When this message-centre thread wants freight split, face whether the original is one door-to-door or split rows.

  • Split the freight and Do not hide ocean in the unit already written: split first — goods one row, main freight one row, insurance and after-destination written as included or not. Volume and weight not locked: do not guess a container type. Do not bury ocean in the unit.
  • How to write a quotation wants a clear quote. It does not prove all-in produces a term, and it does not lock ocean. How to start selling writes reply soon — that is asking term and named place, not adding spoken ocean into the unit faster. Inquiry Quick Response Rate is a 24-hour response. It does not prove a vague door answers the thread.

A Houston kitchen wholesaler’s on-site original at 08:07 Friday: “How much is shipping to Houston. Split the freight. Do not hide ocean in the unit. I will cut all-in. FOB or CIF I did not lock.” The linked product is a 28cm stainless colander, 8 pcs per carton. Volume and weight the floor has not locked in writing. Sales added a spoken ocean from the forwarder chat to the goods and sent all-in 1.35 door. WhatsApp: “I asked you to split. You hid ocean. I cut 1.35 to 1.05. Freight is your problem.” Finance opened the cost sheet. 1.05 was already under this grade’s goods value. The ocean row was empty.

Someone said all-in would feel easier. Someone wanted a still-lower door-to-door so they would not walk. Membership paid to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED does not fill an empty term, and it does not buy an official Houston ocean. Corpable Marketing Limited is not the forwarder desk. We cannot quote freight.

How a factory picks a term: FOB or CIF. RFQ-hall attachment fields: RFQ logistics attachment. How vouchers deduct after the deal: CIF rebate. The term on the order: Trade Assurance terms. Platform logistics or your own forwarder: who fulfils. Below is only this: this message-centre thread wants freight split, FOB or CIF is not accepted, volume is still empty.

Whether they want one door-to-door or split rows

Open this thread in message centre — not this week’s “US reference” in the forwarder chat. Read the detail top to bottom: linked product, full original, the freight sentence you already sent, read or unread. Linked 28cm stainless colander, 8 pcs per carton, original did not accept a container type: write volume not locked. You already sent 1.35 door: write ocean hidden. The next sentence may only unbundle. Do not add a lower door-to-door.

How much is shipping, all in to door: they may hear every charge as yours. Split the freight, do not hide ocean, FOB or CIF I did not lock: they want rows. This Houston thread has all four sentences. Treat it as a split. One door back is a second hide ocean.

Three How much is shipping / all in please / door to Houston sentences the same day still fill no term. A high sentence count only proves they are chasing a number. It does not prove the place is locked. Read status only proves they opened the thread. Opened and still only all-in: treat as unlocked. The store lead must not treat read as a booking signal.

A canned “US door-to-door duty paid” must not be clicked into this thread. The canned line is hidden ocean. Clicked: already locked. The store lead takes that line out of split threads. A voice note that wants a freight figure is transcribed onto this thread first. Not transcribed: not asked clearly. Transcribed and still split the freight: split first.

Sample freight and bulk freight are two rows. A 2-piece courier is not 8-pcs-per-carton ocean. Mixed shipping 80 is later treated as a rate that can move a container. Sample policy is the neighbour. Here you do not paste sample freight into the bulk row.

If the source is an RFQ, copy the attachment fields — RFQ logistics attachment. If the source is a showcase welcome, ask which SKU and how many pieces. If the source is an ad word and the word does not face this thread, stop the word first. An ad sentence free shipping will drag the freight row dead. Here you only handle this message-centre thread.

A sub-account replied shipping sent and the main account opens this thread with no split: treat as missing. Send the same rows from this thread. A spoken figure that lives only in the forwarder group is empty later in the order clip. A Hong Kong invoice English name is not a container type. The type sits in the volume sentence. Volume sentence still empty: the type cannot be written.

They only leave WhatsApp and want a spoken freight. Identity still follows the on-site name. A spoken “1.35 door first” counts only after it is written back onto this thread. Not written back: not quoted, and the rows are not split. Written back still splits or writes pending term. Off-site may book a time. Rows and numbers still return here.

