Bottom line:
- This week read the line board: which line this SKU sits on, and which heater or motor lot sits on which part card. MIIT’s 2023 cluster list writes “Cixi intelligent small-appliance cluster” — see MIIT SME cluster notice 2023 No. 283. A list name is not this line already scheduled.
- Municipal copy with the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Light Industrial Products and Arts-Crafts writes a joint kitchen-export base, with Longshan as the kitchen-chain core radiating outward — see the joint export-base note. A base name is not this part card. Do not invent export value or firm counts.
- This page reads which SKU faces which line and which card. Do not copy Shunde Beijiao/Ronggui who-supplies / who-assembles. Do not copy a Qingdao energy label. Ningbo-Zhoushan only decides the sailing — see the Ningbo paper. This page does not retell the terminal.
A German buyer posts two irons with almost the same shell back to Zhouxiang. One soleplate sticker says line L3, the other L5: “Which LINE is THIS SKU on? Which heater lot faces THIS SKU — not the factory gate. Do not send a catalogue page. HK invoice OK.” Sales returns an industrial-park plate, a Hong Kong PI and a series table that says Cixi can make any of them. The buyer asks whether L3 and L5 are the same name, and which part card holds this SKU’s heater lot. Sales writes a trading-company English name into the manufacturer box.
The shop says the line changed this week and the old part card can take a new SKU. Bought-in says a neighbour heater’s wattage is close enough to fit. Finance wants a “smart small-appliance cluster certification fee” in the unit price as officially required. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED will not buy a line board and will not buy this SKU’s part card.
Do not answer with “Cixi appliances can all be made.” Read which line this SKU faces on the board. How Shunde quotes a heater and Beijiao or Ronggui assembly is on the Shunde paper — a town split will not fill this line’s card. How Qingdao quotes an energy label is on the Qingdao paper — a filing number will not fill the board. How Ningbo quotes the port and who signs is on the Ningbo paper — a quay name will not fill a SKU. Origin is on China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Below reads the board — not nameplate fields, and not a threading ticket.
The SKU on the line board faces this line — not the whole plant
Hong Kong-channel sellers quoting Cixi irons, dryers, heaters or water dispensers most often get asked which line built this unit. A series name at the gate will not fill the board. Each board row is one SKU, one line number, one shift. Ask the shop which row this part number hangs on now.
The board must show this booking’s SKU on the wall or in the schedule system. An English series name on a quotation will not fill it. Sales sending “Zhouxiang can all make it” still schedules against the board’s part number. If this SKU is not on the board, do not start the unit. Blank is safer than the wrong part number.
The MIIT notice writes the Cixi intelligent small-appliance cluster into the 2023 list — see the 2023 cluster notice. The list is a regional arrangement, not an official line certificate you can buy. Do not print “cluster already certified” into the SKU box. The kitchen-base note writes Longshan as the kitchen-chain core — see the joint export-base note. A Longshan name is not this line.
Zhouxiang construction notices have carried project names such as a small-appliance hardware line — see the standard-site list. That is an engineering door plate, not this SKU already scheduled. Guanhaiwei planning-permit registers have carried household-appliance and intelligent health-appliance lines — see the Guanhaiwei permit register. A permit project name is not this part card. Both towns may have lines. This booking only accepts this row on the board.
A Hong Kong company as contract seller does not make that company the line holder. Titles are on document titles. The seller sits on the invoice. The line number sits on the board. Split the two boxes.
If the inquiry is only “Cixi iron,” ask SKU, whether a buyer brand prints, and which part number this line hangs now. Quoting a “per-unit price” before that question means opening day argues the line first. If the buyer wants OEM, confirm in writing that this SKU’s line number and the assembly licence are the same name. If the producer on a certificate and the name on the board differ, do not print the buyer brand on this unit yet.
Finance should not write a “smart small-appliance cluster certification fee” into the unit price. The list is a notice name. Line and bought-in go as contract line items, labelled as process quotes. There is no site-wide Cixi appliance official fee, and do not invent an official energy-label price.
