Desk take: The GM asked how much Alibaba.com costs. Open the receipts on the desk and split by page: membership order, P4P top-up, audit invoice, service fee on a TA order. If sales already wrote “forty thousand a year,” pull that sentence out of the group. The pricing page writes packages by region. It does not add four bills into one number.
- The Glasgow grocery DC wants a food-grade HDPE pallet 1200×1000×160mm. He asked shop fee — he wants to know if you are serious. Fee structure sits on Membership pricing. That page writes packages by region. It does not audit this pallet, and it does not give an official “forty thousand all-in.”
- How to start selling writes open-store steps. Seller services lists membership and tools. Trade Assurance talks protection from payment to delivery, and that online trade may carry a separate service fee. None of the three translate membership green into ads, audit and TA already paid.
Tuesday 10:17, a Glasgow grocery DC asked on the inquiry for food-grade HDPE pallet 1200×1000×160mm, then added how much is your Alibaba shop, I need to know if you are serious. Sales wrote we are Gold, about forty thousand a year, all in. Ten minutes later the GM asked on WeChat: how much does Alibaba.com actually cost, give me one number. Finance dropped three PDFs in the group: the membership order, a P4P top-up slip, and an audit quote someone had forwarded. The three do not match forty thousand, and they do not match all in.
Hong Kong shops have this meeting almost every open week. Sales likes one integer to hold the GM. Finance likes to pay whatever can be paid, then ask the subject. Ops treats a P4P balance as the shop already bought complete. The buyer walks in from the front and asks what this shop spent, and whether you are serious. One number does not fill three receipts. Corpable Marketing Limited is a Hong Kong Alibaba.com official channel partner. An advisor can sit with you on the slips. The advisor cannot collect the year, and cannot promise an official “how much in total.”
How the first-year calendar lines up sits on first-year spend. Whether the payee name is right sits on who gets the wire. An online RMB quote against a HKD bill sits on HKD versus RMB. Gold or Verified sits on the two tiers. Glasgow did not ask for a calendar, a payee, or a tier. He asked what these bills on the desk are.
Glasgow asked if the shop is expensive. The GM wants one number
Whoever can enter My Alibaba opens the membership order. A verbal “forty thousand a year” is not enough. If the sub-account can only see inquiries and cannot open the contract number, switch to an account that can. Left-nav names differ — order, membership, services. Once it is open, copy contract status, the amount original, the payee name, the effective date. P4P balance is another sheet. Balance green does not mean the year is paid, and does not mean the audit is paid.
Copy the amount line as the page writes it. HKD or USD, Gold or Verified, tax in or out — follow the order page that day. On the published Hong Kong-channel figures, Gold Supplier is about HKD 39,000 and Verified about HKD 108,000. That is the membership year, not a total. The payee name should read ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. An advisor does not add those two numbers into “how much Alibaba.com costs.” Someone reads a mainland RMB price into this HKD order, and the order will not match. The RMB page walks two price lists. Here you only ask what currency and what number this order page writes.
The green tick on the sales phone that says “contract sent” is last week’s photo. Keep it as a clue. Still open the order today. Tuesday the buyer is asking shop fee. Last week’s tick may already be stale, or the contract may have gone in force and the stall is an unclicked go-live. A neighbour pallet poster, a saved Gold badge, a “real factory” corner — none of those answer how much is your shop. The poster is another shop. The badge is an old image. The corner is décor. He asked what this shop spent.
Inquiries still arriving does not mean the fees are complete. Someone sees a new message and writes buyers still come so we already paid everything. Glasgow will book next week’s warehouse slot on that sentence. Messages travel on the inbox. Membership travels on the order page. Visitors in Data Advisor prove nothing about the year being paid: not live can have visitors, live with no search can too. Promising all in on visitors is adding a total to shop data.
1200×1000 is this ticket. The neighbour 1100×1100 is not. Someone opens the neighbour account, sees the year green, and replies Glasgow from that screen. Wrong shop. Confirm the storefront entity before you speak. Dynamic load was not locked in the original. I need food-grade HDPE pallet 1200×1000×160mm, then the follow-up adds 1.5 tonne dynamic — that locks a spec on top of the bills. Load in the title, welcome copy still at 1 tonne: what you still owe is the receipts, not two swapped words that pretend forty thousand is closed.
On the phone app, the membership order often hides under store or funds. Someone cannot find it and tells the buyer it is already paid complete. Open the same path on the desktop. Empty is still empty. A browser translate bar sometimes turns pending payment into processing. Open a window without the plugin and read again. The minute two-factor spins, the status can look already paid. Read it after the code lands. The main account can see the order; the sub-account cannot. What is missing is this person’s permission, not a missing bill for the whole site. How-to-sell asks you to reply soon. Reply the original you can see, not a faster forty thousand all in.
