Open this Trade Assurance order’s detail. Read the payment-status cell.
- Unpaid: do not start material, do not click shipped. Chase on this order’s on-site thread, facing the order number. How-to-sell writes Trade Assurance as protection from payment through delivery — see How to start selling. That page does not write unpaid as must-ship, and it does not give you an official chase day.
- The buyer story writes the online order and on-site talk as the handling base — see Trade Assurance buyer story. It does not prove placed equals paid. The dispute door is Trade Dispute. Unpaid has not opened a dispute. Do not draft a defence first.
A Warsaw catering wholesaler’s on-site original at 16:40 Friday: “I placed the Trade Assurance order for 34cm silicone spatula, 3000 pcs, red. Waiting payment from accounts. Do not produce yet. I did not lock black.” Sales had already dropped the order number into the floor group. Merchandising wrote a material ticket. Order detail payment status was still unpaid. Buyer WhatsApp Monday: “Accounts is slow. Ship next week anyway. HK invoice OK.” Finance booked “TA order placed” as cash in.
The two words “placed” do not fill the payment cell. Membership paid to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED does not turn unpaid into paid by itself, and it does not buy an official credit day. Corpable Marketing Limited does not chase for you, and does not guarantee funds this week.
The day the order opens, staple the clip: order just opened. A deposit not yet inside Trade Assurance: deposit first or not. A chargeback already happened: chargeback dispute. How to place a first TA bulk: first TA bulk. Below only this: the order is there, the money is not in the platform payment cell.
What the payment status on the order page actually writes
My Alibaba → Orders, or the Trade Assurance order list. Search this 34cm spatula ticket by order number. Open detail. Copy four cells into this ticket’s clip: payment status, amount, validity, ship-to. Sales remembering “they already placed,” merchandising trusting a group ping “we can start,” neither replaces this screen.
The list’s “to handle” sometimes sits awaiting-payment and awaiting-shipment in one colour. Open the cell. Do not translate the list chip yourself. Awaiting payment is money not in. Awaiting shipment is money in, goods not clicked out. Fuse the two into “the order is moving” and the floor will start red handles as cash received.
A sub-account can see the inquiry and cannot see this order. The main-account order detail governs. Sub-account says there is no order: main account must search the number again. Not found: write the numbers do not face. Do not chase with the inquiry number as if it were the order number.
The buyer story writes the online order as the handling base. That page does not prove a screenshot of the “placed” cover equals paid. Cover and contract seller name must face the Hong Kong entity. They do not: fix the order remark first. Still treat as unpaid.
English menu: Awaiting payment. Chinese menu: 待付款. Same cell, two names. The shop lead has the duty desk copy the then-current menu name on the clip cover. Someone only cropped the list thumbnail. The orange dot on the thumbnail was read as paid. An orange dot is not the payment cell.
Polish accounts asked for a payment link Tuesday from another mailbox. Write the link back on this ticket’s thread, with the same order number. A new mailbox opens a new chat. They bookmark a link with no order number. They pay and it will not face this 34cm.
The order line writes silicone spatula 34cm red. The inquiry attachment is a 28cm ladle. Line and attachment do not face: stop chasing the amount at the unpaid stage. Ask on-site which line governs. Chase the wrong line’s money and a credit will not face the goods.
Same buyer, two orders: spatula unpaid, cutting board paid. The chase thread must carry the unpaid order number. Chase under the paid one and they will reply already paid — they mean the board.
Main account can see the payment cell. The salesperson can only see the inquiry. “I can see the order” — seeing the inquiry is not seeing payment. Duty must be able to open the order detail. Cannot open: only allowed to say the main account will check the payment cell.
Validity less than a day left. Chase payment, not a lead-time change. Changing lead time does not fill the countdown. Countdown gone: treat as expired. Do not let the floor open the mill in the last hour.
Awaiting payment and awaiting shipment are not the same cell
Payment cell not credited: even if the ship button lights, it is not asking you to click. How-to-sell talks from payment through delivery. Unpaid is still before payment. Click shipped and the lead-time window starts on the day you clicked. The money is still outside.
