Open this PI and this Trade Assurance order. Read whether the buyer name and the consignee are the same company.
- Bill to becomes a holding company, Ship to becomes a Cork cold store: two cells. The order buyer does not face the new letterhead: do not issue a second PI to follow it. The quotation lesson is How to write a quotation. It wants a clear buyer. It does not audit whether this ticket can swap the entity, and it does not lock a must-new page.
- How to start selling writes reply soon: ask whether they are changing letterhead or warehouse, not print a new company name faster. Trade Assurance buyer story writes the online order as the handling base. It does not prove a PI letterhead change moves the order buyer.
A Dublin catering wholesaler’s on-site original at 14:12 Thursday: “Change the PI bill-to to Catering Holdings Ltd. Ship the 20L SS304 stock pot, 800 pcs, no lid, to our Cork cold store. I did not lock the lid. TA order stays under Dublin Catering Ltd. Do not mix the two companies.” Sales overwrote the old PI buyer as the holding company, left ship-to as the Dublin office, and sent “letterhead updated as requested.” Buyer WhatsApp: “You changed the payer. Cork is only the warehouse. The order is still Dublin Catering.” Finance had already booked receivables to the holding company.
The two words “change letterhead” do not fill the buyer on the order. Membership paid to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED does not make two companies face each other, and it does not buy an official change-order day. Corpable Marketing Limited does not edit the PI for you, and does not guarantee the old ticket still covers after the change.
They only want a blank template, spec still empty: PI template. The day the order opens, staple the clip: order just opened. First TA bulk: first TA bulk. How Shipper faces the Hong Kong entity: shipping titles. Below only this: the PI wants a letterhead or consignee change, and the Trade Assurance buyer is still there.
What this message-centre PI writes for letterhead and consignee now
Open this message-centre thread. Find the PI already sent. Copy three cells into this clip: Bill to, Ship to, buyer name on the Trade Assurance order. Sales remembering “they are all the Dublin company” does not replace this screen.
PI Bill to writes Dublin Catering Ltd. Order buyer is the same. The holding company has not appeared. Original wants Bill to changed: write “letterhead not changed, buyer still Dublin.”
Ship to still writes the Dublin office. Cork is not on the page. Warehouse and letterhead are not one change. Change both at once and Monday you cannot tell which cut landed.
A sub-account sent the PI by mail. Main account opens this thread and there is no file. The file this thread can open governs. Mail changed, thread still old: they bookmark the old page.
How-to-sell writes reply soon. Reply soon is asking Bill to or Ship to, not issuing a new company name faster.
20L pot, no lid. Original: I did not lock the lid. Goods line must not write with lid. Lid unlocked, written with lid: later orders bite the lid.
Linked product opens as 20L with lid. Wrong link. Ask on the thread whether the link was mis-clicked. Do not change the letterhead to follow a wrong SKU.
Old file name still says Dublin-Catering-final.pdf. Final locks outward. Changing warehouse this week: file name carries a date and ship-to-cork. It does not carry final.
The shop lead audits three screens: this original, the two PI cells, the order buyer. Three screens do not face: sales must not reply we have updated the PI.
The quotation lesson wants a clear buyer. Clear is not permission to swap the buyer for another holding company. The lesson does not audit how Irish companies transfer.
The Dublin buyer’s card prints Holdings. A card is not the order. A card may go in the clip. Change Bill to from the card and the order buyer still sits empty.
Old PI header still prints Dublin Catering’s old door number. A header locks outward. Body Bill to changed, header not: their first scan is still the old door. Two doors and customs will ask which one governs.
Merchandising files the PI in the “Dublin folder.” After Cork they still drop it in the old folder. People in the old folder mark Dublin. Rename the folder, or write ship-to Cork pending door on the cover.
Bill to and Ship to are not the same cell
Bill to is who pays and who sits on the invoice. Ship to is where the goods go. The original already split them: letterhead wants the holding company, goods want Cork, the order still hangs on Dublin. Do not fuse the three into “the customer wants the address changed.”
Only Ship to to Cork cold store, Bill to still Dublin, order buyer still Dublin: the three cells can still face. Write back: ship-to Cork, bill-to unchanged, TA buyer unchanged.
Only Bill to to Catering Holdings, order buyer still Dublin Catering: the two companies do not face. A page that does not face does not go out. It goes out and payment will come from Holdings while protection still watches Dublin.
Both cells at once looks like a “whole-page update.” A whole-page update does not fill Do not mix the two companies. Mix them and you fused the two companies a second time.
Cork cold store with no door number and no receiving name: Ship to must not stop at the two words Cork. Two words and customs will face empty. Ask the door. Write it back. Door not here: warehouse unlocked.
