Bottom line:

  • This week do not book a four-station tour first. Lock who signs the press ticket, who accepts this stack on the lab cover, and who may apply the mark. Guanhu township copy writes Guanhu as a “national quality wood-based panel base” — see the Guanhu township note. Titles sit in the background. Do not invent output or plant counts.
  • Jiangsu court copy writes Guanhu as a panel pillar and a national panel-processing base — see the Guanhu court note. A base name is not this stack’s signature. The US path writes certification and labelling under EPA Title VI; detail is on TSCA / CARB. A special-page name is not a signature already sitting on this stack.
  • This page walks who signs. Press in one name, mark in another — two licences, split. Do not copy Anji chair foam, and do not copy a Foshan furniture hall. Lianyungang only decides the sailing.

A US buyer posts a split plywood panel back to Guanhu: “Who signed the press ticket? Who signed the lab cover for THIS stack? Who applied the mark? Do not send a furniture-hall sample. HK invoice OK.” Sales returns a furniture-hall number, a Hong Kong PI and a lab PDF forwarded by a trading company. The grade box already says “export grade.” The buyer asks who signed the press ticket, who accepted the cover stack number, and who applied the mark. Sales copies a hall sample model into the manufacturer box.

The press says glue changed this week and the old signatures can stay. The mark bench says the test faces another stack and the trading company already filled the cover. Finance wants a “wood-based-panel-base certification fee” in the unit price as officially required. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED will not buy a signature and will not buy the right to apply a mark.

Do not answer with “Pizhou boards can all be marked.” Ask who signed at three places. How Anji quotes frame, foam and cover is on the Anji paper — a chair that will not stick to this stack. How Foshan quotes a furniture hall is on the Foshan paper — hall talk that will not sign a press ticket. How US formaldehyde splits is on TSCA / CARB. Origin is on China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Below follows signatures — not packing-list rows, and not a four-station walk.

If the press ticket is unsigned, leave the grade box empty

Hong Kong-channel sellers quoting Pizhou plywood, multi-layer or blockboard do not fill the grade box first. The press ticket needs a signature: stack number, thickness, the grade written on it, glue type, and the signer’s name or clock number. No signature — the inquiry and the PI leave the grade box empty. Sales writing the three words “export grade” means the mark bench asks who accepted this stack first.

The signer must sit under the press-licence domicile — not sales, not furniture-hall reception. Reception can lead the way. They cannot accept a grade on a press ticket. A ticket signature faces this stack. The next stack does not borrow it. Glue, thickness and core differ.

Township copy gives the base title to the town — see the Guanhu township note. A title is not a signature. Do not write “national quality wood-based panel base already certified” into the grade box. Do not invent official E0 or E1 prices. The grade name copies the class the ticket already signed — not a hall sample plate.

If the press cannot return a signature, sales must not sign for them. A sales signature means this stack has not been accepted by the press. If the buyer wants a price first, reply that the grade box is still empty because the press ticket is unsigned. Empty is safer than the wrong class.

One ticket, two stacks — each stack has its own signature. Do not share one name across two stacks. One signed, one blank — the blank stack’s grade box stays empty. Plywood, multi-layer and blockboard do not share one signed-ticket title. Change the class, treat it first as a possible new grade, open another ticket, sign again.

A Hong Kong company as contract seller does not make that company the press signer. Titles are on document titles. The seller sits on the contract. The signature sits on the ticket. Split the two boxes. If the inquiry is only “Pizhou plywood,” ask whether anyone has signed the press ticket. If no one has, do not quote a per-cubic price first.

Finance should not write a “wood-based-panel-base certification fee” into the unit price. The title is a city introduction. Pressing goes as a contract line item, labelled as a process quote. There is no site-wide Pizhou panel official fee.

A press-ticket signature uses a name or clock number that faces the licence — not only a red chop. A chop may be stamped. A person still sits beside the chop. Chop only, no person — the mark bench asks who accepted this stack. The signature date sits beside the stack number. A blank date means a later glue change cannot tell whether this name faced old glue or new glue.

If the ticket is electronic, print a page, have the signer sign paper, scan it back. Three characters “confirmed” in a chat app are not a signature. Chat can chase a reply. It will not fill a grade box. The stack number on the print must still be readable. Reprint and resign if it is faint.

A night-shift stack waits for the person who may sign on the day shift. A night operator does not sign for them. An operator can run the press. They may not have the right to accept a grade. A ticket signed in their place keeps the grade box empty until the person with the right countersigns.

Whose signature on the lab-cover stack number accepts this stack

A laboratory issues a PDF. The cover shows a stack number. A signature from someone on the press or mark licence beside that stack number is what accepts this stack against this test. A trading company handwriting a stack number on the cover only proves the file was forwarded. It does not accept the stack. If the buyer pulls a panel, you face the stack number on the board back to that signed cover.

