Bottom line:

  • This week lock whether frame, foam and cover are three licences. The county office issued the green-home upgrade opinion, writing green home as a traditional specialty and chairs in the same text. The opinion title sits in the background. Do not invent output shares.
  • Economy-and-IT copy writes Anji as a “chair-industry hometown” and a national office-chair production base — see the green low-carbon note. Titles are not a cover-fabric lot. A CPPCC study wrote specialised division and parts inside the cluster — see the chair-innovation study. A division name is not this booking’s three licences.
  • Do not copy a Foshan kiln hall, and do not copy a Nantong four-piece set count. Ningbo Port only decides the sailing.

A German buyer posts a stripped mesh chair back to Anji: “Frame, foam density and cover-fabric lot must be THREE licences. Audit the cover plant, not the chair hall. HK invoice OK.” Sales returns a hall number, a Hong Kong PI and an uncovered frame: “Anji source, frame-foam-cover one body, same as the hall.” The buyer asks which name made the frame, which foam density and lot, and whether the cover-fabric lot faces this chair. Sales copies the hall model into the manufacturer box.

The frame plant says only skeletons leave this week; foam still sits at the next name. The cover plant says the fabric lot changed and the old model can be retitled. Finance wants a “chair-hometown certification fee” in the unit price as officially required. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED will not buy a fabric lot and will not buy a written density.

Do not answer with “Anji chairs can all be covered.” Lock three licences, the fabric lot and the density. How Foshan quotes a kiln and a hall is on the Foshan paper — brick and wood. Do not paste that onto a frame. How Nantong quotes a set count is on the Nantong paper. Do not paste a per-set sentence onto this chair. Origin is on China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Below follows frame, foam and cover.

Are frame, foam and cover three licences

Hong Kong-channel sellers quoting Anji office chairs, mesh chairs or function chairs most often get asked about the three parts first. Frame weld or stamp, foam, cover sew — not “Anji can do all.” Ask the plant whether this booking’s three parts sit on one licence or three.

Reply in full sentences: “Contract seller is the Hong Kong company; frame licence; foam or foaming licence; cover licence. Do not write ‘Anji chair one-body plant.’”

The opinion writes green home and chairs in one file. A file name is not an official three-part certificate you can buy. Do not write the opinion title into the PI as already certified.

This week send three separate mails — frame plant, foaming, cover plant. Subject: “This booking’s frame, foam and cover vs this chair — contract XX.” Each name answers its own lines. Do not merge them as one “Anji chair factory” receipt. The body can be pasted. Leave a line blank if they do not have it: 1) frame licence full name, domicile, frame work-order number; 2) tube size, base and gas-lift class — not “Anji usual frame”; 3) foam licence, density as a number and unit — not “standard density” — plus lot or tank number; 4) cover licence, fabric lot or drum, fabric class written as mesh or PU or woven; 5) cover work-order number and chair model; 6) whether the three names are three licences — yes or no only. If one name cannot answer its own line, sales must not fill it for them.

Do not stand a neighbour frame in for this booking. Tube size, base and gas-lift class differ. Writing “Anji all uses this frame” into the unit price means assembly will face the base first.

A Hong Kong company as contract seller does not make that company the three-part authority. Titles are on document titles. Split the seller box from the frame box.

If the inquiry is only “Anji chair,” ask mesh or office, and whether the three parts are one name. Quoting a “per-chair price” before that question means cover day will miss fabric or foam first.

Lock three lines on the confirmation before you price: frame licence and work order; foam density and lot; cover-fabric lot and cover work order. If one line is missing, leave the unit price blank and do not send a PI yet. Writing the two words “Anji chair” into the description is not what the carton faces. The carton faces those three lines. If the buyer says “just give a price,” reply which of the three lines is still missing. Do not stand a hall model in for it.

Does the cover-fabric drum or lot face this chair’s cover

What stalls an Anji carton is rarely “no chair in the county.” It is a cover-fabric lot that will not face this cover. Do not invent fabric fees or fines.

