Lock the grade before you write a number:
- They only write cheapest / best price / too high, and the spec cells are still empty. This week face the empty sentences in the original, write one shippable grade in writing, then write a number that carries that grade. The quotation lesson is How to write a quotation. That lesson does not prove a lowest number will produce a specification, and it does not lock a margin rate.
- How-to-sell writes reply soon as an interaction tip — see How to start selling. That page does not prove you must send an ungraded lowest price the same day. The response lesson is Inquiry Quick Response Rate. The lesson is a 24-hour response. It does not prove a lowest number answers the thread.
- This page is not the inquiry-stoploss handbook, and not the RFQ first screen. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED buys showcases, not a reply. This page is not legal or tax advice. Conditions follow the pages that opened on 2026-10-10.
An Italian buyer’s on-site original was one line: “Your price too high. Best price please. Need cheap.” Sales had already asked 20oz or 30oz, 500 or 5000, powder or polish. Three cells came back empty. Sales then sent USD 1.10 factory best. The floor’s 20oz powder grade cannot stand on that number. WhatsApp original: “I did not lock 20oz. Do not send a number that traps me later. HK invoice OK.” Finance wrote “1.10 already external” into this ticket’s cost sheet. Margin locked on one ungraded figure.
Operations wanted another ten cents off to look sincere. The owner wanted the lowest number first so they would not walk. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED does not fill empty spec cells, and it does not buy an official margin rate.
Who does what. Sales opens this thread in message centre and splits the original into empty spec cells. The floor locks in writing which grade can ship. Finance faces the ceiling on that grade and does not write an ungraded lowest into the cost sheet. The store lead checks the outgoing letter carries a grade. An importer who only cuts price does not owe you a deal. Corpable Marketing Limited is a Hong Kong Alibaba.com service provider, not the quote desk. Still talking and no order is inquiries without orders. The RFQ hall first screen is RFQ first screen. You replied and they went silent is buyer silent after a reply. How lead time is written is lead-time promise. Read empty specs, then a number. Do not read a script. Do not read the stop-loss handbook.
Which sentences in the original still leave spec cells empty
Open this thread in message centre. Do not open the blast box. Mark each sentence as asking a specification or only cutting price. Need cheap, best price, too high, your competitor is cheaper: price only. 20oz, 5000 pcs, powder coat, FDA: specification. A pile of price-only sentences still fills no spec cell.
Read the detail from the top: linked product, full original, the quotation you already sent, attachments. Linked is 20oz and the original never accepted it: write “link not accepted.” If your last letter already sent ungraded 1.10: write “ungraded number already out,” go to the third section on how to recover, and do not drop another version.
How-to-sell writes reply soon. Soon is pointing at which cells are empty, not a faster best price. A green response cell only proves send was clicked, not that the specification was asked. The quotation lesson writes how to write a quotation. It does not prove an unspec’d letter is a quotation.
Who splits the sentences. Sales splits. The store lead checks the split page and this thread are the same thread. Finance does not look for a “negotiation certification fee.” There is no such row. The floor does not quote capacity before the split page exists.
Staple three shots into this ticket’s clip: the original, your last letter, three to five empty spec rows. If the three do not face, do not send a new number. WhatsApp wrote I did not lock 20oz: face the empty cells first. Do not rewrite the welcome first.
If the source is an RFQ, copy empty cells from the original RFQ fields — that is the RFQ page. If the source is a showcase welcome, ask which model, one question. If the source is an ad word, whether it faces is the P4P first-week page. This page only handles this thread’s price-only cut.
A sub-account replied cheapest ok and the main account opens this thread with nothing: treat as missing. Paste the same sentence back onto this thread. A “spoken target” that lives only on personal WeChat is empty later in an order clip. A Hong Kong invoice English name is not a specification. The specification is the frozen sentence. Origin is China goods are not Hong Kong origin.
Stop: picking factory-best from the quote library before the empty cells are split. Stop: pasting a neighbour 30oz number into this thread. A neighbour is another grade. Pasted: treat as the wrong grade. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. The receipt does not prove this thread’s specification is locked.
Five empty rows are common: capacity or model, quantity grade, surface or material, certificate scope, lead-time start. All five empty: treat the number as unlocked. Two of five locked: the number may only face those two, and write the other three pending. Pending is not best price. Four letters of best price fill no row.