Sales splits the sentences. The store lead checks the split page is this thread. Finance must not look for a “freight certification fee” on the split page — there is no such row. The floor must not write a neighbour ticket’s container type into this thread before the split. A neighbour is another ticket. Staple into this ticket’s clip: the original, the freight sentence you sent, the empty term and volume. The three do not face: do not send a new number.

Term and named place not accepted yet — ask first

The original FOB or CIF I did not lock: the term is empty. Ask which term, and which port is the named place. Which term and named place. Do not lock it for them. Locked, the later Trade Assurance order and the booking will bite the sentence you locked.

FOB Shenzhen and CIF Houston are two sentences. FOB or CIF alone with the place empty: treat as unlocked. Door alone: they hear warehouse delivery in Houston. If the forwarder bill only goes to the port, the gap is where the loss starts. Door-to-door is not a term. How the responsibilities compare: FOB or CIF. This thread does not rewrite the risk table. It requires the reply can point at a place.

They did not ask door: you may write the FOB port first and quote door on the next row. Door as a term empties the later Trade Assurance order. If they wrote HK invoice OK, the letterhead is the Hong Kong company. The load port still has to be written. The letterhead fills no port name.

FOB already accepted, they switch to CIF and want you to swallow the main-freight gap: write the new rows. Do not automatically drop the old FOB goods. An automatic drop buries the freight gap in goods. Buried goods empty rebate and Trade Assurance later — CIF rebate. A term change changes the rows. It does not change the goods to match a total.

If they insist on DDP or door, write whether tax and clearance are separately quoted or yours. If yours, you must point at who is IOR. IOR is not a spoken forwarder substitute. The tariff book does not open here. One door must not bury tax in goods.

Houston to Dallas: inland is another row. A port change is a new row. Do not only change four letters. Letters-only: wrong place. Finance must not put a wrong-place number into the cost sheet. Collect and prepaid are two rows. Who pays main freight not accepted: ask first. Do not write we can advance it to feel easy. An advance with no writing: finance treats it as missing.

How-to-sell writes reply soon. Reply soon is asking term and named place, not locking CIF Houston for them faster. A green response cell only proves send was clicked. It does not prove the term was accepted. Green and still only all-in: face the empty rows.

Currency follows this thread’s invoice letterhead. A Hong Kong invoice writes US dollars. Do not switch to RMB to look cheaper without an exchange rate. Rate empty: write the currency. Do not write a converted fake-low freight. There is no official rate to paste into this thread.

Goods value one row, main freight one row

Row one is goods value. Goods face a locked specification grade. 28cm stainless colander, 8 pcs per carton. Hole spacing, rim height, or handle not accepted: goods stay empty or pending grade. Do not send an ungraded unit just to quote freight. Ungraded goods plus unsplit freight: two empties added, the next cut has no way back.

Row two is main freight. Ocean or air, facing this ticket’s volume and weight. No volume: ask carton count, outer size, and gross weight first. Do not guess “about one container.” A guessed type is the wrong type. A wrong-type number is later treated as a rate you already quoted. There is no official per-container figure to write.

Air and ocean used to cut each other: write two optional rows. Do not merge an “average freight.” Average is the wrong form. Finance must not put a wrong-form number into cost. If air and ocean use two carton specs, merchandising writes two rows. Sales must not say they are about the same.

LCL and FCL are two rows. Piece count not accepted: do not send an FCL reference first. An FCL reference is the wrong type. Wrong type cut: you eat the LCL gap. Merchandising asks the count, then writes which row. 28cm colander, 8 pcs per carton, count not accepted: the container type cannot be written.

Surcharge, peak-season extra, terminal extra: merchandising writes them only if they can point at the bill. Cannot point: write subject to surcharge this week. Do not invent a figure and bury it in main freight. Buried in main freight: a hidden row. Hidden row cut: you eat the extra.

Dangerous goods or a battery on this grade: another row for the papers. Do not bury the paper fee in main freight. A 28cm colander usually has no battery. A neighbour SKU that does: do not paste that paper fee into this thread. A neighbour is another ticket.

Platform logistics or your own forwarder: this thread first writes which side this ticket uses. Do not send two sets at once. Two sets: they cut the lower, you digest the other. Who fulfils: platform logistics or your own forwarder. Here you only need this thread to point at one side.