On the cover side, lay three papers on one desk. Do not send them in three messages. Paper 1 is the cover-fabric lot slip or drum card: it must show lot or drum, fabric class and colour. Paper 2 is the cover work order: it must show chair model, the fabric lot written on it, the foam lot written on it, and the cover-plant licence domicile. Paper 3 is this chair’s inner label: it must show a model that equals paper 2. If paper 1’s fabric lot does not match paper 2’s written lot, reply “this cover-fabric lot does not face this cover work order” and do not lock a price. If paper 1’s fabric class does not match the confirmation, reply “the fabric class does not face this chair,” treat it as a cover change, and do not retitle. If paper 3’s model does not equal paper 2, reply “this chair has no facing cover work order.” When the forwarder asks for a Ningbo vessel and voyage, if fabric lot, density number or the three named licences is still missing, do not send the booking confirmation or shipping instruction. You may enquire a slot. Do not lock a sailing.

Mesh, PU or woven — write the name into the confirmation. Change one, treat it first as a possible new lot. Verbal “all black mesh” will not fill this chair.

After the three papers face each other, send the cover plant a short receipt. Subject: “This fabric lot vs chair model — contract XX.” Ask them to reply in writing: this fabric lot, cover work-order number, whether it can face this model. A hall sit-sample is not a receipt attachment. If they only write “same as the hall,” make them refill the three-paper fields.

The study writes specialised division of labour. Division is a cluster arrangement, not an official file already sitting on this roll. Do not write “industrial cluster” into the fabric-lot box.

Finance should not write a “chair-hometown certification fee” into the unit price. The title is a city introduction. Frame, foam and cover go as contract line items, labelled as process quotes, not an official chair-recognition price. There is no site-wide Anji chair official fee.

Inner label and outer box must share one set of model, fabric colour and density. Mesh on the box and PU on the inner label fails at opening. Change the three places once. Do not seal the carton and add the inner label later.

Does foam density and lot face this cushion

Foam leaves a tank and is cut into this cushion. Density and lot must trace back. If the buyer pulls one chair, you must show which tank it faces. If you cannot, write that this chair has no foam lot yet.

Do not cover this booking with leftover foam from the next chair. The next chair may be another density. Sales writing “the cage is all one density” into the unit price fails when a spot check opens a cushion and asks for the tank number.

Foaming in one name, cover in another — name both. Manufacturer follows the step that conferred origin. Walk foaming if the buyer asked for foam; walk the cover plant if they asked for the cover.

The green note has written chair parts and material classes. A class is an industry-standard arrangement, not a filing already sitting on this density. Do not write “master-data standard” into the density box.

On the foam side, face another three papers: the foaming issue note or tank card (density number, lot or tank, which cover work order it ships to), the foam lot written on the cover work order, and any lot visible on this cushion or back. If density is only “springy enough” or “standard,” treat the number as missing and do not send the booking. Do not cut leftover foam from the next chair if that tank number does not face this cover work order. The foaming mail subject: “This density vs this cushion — contract XX.” Ask them to reply in writing: density number and unit, lot number, which cover work order it was issued to. A hall number is not a receipt.

If seat and back use different densities, write two lines. Merging both as one “foam” means inspection asks which piece first.

Walk the frame line, the foam line or the cover plant — not a chair-hall number

When the buyer writes “audit in Anji,” split whether they want a hall sit-sample, frame weld or spray, or foaming or cover. Three gates are not one. “Anji can be audited” is no reply.

Write one gate per day. On a cover-plant day, enter only the cover-licence gate. Show this cover work-order number. Do not book it as a “chair-hometown tour.” Walk four stations and do not add the hall: fabric cage faces the drum or lot slip → cutting table checks that this roll hangs this cover work order → sew station watches this cover → in-process chair or covered chair faces the inner-label model. If any station fails, stop on that station and write which paper is missing. Do not detour to the hall for a sit-sample photo. A frame day is another walk: gate shows the frame work order → weld or stamp faces this frame → spray if it sits in the same plant → skeleton number or hanging ticket. A foaming day enters only the foam gate: this tank’s density paper, lot, and which cover work order it ships to. Do not book the three days into one morning.

That day the bag holds only the printed frame work order, density paper and fabric-lot slip, plus one in-process cover or uncovered frame. If the inspector asks for density, you can face the number at foaming or at the cover plant. If you cannot, stop on density. The driver’s map takes only that day’s licence domicile and gate phone — not a hall number. If the buyer comes from Hangzhou or Huzhou, name the drop-off and this gate. Do not write “Anji is all close.”

If the interpreter is hall reception, they can lead the way. They cannot sign the three parts. Reception goes on the itinerary, not in the frame box.

The day before, mail that day’s plant and copy the gate. Subject: “Audit walks this work order only — contract XX.” Ask them to reply in writing: frame, foam or cover that day; licence domicile and gate phone; work-order number; whether the fabric cage or foam tank or frame line can show this chair. Do not write a hall number into the reply. If the plant moves the appointment to the hall, cancel that day. Do not turn it into a sit-sample.

