Bottom line:

  • Finished Nantong sets this week lock the acceptance unit: by set or by piece. How a missing cover, sheet or pillowcase fails the set goes in the confirmation. Municipal copy puts China DieShiQiao International Home Textile City on the Haimen side — see the municipal DieShiQiao note. A stall number is not sewing origin. Do not invent turnover or stall counts.
  • Inspection walks the sewing licence domicile, not only a market set. The DieShiQiao e-commerce park launch note sits in Sanxing Town, Haimen. A park and a stall are not automatically this booking’s needle line.
  • Tongzhou home textiles and Chuanjiang artwork are another district chain. If fabric came from Keqiao, lock the metre on the Shaoxing paper. Do not paste vat-difference language onto set counting. The Hong Kong letterhead only enters the seller box.

An Australian buyer posts a taken-apart four-piece set with a count sheet “1 duvet cover + 1 fitted sheet + 2 pillowcases” and writes: “4000 sets Queen. Inspect by SET. Missing one pillowcase = reject the set. HK invoice OK.” Sales returns a DieShiQiao aisle, a Hong Kong PI and an unboxed cover: “Nantong source, we can top up by the piece.” The buyer asks whether inspection walks the stall or the sewing plant, and whether pillowcases were sewn in the same house. Sales copies the stall number into the inspection address.

The stall says a missing pillowcase can be matched in the market. The sewing plant says covers are cut and pillowcases still sit in another Tongzhou house. Finance wants home-textile-city management fees written as officially required. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED will not buy a set list and will not buy by-set acceptance.

Do not answer a count with “Nantong home textiles can always make up a set.” Lock: by set or by piece; which plant sewed each piece; which licence inspection walks. How Keqiao locks a metre sample and vat difference is on the Shaoxing paper — cloth, not a set. Do not copy lab-dip language onto a four-piece set. Origin is on China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Below follows set counting and the inspection address.

Is this four-piece set counted by the set, or by the piece

What stalls a finished set is “what is missing inside the set,” not width or a vat number. Get a written make-up: how many covers, how many sheets or fitted sheets, how many pillowcases, and each size. Without that sheet, the inspector counts by habit, and unboxing argues whose missing pillowcase it is.

Write the confirmation in full sentences: “This booking is 4000 sets; each set is …; acceptance is by set; one missing piece fails that set; do not pull a piece off a neighbour set; short sets are named by set number.” Do not write “we can top up by the piece, the market has stock.”

Do not bind Queen and King on one unmarked packing list. Write sizes on three lines: cover, sheet, pillowcase. Writing “Nantong can always change size” as no recut is how the plant runs already-cut covers and destination returns a short sheet first.

The email to the plant should read: “Please reply in writing: pieces per set; which plant sewed cover, sheet and pillowcases; acceptance by set or by piece. A stall photo is not enough.”

Market supervision has a home-textile circulation standardisation-pilot note — see the pilot note. That is a circulation-service arrangement, not this set’s certificate of conformity. A pilot name does not go into the PI as already certified.

Do not bind a quilt insert, a winter quilt and a four-piece set into one unread RFQ. A set is counted by the set; an insert is counted by the piece. Two confirmations. A box can be stuffed. The packing list cannot merge into “Nantong home textiles 4000.”

Fitted-sheet pocket depth is written in millimetres or inches. “Queen” alone is how a shallow pocket fails the mattress. If the buyer’s depth and the plant’s usual depth differ, the signed one wins. Without a depth, write that this booking follows the plant chart, attach it, and get a signature.

Each piece must carry a set number or a same-set mark. A cover in one set and a pillowcase in another cannot be counted by set. Film faces the make-up sheet. Change the make-up and change the film.

If cover, sheet and pillowcases are sewn in three plants, which plant holds the short-pack

A common Nantong split is cover in one house, sheet in another, pillowcases sent out. The three can stand. The manufacturer box faces the step that conferred origin; name each outside plant. If the buyer wants to see pillowcases, walk the pillowcase plant. Do not walk a cover-only plant as a stand-in.