The cover stack number and the press-ticket stack number must be the same string. Ticket says A-17, cover says “Guanhu export stack” — they do not face. If they do not face, write that this stack has not been accepted on a lab cover. Do not retitle a neighbour stack’s PDF and stand it in.

A domestic limit path writes the test number that faces this stack, with a signed cover. A US path writes the certifying body and the finished-goods label under EPA Title VI; detail is on TSCA / CARB. A special page does not replace a cover signature on this stack. Do not merge the two paths as “green already passed.” Do not write the two characters “no aldehyde” and stop.

The signer must be able to point at the stack the sample was sawn from. If they cannot, this PDF faces a laboratory receipt number, not this booking’s stack number. Sales sending leftover from another stack in the warehouse, then sticking the PDF on this booking, leaves no matching signature on the board.

The court note writes panels as a pillar — see the Guanhu court note. A pillar is an industry arrangement, not an official acceptance already sitting on this cover. Do not write “national base” onto a lab cover as a signature.

If the buyer pulls one panel, you show: the stack number on this board, the stack number on the cover, and who signed. If you cannot, write that this stack has no formaldehyde-path signature yet. Do not tear a mark off the next stack and stick it on.

A cover signature and a laboratory binding stamp are not the same thing. The binding stamp proves this PDF left the laboratory. The signature beside the cover stack number proves someone accepted this stack as this booking. You need both. A binding stamp alone can still sit next to a stack number a trading company wrote later.

Sample photos must show the stack plate and where the saw landed. If the photo does not face the cover stack number, this test does not go on the board yet. A retake has the signer standing beside this stack — not in front of a furniture-hall sample wall.

When the test number is copied into the mark record, copy the cover signer’s name with it. Number only, no who-accepted, and the mark bench will hunt the number on another stack. A neighbour stack with a similar number is not borrowed.

Name the mark licence and the press licence as two plates

Press in one name, mark in another — both licence full names go on the contract and in the manufacturer note. Do not merge them as “one Pizhou board plant.” Walk the press-licence domicile if the buyer asked for the press; walk the mark bench if they asked for the mark. The driver asks which name first. You answer with a plate.

The mark person’s signature sits beside the mark or in the mark-bench record: licence full name, this stack’s test or certification number, the stack number on the mark, the signer. A press signer does not automatically become the mark person. Two names, two pens. One signing for the other means opening day asks for the licence first.

If veneer or core sits in a third name, name that licence too. Manufacturer follows the step that conferred origin. Merge three names and the mark bench asks whose board the mark went on. How Anji splits frame, foam and cover is on the Anji paper — three chair names. Do not copy that split onto board signatures.

If the mark bench only lets you see a furniture-hall sample mark and will not show this stack’s mark record, write “this booking has no mark signature yet.” A sample mark proves the hall once showed this class. It does not prove someone signed this stack. A hall number does not go into a mark record.

If the outer carton prints short names for both licences, do not print them as one name. Short names that will not face full names mean the buyer asks which name applied the mark. If both will not fit, print the mark-licence full name and write the press on the goods note. Do not shorten both to “Guanhu plant.”

If both names share one park gate, the plates still write two licence domiciles. One pin on the buyer’s map walks inspection into the wrong shop. The itinerary writes the two names apart and the two phones apart. A park name is not a licence full name. The five characters “national panel-processing base” in the court note will not fill a manufacturer box.

If the mark bench changes people, the new signer writes their name and licence relationship on the mark record before they apply a mark. The last shift’s signature does not automatically transfer. A half-stack left unmarked on a shift change waits for the new signer. Do not finish it in the last shift’s hand.

A trading-company forward of the lab PDF has no matching signature on the board

A trading company may forward a laboratory PDF to the buyer’s inbox. Forwarding does not apply a mark. The board needs a mark-person signature or a traceable mark record, and the stack number must equal the already-signed cover stack number. PDF only, board blank — write “this booking has no mark person yet.”

Sales must not treat a forward mail as marking finished. The mail proves a file moved. Marking finished is read on the board. If the PDF watermark is the trading-company name, the board still needs a signature from someone on the mark licence. A watermark is not a signature.

One PDF forwarded onto three contracts can be used only on the booking whose cover stack number faces and has been signed. The other two stay empty. Sales renaming one PDF three times for three buyers will not face three stacks on the board.

If the laboratory issues only to the trading company and not to the press, the contract says who commissioned the test and who applies the mark. When those two names differ, name both. The buyer only accepts the person on the board.

Finance should not read a trading-company forward as a chance to add an “official stack-acceptance fee.” There is no such site-wide fee. Do not invent an official formaldehyde-test price. Test cost follows this contract and the laboratory quote. It is not written as officially required.

