Executive Summary: On the Hong Kong channel, membership fees pay only ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. Corpable Qingdao Office (Shenzhen Corpable Marketing Consulting Co., Ltd. Qingdao Branch / 深圳市企丞营销咨询有限公司青岛分公司) and Corpable Marketing Limited never collect. Personal accounts, WeChat, Alipay and visit cash are red lines. Advisor Mr. Chen (陈经理); hub and address: /branches/qingdao (Yanji Road 89, Unit 1001-3, Dunhua Road Subdistrict, Shibei, Qingdao, Shandong); main email info@aliad.hk; phones follow the hub and /contact.

Positioning: a localized answer for owners and finance in Qingdao, Jiaozhou, Jimo, Huangdao, Pingdu and nearby manufacturing-trading — who receives annual fees, whether the Branch can collect, how to separate local AE paths from Hong Kong channel paths, and which Qingdao scam scripts to stop on. National wire four-lines, four-invoice overview and interception overview: HQ sister article Who receives Alibaba.com membership fees. Fake authorization letters, PS directories, AE-impersonation private channels: How to spot fake authorization. This page does not rewrite those two full procedures — it locks payee boundaries that Qingdao scenarios must state clearly.

Hong Kong channel Gold Supplier HKD 39,000/year (20 showcases) and Verified Supplier HKD 108,000/year (60 showcases) are /pricing site benchmarks; final figures follow official e-agreement and My Alibaba bill. This page does not publish mainland CGS comparison sales tables, does not convert two price lists into “basically the same,” does not guide closing a domestic store to migrate to Hong Kong, and does not promise store approval. Review and opening follow Alibaba official processes.

How to read: finance brings a blank wire slip; owners bring WeChat chat logs; cross-check payee full name, order-page dedicated account, and contract/invoice titles. If they do not match, do not wire this week. Verbal sales “Qingdao has a branch, official channel, won’t intercept” cannot replace those three checks.

1. First Lock: Who Collects Annual Fees, Who Coaches, Who Forms Companies

Jiaodong factories most easily hear “Shibei can visit,” “WeChat looks official,” and “one-stop agent” as the same payee. Books then show: annual fees into a coaching company, bank fees into a salesperson personally, proceeds written as paid to an advisor. Three invoices that cannot match three titles become chase-payment later.

Subject Legal role Money it may touch Money it must never touch
ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED Hong Kong channel official contracting party Gold / Verified membership annual fees; official contract and invoice
Corpable Qingdao Office + Corpable Marketing Limited (aliad.hk) Hong Kong authorized channel coaching entry; same-city document pre-check and visit coordination Optional written storefront implementation / Accio workflows (separate agreement if any) Platform membership annual fees; official P4P top-ups; Trade Assurance proceeds; not company secretary
HC Business (hc.biz) Licensed TCSP, licence TC006431 Incorporation, company secretary, real office; bank witness opening Alibaba membership annual fees; Trade Assurance proceeds

One sentence for owners: Alibaba collects annual fees; Corpable Qingdao coaches the Hong Kong channel and same-city coordination; HC Business forms companies and opens banks. Three titles, three invoices. Collapsing into “wire Qingdao Branch first then they open for you” is the entry to interception scripts.

Branch legal name: Shenzhen Corpable Marketing Consulting Co., Ltd. Qingdao Branch. Hong Kong authorization narrative: Corpable / Corpable Marketing Limited (aliad.hk) is an Alibaba.com Hong Kong authorized channel partner. Branch address is for visits and mail checks — not a remittance payee. Remittance payee is always Alibaba Hong Kong. If Yanji Road address and a remittance account appear on the same sheet for finance, finance may copy only the account line that comes from the My Alibaba order page.

TC006431 must never be attributed to Corpable or Qingdao Branch. Public register: tcsp.cr.gov.hk. Alibaba annual fees still pay Alibaba Hong Kong — not HC Business, and not the Shibei office.

Board minutes can lock one paragraph: annual fees pay Alibaba Hong Kong directly; company and banking go to HC Business; coaching goes to Corpable Qingdao. Whoever demands “pay my company / me personally first then I’ll open” is struck from the supplier list first.

2. Local AE Collection vs Hong Kong Channel Collection: Separate Paths, No Disparagement

Qingdao factories often meet two people at once: mainland Alibaba.com service centers / AEs coaching mainland entities; Hong Kong authorized channel partners coaching Hong Kong entities and HKD membership. Both can be legitimate. The key is not mixing invoices.