Sales writes the term-ask. Merchandising writes place and main freight. Finance checks the goods row and the main-freight row can point at bill accounts separately. The floor writes volume. The store lead checks for hide ocean. Five people do not face: do not send a number. The quotation lesson does not lock a must-quote-lowest freight. How-to-sell does not audit margin.

Insurance and after-destination: write included or not

Insurance if they asked: its own row. They did not ask: write insurance not included, or follow the term already accepted. Do not silently add it into all-in. Added and then cut: you eat the premium. How to pick a cover is a neighbour. Here you only ask whether this thread has its own row.

Insurance never asked, then added: add a row. Do not automatically drop the goods row to match a total. Matching a total buries the premium in goods. Buried goods empty the later documents. CIF already accepted: insurance follows the term default as included to the destination port. Do not write it as to the warehouse. Warehouse is another sentence.

Charges after the destination port — door, clearance, inland: write included or not included. A vague door is heard as warehouse delivery in Houston. If the forwarder bill only goes to the port, the after-port gap is where the 1.05 cut went through. How-to-sell does not audit your door sentence.

They cut freight and then want you to lock 25 days to the door: lead time follows the lead-time page. Here you first stop the door day. A door day is not a freight row. The freight row locks money and included-or-not, not a calendar. Port congestion, inspection, weather: merchandising may write a variable. It may not write a guaranteed door day. A guaranteed door day is lead time already locked. The lead-time page will later read whether this thread has a guarantee sentence. The freight row does not take one first.

Validity sits on its own sentence. A freight row must carry valid until or subject to space this week. No validity: they cut you next week on the old number and you have no written pull-back. Write the sentence merchandising can hold, and write it back onto this thread. If merchandising has already written space is tight before a holiday, the freight row must carry a validity. Without it, they cut you after the holiday on the old number. How many days of space: write only what merchandising wrote. No writing: do not write a day count.

CIF Houston insurance and after-port are two rows. CIF includes the agreed cover to the port. It does not include clearance and inland unless you separately write included. Included separately: you must point at who does it and who issues the bill. Cannot point: write quoted separately. Those two words sit closer to Split the freight than one vague door.

Volume and weight not locked — do not guess a container type

Merchandising opens the linked spec: 28cm colander, 8 pcs per carton, outer L×W×H, gross weight. The floor confirms this grade’s carton did not change. Carton still empty: write volume not locked. Volume not locked: the container type cannot be written. Do not guess a 20GP. Do not guess a 40HQ. Do not write “about one container.” A guessed type is the wrong type. Wrong type cut: you eat the gap.

Sales must not quote colander freight on a neighbour steamer’s carton. Wrong carton: wrong row. Finance must not put a wrong-row number into the cost sheet. If the floor changes the carton in writing, merchandising must void the old freight row and write it back onto this thread. Not voided: two container types in the clip. Two types: they bite the one that takes less space. You eat the freight gap.

Ask what you can ask: how many cartons, outer size, gross weight, pallet or not, how many cartons per pallet. The ask goes back onto this thread. A welcome line fills no volume cell. A search word colander freight in the source, original did not accept diameter: write search word not accepted. A search word fills no carton. Sales from memory saying they were looking at one pallet of 28cm: treat as not accepted. Not accepted: ask the carton count first.

Piece count not accepted: do not send an FCL reference first. An FCL reference is the wrong type. LCL and FCL are two rows — already above. One more sentence here: 28cm, 8 pcs per carton, count jumping from 200 cartons to 2,000 cartons will change the type. Changed: rewrite the main-freight row. Void the old row on this thread.

“Global door-to-door” on the Hong Kong company profile fills no volume on this ticket. Do not first change the profile to look as if you can reach the door. The profile does not audit your carton. The carton sits in the floor writing and the linked spec on this thread.

Night shift chased for a container type: still face the volume writing stapled in the daytime clip. Clip empty: night shift may only ask carton and count. It may not guess a type. Guessed: wrong type. Wrong type will enter cost in the morning. Cost entered then changed: margin starts empty from that night sentence. The handover note writes whether night shift quoted a type.

