Bottom line:

  • This week do not fill a confirmation template first. Walk this kiln gate and the decal cage and see whether the kiln plate and this decal bag face this firing. Municipal copy writes a 2004 “China’s porcelain city” title and a national daily-porcelain base — see the porcelain-city card. Titles sit in the background. Do not invent output or plant counts.
  • A reply note writes kilns, moulds and decals into the local chain — see the ceramics digitalisation reply. A chain name is not the bag in your hand. Industry copy writes Fengxi Ruyi as higher-end daily and art porcelain and Guxiang and Fengtang as sanitary ware — see the ceramics layout note. A park name is not a kiln number.
  • This page walks the gate, the open bag, staging, the pull after firing, and the truck. Do not copy Foshan wall or floor tile or a kiln-showroom stamp. Shantou Port only decides the sailing.

A German buyer arrives in Fengxi. The driver parks at the ceramics-city unloading dock. Sales hands over a showroom invitation: “Chaozhou source, same as the hall, any kiln.” The gate reads the invitation and points back to the showroom. The buyer asks which kiln this booking is, which bag holds the decal, and which kiln the foot ring faces. Sales pushes a showroom-shape photo forward. The bar still does not lift.

The kiln changed numbers this week and the old invitation is still treated as a pass. The decal cage already issued this lot to another work order and the bag is still sealed. Finance wants a “porcelain-city certification fee” in the unit price as officially required. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED will not buy a kiln number and will not buy the work order that opens this kiln.

Do not answer with “Chaozhou porcelain can all be fired.” Walk this kiln gate, then walk the decal cage and open the bag. How Foshan quotes wall or floor tile and a showroom is on the Foshan paper — brick and wood that will not stick to this bowl. Origin is on China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Below follows the floor, not packing-list rows.

The gate takes this kiln number — not a showroom invitation

Hong Kong-channel sellers walking a buyer into a Fengxi kiln face a gate that wants this kiln number and the finishing work order, not a ceramics-city showroom invitation. The invitation only proves you may enter the showroom to see a sample. The kiln and the showroom are not one bar. The driver’s map takes the licence domicile and the gate phone — not a hall number.

At the gate hand over three things: a print of the finishing or decal work order that shows a kiln number; this contract or work-order number; the visitor’s name. The gate faces the kiln plate, then lifts the bar. If it does not face, stop outside and write “this kiln cannot be seen today.” Do not detour to the showroom for a display photo and treat that as having entered the kiln.

The card gives “China’s porcelain city” to the city — see the porcelain-city card. A title is not a gate pass. Do not write “porcelain-city tour” into a gate booking. The gate releases people against a work order, not against a title.

Biscuit in one name, finishing in another — each gate takes its own kiln number. A biscuit day enters only the biscuit-licence domicile and shows the biscuit work order. A finishing day is booked separately and shows the finishing work order. Merging both as “one Chaozhou porcelain factory” means the driver asks which kiln first. If the buyer comes from Shantou or Shenzhen, name the drop-off and this gate. Do not write “Chaozhou is all close.”

If the interpreter is showroom reception, they can lead to the showroom. They cannot witness a kiln number at this kiln gate. Reception sits in an itinerary note, not in the kiln box. A Hong Kong company as contract seller does not make that company a kiln number the gate will accept. Titles are on document titles. The seller sits on the contract. The kiln number sits on the work order. Split the two boxes.

If the inquiry is only “Chaozhou bowl,” ask whether they need to enter this kiln. If they do, ask the plant first whether this kiln number will face at the gate. If it will not, reply “this kiln has no work order yet.” Do not book a showroom tea table first. Finance should not read a gate register as a chance to add a “porcelain-city tour official fee.” There is no such site-wide fee.

That day’s bag does not hold only an invitation. An invitation, a name card and a Hong Kong PI will not lift this kiln bar. What lifts the bar is the kiln number on the work order. If the kiln number is blank, people stop outside.