The validity cell already past: the order may close or become unpayable. Keep chasing “please pay soon” after expiry and they open a dead ticket. Read whether validity is still there. Gone: ask whether they will place a new one. Do not keep chasing a dead ticket.
Amount does not face the inquiry’s 3000 pcs. Inquiry wrote 3000. Order wrote 500. Chase a 3000 balance and they will say the ticket only has 500. Chase the order amount. Write the gap as a separate note on this thread.
Red 34cm and black 34cm as two orders: read the payment cells apart. One paid, one not: only the paid one may talk material. Fuse them into “the spatula order is paid” and the unpaid red will leave the floor first.
Part paid, order still shows payment incomplete. The platform cell governs. A bank slip for a partial credit goes into a note. It does not staple as paid. Start 3000 sets on incomplete payment and the extra is your own stock.
They send a payment-page screenshot. The screenshot is the card network waiting. Waiting is not paid. Reply on-site: wait for the payment cell to change. Treat the screenshot as progress and the afternoon fail becomes “you already received.”
Night shift gets Ship next week anyway. Face the payment cell copied into the clip that day first. Cell empty: night may only repeat the unpaid fact. Night may not click shipped. Click it and the window starts on your click. The money is still outside.
Merchandising wrote the unpaid ticket into this week’s schedule. The header says “TA already placed.” Leave the table and the mill or the press will occupy a slot as cash in. Change the table before anyone speaks. Placed is not paid.
Who clicks cancel: main account, or a sales manager with order rights. A verbal cancel from sales does not count. Click, crop one screen, staple it. No crop and someone will chase the dead ticket again next week.
Chase on this ticket’s on-site thread
Open message centre, or the thread tied to the order. First sentence carries order number, 34cm, red, 3000 pcs, payment status unpaid. Do not open a new “friendly reminder.” A new thread will not face this ticket when they handle it.
They wrote Do not produce yet. Pull back the material ticket in the floor group. Write the pull-back on-site too: “we will not start red 34cm until this order shows paid.” Change WeChat only and the clip still holds the old start notice.
A green response cell only proves someone clicked send. A welcome-note “dear customer please pay” still greens the cell. The payment cell is still empty. The shop lead checks whether the send record carries the order number. No order number: treat as this ticket was not chased.
How-to-sell writes reply soon. Reply soon is one fact facing the payment cell, not three letters a day. Three letters a day do not fill the cell. They will mark the thread as harassment.
Sales collects an “intent fee” on a personal code. An intent fee is not the Trade Assurance payment. Collect it and a later dispute still shows unpaid while you already occupy the goods. If that path must run, stop this ticket’s material first and write on-site: this is not the Trade Assurance payment.
They want a draft invoice on an unpaid ticket. Amounts on a draft invoice lock outward. Lock the amount unpaid and a later quantity change will bite that draft. You may send the order-page crop, or write still unpaid, no commercial invoice until paid.
The Warsaw buyer replies waiting payment. Warsaw accounts open a mail asking for Revolut. A Revolut credit does not cover this ticket’s payment cell. Copy one line of the accounts mail back onto this thread, same order number. Two channels each telling their own story and the weekly report will invent two “should have arrived.”
The shop lead scores “TA orders this week.” The count includes unpaid. Unpaid must sit on its own line. Drop unpaid into closed deals and the floor will start material as closed. Closed must face the payment cell paid.
A new salesperson takes over: open the order detail before they speak. No screen: they may only say this order still shows unpaid. They may not promise ship tonight. If they did, write the take-back on this thread.
A private credit does not cover Trade Assurance unpaid
Finance received a corporate credit Monday. The amount is close to this ticket. The bank slip may go into the company receipt file. Stapling it onto this ticket as “TA paid” is not allowed. The platform payment cell is still unpaid. Protection has not started.
They write I paid to your HSBC, please ship. Reply on-site: pay inside this ticket, or send the platform status screen back. Finance here opens the order-detail payment cell, not another line in the bank app.
A deposit off-site sits on the deposit page. This ticket is the Trade Assurance order. Do not staple the two as “already complete.” Complete must face the payment cell.
A membership receipt covers even less. Membership goes on the membership spine. Unpaid goes on this ticket’s spine. Mix them and the weekly report will write “membership is paid so the order should ship.” Should is not the payment cell.