The membership order and the P4P top-up are not the same slip
P4P is the ad account. Top-up, spend and campaigns are not the membership order. Finance sees ten thousand land and thinks the year includes ads. Ten thousand is account prepay. A common first-test band is written as HKD 10,000–50,000. That is a suggested budget, not an official price, and not a must-top-up-once. Spend follows clicks. Unclicked balance is still in the account. It is not a burned year.
Which words to buy in week one, and how the budget stops, sits on P4P first-week words. That page walks words and stop. Here you walk whether the top-up slip and the membership slip are the same sheet. Words not set, the slips can already be split. An ad account paused sits on the paused-ads page. Pause is another ticket. It does not fill “how much.”
Finance sometimes offers to book an “open-store rush fee” or an “ads bundle.” You can book it internally. Outward you still have to see two slips. Write the bundle into a quote and night shift will say already reserved so forty thousand ok. Prepared is not paid. If the quote header already prints all-in yearly fee, that is an outward file. Membership not paid, P4P not topped, and the header is a false green. False green is worse than empty: Glasgow will hold a warehouse bay on it. While the header is still there, change the header before you argue about the letter.
If the same buyer sent two other notes on price and lead time, answer those apart. Splitting bills is a receipt fact. Pallet unit price is a cut. Lead time is another line. Bind them and the fee becomes “once we agree the price the year is included.” An inquiry note that says shop fee included in pallet price is itself an outward lock. While the note sits, a verbal walk-back is late. A WhatsApp line is fine if you write it back onto the same inquiry. Lock all in off-site and leave the inquiry blank, and he holds two numbers.
A ghost operator asks to merge the year and P4P into one “service fee” to them. After a merge, the slip no longer matches Alibaba Hong Kong, and no person matches the subject. The advisor does not collect. If night shift never opened the order and the top-up during the day, they do not add still forty thousand on their own. An added line with no writing, and the buyer holds two sets. The shop floor already booked 1200×1000 pallet resin on “the year is paid so we can take orders.” Stock is a factory fact. Outward the bills can still be two blanks. Stock booked, and night shift says already reserved more easily. Forwarders quote a container on all in, and booking and the year weld into one sentence. A booking page does not audit fees.
The join form at I want to open a shop walks fill, pick a package, pay and activate. It can prove someone has to pay. It cannot prove you only pay one bill this week, and it cannot audit why P4P opens another page. Seller services lists tools. A green tool icon is not money arrived. Seller pricing and the membership pricing page often share the same regional split. Neither gives the GM an official total.
An audit invoice and a TA service fee will not write into the year line
If Verified walks a third-party site visit, the inspector quotes separately. Who the quote is issued to, where it is paid, and whether it sits inside the year, follow the inspector contract and the membership agreement that day. An advisor does not invent “audit free” or “audit always extra.” If a SGS or similar PDF is already on the desk, split it as the PDF writes it. Do not stuff it into the membership-order line. How to apply for Verified is another article. Here you only ask whether this audit invoice exists, and whether it was written into forty thousand.
Once a TA order is open, the page sometimes shows a service-fee or escrow sentence. The intro has written that online trade may carry a separate fee and that it differs by region. Rates follow the order page and the intro as they read that day. Outside posts that say “2% cap 100 USD” are not this pallet’s official price. A post is not a page. TA never opened, the fee line is often empty. Empty does not translate into “already inside the year.” Activation sits on how to activate Trade Assurance. Activation empty, talking rates is empty talk.
The verification lesson at Business Verification only asks whether the company is real. Real is not a bill. The profile lesson at How to set up your company profile asks you to fill the fields. Filled is profile, not paid. The profile can be full and the membership order still pending pay. The posting lesson at How to post products only walks fields. Fields green, money can still be unarrived.
Sales often says “verification is green, why is he still asking how much.” Glasgow asked what the shop spent, not the verification tick. Reply membership order pending and he hears it. Reply verified so paid and he books the warehouse as if the shop already bought complete. Ops listed twenty pallets. Listing is a catalogue. A complete catalogue with the year unpaid can still be an empty shop. Site-visit photos still sit on the advisor’s phone. Photos prove someone walked in. They do not prove four bills are paid. The exam-pass screenshot is another cell. Exam green, order pending pay: do not weld them into exam so all paid.