Dimension Mainland entity + local service path Hong Kong entity + Hong Kong authorized channel path
Store entity Mainland company common path Genuinely operating Hong Kong company
Membership contract and bill Per mainland official contract / backend Hong Kong channel official e-agreement + My Alibaba
Who receives membership That path’s official payment page (not personal WeChat) Only ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED
Corpable Qingdao role Does not replace local AEs; does not explain mainland-store collection as its job Hong Kong channel coaching entry; never collects annual fees
Does this page expand mainland backend ops No (avoids path mixing) Yes (HKD annual-fee verification)

Local AE value: mainland-entity coaching, materials and operations habits. Hong Kong channel value: HKD contracts, Hong Kong entity verification and authorized-partner pre-check. Corpable Qingdao Office: does not replace or disparage local AEs. Which path a factory chooses is decided by entity and board goals first, then payment instructions — if the entity is unset, do not wire any “hold a slot” money.

Dangerous operation is only one: paying Hong Kong–channel HKD annual fees to a private account of some “Qingdao AE” on WeChat; or redirecting mainland-path payment to a “Hong Kong channel collection company.” Paths can be evaluated in parallel; payment instructions cannot mix. After mixing, both official systems may lack a matching order.

Another common Jiaodong mishearing: “We’re near Qingdao bonded / Qianwan — RMB collection is more convenient.” Convenience ≠ compliance. Hong Kong channel membership contracts follow HKD and official dedicated accounts; oral RMB round numbers and private FX remittance leave performance evidence with third parties. If finance can only pay from a Qingdao plant basic account, solve Hong Kong corporate account and wire path first — do not use “pay advisor then convert” as a temporary plan.

When same-city sales say “I can do both,” ask them to write two payment instructions on the spot: one mainland-path official payee sheet, one Hong Kong-path ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED sheet. If they cannot, or both become the same personal account, treat as red line. Path explanation can be warm; payment instructions must be cold.

This page serves Qingdao enterprises that already lean toward or have decided on the Hong Kong channel. Still swinging between local AE and Hong Kong entity: read the hub and path article first, then return here for payee. During selection swing you may book pre-check; you may not pay annual-fee deposits.

3. Verify My Alibaba Order Page and Official Contract: Finance Four Lines

The genuine path is not a card number from sales WeChat, and not “Qingdao Branch corporate account.” The genuine path is: the store enterprise logs into My Alibaba seller backend, opens that membership order, chooses offline bank remittance, and the page shows an order-specific receiving account. Accounts follow orders — not the Shibei office or someone’s phone.

On the wire slip finance checks four lines — stop if any is missing:

  1. Payee English full name: ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. Missing a word, written as ALIBABA.COM, written as Corpable, written as personal pinyin — do not pay.
  2. Bank name and account: order-page dedicated account only — not chat “backup accounts,” “finance personal accounts,” or “Branch corporate.”
  3. Amount and currency: match official e-agreement. Hong Kong channel membership is HKD annual fees. Do not assemble one slip from oral RMB round numbers.
  4. Payer: the store enterprise’s own corporate account. Director personal cards, Qingdao plant basic account “advance it first,” advisor company remittance — all create mismatches for later invoices and Trade Assurance binding.

After wiring, upload the slip on the order page per backend guidance. Sending the slip first to a “customer manager” personal email for them to submit is the step that most easily leaves evidence on a private side. Correct path: enterprise corporate out → backend order page upload → enterprise keeps the bank advice.

Annual fees need three files pointing to the same payee:

File Correct title Stop-pay signal
Official e-agreement ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED WeChat Word, image contracts, Branch service agreements impersonating annual-fee contracts
Official invoice / bill Same subject Invoice titled Corpable, Qingdao Branch, HC Business, or individual
Wire payee Matches agreement and invoice Account from chat logs; order page does not match

E-agreements are signed on the official seller path — not printed for an unclear chop from sales. Invoices are issued by official processes after performance. Finance archives agreement PDF, invoice, bank advice and backend order screenshot together. Without the invoice, annual fees cannot enter the “paid to Alibaba” ledger.

Dealer service agreements (if you separately sign implementation or Accio with Corpable) are another contract. They may exist, but their title, amount and line item must never read “Alibaba.com membership annual fee.” Two contracts, two folders. When audit asks “where did HKD 39,000 go,” you must produce Alibaba Hong Kong’s bill — not Qingdao Branch coaching agreement.