Do not bury ocean in the unit

Their original: Do not hide ocean in the unit. Buried in the unit is hide ocean. Ocean buried, the next cut hits the goods. You eat the freight. 1.35 door already buried it once. Bury it again: a second hide.

I will cut all-in. They already told you the cut. All-in cut, goods and freight cannot be pulled apart, you have no row to hold. After the split they still merge the two rows into a lower door-to-door: first stop the goods row being dragged down. Freight row cut: stop the freight row. Do not use goods to fill ocean. Goods filling ocean is giving margin to this cut.

1.35 door already left: the next sentence may only rewrite the rows. It may not drop to 1.05 door. A drop is a second unsplit set. Later orders bite the lower set. Their original You hid ocean is pointing at this cut. 1.35 and 1.05 are the bad all-in that already went out. They are not official ocean, and they are not a new quote basis.

The owner must not demand a lower door-to-door every day. Sales must not keep adding all-in because “they will walk.” Finance must not write an “unclosed-deal freight activation fee” into the unit. There is no such row. The ads account must not buy free shipping on this thread unless the word faces this thread. It does not face: they will cut freight on the ad sentence.

Goods row already ungraded: stop freight first, return to the grade. Ungraded goods plus a unit with ocean hidden: two empties, double locked. Double locked, the next cut has no way back. They write split freight and send PI in one sentence: split first. Freight follows the rows. The template follows the PI page. Merged into one unsplit all-in Word file, goods and ocean lock together. Split them back onto this thread. Do not rush.

Who must not use goods as a freight subsidy: finance must not. Sales must not. The owner must not write ocean into goods as “close first, fill later.” Fill later does not come back. The number that does not come back: the clip writes who clicked first.

After all-in is cut, which row you stop first

Rows left, they write I will cut all-in, or merge your goods plus freight into a lower door-to-door: first stop the goods row being dragged down. 1.05 is already under this grade’s goods value. The goods row stops first. Freight row cut: stop the freight row. Do not use goods to fill ocean.

A hidden-ocean 1.35 door already left: the next sentence may only unbundle. It may not drop again. The store lead calls stop. Sales keeps adding all-in: a second unsplit set. Finance writes 1.05 into the cost sheet: change the sheet before anyone speaks. Sheet unchanged, every mail this week will talk the old door-to-door. The old door-to-door is not the split. The split sits on this thread.

They still only want one number and will not accept a term: two term-asks and they still write all-in, stop adding a lower door-to-door. Move to the quote close on the no-order page. You stop the unsplit number, not the reply. The reply asks term and volume. This page does not invent how many rounds.

Monday review finds last week’s unsplit 1.35 already in the cost sheet: change the sheet before anyone speaks. A new salesperson reads the clip first — the original, the freight sentence already sent, volume in writing, forwarder bill accounts, whether a second lower all-in exists. Clip empty: the mouth may only ask term and volume, not door-to-door. Spoken: treat as an unsplit number already out. Pull it back onto this thread.

Night shift chased for all-in only: still face the daytime rows in the clip. Clip empty: night shift may only ask term and volume. It may not send door-to-door. The handover note writes whether night shift quoted freight, and whether the quote was split. An unsplit number will enter cost in the morning. Entered then changed: margin starts empty from that night sentence.

They send freight on personal WeChat and chase all-in on-site: this thread still governs. A WeChat number not written back: not quoted. Written back: this thread’s freight row. Two places, two numbers: two sets in the clip. Two sets: later orders bite the lower set.

The review clip only takes: the original wanted a split, the rows you sent, volume in writing, forwarder bill accounts, whether a second lower all-in exists. Missing one, next week no one knows which row lost money. Merchandising staples. Sales puts the WhatsApp original in the same clip. Finance writes whether an unsplit all-in already entered the cost sheet. If it did, change the sheet first.

How warm the script sounds fills no volume cell. A warm unsplit 1.05 hurts margin more than cold split rows with pending. The store lead accepts only whether the rows are complete. Complete: this thread is done. Incomplete: stop the number.

