fee on the sample row can be deducted from that bulk invoice. Write thread so they do not take a neighbour 20000 apple carton to deduct these 20.

Do not write sample free if you order later. Later has no count and no size. Later is given away. Do not write refund after bulk. Refund reads collected then returned. The books scramble. Deduct on that invoice is cleaner.

Before print locks, deduct must not bind a plate fee. Plate fee is another row. Sample is a white box, bulk wants a fruit mark: the plate is not inside these 20. Bind it and they read the sample fee as already including the plate.

The deduct cap is the fee on the sample row. Do not write deduct all your cost. All cost rolls air and sample labour in. Labour not written on the sample row does not enter deduct.

Bulk cuts to 8000. Does that trigger: this thread writes only 20000 of this size first. 8000 does not trigger. You do not write it and they will claim “we already ordered” to take the deduct.

When deduct happens, the bulk invoice must show the sample-row fee taken off. The take-off mark stays on the same thread. A new invoice for the take-off and finance will not face these 20.

They read deduct as the 20 priced at the bulk unit. Bulk unit unlocked: pricing 20 at bulk is messier. The sample row has its own fee. Do not multiply the bulk unit by 20 to fill the sample row.

The quotation lesson does not prove a deduct sentence produces 20000. It only wants a clear quote. Clear and they may still only take 20. Only 20: collect the sample row. Do not rewrite it free afterwards for a review.

Do not print the deduct sentence in a header or footer as shop policy. Policy printed and every inquiry’s 20 can deduct. This thread writes it on this thread. A neighbour Melbourne fruit packer must not take this sentence to deduct.

The words free sample must not appear on the bulk row

Bulk row shows free sample, sample included, complimentary 20 pcs: the bulk price is read as already hosting. Hosting enters their cost table. Once in the table it will not go back.

The sample-policy page may write “samples can be sent.” Can be sent is not free. If that page’s English prints free sample for serious buyers, serious has no definition. This quote must not cite that sentence. Cite it and free entered this thread.

Sales wrote we offer free samples in the welcome note. A welcome note locks outward. Splitting rows on this thread is already late. This week that welcome sentence stops, or becomes sample row on request.

The product detail’s “free sample” button is how they clicked in. Button copy locks outward. Detail cannot change this week: first sentence on this thread writes sample is a separate row, not the free button. You do not write it and they read the button.

Ads still buy sample free. People click in carrying a free expectation. An expectation is not the original. The original already wrote deduct, harder than the ad. Reply on this thread by splitting rows facing the original. Do not cash the ad as free.

An internal Chinese table may write 样品成本. Outward must not show free. Internal cost may go to the owner. Free on the outward PDF locks.

If you truly decide not to collect a sample fee on these 20, still write a sample row: sample fee 0, who approved, approved for this thread. 0 on the bulk row is still included. 0 on the sample row at least shows this row was approved to zero.

The owner says “it’s a small carton, just give it.” Just give it is a mouth. A mouth does not fill this file. The file still has two rows. Mouth gives, file empty, and the next salesperson will run free as shop rule on every carton.

How-to-sell does not audit your free sentence. Reply soon is not writing free faster.

The main-image corner badge still says FREE SAMPLE. A badge locks outward. You split rows on this thread; their first look is still free. The badge comes down this week if it can. It cannot: first sentence on this thread must write the badge is not this quote.

The on-site inquiry thread replies facing the sample row

First sentence carries 350×250×180, 20 pcs sample row, 20000 bulk row. Do not open a “sample chat group.” A new group and the quote file will not face this thread.

WhatsApp may carry the same PDF. This thread must be able to open the same file. It only lives in a phone album, compressed until the rows cannot be read: treat as not answered.

They reply just ship 20, invoice later. Later is not the sample row. Reply on this thread: sample row must be accepted before we cut 20. You do not write it and the floor will cut on a mouth.

A green response cell, what they sent was a welcome note plus free: the cell still greens. The shop lead audits whether the file has a sample row. No sample row: treat as this quote was not answered.

Sub-account answered freight. Main account answered the bulk price. Nobody answered the sample row. Both clicked send. The sample is still empty. The duty board must write who faces the sample row on this thread.

They forwarded the PDF to a Melbourne warehouse receiving team. The team only reads 20 pieces, not the fee. Label and issue ticket must still face the sample row. The team refuses a collect sample: that is the freight row, not the team deciding free.

The original: Do not quote one line. You replied two rows. They paste their own form, one line again. Their form is not your quote. Reply on this thread: our quote is the two-row file. You do not reply and a later dispute will take their form.

Print art arrives at the weekend. Art not here: the sample row may still write blank 20. Do not wait for art and drag the whole quote into one empty sheet. During the empty sheet the floor already cut a sample with an old mark.