Do not accept “deposit first, contract later.” No backend order, no official agreement, no dedicated account — a deposit is interception. Fuller national wire ops and checklists: HQ payee article.

4. What Qingdao Office Collects — and Does Not

Owners most easily hear “Shibei has an office” and “official authorization” as “money can go to them.” Authorization means: coach filing through official channels. Branch means: same-city document and visit explanation. Neither means: membership enters the Branch account.

Never collect, advance or remit:

  • Gold / Verified platform membership annual fees
  • Official P4P / sponsored top-ups inside My Alibaba
  • Trade Assurance proceeds and related settlement
  • Hong Kong incorporation fees, company secretary fees, office rent (HC Business side)
  • Any “wire Qingdao Branch / Corpable / Mr. Chen first then we pay Alibaba” arrangement

What we do (coaching and implementation — not annual-fee collection):

  • Hong Kong entity and material pre-check against Hong Kong channel requirements
  • Filing coaching through official channels
  • Gold / Verified selection coaching (site benchmarks /pricing)
  • Accio Work opening coaching and workflow implementation (separate invoice if you buy AWB)
  • Same-city visit explanation of payee red lines and directory verification (explanation ≠ collection)
  • Pre-sale document pre-check and selection advice per site contact language; follow /contact and /branches/qingdao

If later both sides write storefront implementation, deep operations coaching or Accio workflow deployment, that is a service agreement — separate quote, separate invoice, separate payment path. Line items say implementation — not “Alibaba.com annual fee.” Without a written agreement, do not prepay a vague “all-in store opening.”

Corpable does not mark up membership. Public HKD site prices align with official unified pricing; your signed official contract still governs. Partner value is pre-check and filing coaching — not “helping money transfer in.” Mr. Chen can explain how to find the dedicated account on the order page; he cannot change the account to Corpable or Qingdao Branch.

Visits can open the order page on a laptop so finance sees the dedicated-account field with their own eyes; when the briefing ends, the account may only be copied from the order page. Office projection and printouts cannot rewrite payee as the Branch. Shibei address on a name card proves a contact point; Shibei address in a wire payee field is always refuse-to-pay.

Qingdao Office may use WeCom and booked visits for communication, but communication channel ≠ payment channel. After adding Mr. Chen on WeCom, annual fees still go through My Alibaba; do not relax payee checks because “we already added an official advisor.” The more genuine the advisor, the less they ask you to change payee names.

Paste for finance groups: Corpable, Qingdao Branch, Mr. Chen — any of those names in the wire payee field means that payment is definitely not platform membership.

5. Qingdao Scam Scripts: Five Types — Stop on Hearing

The five below have appeared near Huangdao port areas, Jimo commercial zones, Jiaozhou plant gates and temporary exhibition booths. Finance stops on hearing. You do not need to ask “are they official.” Official paths do not need these moves. National fake-authorization forms: /article-fake-authorization.

1. “I’m a Qingdao AE / dual-authorized Hong Kong channel — WeChat deposit to hold a slot”

Genuine local service paths do not need personal WeChat for annual fees; genuine Hong Kong channels likewise do not. Dual-authorization talk manufactures urgency. Slots are not locked by deposits — only by entity materials and official orders. Adding WeCom first is fine; paying a deposit first is not.

2. “Exhibition / park QR — pay a few thousand on the spot cheaper”

A booth saying “Alibaba authorized” ≠ directory listing. Paying annual fees or deposits via personal QR leaves performance evidence with third parties. On-site you may only add WeCom, book material pre-check, book Shibei office directory verification in person. Go home, open partner.alibaba.com yourself, then decide whether to continue.

3. “Partner collection is cheaper — pay my company, I’ll pay Alibaba”

The most direct interception sentence. Collection, advance, remittance, deposit-then-open never constitute official performance. Even if the other side later pays part, your contract, invoice and backend order may still not match your company name. When chasing funds you paid a third party — not Alibaba. Corpable’s public language is likewise never-collect.

4. “TC006431 / authorization plaque under my name — Shibei can also collect on visits”

TC006431 is HC Business’s TCSP licence — not an Alibaba authorization plaque, and not a personal collection permit. Visits may brief; they may not take cash, WeChat, or corporate “collect annual fees.” Hotlines using Alibaba Hong Kong merchant channels verify whether an order exists — they are not for handing cash to a visitor.