Dublin office VAT is on the old PI. Changing Ship to must not change the VAT to the holding company’s. VAT follows Bill to. Bill to not swapped: VAT sits.
Their attachment is a Cork receiving note. The note’s header is the holding company. A note is not this PI. The note may go in the clip. It does not enter Bill to. It enters and the letterhead locks on the note.
Sales replies on WeChat “address all changed.” Address will be heard as letterhead too. Take that WeChat line back. Write on-site: only ship-to, bill-to still Dublin Catering.
Night shift changed both cells and handed the booking to the forwarder. Consignee on the booking locks outward. Book before the order faces and Cork and Holdings enter the BL draft together.
Cork appointment mailbox and the Dublin buyer mailbox differ by one letter. One letter and the arrival notice lands in junk. Ship to copies the mailbox. Do not fill it from memory.
Holding company registered in Amsterdam, billing in Dublin. Which one Bill to writes needs their written pick. Amsterdam: VAT and an Irish invoice face empty. Dublin: the licence may not face. Until they pick in writing, Bill to sits.
They put “change letterhead” and “change to euro” in one voice note. Transcribe it onto this thread. Split two cells. Currency unlocked: do not change currency on the back of a voice note.
Whether the buyer name on the Trade Assurance order can move
My Alibaba → Orders. Open this 20L pot ticket by order number. Copy three cells: buyer name, ship-to, payment status. A sub-account cannot see the order. Main account governs.
Buyer name often cannot change, or a change needs their confirm. It cannot: do not use a PI to pretend it already changed. A PI is not the order.
The buyer story writes the online order as the handling base. That page does not prove you changed a PI letterhead and handling now accepts the holding company. Handling still reads this order.
If the then-current order ship-to can change to Cork, the person who clicks must have order rights. A sales mouth does not count. Click, crop one screen, staple it.
Payment cell still unpaid: a letterhead change must not issue a new PI. Unpaid sits on the unpaid page. Here you only stop one sentence: unpaid and you swap the buyer, later money will face two companies.
Same buyer, two orders: pot is Dublin, a board is Holdings. Changing this pot letterhead must not copy the board’s buyer. Copy it and the two tickets scramble.
Order remark writes “customer wants Holdings.” A remark is not a change. The remark only copies original and date. Translate it into an internal process name and next week’s handoff ships as already changed.
How-to-sell does not audit this ticket’s buyer cell. It does not write a letterhead swap as must-click shipped.
Already clicked shipped, warehouse still Dublin: goods follow the old warehouse. Click then change Cork and the carrier follows the address on the day you clicked. Money and goods face two addresses.
Ship-to phone on the order is still the Dublin switchboard. Switchboard Friday down, Cork receives Monday. Phone not changed and the line’s arrival call hits an empty office.
Main account can edit ship-to. The salesperson can only look. “I already changed it” — seeing the inquiry is not editing the order. Duty must open the order detail. Cannot open: only allowed to say the main account will check the buyer cell.
Contract seller on the TA order must face the Hong Kong entity. Seller does not face: fix the order remark first. Still treat the original buyer. Do not hide a wrong seller behind a buyer-letterhead swap.
Letterhead changed — which company payment and the statement will face
Finance books Holdings from the new PI. The bank credit is Holdings. The platform payment cell still hangs on Dublin. Two books. The slip may go in the company receipt file. Stapling it onto this ticket as TA paid is not allowed.
They write Holdings will pay, same group. A group is not the order buyer. Reply on-site: pay under this ticket’s buyer, or place a new order. You open the order buyer, not their group chart.
Hong Kong invoice letterhead is you. Do not change the seller to the mainland plant to please Holdings. Seller changed and membership entity will not face. A later papers page will read the seller.
Statement sent to Holdings finance. Dublin purchasing says they never saw it. One statement faces this ticket’s buyer. Wrong person and it becomes another deal.
A membership receipt covers a letterhead swap even less. Membership on the membership spine. This letterhead on this ticket’s spine. Mix them and the weekly writes “membership is paid so the letterhead can swap.”
An advisor on the page only reads three cells: PI Bill to, order buyer, this original. They do not face: take the new PI back first. Corpable does not chase Holdings for payment.
Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. The receipt does not cover this 20L ticket swapping its buyer.
Tax wants a PI that does not face the TA buyer. The month goes dirty. Dirty: stop saying “already updated” outward. Updated must face the three cells.
Sales collects a Holdings “letterhead intent fee” on a personal code. An intent fee is not TA payment and not a change order. Collect it and a dispute still shows Dublin while you already occupy the goods.
Finance maps the platform number to an internal SO. If SO customer master becomes Holdings, the warehouse wave ships a new customer. The map needs “order buyer unchanged, SO customer sits.” It moves and Cork goods leave for Holdings in Amsterdam.