Finance wants unpaid as accounts receivable in the month. Internal books may. Outward and the floor still follow the payment cell. Internal books do not cover platform unpaid, and they do not cover the material risk.
They crop an mBank slip to the amount only. No payer name. Close is not this 34cm. Reply on-site: full slip or platform status. Staple a cropped image as paid and the afternoon recon will face the other cutting-board ticket.
The Hong Kong corporate account took a credit. The memo writes spatula. The memo is what they typed. The platform cell is still empty. A memo does not fill protection. Protection starts when the payment cell turns paid.
Someone suggests shipping half “to show goodwill.” Half the goods leave, the payment cell is still empty, and in a dispute you already performed half while the money is outside. Goodwill does not fill the cell. Unpaid: the whole ticket stops.
Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. The receipt does not cover this 34cm as paid. An advisor on the page only reads the payment cell, validity, and whether the thread already locked a ship date. Locked: take it back first. We do not chase. We do not guarantee a credit.
Lead time has not started — the floor does not start material
The order writes 25 days. Which day it counts from sits on the order page, not in a sales mouth. Start red-handle silicone unpaid and the resin sits on the line. Black may still be what they want. Red becomes stock.
Their original: I did not lock black. The order line already writes red: wait on red, wait on payment. Sales must not look easy and have the floor start half red, half black. Half and half is two lots of unpaid risk.
A material ticket must copy the order number and the payment status. Status unpaid: the ticket does not leave. It left: the shop lead pulls it the same day. Write the pull-back on this thread so they do not think you already started.
The ad account is still buying silicone spatula. An unpaid ticket is not a reason to raise budget. The word is live, the money is not in. What clicks in is a new inquiry, not this ticket’s payment.
Monday you find last week already started 800 red handles. Payment cell still empty. Those 800 are stock. Do not write them as “in process on the TA order.” In process in the order remark and they will treat you as already performing. Performance counts after payment.
The mill changes colour Wednesday at six. The red handles want that window. The window faces an unpaid ticket. The floor lead asks whether to run it anyway — “we will have to make them.” No. Anyway is a sales feeling, not the payment cell.
The resin cage stacked two pallets as “the Warsaw ticket.” The stack ticket has the order number and no payment status. The cage picks by number, not by paid. The material-ticket template needs a payment-status column. No column and the cage will keep stacking.
The black 34cm tool is in repair this week. Sales fears lead time and wants red first “so at least we have goods.” Red is not their only locked colour, and it is not paid. Repair belongs to another ticket. Unpaid red does not fill that hole.
QC pulled a 34cm red handle as a first piece. The first-piece report wrote this ticket’s order number. Once the report exists, merchandising treats the job as started. An unpaid first piece is an internal trial. Do not send the report onto this thread. Send it and they treat you as already performing.
They say they will pay next week — what the order remark writes
Waiting payment from accounts, Accounts is slow: neither is the payment cell. Copy the original into the order remark and the on-site thread, with the date. The remark writes “they said next week by mouth.” It does not write “payment day confirmed Friday.” Friday locks a day outward. How-to-sell does not lock that Friday for you.
They want a shorter lead time to look sincere. Shorten the calendar while the money is not in and you traded a date for unpaid. A later lead-time page will read the date on the order page. Shorten it unpaid and a later dispute bites the short day.
Ship next week anyway. On-site only allows: ship date after the payment cell credits. Anyway does not fill the cell. Write it into the floor group and you locked ship outward.
The same next-week line twice, third round still no platform change: staple both originals and the payment-cell crop for the shop lead. Lead still sees unpaid: stop material, decide whether to keep chasing.
They add I will pay after I see the PI. PI sits on another page. At unpaid you may send the order-page crop, or write still unpaid. Send a PI that already prints amount and 25 days and those two lock outward.
Someone wrote the remark “waiting Warsaw HQ approval.” HQ approval is not the payment cell. Approval may still go off-site. The remark only copies original and date. Do not translate it into an internal process name. Translate it wrong and next week’s handoff chases shipment as “already approved.”