They only drop a competitor link, no specification. The link is a reference, not a locked grade. Merchandising opens the link and checks whether it is 20oz and the same surface. It does not face: write your link is 30oz polish, we can lock 20oz powder. It faces: they still must accept this ticket’s grade in writing. A link is not a freeze sentence.
If the original mixes Chinese and English, split on the price words they used. Do not translate it into “the customer is sincere.” Sincere is not a specification. The store lead checks the split page did not write too high as already locked.
Message centre “read” only proves they saw your last letter. Seeing ungraded 1.10 is not accepting 20oz. Read and they only reply cheaper: specs still empty. Unread: confirm the sub-account and junk rules first. Do not send a lower number to force a read.
If the attachment cell holds a drawing, the drawing is the specification — go to the next section and face the grade. A brochure or a card is no specification. Fifty brochure pages fill no capacity cell. A plant-wide certificate pack fills no ticket scope.
The left list “quoted” only proves someone clicked send, not that the specification was asked. Open the detail to split empty cells. Sales who drop another version from the list status often lock the empty cells a second time. The store lead checks the detail, not the list dot.
Three letters in a row only change the price word: high, higher, highest, specs still zero. Three letters are the same empty cells, not three deals. Finance must not write three letters as “three negotiation services.” There is no such row. How-to-sell does not write three cheaper as three lower numbers you must send.
If the original has quantity and no capacity, the quantity cell is half-locked. Half-locked is not fully locked. The number still waits on capacity. Quantity 5000 with unlocked capacity will be bitten by whichever expensive grade they pick later. Bitten: margin dies on expensive cost and cheap price.
A voice note that only says a bit cheaper is not writing. Sales transcribes it onto this thread and asks which grade. Not transcribed, not pasted: the clip has no spoken line. A number in the voice with no grade is not quoted. Do not copy it into the cost sheet. Copied: finance will treat it as the reported floor.
They only leave WhatsApp and want a spoken price. Identity still follows the on-site name. A spoken price counts only after it is written back onto this thread. Not written back: not quoted, and the grade is not locked. Written back still carries a grade. Off-site may book a time. The number and the grade still return here. How-to-sell does not write a WhatsApp spoken price as the order basis. A green response cell only proves send was clicked, not that the spoken price already carries a grade. Green and still only cutting: face the empty cells. Do not click a lower number. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. The receipt does not prove this thread’s specification is locked or that the number already carries a grade. Membership wired to the same payee also does not fill empty cells. Empty: ask the grade first.
Which one grade you write in writing before you reply with a number
The first paragraph of the reply writes only the grade you can ship: 20oz, powder, 5000 pcs, food-contact file facing this model, lead time which working-day grade. Write can lock or cannot lock. Cannot lock 500, can lock 5000: write it. Do not write any size, any finish.
The floor answers in writing first whether this grade can ship. Sales must not write can-do to keep the chat. A false grade that goes green will empty a later Trade Assurance clip. How that clip is stapled is Trade Assurance first evidence. Spoken “about a month” fills no grade — that is the lead-time page.
The quotation lesson is PX5Z53Q4. The lesson writes a quotation must be clear. It does not prove a lowest number first will make them fill the specification. How-to-sell does not audit your grade. This page does not invent “locking a grade lowers conversion” — this page does not invent a conversion rate.
Who locks the grade. The floor locks capacity and surface. The certificate admin locks the scope-page file name. Sales writes it onto this thread. The store lead checks the outgoing first paragraph has a grade. Finance must not write a number into the cost sheet before the grade is locked.
If the sample is not yet frozen, the grade writes sample freeze first or which paid-sample version. Sample policy is sample policy. Do not treat a sample arrival date as the bulk grade.
Stop: writing USD xx while the grade is still empty. Stop: the grade writes 20oz and the number is calculated on 30oz. Two rows are not one. Stop: using “standard model” as the grade. Standard model does not face a floor part number.
Writing exists only in this thread’s reply box. A blast-box or shortcut-library “factory price” is not a written grade. Send from this thread. Follow the original language. English back in English. Do not mix Chinese and English and attach a company intro.
If they reply OK without choosing 20 or 30, the grade is still unlocked. Ask one more sentence: which capacity to lock. Do not treat OK as 20oz. Two letters of OK fill no capacity cell.