A new inquiry from another account asks same carton sample. The new account is a new thread. This thread’s sample-row deduct must not auto-copy onto the new one. Copy it and two Melbourne cages will deduct the same 20000 sentence.

They cropped the sample row off and forwarded only the bulk row to their finance. Finance pays the bulk row. The 20 will still be asked for. Resend both pages on this thread and write sample row was cut in your forward. You do not write it and finance will say they never saw a sample fee.

Before the sample ships, the quote’s sample row cannot be empty

The sample bay is already occupied, the sample row still empty: stop the knife first. Knife down and the 20 count as already made. Make them then add a fee and they read a later add-on.

Do not send a tracking number first. A number sent reads already shipped. Shipped and silent sits on the silent page. Here you have not shipped. A number locks an empty row as already performed.

The sample row accepted in writing, then book the forwarder. The forwarder booking may be prepared in parallel. The booking itself needs the sample row in. The forwarder picks up first: pickup reads shipped.

A 3-ply sample and a 5-ply sample sit on the same bench. Pick the wrong ply and the spec on the sample row drifts. Pick facing the sample row, not the three words “carton sample.”

Print unlocked, the die is still cut with print bleed. Extra bleed is read as a printed sample already made. A white-box sample cuts as a white box. Cut wrong: 20 scrap, fee not in.

QC wants one retain. Retain goes in a sample-row remark: 20 ship, 1 retain, retain not billed to buyer. You do not write it and finance issues 21, which will not face 20.

Melbourne summer. Cartons on the way can take moisture. Moisture liability is not something this note can lock. The sample row must not write moisture guaranteed. Write it and an air delay becomes a quality dispute. Quality disputes sit on another page.

The packing list copies the sample row: size, ply, blank, count. List and quote are not the same sheet. The numbers must face. They do not: customs follows the list, they follow the quote, you follow the issue ticket. Three sets of numbers.

Conditions follow this thread’s quote file you can open on 2026-10-18. No sample row in the file: the goods do not leave.

The sample-room whiteboard writes “Melbourne 20 gift.” A board locks inward. A visiting panel customer photographs it and gift has left the building. Change the board to sample row issued or not issued. Do not write gift.

They only want samples, not bulk — which row stops first

Two rounds they only reply ship 20 now, bulk later. The bulk row stops locking a price. The sample row closes on this thread. Later does not fill 20000.

The bulk row may stay pending. Do not delete it so they think you do not take 20000. Delete it and when they truly want to place they will say you are a sample shop. Pending is cleaner than a dirty price that already includes samples.

Samples only: the deduct sentence still sits, the trigger has not happened. Do not rewrite the sample row to 0 early to please. A pleased 0 will not follow the condition you remember when 20000 comes.

Ads must not add fruit carton ready to ship because of these 20. Ready to ship written out treats the unplaced 20000 as stock on hand. A stock promise sits on the lead-time page.

The owner asks “why hasn’t the sample deal closed.” Closed must face the sample row collected, or the bulk row placed. Twenty issued empty is not closed. Issued empty is the freebie already happened.

The same buyer asks 400×300×200. That is another size, another thread. A 350 sample-row deduct cannot deduct 400. Mix them on one thread and 20 white boxes will deduct another size’s bulk.

The sample-policy page’s “serious buyers only”: serious has no platform definition. This thread is already in an inquiry. Close the sample row. Do not use serious to refuse a row already split. A refuse is a stop-loss. A stop-loss is written by the shop lead, not a sales mouth.

Twenty collected, they want another 20. The second lot is a new sample row. The first lot’s deduct must not auto-cover the second. Cover it and 40 deduct as one.

What stops is locking a bulk price and the giveaway sentence, not answering this thread. The thread is still here. The sample row is still here. The freight row is still here.

They say bulk will come after we test fruit in the box. A fruit test is their cage. A test day is not a bulk order day. The sample row still collects on this thread. A failed test is not a reason for the sample row to become free by itself.

The sample-policy page does not prove a sample row produces bulk

PX5Z53Q4 proves a quote should be clear. It does not prove a sample row produces 20000. How-to-sell proves reply soon. Reply soon is the split, not free faster. PXNF1OO2 is a 24-hour response. A green cell does not prove 20 pieces already became a container.

The sample-policy page proves you may write a send-sample rule outward. It does not prove free on that rule may sit on this bulk row. The air-or-ocean page proves the paths differ. It does not audit your sample fee.

Keep for the review: whether this original named no one line, how many rows the file you sent has, whether the sample fee is there, whether freight is there, whether the deduct sentence has count and size, whether the issue ticket said gift, whether you shipped then added the row. Weekly review reads whether the sample row was collected, not how many pieces you sent.