A night shift changing lines reads this board row before starting. The last shift saying “build yesterday’s type” will face the wrong SKU. Both shifts sign the schedule row — this booking’s part number and line number, not a park nickname.
If the buyer wants a line video, the frame faces this board row, the inner mark on the unit being built, and the SKU on the part card beside it. Do not film the industrial-park gate. The gate proves you reached Zhouxiang or Longshan. It does not prove which line this SKU sits on. If the part number cannot be read in the frame, treat this unit as not yet scheduled.
Do not pull a display unit from the sample cabinet and stand it in as this booking. The display may be another line and another SKU. Sales writing “showroom same type” as pullable means opening day faces the inner mark first. The display stays in the cabinet. This booking comes off this board row.
Two SKUs on one PI split into two rows, each with its line number and plant name. Merge them as “a quantity of Cixi appliances” and the shop asks which line to start. The forwarder builds the manifest by row. If the row has no line number, do not print a series name on the carton mark to fill it.
A shared shell mould with a different heater is still two SKUs. Sales writing “same shell” as shareable-line means assembly faces wattage first. Sharing a line first changes the board. The board still writes two part numbers and two shifts. Do not write “same shell, generic.”
The part number on the inner mark, the colour box and the manual must equal this board row. An old-SKU box with a new part number on the board is treated as papers that will not face. Reprint the box the same day as the new part number. Do not run the line and fill the box later. A buyer facing the old number on the box treats this booking as the old type.
Do not mix engineering samples into the bulk carton. A sample often has no formal line number, or faces another line. Sales standing a sample in as “the same type for the buyer to see first” means opening day faces the bulk SKU. Pack the sample alone. The packing note writes sample, not this booking’s part number.
When a line hangs a neighbour type the same day, isolate work-in-progress of the old SKU. The isolation area hangs the old part number. Do not mix it with the newly hung booking. Pull one unit after a mix and the inner mark faces the wrong line. Staple the isolation list into the schedule-row note. Without a list, treat it as two SKUs and do not box yet.
If the buyer pulls a unit, you hand over: the SKU on the inner mark, the same row on the board, this unit’s off-line time, and this shift’s signature. Missing one, write that this unit has not faced a line yet. Do not peel an inner mark from the next line and stick it on. The next line is another SKU.
Do not merge a Zhouxiang plant and a Guanhaiwei plant as “one Cixi appliance factory.” The driver asks which building first. Write two names and two phones on the itinerary. A park nickname is not a licence full name. If the buyer audits L3, take them to the L3 building. If they audit L5, take them to the L5 building.
Origin stays China and follows this line’s city — see China goods are not Hong Kong origin. A Hong Kong English name may appear on the invoice and packing. It does not print as Made in Hong Kong. The commercial-invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company; fields follow 141.86.
The outer carton mark may print SKU and unit count. Do not print the neighbour type’s line number. The part number on the mark must be findable on this booking’s inner mark. A series name on the mark and a specific SKU on the inner mark means opening day asks which unit first.
Ningbo-Zhoushan only writes as load port — see the export documents checklist. A terminal name does not write onto the board. FOB Ningbo, CIF Hamburg, EXW Zhouxiang warehouse — the delivery point sits on the contract, not on the board.
The heater or motor lot sits on this SKU’s part card — not on the factory gate
A heater tube, a heater plate or a motor faces this SKU’s part card, not the factory sign. The card writes part number, bought-in licence, lot, wattage or motor type, and which line it feeds. The five characters “full appliance support” at the gate will not fill those five rows.
Copy the lot from the string on the tube, the plate bottom or the motor plate. Do not write “standing lot.” Those two words will not face an opening. If the lot is blank, do not fit the tube yet. Blank is safer than the wrong tube.
A neighbour heater with close wattage is still another card. Sales writing “they all heat” as borrowable means assembly faces watts first. A wattage change is first a SKU change. Sticking an old lot on a new part number is standing in with another unit.
