Bottom line:
- This week pair the dinnerware: write the glaze lot onto which bowl, face the decal lot to which pattern code, and staple both lots onto the same set. The municipal industry-and-IT chain plan writes daily-use ceramics as “culture plus” and manufacturing capability — see the 2024–2026 key manufacturing-chain action plan. A plan target is not this set’s pairing ledger already stapled. Do not invent revenue or plant counts.
- The Jingdezhen-made ceramics protection ordinance governs proof-mark and standard use — see the Jingdezhen-made ceramics ordinance. An ordinance is not this set’s glaze lot. GB 4806.4-2016 is the food-safety national standard for ceramic articles — see NHFPC Announcement No. 15 of 2016. A standard number does not prove this decal lot already faces this stack of plates.
- This page reads glaze, decal, pairing order, pattern swap, viewing sample, set versus loose, carton sticker, air sample, underglaze versus overglaze, and shift handover — ten headings. Do not copy a Chaozhou kiln walk, Foshan tile, or a Zhuji strand ledger. GB/T 3532-2022 Daily porcelain sits on the national standards platform. A catalogue entry is not this set’s pattern code. This page is not legal or tax advice. Conditions follow the pages that opened on 2026-10-07.
A French buyer sent a six-person plate-set photo back to a Changnan decal-shop door. The foot only showed a plant badge, no pattern code. Email, verbatim: “Glaze lot on WHICH bowl? Decal lot faces WHICH pattern code? Two lots on THIS dinner set — not the kiln door. Do not send a heritage brochure. HK invoice OK.” Sales returned a Ceramic Expo City guide, a Hong Kong company PI, and a certificate that copied “Jingdezhen-made” into the pattern box. The buyer asked again: which glaze lot, which pattern number? Sales typed the trial-zone office short name into the manufacturer box.
Glazing said the vat changed this week and the old lot could take a new colour name. Decals said a neighbour set had half a knife of paper left and could go on first. Finance wanted a “Jingdezhen-made licence fee” inside the unit price as if a city levied it. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED does not buy a glaze lot, and it does not buy proof that this decal lot already entered this set.
Split who does what. Local glazing owns the glaze lot and this car of bodies. Local decals own the decal lot and this pattern. The testing lab owns that lead-and-cadmium run on the submitted samples, not the decal you swapped later. The export seller owns the invoice and carton mark and does not become the glaze-lot holder by invoicing. The importer owns destination food-contact checks and cannot use an ordinance name in place of receiving. Corpable Marketing Limited is a Hong Kong Alibaba.com service provider, not the municipal porcelain bureau, not the health commission, not market regulation. How Chaozhou walks a kiln number sits on the Chaozhou white paper — a kiln number will not fill a decal box. How Foshan quotes tile sits on the Foshan white paper — a tile glaze number will not fill this bowl. Origin sits on China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Read a pairing ledger below, not a kiln walk, and not a tile number.
The glaze lot writes on which bowl — not on the kiln door
The glaze lot writes on the glazing slip and the pairing row for this bowl or this stack of plates. It faces the dinnerware, not the shift plate on the kiln door. A shift plate proves a kiln ran that day. A run does not prove this glaze lot entered this bowl.
The industry-and-IT plan writes daily-use ceramics as a manufacturing lift — see the chain action plan. A plan is not a glazing slip. Do not stamp “the plan already covers dinnerware” on the foot.
Do not pour leftover glaze from a neighbour vat into this booking’s bucket to make weight. The neighbour may be another formula. Treat a pour as mixed glaze. This car of bodies does not glaze. Mixed glaze must not keep this booking’s glaze lot.
If a bucket label washes off, treat it as unclear origin. A reprint must face the glaze supplier’s outgoing paper. Do not fill “the usual white” from memory. Memory will not face a migration retain sample.
A Hong Kong company as contract seller does not become the glaze-lot holder. Titles sit on document titles. Split the seller box from the glaze-lot box.
Finance must not write a “dinnerware-cluster certification fee” into the unit price. A plan is industry text. Glazing writes contract lines. There is no site-wide official Jingdezhen glaze price.
If the buyer wants glazing photos, the lens faces the bucket lot, the same string on the glazing slip, and this un-decaled stack beside it. Do not shoot the kiln door. A kiln door does not prove this bucket.