Write the short-pack on that plant’s work order. Covers complete and eighty pillowcase sets missing cannot be packed as “4000 sets shipped.” By-set acceptance means those eighty sets do not count. Writing “covers first, pillowcases later” into Trade Assurance is how destination rejects the whole count.

If fabric came from Keqiao or local greige, the fabric supplier must be explainable. The set manufacturer is not the weaving mill. Copying a metre number into the set PI leaves the inspector with no needle line. Fabric lots sit on the composition path; set numbers sit on the packing list. Do not merge them as “Nantong cloth.”

Tongzhou artwork and Chuanjiang stalls are written as a Tongzhou chain. If sewing sat in Tongzhou, write the Tongzhou licence. Do not relabel it Haimen DieShiQiao because the name is easier. The buyer is asking for a sewing door plate.

Colour difference inside one set is matched inside the set, not with Keqiao first-vat language. In-set matching faces the cloth cut for this set, not stall daylight. If the buyer has a light box, write the lamp name; if not, write in-set visual and who signs. A vat-difference form does not belong in the set folder.

If embroidery sits only on pillowcases, name the embroidery plant. A thread-colour change is a change to that piece. A clean cover and a wrong pillowcase still fail the set. Bind the embroidery sheet with the make-up sheet, on two lines.

Artwork copyright and the sewing manufacturer are not one box. Chuanjiang artwork fairs are a Tongzhou design-circulation arrangement. Buyer-supplied artwork sits on its own copyright page. The manufacturer is still the sewing licence.

Does inspection walk a DieShiQiao stall, or the set sewing plant

When a buyer writes inspect in Nantong, split market stock set, trading desk or sewing line. A stall can open one set. It cannot show 4000 sets in process. “Nantong can be inspected” is not an answer.

Write the inspection address as the production domicile on the sewing licence. If that domicile sits in Sanxing, Haimen or another Tongzhou town, write that set. Do not write a textile-city shop number or a Hong Kong secretarial floor. The line that passed Verified Supplier is not automatically this set line.

Do not write “Nantong in one day: Haimen stall and Tongzhou sewing.” The two districts are not one gate. If this booking sews in Haimen, book only Haimen. If it sews in Tongzhou, book Tongzhou.

Do not use a market-aisle aerial as the inspection photo. The buyer wants the door plate, this set as a half-finished piece, and the set number. If a photo is missing, write that it is not here yet. Do not fill the frame with a neighbour stall’s set wall.

An e-commerce park can receive visitors. A launch is an industry arrangement. It does not prove this needle line sits in that building. If the buyer wants sewing, walk sewing.

On inspection day bring one opened sample set and a blank make-up sheet. The inspector ticks cover, sheet and pillowcases on the sheet. If one is missing, write the set number and which piece. Do not pull a piece off a neighbour set into the frame.

Gift boxes and polybags do not share one carton spec. Boxes are counted by the box; bags by the set. Mixed packing is how destination counting fails first. Write how it is packed, how it is counted, and whether the carton prints sets or boxes.

Care label, hangtag, outer-box set list: if one line fails to match, do not seal the carton

What stalls a set box is rarely “no cloth.” It is pieces on the box that are not pieces in the box. No invented lab fees or fines.

Composition and size on the care label, set make-up on the hangtag, and piece count on the outer box must face the packing list. A box that says 4pcs and a carton short one pillowcase is rejected by set. If printing sits in another plant, film faces the signed make-up sheet, not a chat screenshot.

Composition faces this set’s fabric lot. Change the greige and change the composition path. A stall can hand a sample set. A lab needs a lot. Without a composition table facing this lot, do not write “already through Europe.”

If the report’s applicant is the stall, the sample came from the sewing plant and the invoice seller is the Hong Kong company, the three names have to be explainable. Set counts that do not match are no report. Opening a store does not run the test.

Do not write fitted sheet and flat sheet in one cell. A fitted order shipped as a flat is another booking. Name fitted or flat on the confirmation.

Care-label language follows the destination. Chinese only is how an Australian buyer returns the label first. Fibre percentages on the film must face the tested lot. Change the fabric lot, change the care label, then seal.