Shunde writes who supplies the heater and whether the finished unit assembles in Beijiao or Ronggui — see the Shunde paper. That is another city’s town split. A Beijiao ticket number will not fill this Cixi line’s card. Qingdao writes which batch an energy label faces — see the Qingdao paper. A filing number will not fill the wattage box on the card.
If the motor is this booking’s other core part, open another row on the card. Do not squeeze it into the heater box. A fan type first locks motor type and lot. An iron type first locks the heater. Do not copy “core parts already complete” across the two classes.
If bought-in sits in one name and assembly in another, name both. The bought-in licence on the card must face the tube or the motor plate. If it does not, write that this SKU has no supplier yet. If the buyer audits bought-in, take them to that licence domicile. If they audit the line, take them to this line.
If a thermostat, steam valve or pump sits in this booking’s specification, those parts get their own incoming rows. Sales writing “Zhouxiang supplies the extras” as a reason to skip lots means opening day asks which valve first. If an extra row is blank, do not final-assemble the host yet.
Returned incoming voids the lot on the card. Do not change a date and keep using it. Staple the return note into this SKU’s remark. If the shop tops up from a neighbour lot, change the card before the line starts. Starting without a card change means a pulled unit faces the wrong lot.
If the buyer wants an incoming video, the frame faces the lot on the card, the same string on the tube or motor, and this SKU’s inner mark beside it. Do not film the warehouse gate. The gate proves stock exists. It does not prove this tube faces this SKU.
Finance should not treat bought-in as a site-wide “cluster matching official fee.” There is no such fee. Bought-in follows this booking’s contract and the supplier quote. Do not write it as an officially required fixed price.
Write the card in a language the shop can read. Mixed Chinese and English is fine. Do not translate the bought-in licence into another legal person. A mark may print on the part. The producer still writes the licence full name. A mark without a lot faces empty at opening.
Do not strip a tube from an already-built old SKU in stock and fit it on this booking’s new SKU to fill a count. A stripped tube is treated as unclear origin. Do not fit it. New tubes issue from this card row.
If a certificate faces a specific type, this booking’s SKU must be findable in the certificate annex. If it is not, write that this part number has no certificate row yet. Do not copy a neighbour certificate number onto this inner mark. How CE splits is on the CE page — that page only treats CE. CCC or an energy label is another set of papers. Do not merge them as “certification already passed.”
A laboratory report will not replace a card lot. The report proves something was sent for test. This unit wants the string on the tube. A report number printed on the inner mark faces empty when the buyer checks a lot. Do not ship a unit that faces empty.
Two lots from the same supplier arriving the same day still write two card rows. Merge them as “this week’s arrival” and assembly asks which string to fit. Both rows may start the same day. Lots do not copy across.
If the buyer names the supplier, write it onto this SKU. Spoken “same house as last time” is not a lock. If the named house changes, reopen the card and seal the old lot. Staple the seal list into the remark. Without a list, treat it as two suppliers.
When two SKUs on one PI sit in two plants, how the rows split
Zhouxiang building an iron SKU A and Guanhaiwei building a dryer SKU B may sit on one PI as two rows. They do not merge as “one Cixi appliance booking.” Each row writes SKU, plant licence, line number and bought-in lot. If a row is missing, do not book that row yet.
Carton marks print by row. An A carton does not carry a B line number. A mixed carton is two SKUs — do not seal it yet. A shared container is fine. The packing list still follows rows. Do not write “a number of Cixi cartons.”
The invoice seller may be the same Hong Kong company. The manufacturer box still splits by row. Titles are on document titles. Do not merge two plants into one English “group” name. A group name will not fill the board.
The audit walk follows rows. Audit A at A’s building and line. Audit B at B’s building. Two buildings in one day is fine. Each gate checks its own line number. Do not bring one “Cixi appliance visit letter” and expect both gates to open.