The day before the gate booking, sales asks the plant only two things: whether this kiln can be seen tomorrow; which work-order number. If the plant says “the showroom can be seen too,” rebook to a day the kiln can be seen. Do not turn it into a tour. If they return a kiln number but the work order is not open yet, people do not leave. An empty trip plus a later work order still will not lift the bar.

After the bar lifts, face the kiln plate before walking further. If the plate and the work order disagree, stop under the plate and write which paper is missing. Do not photograph the decorating room to fill the visit. The decorating room may be another kiln’s work. If the buyer asks “was that kiln this booking,” you point at the number on the plate. Pointing at the showroom does not count.

Several kilns in one park — the gate releases into the named kiln, not into the park to wander. Sales saying “entering the park is enough” means the buyer walks into the next kiln and photographs another booking’s number. That kiln’s curve is not this work order. A wrong kiln number is not retitled onto this work order later.

If the gate wants work shoes or a cap, follow the gate. Showroom slippers do not enter the kiln yard. The itinerary says what to wear so the buyer does not step off a Shantou train holding only an invitation. If the gate shifts mid-day, the next shift faces the work order again. A verbal “already released” from the last shift does not count.

The name in the gate book must match the itinerary. If the buyer swaps the inspector, report the new name. Do not reuse the showroom visitor record from that day. A showroom visitor record does not enter this kiln. A Hong Kong English name may sit in a gate note. Do not write “Hong Kong plant here to audit” — the audit is this Chaozhou kiln, not the Hong Kong company.

Open the decal bag first — then decide whether this load enters the kiln

After the gate, do not walk to the kiln mouth to watch the fire. Walk the decal cage and open this booking’s bag. The bag mark must show a lot number, a pattern name, and which decorating or finishing work order it was issued to. If those three cannot be read, reseal the bag. Whiteware does not move to the kiln door. The reply note writes decals into the local chain — see the ceramics digitalisation reply. A chain name is not an official file already sitting on the bag in your hand.

Open the bag against the work order. The decal lot written on the work order must equal the bag-mark lot. The pattern name must equal the pattern written in the confirmation. Work order says blue border, bag holds a colour floral — this bag does not leave for decorating. Sales telling the cage “Fengxi all uses this decal” still issues against the bag mark, not against talk.

Do not stand leftover decals from the next kiln in for this booking. Pattern, size and decorating temperature differ. Pulling a few sheets from the next bag to fill a short count means the rim will not face after firing. If sheets are short, write how many this bag still lacks. Do not fill from the next bag. Overglaze, underglaze, slide-off, hand-paint — the name goes in a work-order note when the bag opens. Change one, treat it first as a possible new bag. Do not retitle and reuse the old bag number.

If the cage only lets you see a shelf panorama and will not open this bag, write “this decal bag has not been opened” and do not decide to enter the kiln that day. A panorama proves the cage holds decals. It does not prove which bag this firing faces. A showroom bowl with the “same” pattern can be seen. It does not replace an open bag.

After the bag opens, the cage keeps an issue slip: lot, pattern, sheet count, which work order, who collected. The collector signs the issue slip, not a showroom invitation. The slip walks with the trolley to staging. If the bag is empty and there is no issue slip, staging does not take the bag.

Finance should not write a “porcelain-city certification fee” into a decal unit price. The title is a city introduction. Decals are quoted as this bag’s sheets and pattern, labelled as material, not an official decal-recognition price. There is no site-wide Chaozhou daily-porcelain official fee.

If the buyer wants a decal video, the frame faces the bag mark and the opened pattern, then the lot written on the work order. Do not film a pattern book on a showroom wall. The book is another envelope. If the bag mark cannot be read, treat the bag as not yet facing.

A damp bag, a torn corner, or ink that has run on the bag mark does not leave for decorating. A smeared mark cannot be faced after firing. If the cage resticks a mark, the new mark still copies the original issue-slip string. Do not invent a “standing pattern” number. Restick, then open the bag for the buyer again.

One work order, two bags — open both. One bag open and one still on the shelf is not enough to enter the kiln. The unopened bag may be another pattern. Both lots go on the issue slip. Staging holds one bag on each side. Do not merge the pile.