A hangtag that says a marketplace “thread count” slogan is not an inspection spec. Write width, density or the buyer spec, and which method. Do not print a stall’s spoken count on the hangtag.

An outer-box list that only says “four-piece set” with no pillowcase size is no list. Each of the four pieces needs length and width. A Queen cover and a Queen pillowcase are not one pair of numbers.

Write the packing list by set number — do not write only a piece total

The packing list needs set numbers or carton numbers facing each set’s make-up. “16000 pieces” will not fill by-set acceptance. 4000 × 4 = 16000 can add. The inspector still pulls by set. A carton short a pillowcase fails as sets.

The commercial-invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company. Origin is still China, written as the sewing work address. Do not change origin to the port because the forwarder says Shanghai is easier, and do not write DieShiQiao as a district of Hong Kong.

FOB Shanghai, CIF Melbourne and EXW a Haimen warehouse face three delivery points. Do not write “we deliver Nantong” as “we deliver the port area.” Papers are on the export documents checklist.

When the buyer asks for a warehouse address, give the sewing finished warehouse or the actual yard — not a textile-city unloading lane. Name which warehouse will be filmed. Filming a market night view as packing is how destination unboxing fails to match. The video must be able to count one set’s make-up.

If a carton prints the Hong Kong English name, do not print Made in Hong Kong. Do not print a stall number as the sewing address. Titles are on document titles.

Do not merge a Haimen warehouse and a Tongzhou warehouse as “Nantong warehouse.” Name which warehouse is filmed. Filming DieShiQiao unloading as packing is how destination fails to match. If covers sit in Haimen and pillowcases still sit in Tongzhou, do not film only a cover wall.

US dollars at the Hong Kong company, renminbi at the sewing plant, and a separate “matching fee” at the stall will not match four-flow consistency. Write the matching fee as a plant or stall quote, not an official matching fee. There is no site-wide official Nantong matching price.

On the floor, send the plant five sentences: open the outer box; tick cover, sheet and pillowcases on the make-up sheet; check the three set numbers are one set; check care-label sizes face the sheet; sign set number and missing piece. If one is missing, write carton and set number and photograph it there. Do not let the plant later photograph a neighbour set.

The confirmation email to the sewing plant asks four things: cover work-order number; sheet work-order number; pillowcase work-order number; how the set number is printed. If the four answers are not back, do not book the inspection day. A stall WeChat “we can match it” does not enter that mail.

Pillowcase size and cover size go on two lines. Two centimetres off the buyer pillowcase is how unboxing returns the pillowcase and, by set, the whole set. Attach both charts. The signed one wins.

Hotel opening or home opening on the cover goes on the make-up sheet. A wrong opening fails the set’s function. It is not a short-pack. Who approved the opening and which plant sewed it sit on their own line.

If the buyer wrote a fitted-sheet elastic pull, put it in an attachment. Slack elastic fails the set. Without a written pull, write that this booking follows the plant’s usual elastic and get a signature. Do not block with “Nantong fitted sheets are all like this.”

If the buyer wants needle inspection, write how many sets are pulled and which set numbers the record faces. Without a record, inspection asks how you released the lot. Do not retitle a neighbour sheet. Needle inspection is an outgoing action, not a textile-city certificate.

Thread colour and cloth colour are not automatically one colour. Write the thread separately. Missing thread colour is what unboxing sees first. Changing thread does not change the make-up; it does change the process-sheet attachment.

Three-piece, four-piece and multi-piece sets are not one SKU. Adding a cushion changes the make-up, the packing list and the outer box. A box can be stuffed. SKUs cannot merge as “Nantong set.”

Destination fibre labelling follows the destination. Australia and the United States are not one care label. This booking prints the country it ships. Two marks are two films. Mixing them in one carton is how destination pulls the wrong-marked set first.

Print a countable set string — this PO plus a three-digit set sequence — in the same place on cover, sheet and pillowcase. An inspector who pulls one pillowcase must find the same-set cover. A mark hidden in a seam is no mark.