If one row is not yet on the board, do not pretend the whole PI is ready. Write that row as not scheduled. The scheduled row may ship samples first. Sales writing “the other type will be ready next week” as a reason to ship the whole booking means opening day misses a unit first.
If both plants buy heaters from the same house, the cards still split by SKU. The same supplier is not a shared lot. A and B wattages differ. Each lot faces its own card.
Customs descriptions write the specific name by row. Do not write “household appliances.” The Chinese name on the row must be findable on the inner mark. Swapped names are another page at the border. This booking first writes the rows right.
If the buyer only ordered A and the shop stuffs leftover B into the same container to fill cube, treat it as a wrong shipment. Leftover returns to B’s building. Do not write “bring a few extra.” Bill-of-lading piece count sums the rows. If the sum will not face the cartons, do not release yet.
If a Longshan cookware type mixes into this small-appliance PI, open another row and write whether it is a pan or an electric unit. The kitchen chain in the base note is not an iron. Writing “Cixi light industry” means opening day asks which carton is electric first.
If Fuhai is only another heater building on this booking, write it alone on the itinerary. A feature-park name in a news note is not this line number. The heater SKU still hangs on that building’s own board. Do not stand a Zhouxiang iron line number in for it.
After a SKU change, void the old colour box, the old inner mark and the old part card together. Staple void photos into this booking’s remark. An old box holding the new type means the buyer faces the old number on the box and treats it as a wrong shipment. The new box prints this row’s part number, not a series slogan.
If the buyer photographs a blurred inner mark at destination, first face the board and the off-line photo. Do not change the SKU to “make it round.” If the photo faces the ship-out day, treat it as transit wear. If it does not, treat it as the wrong line and recall the unit for a new mark. The recall writes SKU and line number, not “those Cixi units.”
A spare heater in the accessory bag must be the same lot as the card. An extra neighbour tube in the bag means opening day asks which tube counts. Spare count sits in the card remark. Extra tubes return to the supplier point. They are not gifts.
The SKU on the manual cover must equal the inner mark. An old-type manual with a new part number on the mark is papers that will not face. If an electronic-manual link still opens the old SKU page, change the link before shipment.
If this booking includes a gift appliance, the gift has its own row and line number. It does not borrow the host row. A gift without an inner mark is another unfinished unit. Do not stuff it into the host carton to fill a count.
If the inquiry writes wattage as “about,” reply that this booking only accepts the figure on the card. The word about will not fill a card. Quote the step you can lock. If you cannot lock it, do not write “approximately” into the PI.
Sales should not quote finance a “one-plant price.” Two plants, two row prices, each as its own process. A blended Cixi average will not face the right building on reconciliation. The Hong Kong company may issue one total invoice. The annex still follows rows.
If a Zhouxiang iron line and a Guanhaiwei dryer line share a forwarder warehouse, inbound still follows rows. If the warehouse pours both rows onto one pallet, treat it as a mixed pallet and do not strap it yet. The pallet side writes SKU and line number, not “Cixi pallet.”
If the buyer adds a heater type and a Fuhai building takes it, open a third row. A third row without a line number does not go into an iron carton. The add-on mail writes the new SKU and that building’s licence, not “make a few while you are at it.”
If the electronic board and the paper board disagree, the one that faces this booking’s off-line photo wins. If neither faces, do not box this unit yet. A board change needs a timestamp. A spoken screen change is not a schedule.
If the inner-mark printer changes ribbon and the part number prints faint, treat it as unreadable. Reprint that unit. Do not trace it with a marker. A traced mark is treated as a changed SKU at opening.
If the part card clips to a tote and the tote tips and the card falls, stop that tote first. A replacement card must copy the original lot. Do not fill “this morning’s lot, I think” from memory. Memory will not fill a card.
If incoming inspection measures one heater and the wattage will not face the card, isolate the whole lot first. The isolation ticket writes measured value and card value. Do not write “close enough to use.” Close enough will not face watts at opening.