They push payment onto “our accountant is on leave.” Leave may go in the remark. Leave does not fill the countdown. Validity still there: keep reading the cell. Validity gone: treat as expired. Do not change your material for their holiday.
Sales wrote in the remark “we know them, last time they paid after.” Last time is another ticket, paid or not, in another clip. Familiar does not cover this ticket unpaid. A familiar buyer unpaid still stops material.
HK invoice OK is not a payment instruction. The Hong Kong invoice letterhead may face. The money may still be off the platform. Letterhead facing makes finance bind a corporate credit to this ticket. Bind only after the payment cell.
Which day to stop chasing, which sentence writes the close
Validity gone: stop chasing a dead ticket. Ask them to place a new one. Close the old one with the then-current order-page state, or wait for the system. This note does not invent a must-close day. The shop lead reads validity and two empty replies, then stops the chain chase.
They reply cancel, I will place later. Someone with the right clicks cancel or close on the order page. Sales must not only say “leave it” on WeChat. WeChat leave-it and the order still hangs awaiting payment. The weekly report will count it again.
Sales must not chase morning, noon, and night for a response rate. The owner must not demand “this TA order must turn paid this week.” Ads must not add ready to ship on an unpaid SKU. Ready to ship written out treats the unpaid ticket as stock on hand.
A dispute already open: go to Complaint Center. Stop treating the thread as a chase. The Trade Dispute page writes the defence door. It does not prove a defence wins, and it does not lock a payout ratio. Do not pre-write a defence at the unpaid stage to look thick.
Stop chasing is not stop reading the order page. Open the payment cell once a day. Cell changed: then talk material. Cell unchanged: do not chase again with a new welcome note. The same please pay in a chain will get the thread marked.
They read and do not reply, and they reply waiting payment, are not the same bin. Read and silent: still read validity. Waiting payment: staple the original. Two waiting rounds: the shop lead decides to stop the chain. Write the stop in the remark, with the date and who decided.
If the order page asks for a close reason, pick the then-current menu item that faces this fact. Pick “buyer refused goods” by mistake and later reports go dirty. Not sure: ask the person with order rights. Do not let sales click a random one.
After close, the floor group needs one line: “34cm red this ticket is closed, material ticket void.” No sync and the mill will still run the old table on Monday. Pull the paper copy too. Change the group only and the paper still sits by the line.
A new inquiry Monday, still Warsaw, still 34cm. A new inquiry is not the old ticket revived. Old ticket closed: do not write the old order number into the new thread. Write it and payment and goods will face the wrong ticket.
How-to-sell does not write unpaid as must-ship
How-to-sell proves the Trade Assurance story runs from payment through delivery. It does not audit this 34cm payment cell. The buyer story proves handling looks at the online order. It does not prove a placed cover equals a credit. The dispute page proves a defence door. It does not write unpaid as must-ship.
Keep for the review: order number, payment-cell crop, validity, on-site chase originals, whether a material ticket existed, whether a private slip was stapled by mistake. Weekly review reads whether the payment cell changed, not how many letters you sent. Letter count does not fill the cell.
Conditions follow the order detail you can open on 2026-10-18. The cell is there, then a person can decide chase or stop. Cell not there: search the order number first. Not found: do not chase a ticket that does not exist from the inquiry thread.
How-to-sell, the buyer story, and the dispute help page none lock how many days you must chase, and none lock unpaid as must-ship. Detail present: a stop has a base. Detail missing: search first. Do not say outward the order is already moving.
An advisor on the page only reads the payment cell, validity, and whether the thread locked a ship date. Locked: take it back. A membership receipt does not cover this ticket paid. Corpable does not chase. Corpable does not guarantee a credit.
The Warsaw shop’s own kitchen wants a new counter Thursday and Friday. The buyer is in a hurry. Hurry does not fill the payment cell. Hurry may go back on this thread. It may not go into the schedule. Their opening day is not your lead-time start.
Merchandising slotted the unpaid ticket’s process card next to the mill. The card has no payment status. The machine runs the card. The card must show unpaid, or the card should not be by the machine.
Sales posted the order cover to Moments as “another order in.” A cover is not the payment cell. A customer or a peer sees “another order in” and the floor will hear closed. Delete that post, or change it to the unpaid fact.