Zipper opening and button opening are two openings. A zipper spec change is a process change. Buttons that come off may trigger a destination item. Who approved the opening sits after that line on the make-up sheet.

Write the sample-set fabric lot next to the bulk fabric lot. A sample cut from stock cloth and bulk cut from new greige will not match inside the set. This is not a Keqiao first-vat confirmation. It is the set’s cloth lot. Change the lot and the sample set is not the bulk standard.

Fold and pack method go on the carton spec: hotel fold, retail-box fold, vacuum bag. A wrong fold is how a retail box will not close, and the set fails. Who signed the spec and which fold it faces sit in the footer.

An Australian Queen and a domestic Queen are not one centimetre set. The make-up sheet uses the buyer’s signed set. Writing “Nantong can make any Queen” into the PI is how unboxing measures a short cover side first.

If Hai’an or another county sewed a stretch, write that county’s licence. The word Nantong will not cover a neighbouring-county needle line. Write what this booking can explain. Cut what it cannot.

Five steps the inspector walks by set before the box leaves

While the buyer is still facing the make-up sheet, do not promise a release set count. Delete “Nantong source plant,” “a missing piece can be matched in the market” and “the stall is the sewing plant” from the reply. Write: the contract seller is the Hong Kong company; each set’s make-up; acceptance by set; which licence sewed; fabric supplier on another page.

The plant does not seal by set while pillowcases are short. The Hong Kong English name can sit on the invoice. Do not print Made in Hong Kong. If the make-up sheet is not signed, do not click Trade Assurance “shipped.”

Finance deletes “textile-city official fee,” “DieShiQiao certification fee” and “standardisation-pilot service fee” from the unit price. There is no site-wide official price. Split sewing, outside work and ocean freight. In the contract and the PI, delete “the seller is Nantong’s officially designated set plant,” “store certification equals textile-city filing” and “a Tongzhou stall equals Haimen sewing.”

Five steps on the work order: who signed the make-up sheet; whether three sewing licences are named; whether care label, hangtag and outer box face the set; whether the packing list is by set number; whether the inspection address is the plant, not the stall. If one step is missing, write that this booking does not have that item yet. A membership receipt does not go into the sewing pack.

Corpable can sit with you on the make-up sheet, the sewing licence and whether the packing list is by set or by piece. We do not inspect sets, we do not sign short-packs, and we do not guarantee an audit or entry. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.

Questions teams actually ask

Can a DieShiQiao stall number be written as the set sewing plant?

Not by default. A stall can show a set and hand a sample set. Sewing often sits under another Haimen or Tongzhou licence. When the buyer asks for an inspection address, write the domicile that sewed the set. Do not swap a market door plate for a plant.

One pillowcase short — is that a short piece or a failed set?

Read how this booking wrote acceptance. By set, one missing pillowcase fails that set. Do not pull a pillowcase off a neighbour set. By piece, write that pillowcases are topped up as pieces. Without writing, the inspector rejects by set.

Cover in one plant, sheet in another, pillowcases in a third — can that be one Nantong factory?

Do not merge them. The three sewings can stand. The manufacturer box faces the step that conferred origin; name each outside plant. Walk the plant that sewed the piece the buyer wants to see.

Keqiao fabric entered this four-piece set. How is origin written?

Fabric work and set sewing are not one step. If this booking sells a finished set, the sewing address must be nameable; the fabric supplier still has to be explainable. Do not write a Keqiao metre number into the set manufacturer box. How Keqiao locks a metre is on the Shaoxing paper — another decision.

Can a Tongzhou artwork or Chuanjiang stall be written as Haimen DieShiQiao sewing?

If the work sat in Tongzhou, write Tongzhou. If it sat in Haimen, write Haimen. Municipal copy puts DieShiQiao on the Haimen side. Tongzhou home textiles are another district chain. Do not swap the door plates.

Can Corpable inspect sets, sign a short-pack, or guarantee destination acceptance?

We do not inspect sets, we do not sign short-packs, and we do not guarantee an audit or entry. An advisor can sit with you on the set list, the sewing licence and whether the packing list is by set or by piece. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