5. “Personal account / WeChat / Alipay / mainland personal card / visit cash”

Red line. Membership, P4P, AWB, Trade Assurance proceeds — none travel on personal QR codes. Directors using personal accounts to “transfer first” likewise should not. Later invoices cannot issue; banks and audits fail.

Two more stop lines:

  • “Internal price, same as mainland RMB, pay me then convert” — mainland public text is another table; this page only writes Hong Kong channel HKD contract prices. Conversion is not a contract. This page does not sell CGS comparison tables.
  • “Close the domestic store first, pay me, I’ll migrate you to Hong Kong” — this page does not guide closing mainland stores to open Hong Kong. Whether you can or should open follows decision articles; money still pays official parties directly.

6. Personal-Account Red Lines: Qingdao Finance Factory Rules (Three Lines)

Write as factory rules; tick on wire day:

  1. Annual-fee counterparty can only be ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED full name. Corpable, Qingdao Branch, Mr. Chen, personal pinyin → refuse.
  2. Accounts only from that My Alibaba order’s offline bank remittance dedicated account. Chat logs, name cards, Moments, exhibition QR → never account sources.
  3. Proceeds and annual fees move opposite directions: annual fees you pay the platform; proceeds buyers pay you (via Trade Assurance to your bound corporate account). Never the same WeChat.

If already wired wrong: stop, then chase — do not send a second payment “so they can reverse it.” Whether platform side recognizes the membership follows whether My Alibaba has a matching order. This article is not legal advice. Victim handling and evidence tips: /article-fake-authorization.

Preparer and reviewer should not be the same person. Preparer fills the slip; reviewer reads the payee full name against the order page aloud. If it does not read smoothly, missing or extra words — return it. Same day the advice returns, put PDF and backend order screenshot in one folder named “Alibaba.com annual fee-Alibaba Hong Kong-date” — not “paid to Qingdao Mr. Chen.” Half a year later audit recognizes folders, not chat logs.

7. Authorization Check: partner.alibaba.com Six Steps (Can Be Done on Qingdao Visits)

Authorization checks directories — not Moments. Steps must be completed by owner or finance personally; do not let sales “send a picture for you to save” replace you opening the site. You may book the Shibei office to click together, but the browser address bar must be yours.

  1. Open https://partner.alibaba.com/
  2. Choose Global
  3. Enter Get to Know Our Authorized Channel Partners
  4. Choose China
  5. Find Corpable Marketing Limited
  6. Directory marks Authorized Alibaba Channel Partner Since Dec 2022

Finding the directory only proves: this firm is a channel partner and may do document pre-check and official-channel filing coaching. It does not prove they may collect annual fees. Authorized partners collecting membership is still a red line.

These materials cannot prove authorization: WeChat Moments plaques, exhibition group photos, badge selfies, posters printing TC006431 under Corpable or an advisor’s personal name, expired PDFs with changed dates, “internal channel,” “AE special approval,” “HQ friends skip the directory,” English Corpable without a clickable deep link.

If not found in the directory, treat as unauthorized. Unauthorized ≠ always fraud, but finance has no second verification tool. No directory → no “pay first.” Branch address and advisor name are for comparison — not payment instructions. Payment instructions only recognize the backend order page.

Directory proves channel identity; it does not prove “annual fees can wire to Corpable Qingdao.” Hearing those as one fact is how interception scripts succeed. Who to work with: HQ Authorized dealer who and hub /branches/qingdao.

8. Four Invoices Must Not Become One Slip (Common Qingdao Finance Pitfall)

What manufacturing-trading owners actually pay in year one is not an “export gift pack” — it is multiple invoices. This article does not rewrite purchase order; it locks payees. HQ split: Who gets paid.

Invoice What you buy Who is paid Can partner / Branch collect?
Membership annual fee Gold or Verified — choose one ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED No
P4P Keyword ad spend account — not membership Official promotion account in backend Sales must not top up into personal accounts
AWB Accio Work enterprise compute Quote / Accio official payment path Must not merge with annual fee into one RMB slip
Trade Assurance proceeds Order settlement Buyers via Trade Assurance clearing into your bound corporate account Cannot enter Corpable, Qingdao Branch or any agent account
Company / banking (if needed) Formation, secretary, office, witness opening HC Business side, separate invoices Must not merge with annual fee into “one-stop RMB”

Finance three ledgers: store ledger (annual fee), acquisition and compute ledger (P4P + AWB), proceeds ledger (Trade Assurance / T/T). Do not open one account called “Alibaba all-in” or “Qingdao export all-in.” Audit wants original documents. Missing one — do not tell the board “this year’s export is fully paid.”