Corporate credit memo writes Holdings pot. The memo is what they typed. Platform buyer is still Dublin. A memo does not fill protection.
Tax wants an internal Holdings proforma. Internal may. Outward this thread still has one PI facing the order buyer. Two files leave and they will pay the Holdings one.
Consignee moves to Cork — lead time and the warehouse address write back on this thread
Cork cold store needs a door number, a receiving name, a booking window. Cork alone and the forwarder will ask who gets the arrival notice. Notice to the Dublin office and the cold store never sees the box.
Do not shorten lead time because the warehouse changed. A warehouse change is not goodwill. A later lead-time page will read the date on the order. Shorten it before the carrier writes and a dispute bites the short day.
I did not lock the lid. Warehouse changed, lid still unlocked. The process card must not write with lid to Cork. Card with lid and the polish line will fit a lid.
Dublin office will not receive Friday afternoon. Cork receives Monday. Sales writes “Cork is easier” as two days earlier. Easier is not lead time. Lead time sits on another page.
The sentence back on this thread must show: ship-to Cork + door, bill-to still Dublin Catering, lid pending. No door: warehouse unlocked.
Notify on the forwarder draft is still the Dublin buyer’s private mailbox. Cork will not get the arrival. Notify faces the warehouse. A private mailbox may go in the clip. It does not enter the draft.
Ads still buy 20L stock pot Dublin stock. A warehouse change is not a reason to raise budget. The word is live, the warehouse changed. What clicks in is a new inquiry, not this ticket’s Cork.
The floor already printed Dublin marks. Marks lock outward. Cork not locked in writing and you change the mark: old marks scrap. Scrap is internal. Do not write “changed as requested” to chase money.
Night duty may only repeat the warehouse already locked on this thread. Clip has no Cork door: they may not say already shipping to Cork.
Cork receives only until 15:00 Friday. A box after 15:00 moves to Monday. Sales writes that as “lead time plus one day.” Plus one day locks outward. No carrier paper: do not write plus one day.
Open-top cartons for a pot without lid are a different height than with lid. Marks follow no lid. Warehouse changed: carton spec must not follow an old with-lid template. Old template prints and Cork reserves a with-lid slot.
Dublin office wants to keep 20 pcs for a showroom. A showroom is not Ship to. Twenty get their own note. Do not write them into the Cork cell. Write them into Cork and 800 pcs go short. Order count will not face.
After which cell changes, do not click shipped first
Ship to changed, Bill to sat, order buyer faces: still wait for the payment cell and the warehouse door. Then talk shipment. Click shipped and the window starts on the day you clicked.
Bill to already prints Holdings, order buyer still Dublin: take this PI back first. Leave it and click shipped and the proof letterhead will not face the order. A later shipping-proof page will bite.
Sales must not reply “letterhead changed, ship tonight” for a response rate. A green response cell only proves send was clicked. The green does not cover two companies.
The owner must not demand “if they want it changed, change it, TA will cover.” TA reads the order. Cover is not the buyer cell.
Holdings version already out: the next sentence may only withdraw it. Do not send a third version “both companies written.” Both written and customs will ask who is the receiving party.
Cancel or close: someone with order rights clicks. Sales saying “place a new one under the new company” by mouth does not count. Old ticket still hangs and the weekly counts it again.
Lid still unlocked and you ship Cork: the cold store receives no lid. A later lid is another ticket. Do not write a lid add-on into this ticket’s shipped remark.
The shop-lead weekly counts “PIs changed this week” as closed deals. A PI change is not closed. Closed faces the payment cell and the buyer name.
A new salesperson takes over with no three screens: they may only ask letterhead or warehouse. They may not say our PI is flexible. Flexible is often two companies already mixed.
Clicked shipped then try to change Ship to: the platform may refuse. It refuses: do not use a second PI to pretend the warehouse already moved. A second PI and a shipped order are two addresses.
Lid drawing arrives Friday. It arrives: write it on the process card, not into a shipped remark. A lid is a new row. A new row is a new inquiry or a new order. Do not stuff it into this Dublin ticket that already changed warehouse.
The quotation lesson does not audit whether this letterhead can swap the entity
PX5Z53Q4 proves a quote should name a buyer. It does not audit whether Dublin and Holdings are the same payer. How-to-sell proves reply soon. Reply soon is asking the cell, not swapping the entity faster. The buyer story proves handling reads the online order. It does not prove a PI letterhead change equals an order-buyer change.
The shipping-title page covers Shipper and the Hong Kong entity. This thread has not shipped. That page does not licence a Holdings swap here.
