Bottom line:

  • This week lock three lines: this unit’s hair grade, lace type, and whether the bundle lot faces this finished wig. The city office writes hair goods as one of ten clusters, with fibre hair, wigs and new fibres in the direction text — see the ten-cluster cultivation plan. Plan names sit in the background. Do not invent output or household counts.
  • Fairs and runways are for viewing. The 2025 sourcing fair is written at China (Xuchang) International Hair Goods Market — see the hair-goods sourcing-fair note. The wig on the stage will not fill this lot.
  • Do not rewrite this as “stall versus factory.” What stalls this booking is grade and lace that will not face this unit. Yiwu consolidator talk will not stick — see the Yiwu paper.

A US buyer posts a opened lace wig back to Xuchang: “Remy, 13×4 Swiss lace, lot must face THIS unit — not the runway wig. Grade and lace on the confirmation. HK invoice OK.” Sales returns a market aisle, a runway and a Hong Kong PI: “Xuchang source, any grade, same as the stage.” The buyer asks which grade this unit is, which lace type and lot, and whether the bundle number faces this wig. Sales copies the runway style number into the manufacturer box.

Ventilation says the lace roll changed this week and the old bundle lot can be retitled. The bundle cage says Remy and ordinary human hair are not one bin. Finance wants a “wig-capital certification fee” in the unit price as officially required. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED will not buy a grade and will not buy a lace lot number.

Do not answer with “Xuchang hair can all pass.” Lock grade, lace type and bundle lot. Jian’an copy writes a “wig capital” — see the Jian’an cluster note. The title does not go in the grade box. Origin is on China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Below follows which grade, which lace, which bundle.

Which hair grade this unit locks — not the three words “Xuchang hair”

Hong Kong-channel sellers quoting Xuchang fashion wigs, closures, extensions or training heads most often get asked the grade first. Human hair still splits: Remy or not, chemically untreated or not, length and colour. Fibre is another grade. Ask the plant which grade this unit locks.

Reply in full sentences: “Contract seller is the Hong Kong company; grade is which human-hair class or fibre; length and colour; the licence that ventilated. Do not write ‘Xuchang hair, any grade.’”

The cultivation plan writes fibre hair, wigs and new fibres as adjustment directions. A direction name is not this unit’s grade. Writing “move upscale” into the grade box does not help; the buyer who opens the box looks at this hair.

The ventilation mail for grade: “Please reply in writing: this grade; bundle lot number; whether length and colour still hold. A runway photo is not enough.”

The three-year manufacturing action writes hair goods and light textiles as a traditional-upgrade class — see the manufacturing high-quality development action. Do not write the action name into the PI as already certified.

A Hong Kong company as contract seller does not make that company the grade authority. Titles are on document titles. Commercial-invoice fields follow 141.86. Split the seller box from the grade box.

If the inquiry only says “Xuchang hair,” ask human or fibre, and whether lace is required. Quoting a “per-wig price” before that question means opening day will argue the grade first.

Lock three lines on the confirmation before you price: hair grade (which human-hair class or fibre); length and colour; lace type. If one line is missing, leave the unit price blank. Writing the three words “Xuchang hair” into the description is not what the carton faces. The carton faces those three lines.

Which lace type and lot — not the wig on the runway

What stalls a Xuchang carton is rarely “no hair in the city.” It is a lace type that will not face this net. Do not invent material fees or fines.

Ask for three papers side by side: lace type (13×4, 4×4, full lace), lace-roll lot, and this ventilation work order. If the three lines disagree, do not lock a unit price. Sales writing “same as the stage” does not help; the buyer reads these three lines.

Swiss, French or HD thin lace — write the name into the confirmation. Do not write only “lace.” Transparency, strength and knot spacing differ. A verbal “all lace” will not fill this unit.

The ventilation mail for lace: “Please reply in writing: this lace type; roll lot; net size; whether it has been issued to this unit. A photo of the runway wig is not enough.”

The fair note names fashion wigs, craft wefts, training hair, extensions, closures and bundles. Classes can share a hall. This booking locks one class. If you cannot explain a training head, keep it off the fashion-lace PI.

Finance should not write a “market certification fee” into the unit price. Market and fair are for viewing. Lace, ventilation and finishing go as contract line items, labelled as material or process quotes, not an official grade price. There is no site-wide Xuchang wig official fee.

Do not write “International Hair Goods Market stall …” in the manufacturer box. A stall finds the viewing aisle, not a ventilation gate. Ventilation goes to the ventilation licence domicile; the bundle cage goes to the cage licence. If both must be audited, book two days.

Does the bundle lot number face this finished wig

Hair leaves a cage and is ventilated onto this net. The lot number must trace back. If the buyer pulls one unit, you must show which bundle it faces. If you cannot, write that this unit has no bundle lot yet.

Do not cover this booking with leftover hair from the next unit. The next unit may be another grade or colour. Sales writing “the cage is all Remy” into the unit price fails when a spot check opens a bundle and asks for the tie number.