Why Qingdao factories especially merge slips: same-city sales shorten decisions with “I’ll finish formation, banking and store opening once in Qingdao.” Collaboration is fine; mixed payee names are not. Collaboration means progress updates each other; mixed payee names means three payments into one non-Alibaba account.

9. Trade Assurance Proceeds Enter the Store-Bound Corporate Account — Not Qingdao Branch

Trade Assurance / buyer T/T proceeds enter the corporate account bound to the store — never Corpable, never Qingdao Branch, never an advisor. Mixing “annual fee payee” talk with “proceeds collection” talk is how factories lose both membership money and order money. Qingdao Office never collects proceeds and never acts as a settlement intermediary.

10. Jiaodong Reconciliation Failure Cases: Slip Mismatch, Store Never Opens

Case A: Factory wires “Corpable Qingdao” corporate for “HKD membership convenience.” No My Alibaba order matches. Chase-payment months later; store never filed.

Case B: Exhibition personal QR “deposit.” Sales disappears; directory never showed that person.

Case C: Three fees merged into one RMB transfer to a “one-stop agent.” Alibaba side has no membership order; HC Business side has no engagement; Corpable side has no service agreement.

Lessons: one payee per invoice; order page before wire; directory before trust.

12. FAQ

Who should Qingdao enterprises pay when opening Alibaba.com?

On the Hong Kong channel, membership fees pay only ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. Corpable Qingdao Office (Shenzhen Corpable Marketing Consulting Co., Ltd. Qingdao Branch) and Corpable Marketing Limited never collect. Personal accounts, WeChat, Alipay and visit cash are red lines. Advisor Mr. Chen; hub /branches/qingdao; email info@aliad.hk.

How do local AE collection and Hong Kong channel collection differ?

Mainland-entity paths follow that path’s official payment page and contract. Hong Kong–entity paths pay only ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED under official e-agreement and My Alibaba. Paths can be evaluated in parallel; payment instructions must not mix. Corpable Qingdao does not replace local AEs and does not collect Hong Kong-channel annual fees.

Can membership fees be paid to Qingdao Branch or Mr. Chen for remittance?

No. Never collect, advance or remit platform membership. Any ‘pay us first, we pay Alibaba’ arrangement is a red line even if framed as convenience.

What scams are common in Qingdao scenarios?

WeChat deposits to ‘hold a slot’; exhibition QR discounts; partner collection ‘cheaper’; TC006431 mislabeled as collection permission; personal/WeChat/Alipay/cash. Also refuse ‘same as mainland RMB after conversion’ and ‘close domestic store, pay me to migrate’.

How do I verify My Alibaba order page and contract?

Log into My Alibaba seller backend, open the membership order, choose offline bank remittance, copy the order-specific account. Check four lines: payee English full name ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED; bank and account from order page; amount and currency matching e-agreement (HKD); payer is the store enterprise’s own corporate account.

Whose name should appear on the invoice? Where does Qingdao Branch appear?

Membership invoice titles ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. Qingdao Branch may appear on optional separate coaching/implementation invoices — never as platform membership payee or invoice title.

How do I contact Qingdao Office and Mr. Chen?

Address Yanji Road 89, Unit 1001-3, Shibei; /branches/qingdao; /contact; info@aliad.hk; Mr. Chen. Phones follow on-site display. Address is not a remittance payee.

How does this page relate to the HQ payee article?

HQ /article-membership-payee holds national wire operations and four-invoice overview. This Qingdao page locks local payee boundaries, Branch never-collect, AE vs HK path separation and Qingdao scam scripts — without rewriting the HQ full procedure.

13. Next Steps (Qingdao)

  1. Open /pricing and confirm HKD benchmarks.
  2. Open My Alibaba order page before any wire.
  3. Read HQ /article-membership-payee for national checklist depth.
  4. Book path questions with Mr. Chen via /contact / info@aliad.hk — coaching only, never collection.
  5. Hub NAP: /branches/qingdao.

Money pays Alibaba Hong Kong. Coaching uses Corpable Qingdao. Formation/banking uses HC Business TC006431. Keep three invoices — and Qingdao opening stays finance-safe.

Directory contact disclosure (transparent, no cloaking)

On partner.alibaba.com, Corpable Marketing Limited listings may show Mr Liu as contact and public@aliad.hk as directory email.