Write the itinerary in three lines for the driver: date; Anji licence domicile; frame, foam or cover. The hall and the cover plant are not one ride.

Change fabric or density — do not retitle the old model as this chair

Cover from mesh to PU, or foam one density class up, means this chair changed. The old hall model belongs to another chair. Writing “only the cover” as no need to reopen will fail when inspection faces the fabric edge or cushion rebound first.

If the sample left a hall sit and bulk comes off this cover work order, the two lots must be explainable. A hall number is not the bulk fabric lot. Write where the sample was sat, and which fabric lot and which foam tank bulk faces.

Do not share one retitled fabric-lot heading across office chairs, row chairs and function chairs. Use and fabric can differ. One class, one list. If a class is missing, write that this class is not ready.

An RFQ that says “Anji chair, any cover, HK seller” is split first by whether you can lock fabric lot and density. Quote the chair you can lock. Cut units you cannot explain, then price.

Before this booking leaves, sales faces five papers: frame licence and work order; foam density and lot; cover-fabric lot; each step’s licence; whether inner and outer marks name the same model. If one is missing, write which one. Do not announce a release date first.

Huzhou or Ningbo goes on the bill of lading, not in the frame box

A Hong Kong company can invoice, Anji can make the frame or the cover, Ningbo can sail — all three at once. Load port is not origin and is not a fabric lot. How Ningbo quotes a sailing is on the Ningbo paper.

FOB Ningbo, CIF Hamburg, EXW Anji warehouse — three terms, three delivery points. Do not write “we deliver in Anji” as “we deliver at the port” without naming the warehouse. Export papers are on the export documents checklist. Where the booking stops: if the cover-fabric lot or drum is missing, you may enquire a Ningbo slot but do not send the shipping instruction. If the foam density number or foam lot is missing, leave origin and the frame box blank — do not fill them with the port. If the three licences are not named, treat this chair as not yet this booking; do not copy a hall number into the instruction. Send the booking confirmation only after the three papers face each other. An empty sailing is safer than announcing a release date.

If the buyer wants a warehouse address, return the actual despatch warehouse — not a hall unloading aisle. Name which warehouse the packing video was shot in. The video should show this work order and this chair’s inner label.

If the outer carton prints the Hong Kong English name, do not print Made in Hong Kong. Do not print a hall model as the fabric lot.

Finance should not write a “chair-hometown certification fee” or a “green-home collective-mark official fee” into the unit price as officially required. A brand arrangement in the opinion is not a must-add on this booking. There is no site-wide official price. The membership receipt does not go into the frame pack.

Corpable can sit with you on whether the frame licence, foam lot and cover-fabric lot face this chair. We do not certify the three parts, we do not match density, and we do not guarantee an audit or entry. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.

Questions teams actually ask

A sample sat in a chair hall — can the manufacturer be written as an Anji frame plant?

Not by default. The hall proves you sat this sample. The manufacturer box needs the licence that did the frame, foaming or cover work. County copy writes green home as a traditional specialty and chairs in the same opinion — background, not this frame line.

Last chair’s cover-fabric lot — this booking only changed foam density. Can we retitle and reuse it?

Not by default. A density change often changes the cushion lot; if the cover fabric moved too, lock it again. Frame, foam and fabric must face this chair. Sticking the old fabric lot on new foam is standing in with another chair.

Can a Foshan kiln report or a Nantong four-piece set count be written as this Anji chair?

No. Write the city that did the work. This Anji booking locks frame, foam and cover as three names. Do not swap door plates. How Foshan quotes a kiln is on the Foshan paper; how Nantong quotes a set count is on the Nantong paper.

Frame in one plant, foam in another, cover in a third — who is the manufacturer?

Manufacturer follows the step that conferred origin; name all three. Walk the step the buyer asked to see. Merging three names as “one Anji chair factory” means the driver asks frame line or cover plant first.

Ningbo is easier to book. Can origin be written as the port?

No. The port appears as load port on the bill of lading. Origin follows the frame, foaming or cover city. The frame box does not take a quay. The invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company.

Can Corpable certify a frame, match foam density, or guarantee an audit?

We do not certify the three parts, we do not match density, and we do not guarantee an audit or entry. An advisor can sit with you on whether the frame licence, foam lot and cover-fabric lot face this chair. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