If the RFQ writes whiteness as “around,” reply that this booking only recognises the formula name on the glazing slip. “Around” will not fill a glaze-lot row. Quote the formula you can lock. If you cannot lock it, do not write “approximately” on the PI.
If this booking writes a slip-density band, inbound writes the measured value. Do not write “looks thick.” Two characters will not fill a glazing slip. If you cannot lock density, this car of bodies does not glaze.
Shift handover counts bucket lots. One bucket short, this car stops. The incoming shift signs lot and bucket count, not “the glaze is here.” One character will not count buckets.
If the food-contact face took a coloured glaze, the colour-glaze lot writes another row. Do not merge it into the clear-glaze lot. A merge empties the colour-glaze origin in a migration dispute. An empty colour-glaze row means this stack does not go to decals.
Changnan park guards check the licence on the glazing slip, not the six characters “daily-use ceramic chain.” Six characters will not open the gate. The itinerary writes the licence full name and the seat.
Pinholes at destination: first face the glazing slip and the outgoing retain. Do not change the decal lot to “round it.” If the retain faces, walk a glaze-layer dispute to glazing. If it does not, treat it as the wrong stack. The recall writes set number and glaze lot, not “those Jingdezhen cartons.”
The decal lot faces which pattern code
The decal lot writes on the decal slip. It faces a pattern code, not the two characters “blue-and-white.” Blue-and-white is a category name. A category name will not fill a pattern box. The box writes code, lot, and the paper supplier’s licence.
The ordinance governs Jingdezhen-made proof-mark use — see the protection ordinance. Authorised use is not this set’s pattern code already locked. Without authorisation, do not print the proof mark on this set. With authorisation, still write the decal lot. A mark does not replace a lot number.
Do not pour same-colour paper from a neighbour set into this booking’s bag to make the sheet count. The neighbour may be another code. Treat a pour as mixed pattern. This set does not decal.
Damp paper or a blurred gold line is incoming defect and goes back. The return slip staples into the pattern-code note. Decaling it and then returning will make the buyer ask about the whole pattern.
If the buyer names a pattern, write the code onto this set. Spoken “the same scrolling vine as last time” does not lock. A pattern change archives the old paper and opens a new decal slip.
If the paper plant’s delivery lists sheet count and no pattern code, treat it as not faced to a pattern. Add the code before receiving. Receiving then adding will face stock to the wrong set.
A Chaozhou kiln number from that kiln-walk page will not fill this decal slip. A kiln number is another city’s path.
If the buyer supplies artwork, staple the licence into the pattern-code row. Without a licence, this code does not decal. This page invents no copyright official price. Spoken “a picture from the web” is not enough.
If this booking writes a centreline and a margin, the decal slip writes the measured values. Do not write “centred.” Two characters will not face a ruler on opening day. If you cannot lock a margin, this piece does not fire.
If a gold or silver rim is another paper supply, add a row on the decal slip. Writing “the rim is also the flower” so it can merge into the main-flower lot will make opening day ask about the rim. A merge is two number sets.
If the buyer wants a decal video, the lens faces the paper-bag lot, the pattern code, the unfired plate beside it, and this set number. Do not shoot the Expo City gate. A gate does not prove this knife of paper.
In what order glaze lot and decal lot staple onto the same set
Staple the glaze lot first, then the decal lot. The order writes on the pairing ledger. Missing a glaze lot means do not decal first. Missing a decal lot means do not write “pattern complete.”
The two papers string on the set number. Do not string decals on a glaze lot, and do not string bowls on a decal lot. A wrong string will pull a neighbour glaze’s paper into a return.
If glazing is one seat and decals another, write two seats on the itinerary. You may run both in a day. Each gate checks its own paper. Do not carry an “Expo City visit letter” and expect both gates to open.
The pairing ledger signs set number, glaze lot, and decal lot, not a park short name. If it is unsigned, treat this set as incomplete. It does not go to enamel fire.
A dropped ledger page is a missing paper. The whole set stops. A replacement photocopies the original. Do not hand-copy a string of “numbers we remember.” Memory will not face a glaze bucket.
If both houses deliver the same day, still write two rows. Merging “decoration complete” hides which house is missing. Two characters will not fill a ledger.
The pairing ledger uses set number as the key and glaze lot and decal lot as two columns. Do not turn it into a strand ledger with one row per strand. Zhuji’s strand path will not copy over. Dinnerware recognises a set, not a strand.