If this grade needs tooling or a plate, write tooling as its own line facing that grade. Do not bury it in the unit price without saying so. Hidden: treat the price as facing empty, and the grade as not written. A deposit that is not yet in Trade Assurance is deposits. This page only writes whether that row sits in the grade.
If they did not ask port or term, the grade may write EXW or FOB which port, freight attached separately. How a freight annex is split is the RFQ freight page; an inquiry must not paint “cut freight if not enough.” Cutting freight fills no specification. This page does not invent an official must-FOB.
Write the certificate scope-page file name into the grade. No file: write cannot do this cert on 20oz. Do not write “we can arrange any certification.” Any will be treated as already locked into the price. BSCI and ISO sit on other pages. This page only asks whether that sentence sits in the grade.
After the grade is written, merchandising reads it aloud: capacity, quantity, surface, certificate, lead time. Sales must not change cannot to can before that read. Changed: treat as a false grade. A false grade is worse than empty.
If a Hong Kong company is the seller, the grade writes where the goods are made. Hong Kong only: they will treat shipment as Hong Kong, and later documents will empty. Titles sit on the document-titles page.
If an auto-reply already sent a welcome, the lock-grade letter does not start from the welcome. Start from 20oz powder 5000 pcs. A welcome counts as response. It does not lock a grade.
A lock-grade letter allows three paragraphs. Paragraph one: the grade. Paragraph two: the number, or “number after you confirm this grade.” Paragraph three: one question, confirm this grade? A fourth of plant history stops. Attach only one page that faces this grade. Attach fifty pages: they will treat the grade as unseen.
The floor writes on a work order or a scheduling note, not a group emoji. A group “no problem” fills no 5000 pcs 20oz. Merchandising copies the floor original onto this thread, file name dated. Surface dropped in the copy: treat the grade as unlocked. If the certificate admin is out that day and the scope page is empty, the grade writes cert pending. Either no number, or the number writes cert not included. Including a certificate not yet issued will eat margin later.
They want “a range first.” A range still carries a grade: 2.20–2.60 at 5000 20oz powder. Ungraded 1–2 dollars: they will grab 1. Grab 1 is the lock. If finance’s floor is 2.20, the range must not sit below it. A low edge below the floor is treated as the reported lowest.
How the number is written so margin is not locked
The number appears only in paragraph two, and it must carry the grade: USD 2.40 / pc at 5000 pcs 20oz powder, valid to which day. Do not write 1.10 best, factory price, or depends. Depends fills no unit price. Ungraded 1.10 enters their buying memo and later locks you to that figure.
Finance first gives this grade’s floor in writing. Sales must not go below it. A below-floor number once sent will be screenshotted into this ticket’s cost sheet. A screenshot on the site is treated as quoted. Quoted ungraded or below floor: stop further drops, send a written correction: previous number was not locked to a spec, number below is 2.40 at 5000 20oz powder. They may still grab the old number. That is why the first send already carries a grade.
The quotation lesson does not lock a must-quote-lowest. How-to-sell does not audit margin. This page does not invent a margin rate, and does not invent “ten cents off raises conversion by x.” Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. It does not buy an official lowest price.
Who prices. Finance locks the floor and the currency. The floor locks whether this grade can ship at that number. Sales writes paragraph two. The store lead checks the number sits next to a grade. If the three rows do not face, hands leave send.
Write valid to which day. An expired price must not stay on this thread as still doable. They cut with expired 1.10: write valid expired, current is 2.40 at locked spec. Do not drop again to round the old number.
Stop: three ungraded prices on the same screen. Stop: writing 0 as a placeholder. A placeholder is treated as the reported lowest. Stop: burying sample cost in the unit price without saying so. Buried: treat the grade as not written.
Currency follows the original. Original USD: do not quote RMB and let them convert. Who bears the rate is not invented here. A conversion table is not a specification attachment.
If they finally give a target, write can or cannot against the locked grade. Cannot do the target: write cannot do 1.10 at 20oz powder 5000, can do 2.40. Do not leave the cell empty hoping they only look at an attachment. Empty: treat the price as facing empty, and easy to read as defaulting to their target.
If they only throw “the competitor is lower,” ask for a written spec grade. Grades do not face: do not drop. Grades face: still follow finance’s floor. Floor cannot do it: write cannot match that number on this spec. Do not write “we will apply internally.” Internally apply is often read as a lower number coming.