The Polish buyer dropped the order number into their own WhatsApp group. Another supplier sits in that group. That supplier cropped it and asked you to go faster. Faster sits on the lead-time page. Any sentence you reply with a day count locks outward. At unpaid only reply the payment cell is still empty.
Ship-to on the order detail is the Warsaw warehouse. The inquiry delivery note is a Kraków restaurant back door. Addresses do not face: ask which one governs while still unpaid. Chase the money and ship the wrong door and it is harder to pull back than unpaid.
The finance system maps the platform order number to an internal SO. Once the SO exists, the warehouse wave picks it up. The map needs a payment-cell condition. Unpaid does not create an SO, or the wave stays locked. Cannot lock: do not map.
Friday afternoon duty saw the payment cell still empty and clicked the on-site “remind buyer to pay” button. The button may be clicked. After the click, still leave one fact with the order number on the thread. Button only, no order number on the thread: the shop lead treats it as not chased.
They ask to switch to a wire and add a Trade Assurance ticket later. Changing the channel sits on the border of the deposit page and the TA page. This unpaid ticket closes or waits on the order page first. Two tickets in parallel and the money will scramble. Unscrambling later hurts more than stopping now.
Red-handle colourant this week only covers 1200 sets. The unpaid ticket occupies a 3000 intent. Intent is not occupancy. Give the colourant to a paid board ticket or another paid ticket. Do not write unpaid 3000 into a shortage table to scare the owner.
The owner asks in the group “why hasn’t this TA order shipped.” The only allowed answer is the payment-cell crop. No feeling. No “should be soon.” Should be soon becomes a verbal overtime order for the floor at night.
The Warsaw warehouse called Friday afternoon. The counter wants a weekend kitchen trial. Is the cargo on the water. On the water locks shipped. The person who picked up may only reply the payment cell is still empty, goods still in Guangdong. Reply “should be soon” or “we are arranging” and the warehouse will schedule the trial as already exported. A trial day is not lead time.
Merchandising dropped the payment-cell crop into the finance group. Finance replied “we have a Poland credit.” The credit must face this ticket’s order number. Number does not face: that credit goes in the company receipt file, not this ticket. Number faces and the platform cell is still empty: still unpaid. The platform cell is the Trade Assurance payment.
Conditions still follow this ticket’s detail you can open on 2026-10-18. Cell empty: material stops, chase writes back on the thread. Cell changed: then talk red handles. Cell unchanged: do not let 34cm leave the floor door first.
Questions teams actually ask
Payment status is still unpaid. Can the floor start silicone?
No. Start material unpaid and the money is not on the platform while the goods already occupy resin. Payment cell not received: merchandising must not issue a material ticket. They say they will pay next week: write that on this order’s on-site thread, not into the floor schedule.
The buyer wired our corporate account. Does that count as this Trade Assurance order paid?
No. Trade Assurance reads the payment status on this order detail. A private or corporate credit does not cover platform unpaid. Finance may staple the bank slip into the company receipt file. Stapling it onto this ticket as paid is not allowed.
How-to-sell writes Trade Assurance protects payment through delivery. Must we ship once they placed?
How-to-sell writes the protection from payment through delivery. It does not audit this ticket’s payment cell, and it does not write unpaid as must-click shipped. Protection starts at payment. Unpaid has not started.
We already chased three times. Do we send a fourth?
Validity gone, two rounds of only waiting payment, no new payment promise on the thread: stop chasing. Stop the welcome-note chases, not the order-page look. Close or cancel with the then-current button, clicked by someone who has the right.
Can the ‘order just opened’ note stand as the unpaid steps?
That page staples the evidence clip the day the order opens. You may staple here. The payment cell is still unpaid. The clip does not fix unpaid. Unpaid follows the order page. A dispute already open sits on the complaint-centre page.
Can Corpable chase for us or guarantee funds this week?
We cannot chase, and we cannot guarantee a credit day. Corpable Marketing Limited is a Hong Kong Alibaba.com service provider, not the collection desk. An advisor can sit with you on the payment cell and the thread. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