If hand-paint is mixed into a decorating work order, name it when the bag opens: which pieces take a slide-off, which take hand-paint, which sample the hand-paint follows. Hand-paint has no bag mark, so it needs a sample sheet and a work-order line. Hand-paint with no sample does not move to the kiln door. Writing the two characters “all blue-and-white” into the work order will not fill this open-bag step.

Decals may arrive from another city and be applied in Fengxi. The bag mark still copies the original mill lot. Do not rewrite it as “Chaozhou mill decal.” Origin work follows decorating or finishing. Decal source sits in an issue-slip note. Split the two boxes. How Foshan quotes a tile decal or glaze line is on the Foshan paper — brick fields that will not stick to this bowl.

Does whiteware staging hang a work order — or a showroom shape?

After the bag opens, walk whiteware staging. This trolley hangs this work-order number, not a showroom-shape photo. The photo proves you saw the set. The work-order number proves this trolley will take this bag. A blank work order with only a photo means this trolley is not this booking.

Staging faces three things: whether the whiteware shape is the bowl or plate written on the work order; whether the count is the work-order count; whether this already-opened bag sits beside it. Wrong shape — push the trolley back. Do not decorate first and change later. Wrong count — count first, then decorate. Do not say “about the same” out loud.

If cups and plates fire in different kilns, staging splits into two piles, each hanging its own work order. Merging both as one “Chaozhou whiteware” pile means decorating asks which pile faces which bag first. If biscuit sits in another name, staging must still trace that biscuit kiln number. If it cannot, write that this trolley has no biscuit kiln number yet. Do not decorate first.

A display pulled from the showroom does not move into staging to fill a count. The display may be another kiln and another envelope. Sales writing “same as the hall” on the staging whiteboard is not what decorating reads. Decorating reads the work order. The whiteboard can be shown to visitors. It will not hang on this trolley.

If a decorator asks “can we follow that showroom piece,” reply “follow the work order and this bag.” The showroom rim width may differ. After decorating, pull one piece, face the pattern to the bag mark, then decide whether it enters the kiln. If it does not face, strip and redo. Do not enter the kiln and argue after firing.

Staging does not hang Guxiang sanitary whiteware on the same lane. Layout copy writes Fengxi Ruyi as daily and art porcelain and Guxiang and Fengtang as sanitary ware — see the ceramics layout note. Toilet whiteware is another class. Hang it on the wrong pile and the driver and the decorator both ask whether this trolley is bowls or sanitary ware.

If the staging whiteboard still shows a hall number, erase the hall number. Leave the work-order number and the kiln number. Visitors may read the board. Decorating reads the work order. The two characters “same style” on the board will not hang on this trolley. Counts are numbers. Do not write “a batch.”

Whiteware with pinholes, warp or a chipped rim leaves staging before decorating. Do not decorate and hope firing hides it. Pieces pulled out come off the work-order staging count and go in a work-order note. Sheet counts follow the reduction. Extra sheets return to the decal cage. They do not go into the next booking.

If staging changes shift, the incoming shift reads the work order and the issue slip before touching a piece. A verbal “follow that pile” from the last shift faces the wrong pile. Both shifts sign the work order. They sign a work-order number, not a showroom shape number.

If the buyer asks to photograph whiteware as progress, they may. The frame must show a work-order number. A pile with no tag is not this booking’s record. Progress is a hanging work order and an open bag, not a photo count.

Pull one piece after firing — face the foot ring back to this decal bag

After firing, do not film kiln-mouth scenery first. Pull one piece of this shape and turn the foot ring. The kiln number on the foot ring must equal the kiln the gate faced and the number written on the work order. If the kiln number does not face, this firing does not load a truck. Do not stand leftover ware from the next kiln in for this booking. The next kiln may be another curve.

After the foot-ring kiln number faces, face the pattern. The pattern must face the bag mark opened in the decal cage. Kiln number right, pattern wrong — write “this batch entered the right kiln; the decal is not this bag.” Do not tear a foot-ring mark off the next kiln and stick it on. That is another firing.