If you write quantity steps, every step carries a specification. 500 pcs and 5000 pcs are not the same number, and not automatically the same surface. Steps without a specification: they will lock bulk to the cheapest step.
Tooling and plate fees sit on their own lines. Own lines keep margin out of the row they are cutting. Buried: they cut a fake unit that already holds tooling, and your margin dies first.
Trade Assurance later reads this thread’s number and grade. A lower number on WeChat is two sets in the clip. Two sets empty Complaint Center later. Off-site may book a time. The number still returns here.
The ads account must not add budget for this thread. Added budget does not buy a specification. P4P first week is another page. This page stops at a number that carries a grade.
Finance must not write a “script optimisation fee” into the unit price. There is no store-wide official reply price. Sales must not send the floor screenshot to the buyer. The floor is an internal lock, not a selling point.
Four anchors must sit next to the number: currency, unit, quantity grade, spec grade. Missing one, they can lift the figure as the lowest. Lifted: a correction costs more than two extra words then. Validity is a fifth anchor if you can write it. Cannot write a date: at least write this number faces the grade above. Faces is more useful than best.
Finance copies the outgoing graded number into this ticket’s cost sheet, file name inquiry id and date. An old ungraded figure must not stay in the sheet as still doable. Left in: the floor will schedule to the old figure. Scheduled: margin dies on the old figure. The store lead checks the sheet and paragraph two are the same row.
They want “unit price first, specification later.” Reply one sentence: spec first, number second. Unit price first is the lock this page is written to stop. Do not round it with “we can start on this.” Starting on this pre-spends margin on an unlocked grade.
They still only cut price and give no spec: which day you stop
After the lock-grade question goes out, wait one working window. The window follows their time zone. Do not follow a group “must be seven letters.” Inside the window they still only write cheaper / best price and add no specification: stop new numbers. One more sentence only: which spec to lock, 20oz powder 5000 or not. Still no reply: close price follow-up on this thread.
Closing follow-up is not deleting the thread. Later the same mailbox wants bulk: pull the old thread and the ungraded-number correction first. Do not treat them as new and send a lower ungraded price. An ungraded price locks margin a second time.
How-to-sell’s reply soon is not a lower number every day. The response lesson does not prove another drop raises a star. Green and still only cutting: stop the number first, do not click send again.
If they now give a specification and still only cut, with no target, move to the quote close on the inquiries-without-orders page. This page stops at “no specification, no drop.” If they were never found and the inquiry is a random tap, go back to the three search cells. If they arrived on a wrong ad word, go to P4P first week and stop that word.
As of 2026-10-10, the quotation lesson, how-to-sell, and the response lesson that opened are used only to say what each page proves and what it does not. A redesigned page follows its then-current text. This page is not legal or tax advice. This page does not invent a margin rate, a conversion rate, how many drops you must make, or an official lowest price.
Who: sales splits empty cells and writes the grade, the floor locks whether it can ship, finance locks the floor, the store lead checks the outgoing number carries a grade. How: split the empty sentences, write one grade, send a number that carries a grade and a validity, stop new numbers after the window. Why: margin locks when an ungraded lowest leaves first, not because sincerity was short. Corpable Marketing Limited can sit with you on the empty cells. We do not reply. We do not guarantee a deal.
Who must not keep going: the ads account must not add budget for this thread; finance must not write an “unclosed-deal activation fee” into the unit price; the owner must not demand a lower ungraded number every day. Changing the number is not locking a grade. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED does not fill empty spec cells.
The clip keeps four screens: original price-only lines, the empty-cell split page, the lock-grade letter, the graded-number letter. Missing one, next week no one knows which number already left. Exit handover writes who may send a number. No list: a new salesperson does not send an ungraded price and does not paste a neighbour 1.10.
If a query page redesigns, the replacement is only the then-current screen. Do not hand-write “I remember we quoted the lowest.” Remember does not face a grade. If they already cite an old ungraded number, only a written correction that carries a grade is allowed. Another drop to round it is a second lock.
The stop-follow-up sentence goes from this reply box. Sentence one repeats the grade you can lock. Sentence two asks whether they lock that grade. No third plant history. No fourth best price. Two sub-accounts must not each send a number. They will treat two margins. Only one grade and one number stay on this thread.