If enamel fire is a third seat, add a seat on the itinerary. Fire-temperature records face the set number, not the kiln-door shift. A shift plate proves a furnace ran that day. It does not prove this set entered that furnace.
Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. Dues do not buy a pairing ledger, and they do not buy a glaze lot already stapled onto this set.
The pattern changes — does the old glaze lot still follow this set of bowls
If only the pattern changes and the body and glaze were not re-applied, the glaze lot may stay and the decal row reopens. The new row writes the new code and the new lot and voids the old decal row. A void slip staples into the ledger. Do not alter the old row.
If a pattern change also re-applies glaze, the glaze row reopens too. Writing “it is all decoration” so only the decal row changes will make opening day ask whether the glaze is still this booking’s bucket.
Reworked plates carry a rework mark. Do not pass them off as a first set. The mark sits beside the set number. Mixing them into a first-set carton will make the buyer ask about two decal lots.
Who decides whether it follows. The decal shop cannot say “it follows” by voice. Glazing owns the glaze layer and only moves the glaze row when it re-applies. The export seller cannot judge for the shop. The importer may ask to see the pattern-change writing and cannot use an ordinance name in its place.
If food-contact testing must rerun after a pattern change, follow the buyer’s writing and the lab’s writing. This page invents no official test price. If you cannot lock the writing, this set does not quote “already meets GB 4806.4.”
If the food-contact layer moved, rewrite the test statement. If the old report cover type misses the new pattern, treat it as not covering. Do not correct-fluid a pattern name on a report.
After a pattern change, the carton sticker changes the code the same day. Leaving the old sticker will make opening day ask whether the flower is old. Peel it clean. Residual adhesive is treated as a mark not changed.
Sales must not quote finance “one porcelain price” that pastes glaze and decal into one lump. Write glaze and decal as separate rows. A Hong Kong company may issue one invoice. The attachment still follows two rows.
A viewing sample does not take this glaze lot with it
A viewing sample proves what the pattern looks like. It does not prove this glaze lot, and it does not prove this decal lot. The sample bag writes a sample number and a pattern code. Do not copy this booking’s pairing-ledger glaze lot onto the sample as already shipped.
If the buyer posts the sample back and asks to “repeat this glaze,” first see whether the sample foot has a glaze lot. If it does not, reply that the sample only locks the pattern and glaze must lock a formula name separately. “This glaze” will not lock a bucket. WhatsApp followed: “Sample plate is pattern only. Do not copy THIS kiln car glaze lot onto the sample bag.” Reply that the sample bag only writes a sample number.
Do not pull a viewing sample from this booking’s ready-to-ship stack. A pull will empty this set’s count. Samples issue from the sample cabinet. The cabinet card writes a sample number, not this booking’s set number.
An air sample that only writes piece count still carries a sample-number slip in the carton. The slip does not write this booking’s glaze lot, so the buyer cannot treat the sample as a bulk lot.
A plate on a Taoxichuan or Expo City stand is not this booking’s viewing sample. A stand plate may be another pattern. The itinerary writes the sample cabinet, not the hall door.
Do not temporarily write this booking’s glaze lot on a sample foot to “look traceable.” A temporary mark is a number that was changed. The sample only locks the pattern. The bulk ledger only locks this booking’s two lots.
If the buyer receives a viewing sample as bulk, the waybill and in-carton slip must write the sample number. Writing a set number will post it as a bulk issue. A bulk post will empty this set’s count.
Sets and loose pieces each open a pairing ledger
A six-person set, a four-person set, and loose plates each open their own ledger. A set ledger writes the piece make-up: how many chargers, soups, bowls. A loose ledger writes pattern code and piece count. Merging “assorted Jingdezhen dinnerware” will make opening day ask which set was booked.
The same pattern in two bowl diameters is still two rows. Diameter writes on the loose row. Writing “same flower” so they can share a ledger will pack the wrong count.
If a set is short one piece, do not fill from a neighbour set with the same pattern. The neighbour glaze lot may differ. A fill is a mixed set. This set does not close.
GB/T 3532-2022 covers daily-porcelain classification and technical requirements — see GB/T 3532-2022. A platform entry is not this set’s piece make-up and does not replace a pairing ledger.