A spoken forwarder figure is not an official ocean rate

The forwarder’s spoken main-freight drop this week must be written back onto this thread with a new validity. Not written back: the old row stands. The old row cut, the new spoken number does not help. Merchandising faces the forwarder bill accounts — main freight, extras, after-port — against this thread’s rows. They do not face: stop the public number. Do not say “it is already cheaper” outside.

A new forwarder does not automatically drop the old row. The new quote goes back onto this thread. The old row is marked void. A spoken “the new one is cheaper” fills no row. Not filled: outside still follows the old row, or you stop the number. “This week’s reference” in the forwarder chat is not an official ocean rate. There is no official Houston ocean table. The quotation lesson does not lock a rate. How-to-sell does not audit the forwarder bill.

Stop: picking “US door-to-door reference” from the forwarder group before rows are split. Stop: changing the port on a neighbour CIF LA number and sending it. A neighbour is another ticket. Port-changed: wrong place. Stop: writing a spoken forwarder figure onto this thread as an official rate. If a spoken figure is to stay, it can only sit as a written forwarder number, with a validity, pointed at a bill. It cannot be written as official ocean. No US-dollar ocean figure is written here as official.

A platform-logistics estimate is also not a rate this thread can lock. The estimate faces volume. Volume not locked: the estimate is a guessed type. Guessed types are already above — do not. When the estimate is written back onto this thread, it still splits, still carries a validity, still writes subject to space.

A membership receipt does not cover the Houston row. Receipts staple into the membership axis, not this freight axis. Mixed, finance treats the membership receipt as freight already covered. An advisor faces only whether the rows and the bill accounts point at each other. They do not: stop the public number. An advisor does not quote freight, and does not guarantee this ticket is not cut.

Write the reply in message centre; attachment file name carries the term

Send it back onto this message-centre thread first. WhatsApp may sync. The same file must open on this thread. A file that lives only in a phone album or the forwarder group, this thread empty: the later order clip is empty. A cloud link only, this thread with no file: the cloud expires, the clip is empty. File too large: compress to a version this thread can take. The file name still carries the term.

The file name carries date, term, named place, and this thread’s inquiry number. 20261014_FOB_Shenzhen_Q1234, or 20261014_CIF_Houston_Q1234. Term not accepted: the file name writes pending_term. Do not write door as a term. No inquiry number: you may send it to the wrong thread. Term forgotten: they hear the file as another all-in.

A sub-account sent the file and the main account opens this thread with no file: send the same file from this thread. The first sentence on the first page, Chinese and English, must carry term and place. Chinese only: they hear brochures. Trade Assurance later reads this thread’s file or this thread’s original. A cheaper all-in on WeChat is two freights in the clip. Two freights empty Complaint Center later.

They write split freight and send PI in one sentence: split the freight file from the PI template. The freight file follows this thread’s term. The template follows the PI page. Merged into one unsplit all-in Word, goods and ocean lock together. Split them back onto this thread.

How-to-sell does not write a WhatsApp spoken freight as the quote basis. A green response cell only proves send was clicked. It does not prove the file already carries the term. Green and still wanting one door-to-door: face the empty rows. Do not click a lower hidden-ocean number.

Staple into this ticket’s clip: the message-centre original, the file name you sent, whether the term sits in the file name, volume in writing, forwarder bill accounts. File name without the term: missing. Missing: you must not say outside that freight was already quoted.

The term on the Trade Assurance order must match this thread

The order later reads this thread’s original and the file. This thread writes door, the order writes FOB Shenzhen: two terms, the later order faces empty. This thread writes CIF Houston, the order is still FOB, the switch not written back onto this thread: two sets. Two sets empty Complaint Center and the rebate vouchers. How to fill the term: Trade Assurance terms.

FOB already accepted, they switch to CIF: first void the old row and write the new row on this thread, then change the order. Do not change the order first and patch this thread later. Order changed, this thread still 1.35 door: two sets in the clip. Two sets: later they bite the lower set.

How freight and insurance deduct after the deal: CIF rebate. Ocean buried in goods at inquiry stage: the later vouchers face empty. An empty voucher is not something a spoken forwarder can cover. Here you first need this thread’s term and the later order’s term to point at the same sentence.