Keep for the review: which cell the original wanted, old PI two cells, whether a new PI went out, order buyer, whether shipped was clicked, whether finance booked Holdings. Weekly review reads whether the three cells face, not how many versions you sent.
Conditions follow the message centre, the PI, and the order detail you can open on 2026-10-18. Three cells face: the warehouse has a next sentence. They do not: do not say outward the letterhead is already done.
Friday the Dublin assistant sends a Holdings licence from another mailbox. The licence goes in a note file. It does not enter this ticket’s buyer cell. A name on a licence does not fill the order buyer.
Irish accounts want the PI in euro. Currency is another cell. This original did not lock currency. Do not change currency while you change letterhead. Two cells at once and Monday you cannot tell which cut landed.
Handle riveted or welded: the original did not lock. A letterhead change is not a process lock. The process card still writes pending handle. Sales must not lock the handle to make the page look finished.
The same Holdings name also has a Belfast shop. Belfast is not Cork. Ship to writes Cork, not Ireland warehouse. Ireland is too wide. Goods will enter the wrong door.
Merchandising dropped the new PI into the floor group. The group starts material for Holdings. Material follows the order buyer and the payment cell. A new PI is not paid. Unpaid sits on the unpaid page. Here you only stop one sentence: do not open polish on a new letterhead.
The forwarder asks who the BL Consignee writes. Consignee faces Ship to, not a spoken Holdings. Spoken Holdings on the BL and release will look for the wrong person. A later papers page will read that cell.
They wrote a letterhead change and a lead-time change in one sentence. Split lead time to the lead-time page. This thread only answers two cells. After that sentence, lead time stays unlocked.
Night, Cork calls: is the box here. Here sits on the tracking page. This clip has no AWB: only allowed to say warehouse writes Cork, goods not clicked shipped. Not allowed to report arrive tonight.
Ops writes “PI updated” as a weekly done item. The item must say which cell moved. It does not and the owner hears the two companies already face.
The Irish bank asks why invoice letterhead and the TA buyer are not one company. The answer can only staple three screens. Not “they are a group.” Group does not fill a bank question.
Sales posted the Holdings PI to Moments as “another order in.” A Moments cover is not the order buyer. A peer sees “another order in” and the floor hears closed. Delete that post.
Cork’s fork only unloads pallets. 800 pots as loose cartons and the warehouse will refuse. Ship to changed, packing not asked. Packing unlocked: do not say outward the warehouse can take it.
HK invoice OK in the same original is not a letterhead-swap instruction. The Hong Kong seller is still you. OK does not fill a Holdings buyer.
Monday you find last week already printed 800 Holdings marks. Order buyer still Dublin. Those 800 are stock. Do not write them as “in process on the new PI.” In process in the order remark and they treat you as already performing a new entity.
Conditions still follow this PI and the order buyer you can open on 2026-10-18. Bill to faces the buyer, Ship to shows a Cork door: then a next sentence. They do not: do not let the 20L pot without lid leave the floor door first.
Questions teams actually ask
We only change the warehouse to Cork and leave the letterhead. Does Trade Assurance still face?
Consignee is Ship to. Warehouse changed: the buyer name must still face the Trade Assurance buyer. Only the warehouse, not the buyer: follow whether the order page then allows a ship-to edit. Write it back on this thread. Do not write Cork as a new payer.
Letterhead becomes the holding company. They wire from the holding company. Does that count as this Trade Assurance order paid?
No. Trade Assurance reads the buyer on the order and the payment cell. A holding-company credit may go in the company receipt file. Stapling it onto this ticket as TA paid is not allowed. Letterhead changed entity: stop shipment, ask whether they will place a new order.
The quotation lesson wants a clear buyer. Must the PI letterhead follow a spoken change?
The lesson wants a clear quote. It does not audit whether this letterhead can move from the Dublin wholesaler to a holding company, and it does not write a spoken letterhead change as must-issue a new PI. How-to-sell does not write a letterhead swap as must-click shipped.
The Trade Assurance buyer cannot change. The PI already changed. What does the next sentence write?
Take that PI back. Write this PI is withdrawn, bill-to does not face the Trade Assurance buyer. Do not let two letterheads live. Two letterheads and customs and payment will face two companies.
Can the shipping-title page stand as the steps for changing this PI?
That page covers how Shipper / Consignee on export papers face the Hong Kong entity. Here you are still on the inquiry and the order page. The papers page does not audit whether this PI can swap in a holding company.
Can Corpable edit the PI and guarantee Trade Assurance still covers it?
We cannot edit it, and we cannot guarantee cover. Corpable Marketing Limited is a Hong Kong Alibaba.com service provider, not the documents desk. An advisor can sit with you on the PI letterhead, the order buyer, and the ship-to cell. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