A Hong Kong company English name may appear on the outer carton. Do not print it as the glazing plant, and do not print Made in Hong Kong. Origin follows the glazing or decal working place.
Which pairing ledger the outer sticker copies
The outer sticker copies this set on the pairing ledger: set number, glaze lot, decal lot, pattern code, piece count. Do not copy a kiln-door shift. Do not copy a guidebook. A guidebook does not prove this set.
If the sticker falls off, this carton does not hand over. A replacement still copies the ledger. Do not fill a pattern code from memory. Memory will not face a paper bag on opening day.
If one PI holds a set and loose pieces, split two rows, each with its own sticker. The forwarder builds the manifest by row. A row without a set number should not print “Jingdezhen-made” on the carton mark first.
Where the ordinance allows a proof mark, use still follows the authorisation rules. This page invents no authorisation fee. Without authorisation, do not print it. With authorisation, a set number still sits beside the mark. A mark cannot eat a glaze lot.
If the facing slip is a sticker, put it on the inner lid. Do not put it on the well and cover the pattern. A covered pattern looks hidden on opening day.
The carton mark prints pattern code and set count. Do not print only “Jingdezhen porcelain.” Four characters will not fill a pattern box. The forwarder builds the manifest by row. A row without a set number should not print a proof mark first.
Two patterns in one carton: a divider, with set numbers on the divider. A fallen divider is a mixed carton and does not hand over. Re-sort by the set number on the foot and the ledger, not by memory that “the left side is scrolling vine.”
When an air sample only writes piece count and grade, is the pairing ledger still there
An air-sample waybill is often written as “assorted ceramic samples.” A waybill count is not a pairing ledger. The ledger still sits on the sample-cabinet card: sample number, pattern, and whether glaze information may leave. If it may leave, open a sample glaze row. If it may not, the glaze row stays on the bulk ledger.
If grade only writes “first class,” it will not face a decal lot. Grade is an appearance band. A decal lot is a paper-supply number. Write both rows. Grade alone will make opening day ask about the flower.
A replacement for a broken sample writes the original sample number. Do not open a new bulk ledger to “round it.” Rounding will empty the bulk count.
If a sample also goes to food-contact testing, the test piece comes from a same-pattern retain. Do not pull from a bulk ready carton. A pull empties the bulk ledger, and the lab sample cannot say which set it is.
The health commission published GB 4806.4-2016 — see Announcement No. 15 of 2016. The announcement proves the standard exists. It does not prove this set’s sample was already tested, and it does not prove coverage after a pattern change.
Do not mix sample cartons into a bulk container to make volume. A mix is a mis-ship. Samples have their own sample-number slip and will not copy over as a set number.
If the air agent writes the description as “gift porcelain,” reply that the waybill must still show a dinnerware sample. “Gift” will not lock a food-contact path. If you can lock dinnerware, write dinnerware. If you cannot lock it, the sample does not tender. Changing the description after tender will make the forwarder ask about two cargos. Do not merge two cargos onto one waybill.
Underglaze colour and overglaze decal — which row writes first
Underglaze writes in the glaze-row note: colour-lot and application order. Overglaze decal writes on the decal row. Do not merge the two into “one decoration lot.” A merge will send glazing to blame decals and decals to blame glazing on a return.
Who is first writes dead on this booking’s process. Spoken “as usual” is not enough. Two characters will not fill an order. If you cannot lock the order, this set does not go on the line.
An underglaze colour change reopens the glaze row. The decal row may stay if the paper did not change. An overglaze paper change reopens the decal row. The underglaze row may stay if underglaze did not move. Whichever layer moved, that row reopens.
If famille-rose, blue-and-white, and monochrome glaze mix in one set on this booking, the ledger writes the process name by piece. Do not write “traditional famous porcelain.” Four characters will not face a supply lot. The plan names those wares as industry narrative — see the industry-and-IT plan — not as this set already mixed-fired.
Lab migration tests follow the food-contact face. Underglaze and overglaze may both contact food. The test statement writes which face. An empty statement is undeclared. Do not quote “already complies.”
A decal shift change — may the old paper bag pour into this booking
Clear the bench: old paper bags hang the old set number; the new shift draws this booking’s bag. Pouring an old bag into this booking is mixed pattern. Mixed pattern must not keep this booking’s decal lot.
Handover signs bag count and pattern code, not “the paper is here.” One character will not count sheets. One bag short, this set stops decaling.