If a sample already shipped and they only cut the bulk price, face the sample thread’s waybill and freeze sentence first — that is the sample page — then return here and see whether the bulk grade moved. Moved: void the number and lock again. Not moved: write the number against the old grade. Do not treat an ungraded lowest as a thank-you because the sample left. Thank-you in the cost sheet kills margin first.
This page, RFQ, stop-loss, and buyer-silent can be three letters from the same buyer. The cells are not the same set. RFQ empty fields follow nine cells; price-only follows four sections; silence follows a rewritten letter. Mixed clips send a number from the wrong cell. Apart, you know whether to stop the number or fill the specification.
After you stop the number, the ads account must not add this thread to remarketing. Remarketing buys the same person who only cuts. Finance must not write a closed follow-up as a bad-debt line to collect an “activation fee.” The owner must not demand a new mailbox and another ungraded price. A new mailbox is not a new specification. A new salesperson first reads the four screens, then speaks. No four screens: the mouth may only ask the grade, not send a number.
How the window is counted: the time this thread’s header shows the lock-grade question left, plus one working day in their country. Friday afternoon to Germany: the window crosses the weekend. Inside the window they only reply an emoji or cheaper: treat the grade as unlocked. An emoji is not 20oz. This page does not invent an official “must reply on the weekend.” How-to-sell’s four hours is interaction copy, not an ungraded-price deadline.
Who: sales splits empty cells, writes the grade, sends a graded number; the floor locks ship or not; the certificate admin locks the file name; finance locks the floor and the validity; the store lead checks this thread’s four screens. How: empty cells first, grade in writing first, number second and graded, stop after the window. Why: what locks margin is the ungraded lowest that left first, not a hard mouth on their side. Corpable does not reply for you, does not guarantee a deal, and can sit with you on which cell is still empty.
The same mailbox, a new person, still only cutting: still read the old thread. Do not treat them as new. The old thread has ungraded 1.10: written correction that carries a grade first, then talk. A new number without the correction is two sets. Two sets: treat as locked. If the new person locks 20oz powder 5000 in writing, rewrite the number against the new grade and finance’s floor. The void of the old ungraded figure still stays on this thread.
After follow-up stops, the floor must not stage material on a spoken “might close.” Might close is not a freeze sentence. Staged: cost already left, and they can still refuse to lock a grade. Finance must not write staged material as a must-drop to clear stock. Clearing stock is another grade. It needs another thread and another lock. Another thread still carries a grade. Do not write a clearance price back onto this thread as the bulk price.
How warm the script sounds fills no capacity cell. A warm ungraded lowest hurts margin more than a cold graded number. The store lead accepts only whether the four screens are complete, not whether the letter sounds warm. Complete: this page is done. Incomplete: stop the number. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED does not fill empty cells, and it does not hold margin for you.
Questions teams actually ask
Can the inquiries-without-orders page be how I reply to a price-only ticket?
Do not paste it here. That page is stop-loss while a deal is still being talked. This page is they only cut price and the spec cells are still empty. Lock one grade, then write a number. If talk continues and still no order, go to that page.
Can the RFQ first-screen page be the steps for a price-only inquiry?
No. That page is the RFQ hall first screen. This page is this message-centre thread that only replies with a price. RFQ follows that page. This thread follows empty specs, then a number.
The quotation lesson writes how to write a quotation. Should I send the lowest number so they stay?
The lesson writes how to write a quotation. It does not prove a lowest number will produce a specification, and it does not lock a margin rate. A lowest number with empty specs will lock later orders to that figure.
How-to-sell writes reply soon. Must I send a number the same day?
Reply soon to the empty spec questions, or to a number that already carries a grade. That page does not prove you must send an ungraded lowest price the same day, and it does not lock how many times you may reply.
They say your price is too high and still give no target. Do I drop another version?
First see whether the spec grade is locked. Not locked: do not drop. Locked and still no target: move to the quote close on the stop-loss page. This page does not invent how many drops you must make.
Can Corpable reply for us or guarantee margin is not locked?
We cannot reply, and we cannot guarantee. Corpable Marketing Limited is a Hong Kong Alibaba.com service provider, not the quote desk. An advisor can sit with you on which spec cell is still empty. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