Pull to the work-order count, not only the pretty pieces from a showroom display. Every pulled piece walks the same trace: foot-ring kiln number → work order → decal issue slip → bag mark. If one link breaks, write which link. Do not fill that link with “Chaozhou always faces.”

The kiln number and pattern on the box or inner tray must equal this foot ring. Box says a showroom shape number, foot ring says another kiln — the opener sends it back first. If the outer carton prints the Hong Kong English name, do not print Made in Hong Kong. Origin stays China and follows the biscuit, decorating or finishing city — see China goods are not Hong Kong origin. The commercial-invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company; fields follow 141.86.

If the kiln number changes on firing day, the kiln number on the old work order is void. Whiteware still in staging is re-tagged. Pieces already decorated and not yet fired need the issue slip rewritten to the new kiln work order. Sales writing “only the kiln changed, the decal did not” as no need to reopen the bag means the foot ring faces one kiln and the pattern faces an old destination.

If the buyer wants a firing-out video, the frame faces the kiln plate, the pulled foot ring and the decal issue slip — three readable stretches in one clip. Do not film the showroom first and add “we also saw the kiln.” The showroom stretch can be cut. Cutting the foot-ring stretch means it was not pulled.

A pulled piece with a glaze pinhole, a shifted pattern or a kiln crack does not go in a box. The defect goes in a firing-out note. The count comes off the truck papers. Do not stand a sound piece from the next kiln in for the reduced count. That piece’s foot ring is another number. Sales writing “looks about the same” as a stand-in fails when opening day turns the foot ring first.

If the foot ring has no kiln number and only the box is marked, the firing-out note says “no kiln number on the foot ring; box mark faces work order XX.” When the buyer pulls a piece and only reads the foot ring, a box mark is not enough. If a stamp can be added, add it on this batch. Do not borrow a stamp from the next batch. The number on the stamp must equal the kiln the gate already faced.

If art porcelain and daily porcelain share a kiln, split the piles after firing. Layout copy writes both into Fengxi Ruyi. That is still not one truck paper. Do not face an art pattern to a daily bag. Split first, then pull. Pull which class, face which class’s bag.

If the buyer is not there on firing-out day, the plant holds the pulled piece, the work order and the issue slip in one tote. Split across three places and they will not face at night. The tote exterior writes a work-order number, not a hall number. When sales returns the next day to film, open the tote first. Do not hunt a “same style” in the showroom.

Guxiang sanitary ware does not ride this truck — what the door papers say

This daily-porcelain load does not mix Guxiang or Fengtang sanitary ware on the truck. Layout copy already splits the two classes. A toilet kiln number on daily-porcelain papers means the Shantou warehouse asks whether this container is bowls or sanitary ware first. Two trucks. Each paper writes its own kiln number and decal lot.

Door papers only write fields this booking can face: finishing work-order number, kiln number, decal lot and pattern, piece count, despatch-warehouse plate. Do not write a hall number. Do not write “porcelain-city certified.” The port name sits as load port on the bill of lading — see the export documents checklist — and does not sit in the kiln box. FOB Shantou, CIF Hamburg, EXW Fengxi warehouse — the delivery point sits on the contract, not on a decal bag mark.

If the buyer wants a warehouse address, return the actual despatch warehouse — not a showroom dock. The warehouse on the door paper and the warehouse in the video must be the same plate. The video faces the door paper and one carton foot ring, not showroom lights. If the forwarder wants a vessel and voyage and the kiln number or decal lot on the door paper is still blank, write that this booking has no door paper yet. Do not announce a release date first.

Rice bowls, plates and cups do not share one door-paper title. Shape and bag may differ. One class, one paper. If a class is missing, write that this class has not left the kiln yet. Do not write plate pieces onto a rice-bowl paper to fill carton counts.