If gold paste or a mixer is another lot, add a row on the ledger. Writing “auxiliaries are not the flower” so the paste can stay blank will make a fire-colour miss ask about the paste. An empty paste row means this set does not fire.
Night-shift pattern checks still follow the code, not “looks the same to the eye.” One character will not face a paper-supply slip on opening day.
A colour miss at destination: first face the decal-lot outgoing chip and this set’s retain. Do not change the glaze lot to “round it.” If the chip faces, walk a paper dispute to the paper plant. If it does not, treat it as the wrong flower and recall this set. The recall writes set number and decal lot, not “those Jingdezhen cartons.”
If Changnan only glazes and the high-tech zone only decals, write both rows. The plan writes those parks as platforms. That is carrier narrative, not a merger on this booking.
If Fuliang only supplies glaze and Changnan only applies it, write both rows. The plan writes the Fuliang park as a platform. That is carrier narrative, not glaze already applied in Fuliang on this booking.
If hotel ware and liquor bottles share one PI, split two rows. The plan writes wine vessels and hotel ware as daily-use directions. That is industry narrative, not a shared ledger on this booking. A bottle decal lot will not fill a six-person-set pattern box.
Instruction language follows the buyer. Do not translate a pattern code into another series name. A series name will not fill a set number.
A spare plate in the parts bag must share this ledger’s glaze lot and decal lot. An extra neighbour-set plate will make opening day ask which piece counts. Spare counts write in the ledger note. Extra pieces return to the decal store. They are not gifts.
Do not mix Foshan wall-and-floor tile samples into a dinnerware carton to make volume. A mix is a mis-ship. Tile has its own glaze-number page and will not copy over.
When commercial-invoice fields face 141.86, the description must still let a reader see set or loose. “Jingdezhen ceramics” will not fill a pattern box.
How export documents split rows sits on the export documents checklist. The port does not write into the glaze-lot box. FOB Jiujiang or Shanghai, CIF Le Havre: the delivery point writes on the contract, not on the pairing ledger.
As of 2026-10-07, the industry-and-IT, ordinance, health-commission, and standards-platform pages that opened are used only to say what a plan, a mark, a food-contact standard, and a product standard each prove — and what they do not prove. A page revision follows the text that day. This page is not legal or tax advice.
Who: glazing, decals, lab, export seller, and importer each own their number. How: write the glaze lot onto the bowl, write the decal lot onto the pattern, staple both onto the set number, and stop the carton if they miss. Why: opening day recognises this set’s pairing, not a kiln door or a hall. Corpable Marketing Limited can face the ledger with you. We do not accept a glaze lot, we do not supply decals, and we do not guarantee entry. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
Questions teams actually ask
Glaze is applied at one Changnan seat, decals at another. Who writes in the manufacturer box?
The manufacturer follows the step that conferred origin. Name the two seats separately. Glaze lot and decal lot staple onto the same dinner set. Do not merge them as one plant name. If the buyer audits one seat, take them to that seat.
Can a Chaozhou kiln-number walk fill this set’s decal box?
No. A kiln walk is another city’s path. This Jingdezhen decal box writes which pattern code and which decal lot. Do not swap door plates.
Can a Foshan tile glaze number copy onto this bowl?
No. Wall-and-floor tile is another city. A dinnerware glaze lot faces this bowl or this stack of plates, not a tile blank. Do not swap standards either.
Only the pattern changes. Does the old glaze lot still count for this set?
If the body and glaze were not re-applied, the glaze lot may stay. The decal lot must open another row facing this pattern. Pull the old decal row out of the pairing ledger. If it will not pull, opening day asks which pattern counts.
May a viewing sample leave, and does it count as this glaze lot?
A viewing sample only proves what the pattern looks like. It does not take this glaze lot or this decal lot with it. The sample bag writes a sample number. Do not copy this firing’s pairing ledger onto the sample as already shipped.
Can Corpable accept a glaze lot, supply decals, or guarantee lead-and-cadmium on the first run?
We do not accept a glaze lot, we do not supply decals, and we do not guarantee migration or entry. Corpable Marketing Limited is a Hong Kong Alibaba.com service provider, not the municipal porcelain bureau or the health commission. An advisor can sit with you on whether glaze lot and decal lot staple onto this set. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