How the first evidence clip is stapled follows the Trade Assurance neighbour. Here you only need: this thread’s file name carries the term, this thread’s original can point at a named place, goods row and main-freight row can be pulled apart. The three do not face: do not open the Trade Assurance order yet. Close first, fill later does not come back.

The Hong Kong invoice letterhead and the Trade Assurance buyer name are another axis. Letterhead OK fills no term. The term sits on this thread and on the order. Do not mix the two axes. Mixed, finance treats the invoice letterhead as the term already locked. The letterhead locks who is paid. It does not lock who pays ocean.

The quotation lesson does not prove all-in produces a term

PX5Z53Q4 proves a quotation should be clear. It does not prove all-in produces a term. It does not lock ocean. How-to-sell proves reply soon. Reply soon is asking the term and whether they want rows, not adding spoken ocean into the unit faster. PXNF1OO2 is a 24-hour response. A green response cell only proves send was clicked. It does not prove freight was answered, and it does not prove one door already produced FOB or CIF.

All three pages open, you still split the rows yourself. The lesson does not audit margin. The lesson does not audit the forwarder bill. The lesson does not give you an official Houston ocean table. 1.35 and 1.05 are the bad all-in that already went out. They are not numbers from the lesson, and they are not a new quote basis.

The store lead lists this week’s “wants freight split” threads: original wants rows or door-to-door, term accepted or not, volume locked or not, whether a second lower all-in exists. Already followed down: pull back first. Term not accepted: ask first. Do not send door-to-door first. Sales must not keep adding all-in because they will walk. The floor must not write a neighbour ticket’s container type into this thread. The owner must not demand a lower door-to-door every day.

1.35 door already left: the next sentence may only unbundle — goods one row, main freight one row, insurance and after-port written as included or not, volume not locked written as pending volume, term not accepted asked as Which term and named place. They still only want one number, two rounds still all-in: stop adding a lower door-to-door. You stop the unsplit number, not the reply.

Review keeps: the original wanted a split, floor volume in writing, the file name you sent, whether a lead-time or door-day sentence followed, whether a second 1.05 exists. A new salesperson without these screens may only ask term and volume. Night shift chased for all-in now, clip empty: may only ask the rows, not send door-to-door. Monday finds last week’s 1.35 already in the cost sheet: change the sheet before anyone speaks.

Conditions follow the message centre that opened on 2026-10-14 and this thread’s original. The original wants split the freight: the reply must point at rows. It cannot: stop the number, send the ask. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. The receipt does not cover ocean on this 28cm colander ticket, and it does not prove the term is locked. An advisor faces only the rows, the file name, volume in writing, and whether a second lower all-in exists. Already followed down: pull back first. An advisor does not quote freight, and does not guarantee you are not cut.

Questions teams actually ask

They write How much is shipping. Must I send door-to-door the same day?

Face whether the original wants door-to-door or split rows. Split the freight and Do not hide ocean already written: split first. The quotation lesson wants a clear quote. It does not prove all-in produces a term, and it does not lock ocean. Volume not locked: ask carton and count first. Do not guess a container type.

1.35 door already left. They cut to 1.05. What may the next sentence do?

The next sentence may only rewrite goods, main freight, insurance, and after-port included-or-not. It may not drop to 1.05 door. 1.05 is already under this grade’s goods value, and the ocean row is empty. Goods being dragged down: stop the goods row. Do not use goods to fill ocean.

The forwarder said on WeChat it is cheaper this week. May I send that first?

A spoken figure is not an official ocean rate. A number you can point at on the bill goes back onto this message-centre thread, with a validity or subject to space. Not written back: not quoted. There is no official Houston ocean table to copy.

Can the RFQ-attachment page or the FOB-or-CIF page be how I answer this thread?

RFQ-hall attachment fields follow the attachment page. How a factory picks a term follows the choice page. How vouchers deduct after the deal follows the rebate page. This thread only wants freight split, and the term is not accepted. Ask term and named place first, then write the rows.

Trade Assurance will need a term later. May I send all-in on the inquiry first?

The order later reads this thread’s original and the file. This thread writes door, the order writes FOB: two terms, the later order faces empty. The attachment file name carries the term. The reply sits in message centre. Corpable cannot quote freight. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