If the trading company sends sales the PDF password, sales still does not sign the board for anyone. A password only means the file opens. Opening is not accepting this stack. If the file will not open, ask the laboratory for an openable copy. Do not stand a screenshot in for a signed cover page.

The forward subject does not say “already certified.” It says “laboratory PDF forwarded — cover stack number awaiting signature.” Those last two words tell the inbox the board still has no matching signature. After it is signed, the subject becomes “cover stack number signed by XX.” Do not use a subject that says “all done.”

Do not print the Hong Kong company name as the mark plant

The Hong Kong company can be the contract seller. Commercial-invoice fields follow 141.86. The mark plant writes the mark-licence full name. A Hong Kong English name printed on the board is not printed as the mark plant and is not printed as Made in Hong Kong. Origin stays China and follows the press or mark city — see China goods are not Hong Kong origin.

Split the seller box from the mark box. If the buyer sees a Hong Kong name on the board, they ask whether that Hong Kong company is the mark person on the EPA path. If it is not, the confirmation writes “the mark person is licence XX; the contract seller is the Hong Kong company.” Do not merge those two sentences as “Hong Kong plant applied the mark.”

A membership receipt will not buy the right to apply a mark. The receipt does not staple into the test pack and is not treated as a signature attachment on the board. Staple it into the pack and opening day treats the fee as a signature on the board.

If the outer pack must show a Hong Kong company name, put it where the seller or the importer asked — not where the formaldehyde mark belongs. The formaldehyde mark follows Title VI or this booking’s domestic path; detail is on the special page. A special-page name is not this stack already marked.

If a Hong Kong English name prints on the board edge, a mark-licence full name or a traceable number must sit beside it. Hong Kong name only, no mark person — opening day treats the Hong Kong company as the factory. Those two boxes are already split on the confirmation. They stay split on the board. If the full licence will not fit, print the number. The number faces the signer in the mark record.

An inquiry that says HK seller, Pizhou plywood is answered in two lines: the seller is the Hong Kong company; the mark person is which licence. Merged as one line “Hong Kong Pizhou plant,” the gate and the mark bench both ask which name the visitor came to see.

After a glue change, old signatures are void — who signs again

Glue from one type to another means the press ticket is signed again, the lab-cover stack number is signed again, and the mark person signs again. Old signatures face old glue. Change only one of the three and opening day faces the glue line first. Sales writing “only the thickness” as no need to resign may still be a glue change. Ask the press. Do not retitle it yourself.

Old marks on the board are lifted or voided with a strike. New marks wait until the new signatures are complete. Old mark left on, new PDF already forwarded — the board still faces old glue. Leftover marks from the next stack do not stand in for this booking.

A grade change resigns the same three places. Grade from one class to another means the old hall sample is another stack. The confirmation writes where the sample was handled, which stack bulk faces, who resigned the ticket, who resigned the cover, and who reapplied the mark.

If the press only says “glue already changed” on the day and the ticket still holds the old signature, do not apply a new mark that day. Spoken glue will not fill three signatures. The new glue incoming lot goes on the new ticket. The signer signs that new ticket number.

An RFQ that says “Pizhou plywood, any grade, HK seller” is asked first: can you obtain three new signatures? If you cannot, reply that there is no grade for this booking yet. Do not quote a per-cubic price first. Cut glue types you cannot explain, then price.

Withdraw old signature pages from the forwarder and the buyer. If the forwarder already filed a manifest note on the old glue, tell them the new glue and the new signers in writing. Do not wait until the vessel. If old marks are already on boards in a container, do not announce release. Lift, resign, re-mark — then send the goods note.

The incoming lot number on the new glue ticket goes on the new press ticket. The signer signs the page that carries the new lot number. Do not staple the old incoming note behind the new ticket to fill a pack. Stapled behind, opening day turns to the old glue name.

Which signed paper each of the two gates checks

If the buyer wants to enter Guanhu, split first: they want to see a press signature, or a mark signature. Each gate takes its own paper. On a press day the gate takes the signed press-ticket page and the stack number. On a mark day the gate takes the mark record and the already-signed lab-cover page. A furniture-hall invitation lifts neither bar.

One name per day. A press day does not enter the mark gate. A mark day does not enter the press gate. Merge both as “Pizhou can be audited” and the driver asks which name first. If veneer sits in a third name, book a veneer day separately. That gate takes a signed incoming-lot paper. Do not book it in the same morning as a hall sample.

The gate faces the signed paper, then releases people to that press or that mark bench. If it does not face, stop outside and write “this stack’s signer cannot be seen today.” Do not detour to a furniture hall for a sample photo. If the interpreter is hall reception, they can lead the way. They cannot be the mark signer.