A new salesperson takes over with no file: they may only ask whether the sample row and the bulk row should split. They may not say our samples are always free. Always free locks every future carton as shop rule.

Night shift gets just ship 20. The clip has no sample row: they may only reply the two rows have not gone out. They may not book a forwarder. Book it and morning finance will face an issue with no row.

Monday you find last week’s 20 already left as a gift. No payment, no row. Those 20 are already given away. They will not accept a row added now. Write this time down. The next ticket starts from the row. Do not use this time to change shop rule to “cartons are always given.”

The shop lead audits three screens: original, quote file, issue ticket. Three screens do not face: sales must not report the sample is already in the air. In the air must face a tracking number and a sample row at the same time.

Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. The receipt does not cover these 20 sample fees landing. An advisor on the page only reads whether the rows split, and whether free sat on the bulk row. It sat: take it back first. We do not quote for you. We do not guarantee bulk will come.

Their purchasing assistant printed the PDF, crossed out the sample row in pen, photographed it back as “we only keep bulk.” A cross-out is not your quote. Reply on this thread: sample row still stands, bulk row pending print. You do not reply and their cage will receive 20 against the crossed paper.

Board prices moved this week. Bulk row price unlocked: do not fill the sample row with an old bulk unit. The sample row is 20 pieces of make and air, not a 20000-piece board position. How the board moves sits on a bulk page.

The sample maker took a “fruit carton” mouth to pick a die. A mouth has no outside size. 350×250×180 and a neighbour 360×250×180 differ by a centimetre. Stacking will not face the pallet. The size on the sample row copies onto the process card. No size on the card: the knife stops.

Finance booked the sample fee as a selling expense. The account may. The outward PDF must still show the sample row. Booked as expense and the issue ticket is easier to click gift. The person who clicks gift opens this file first.

Friday they said warehouse will pay freight on collect. Warehouse collect and the sample fee are not the same cell. Collect writes on the freight row. The sample row still sits. Warehouse refuses collect, goods hang: treat as the freight row not written. Do not rewrite the sample row free to buy a warehouse receipt.

Sales verbally changed the sample-row fee to “ship first, fee later.” Later is not a row. The row still needs a number, or a written 0 and who approved. Mouth later, forwarder picks up: reads shipped. Shipped then ask for a fee and they read an add-on.

Monday the shop lead audited issues and found the 20-piece process card copied a neighbour apple-carton inside size. Inside size is not this outside size. Void the card. Copy 350×250×180 facing the sample row again. The wrong 20 are internal scrap. Do not ship them to fill a count.

The owner asks in the group “did we collect the sample fee.” The only allowed answer is the sample row and the receipt record. Not “the goods already flew so it should count as collected.” Flew is not collected. Flew and the row empty: the freebie already happened.

Conditions still follow this thread’s quote you can open on 2026-10-18. Rows split: the 20 have a next sentence. Rows not split: do not let 350×250×180 leave the sample room first.

Questions teams actually ask

They write sample free, deduct from bulk. Can that sit on the bulk row?

No. Free and deduct on the bulk row and the bulk price is read as already cut. The sample row writes piece count and sample fee. The bulk row writes bulk count and the uncut price. Deduct is a separate condition sentence. The condition has not happened: do not cut.

Can sample freight sit inside the sample unit price?

It may sit on the sample row, but a person must still see that freight was counted apart. Fold it into one number and they will treat the sample itself as free and the money as freight only. How to split freight sits on the inquiry-freight page. Here the sample row and the bulk row must not share one freight-in number.

The sample-policy page writes you may send samples. Must they be free?

The sample-policy page writes how to send samples and how to write a policy. It does not prove the sample row must write free, and it does not prove a send produces bulk. The four letters free must not appear on the bulk row.

Samples already shipped, the quote still has no sample row. What now?

Empty: add one row back on this thread — pieces, sample fee, freight, whether it can deduct. Ship empty and they receive it as free. Signed and silent sits on the sample-shipped-silent page. Here you add the quote row, not a chase of the signed scan.

They only want samples, bulk later. Do we still quote the bulk row?

The bulk row may write piece count and an unlocked price, or write bulk pending. Do not write the bulk price as already including samples to look complete. Samples only: close the sample row first. Bulk not locked: do not let the sample row subsidise bulk.

Can Corpable write the quote and guarantee the sample fee comes in?

We cannot write it, and we cannot guarantee collection. Corpable Marketing Limited is a Hong Kong Alibaba.com service provider, not the quote desk. An advisor can sit with you on whether the sample row and the bulk row are split. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