Finance should not write a “porcelain-city certification fee” or a “ceramics-city stall fee” into the unit price as officially required. There is no site-wide official price. The membership receipt does not go into a decal bag and does not staple onto door papers. An RFQ that says “Chaozhou porcelain, any decal, HK seller” is asked first: can you walk this kiln gate and face this bag? If you cannot, reply that there is no kiln number for this booking yet. Do not quote a set price first.

Before loading, the driver takes only the door paper and cartons of this class. Showroom pull-downs, sample bowls and tour gifts do not get stuffed onto this truck. Stuff them and the Shantou warehouse will count extra shapes against the door paper. Extra pieces have no kiln number for this booking. They return to Fengxi. Do not write them onto the door paper in the cab.

Before the door closes, a copy of the door paper goes on the carton or with the driver. The original walks with finance or documents. The kiln number on the copy must still be readable. Reprint if the ink is faint. The forwarder files manifest pieces from the door paper. Paper count and packed count that disagree stop the container in the port area first — not at the kiln gate. An empty sailing is safer than announcing a release date.

Shantou or Shenzhen only writes as load port. Origin still follows the biscuit, decorating or finishing city. Do not rewrite origin as “porcelain-city showroom” because the hall sits in ceramics city. Do not print a showroom shape number as the kiln number on the outer carton. If the inquiry has not walked the gate yet, do not quote a container type first.

Door papers do not write a mould number as a kiln number. The reply note writes moulds into the chain. A mould number is for forming. A kiln number is for firing. Both may be written. Written in the wrong box, the Shantou warehouse faces the foot ring to a mould. The foot ring faces a kiln number. If the mould changed and the kiln did not, the door paper changes only the mould line. The kiln line stays.

Loading counts the door-paper pieces, not the sets booked in the showroom. The showroom quotes by set. This kiln leaves by piece. A set short a plate writes packed pieces on the door paper. Do not write “one set short a piece.” The missing piece opens another work order. Do not fill the set with a plate from the next kiln.

If the driver arrives at the door holding only a showroom delivery note, send them back for the door paper. A hall number and shape number on a showroom note will not face a foot-ring kiln number. If the warehouse receives against the showroom note, this kiln number breaks. Sales writing a kiln number in the cab does not count. The kiln number is copied from the work order the gate already faced, then written onto the door paper after the pulled piece faced. Empty lines stay empty. Do not fill them with a port name or a hall number. An empty decal lot waits for the cage issue slip. Do not announce the container sealed. If the issue slip is not back, do not close the door. Close first and add paper later, and the warehouse will not face this container. A container that will not face is not reported as packed.

Questions teams actually ask

The gate only looks at a showroom invitation, not this firing’s kiln number. Can we enter this kiln?

No. This kiln gate takes this kiln number and the finishing work order. A showroom invitation only enters the showroom. Municipal copy writes Chaozhou as China’s porcelain city — background, not this work order.

The decal bag is still sealed and whiteware is already at the kiln door. Can we fire first?

Do not fire first. Open the bag, read lot and pattern, face the work order, then decide whether this load enters the kiln. Push it in unopened and the foot ring will not face this bag after firing.

The staging lane hangs a showroom-shape photo and the work-order number is blank. Is this trolley this booking?

No. Staging hangs this work-order number. A showroom photo proves you saw a sample. It will not hang on this trolley. A blank work order means this booking is not ready.

The pulled bowl’s foot-ring kiln number matches, but the pattern does not match the bag mark. Which lot is it?

Treat it as a pattern miss. A matching kiln number only proves the right kiln. The pattern must face this decal bag. If it does not, write that this batch has no facing decal. Do not tear a mark off the next kiln.

Can a Guxiang toilet and a Fengxi rice bowl share one truck to a Shantou warehouse?

Do not mix them. Layout copy already splits Guxiang and Fengtang as sanitary ware and Fengxi Ruyi as daily and art porcelain. A toilet kiln number does not go on daily-porcelain papers. Two trucks.

Can Corpable open a kiln gate or guarantee a decal will face?

We do not open kiln gates, we do not match decals, and we do not guarantee entry. An advisor can sit with you on whether the kiln plate, the decal bag and the foot ring face this batch. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