The driver’s map takes only that day’s licence domicile and gate phone — not a furniture-hall number. If the buyer comes from Xuzhou or Lianyungang, name the drop-off and this gate. Do not write “Pizhou is all close.” The itinerary for the driver is three lines: date; plate; press signature or mark signature.

That day’s bag holds printed signature pages, not only a PDF on a phone. The gate reads paper. A trading-company forward on a phone is not what the gate accepts. The signature on paper must still be readable. Reprint and have the original signer sign again if it is faint. Sales does not trace a name.

If the gate wants visitor names, register the inspector — not the visitor from the furniture-hall day. Each gate keeps its own book. The press-gate book does not enter the mark gate. If the buyer swaps the inspector, both names are reported again.

After the bar lifts, face whether the signer is in. If the signer is on leave, stop at the gate that day. Do not let a neighbour shift come out and accept this stack. That shift has not signed this stack. Rebook to a day the signer is in. Do not turn it into a furniture-hall tour.

Who may fill the grade box on an inquiry

The inquiry grade box is filled only after the press ticket is signed. Sales fills it. The source is the class on the ticket — not a sales guess of “export grade.” If the mark person has not signed yet, the grade box may copy the ticket class and a note says “mark not signed.” If all three places are empty, the grade box stays empty.

If the buyer chases a price, reply which signature is still missing. Do not stand a hall-sample class in for it. Do not write a Title VI special-page title into the grade box as already passed. Lianyungang or Shanghai only writes as load port — see the export documents checklist — and does not write into the grade box. FOB Lianyungang, CIF Long Beach, EXW Guanhu warehouse — the delivery point sits on the contract, not on a signature page.

If the buyer wants a warehouse address, return the actual despatch warehouse — not a furniture-hall dock. The person who despatches faces signatures and stack numbers on the board, not a hall number. Do not print a hall sample model as the grade on the outer carton. Finance should not write a “no-aldehyde official fee” into the unit price. There is no site-wide official price.

Before this booking leaves, sales faces three signatures: the press ticket, the lab-cover stack number, the mark record. If one is missing, write whose name is missing. Do not announce a release date first. An empty sailing is safer than announcing a release date.

If the inquiry is copied into a PI, the PI grade box also accepts only the class the press already signed. PI out first, ticket signed later — the PI grade box stays empty or writes “awaiting press signature.” An empty PI can show the buyer the seller and the quantity. It is not treated as a locked grade.

If the forwarder wants a vessel and voyage and any of the three signatures is still missing, write that this booking has no goods note yet. Do not announce a release date first. You may ask about a slot. Do not fill the grade box with a port name. Load port writes Lianyungang or Shanghai. The signature page still writes a person’s name.

The inquiry does not write a furniture-hall sample model into the grade box. A sample model is the sample ledger. The grade box is the signature ledger. The two strings can look alike. They are not one stack. Quote the stack whose three signatures you can lock. If you cannot lock them, reply that there is no grade for this booking yet.

Plywood, multi-layer and blockboard each open their own inquiry. One class, one sheet. If a class is missing, write that this class has no press signature yet. Do not write a blockboard class onto a plywood inquiry to fill a row.

If the buyer sends an empty grade box back for sales to fill, sales copies only the class on the already-signed press ticket — not last booking. Last booking’s signer may already have changed glue. Copy the wrong class and all three later signatures face the wrong name. A late inquiry reply is better than filling a guessed class. A guessed class sent to the mark bench is applied as the wrong name. A wrong name on the board comes back first at opening.

Questions teams actually ask

No one has signed the press ticket. Can sales fill a grade on the inquiry first?

No. The grade box stays empty until the press ticket is signed. A blank box is safer than a guessed export grade. Municipal copy writes Guanhu as a quality wood-based panel base — background, not this stack’s signature.

The lab PDF cover stack number was handwritten by a trading company. The press did not sign. Does that accept this stack?

No. The cover stack number needs a signature from someone on the press or mark licence. A trading-company hand only proves the file was forwarded.

Mark licence and press licence are two names. Which name goes in the manufacturer box?

Name both. Manufacturer follows the step that conferred origin. Walk the press if the buyer asked for the press; walk the mark bench if they asked for the mark. Do not merge them as one Pizhou board plant.

The Hong Kong English name is printed on the board. Can that name stand as the mark plant?

No. The Hong Kong company can be the contract seller. The mark plant writes the mark-licence full name. A Hong Kong name on the board is not printed as Made in Hong Kong and is not printed as the mark plant.

Glue changed and the old signatures are still on the board. Who must sign again?

The press ticket is signed again, the lab-cover stack number is signed again, and the mark person signs again. Old signatures face old glue. Change only one of the three and opening day faces the glue line first.

Can Corpable sign a grade or apply a formaldehyde mark?

We do not sign grades, we do not apply marks, and we do not guarantee entry. An advisor can sit with you on who signed the ticket, the lab cover and the board. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