Bundles in one name, ventilation in another — name both. Manufacturer follows the step that conferred origin. Walk the bundle cage if the buyer asked for hair; walk ventilation if they asked for the net.

Development-zone copy writes a national foreign-trade upgrade base (hair goods) and names human hair, fibre and wig series — see the development-zone hair-goods revitalisation plan. A base name is not this tie number.

Inner label and outer box must share one set of grade, colour and lace type. Remy on the box and fibre on the inner label fails at opening. Change the three places once. Do not seal the box and add the inner label later.

The bundle-cage mail: “Please reply in writing: this bundle lot number; grade and colour; which ventilation work order it was issued to. A market door plate is not enough.”

If the buyer pulls one unit, you must face the tie number from this unit’s inner label or the stitch mark on the lace edge. If you cannot, write that this unit has no facing bundle. Do not tear a mark off the next unit and stick it on — that is another tie.

Do not put fibre and human hair on one confirmation without a split page

The plan writes fibre and human-hair directions apart. You can share a container. You cannot merge the grade into one unit. One class, one attachment. If a class is missing, write that this class is not ready.

Extensions, closures and full-lace units use different inspection units. Extensions count by bundle or pack; full heads count by unit. Both units on one confirmation without a split page make shortage arguments about missing bundles versus missing heads.

A colour or length step is a possible new bundle lot first. Name in writing whether this booking is still the same tie. If it is not, write that this grade has no hair yet.

An RFQ that says “Xuchang wig, any grade, HK seller” is split first by which grade you can lock. Quote the grade you can lock. Cut what you cannot explain, then price.

Change grade or lace — do not retitle the old lot as this unit

Ordinary human hair to Remy, or 13×4 to full lace, means this unit changed. The old runway style number is another wig. Writing “only the net changed” as no need to re-lock will fail when the box faces the lace edge first.

If the sample left a fair booth or the runway and bulk comes off a ventilation work order, the two lots must be explainable. A booth address is not a bulk bundle lot. Write where the sample was taken and which tie bulk faces.

If the test report’s applicant is a trading house, the sample came from ventilation, and the invoice seller is the Hong Kong company, the three names must be explainable. Lots that do not face each other are no report. Opening a store does not run a test.

Before this booking leaves, sales faces five papers: written grade; lace type and roll lot; bundle lot number; ventilation licence; inner and outer marks as one set. If one is missing, write which one. Do not announce a release date first.

Zhengzhou goes on the waybill, not in the grade box

A Hong Kong company can invoice, Xuchang can ventilate, Zhengzhou or Qingdao can ship — all three at once. Airport or port on the waybill is not origin and is not a grade. How Qingdao quotes a sailing is on the Qingdao paper — appliances and a port, not this wig.

FOB Zhengzhou, CIF Los Angeles, EXW Xuchang warehouse — three terms, three delivery points. Do not write “we deliver in Xuchang” as “we deliver at the airport” without naming the warehouse. Export papers are on the export documents checklist.

If the buyer wants a warehouse address, return the actual despatch warehouse — not a market unloading aisle. Name which warehouse the packing video was shot in. The video should show this work order and this unit’s inner label.

If the outer carton prints the Hong Kong English name, do not print Made in Hong Kong. Do not print a runway style number as the bundle lot.

Finance should not write a “wig-capital certification fee” or a “fair stall fee” into the unit price as officially required. There is no site-wide official price. The membership receipt does not go into the grade pack.

Questions teams actually ask

Can the runway wig at a sourcing fair stand in as this booking’s hair grade?

No. The runway proves you saw a sample. This booking locks grade, lace type and bundle lot. Municipal copy writes Jian’an as a “wig capital” and the fair at the international hair-goods market — viewing and trade, not this unit’s lot.

Last Remy bundle lot — this booking changed the lace. Can we retitle it?

Not by default. A lace change often moves the net lot and sometimes the hair usage. Grade, lace type and bundle lot must face this unit. Retitling an old lot is standing in with another wig.

Can fibre and human hair sit on one confirmation without a split page?

Do not. The city’s cluster plan writes fibre hair, wigs and new fibres as different directions. You can share a container. You cannot merge the grade into one unit. If you cannot explain the fibre grade, keep it off this PI.

Bundles in one plant, lace in another, ventilation in a third — who is the manufacturer?

Manufacturer follows the step that conferred origin; name all three. Walk the step the buyer asked to see. Merging three names as “one Xuchang wig factory” means the driver asks ventilation or the bundle cage first.

Zhengzhou is easier to fly. Can origin be written as the airport?

No. The airport or port appears on the waybill. Origin follows the ventilation or bundle city. The grade box does not take a runway. The invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company.

Can Corpable grade hair, inspect lace, or guarantee entry?

We do not grade hair, we do not inspect lace, and we do not guarantee an audit or entry. An advisor can sit with you on grade, lace type and whether the bundle lot faces this unit. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