If motor rotation sits in this booking’s specification, spin it once before final assembly. Reverse rotation is a wrong part. Do not fix it by changing a manual sentence to “reversible.” A manual will not change the motor already fitted.
Buyer-specified plug type sits on the last row of this SKU’s card. Do not stuff a neighbour EU plug into a US carton. A wrong plug is another market — do not mix-pack. The plug lot sits on the card too. Do not write only “export plug.”
The colour-box barcode must face this SKU. A scan that returns a neighbour type stops the carton. The barcode print ticket copies this board row, not a series poster. A poster number is often the display type.
Inspection pulls cartons by row, not by one sentence “a percentage of Cixi goods.” An A carton faces an A inner mark and card. A B carton faces B. A pull from the wrong row voids the report and pulls again.
If a return replaces the heater, reopen the card and write the old lot in the void box on the repair ticket. The repaired unit’s inner mark carries a repair mark. Do not stand it in as this booking’s first shipment. Mixing first-ship and repair in one carton means the buyer asks about two lots.
If a Zhouxiang night shift pulls Guanhaiwei dryer half-builds “to borrow a line for final assembly,” the borrow ticket writes two licences and two SKUs. Without a borrow ticket, treat the unit as the wrong plant. When the borrow ends, half-builds return to the original building. Do not leave them beside the iron line as this booking’s leftover.
If this booking must carry an energy label, the filing path is the Qingdao page — see the Qingdao paper. The filing number still does not fill the board as a line number. Both papers may staple into one unit. The numbers do not copy across.
If the buyer pulls one unit in Zhouxiang and one in Longshan, the itinerary writes two buildings and two SKUs, not “pull any Cixi unit.” The word any will not pull a part card back. Each pull staples its own off-line photo.
If the power cord is a third-name subcontract, add another card row. Sales writing “cords are all local” as a reason to skip the lot means opening day asks which cord first. If the cord row is blank, do not seal the host yet.
If a board row is erased and rewritten, photograph the old row into this booking. Without the old-row photo, the buyer treats the SKU as changed. A rewrite needs a time. A spoken wipe is not a rewrite.
If Zhouxiang hardware subcontract only makes a soleplate or a cover, the card writes another subcontract-licence row. Count those parts at line entry. If the count will not face, final assembly stops first. A subcontract door plate is not this line already scheduled.
Corpable can sit with you on whether this SKU faces that line and whether the part-card lot faces this unit. We do not schedule lines, we do not accept bought-in, and we do not guarantee entry. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
Questions teams actually ask
Two SKUs share a shell but the heater wattage differs. Can they run one line and share one part card?
Not by default. The board schedules by SKU, not by a shell that looks alike. A wattage change is first another part card. Sticking an old card title on a new SKU is standing in with another unit.
Zhouxiang runs SKU A and Guanhaiwei runs SKU B. Can one PI line say “Cixi small appliances”?
No. One line, one SKU, one plant, one line number. Merge them and opening day asks which unit is whose. Two rows may sit on one PI. Plant names and line numbers do not copy across.
Can a Qingdao energy-label filing number stand in as this SKU’s line number?
No. An energy label is another home-appliance page. This Cixi booking reads the line board and this SKU’s part card. Do not swap door plates.
Can a Shunde Beijiao assembly ticket fill this Cixi line’s part card?
No. Beijiao and Ronggui are another city’s who-supplies / who-assembles split. A Cixi part card writes which line this SKU sits on and which bought-in lot faces this part number. Do not swap town names.
The container sails Ningbo-Zhoushan. Can origin be written as the port?
No. The port sits as load port on the bill of lading. Origin follows this line’s city. The board does not take a quay. The invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company. How the port splits is on the Ningbo paper. This page does not retell the terminal.
Can Corpable schedule a line, accept a bought-in lot or guarantee an audit?
We do not schedule lines, we do not accept a bought-in lot, and we do not guarantee entry. An advisor can sit with you on whether this SKU faces that line and whether the part-card lot faces this unit. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