A new mailbox asks same shop fee? That is another thread. Copy the membership amount and the top-up original back onto the old thread. Do not retell forty thousand in the new mailbox. The new thread has no old status, and what he saved is still all in from daytime sales. The sample room still holds timber-pallet old pieces. People on the rack can argue timber. Do not write timber into the follow-up as if the listing already flipped to HDPE. A fifty-page catalogue in the welcome line, mailed to someone still asking shop fee, reads as using a book to plug the bills.
If the Hong Kong corporate account is not down yet, the year sometimes cannot be paid. Cannot-pay is the bank axis — the how-long page walks that account timing. Can-pay, contract in force, and P4P can still be untouched. Do not weld those into “the account is not down so forty thousand is unpaid.” The shop fee Glasgow asked may already have the account. Nobody has split the four bills for the GM. The advisor only asks four things on the pages: what the membership number is, what the top-up number is, whether an audit invoice exists, and whether a TA service-fee original exists. If any of the four is empty, the meeting is not over.
The official pricing page writes packages by region. It does not write how many bills you pay this week
Open Membership pricing and read the original yourself. A sales retell that “the platform said forty thousand done” is not a read. That page writes packages by region, some in USD, some in local currency. It can prove membership is yearly and tiers differ. It cannot prove this Glasgow ticket only pays one bill, and it cannot audit this 1200×1000 pallet. How-to-sell writes verification, posting, storefront, go-live, then reminds you to activate Trade Assurance after you register. The steps have an order. The total does not.
Seller pricing and membership pricing often bounce to each other. Both write a possible online-trade service fee as a condition, not as this shop’s fixed rate. Seller services lists membership, ads and trade tools. Listed is not bought. If the group only holds a rumour that “pay thirty thousand and it opens, ads sit inside the year,” treat it as never having opened the official page. Outside posts that say “first year 45,800” or “P4P must bind 10,000” are not your page words. Do not write those numbers to Glasgow, and do not write them into the GM’s one number.
English buyers sometimes call shop fee account banned. Restriction is another line: grey buttons, the whole shop unreachable. Here the membership order opens. What is empty is whether you paid, and how many bills. Writing an appeal along banned turns a bill-split into a second case. How-to-sell wants a fast reply. Pulling all in is also a reply. Reply the voided number, not a faster new integer. An advisor WeChat that says “I will greet the platform for a bundle price” is not a page. It does not fill a slip. Write back on this inquiry: there is no official total in that chat.
Corpable only checks whether you copied a pricing sentence or a group-invented bundle. If you copied someone else’s forty thousand done, strike it. The advisor will not read the pricing page as “the platform said you only pay one bill.” If Rule Channel has a current fee notice, copy the title and keep it. A notice is not this shop’s slip. The partner.alibaba.com directory can confirm Corpable is an authorised channel. Directory green, the four bills can still be unsplit. Authorised is not collecting, and not opening a consulting invoice to cover the year.
The first-year page writes membership, company compliance, samples and labour as a calendar. Glasgow is already asking shop fee. What is missing is receipt facing subject. The calendar page does not audit which bill this pallet sits on, and it cannot write forty thousand as a step. The payee page walks the year to Alibaba Hong Kong, and that Corpable does not collect it. Payee correct, P4P can still open another page. HKD versus RMB walks two prices. Price matched, an audit invoice can still sit outside. The entity page walks whether you can open. Able to open is not paid.
The membership sentence — fee to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED — is enough the third time on this ticket: money arrived, P4P, audit and TA do not merge themselves into that line. After the advisor leaves, the four bills can still be unsplit. Unsplit is not advisor failure. The advisor is not the fee desk. If Glasgow changes the ask to only 1100×1100, that is spec. Spec changed, the four bills are still there. Do not swap a size for fee fixed.
When the advisor sits down, what are the sheets on the table
The advisor sits. Finance holds the slip, ops holds a P4P-balance screenshot, sales holds the Glasgow English. Three sheets on the table. None of them writes “Alibaba.com total.” Finance asks whether the money arrived and whether the invoice name matches. Ops asks whether the account can still click. Sales asks whether forty thousand can still be answered. Nobody has read the membership amount against the top-up page. Twenty minutes of argument, then they open it: membership pending pay, P4P has a balance, the audit PDF is a neighbour forward. Money not complete, goods listed, the total already spoken. Hong Kong shops have this meeting almost every open week.
When you split, write only page words. Membership order: currency, amount, payee name, status. P4P: top-up amount, remaining, whether a campaign is running. Audit: inspector name, quote party, paid or not. TA: activated or not, whether the order page has a service-fee original. “About the same” and “we already talked to the Xiaoer” do not go to the GM. About the same is not a page. Talked is not a page. Reply the words on the page. Words change, write them back onto this inquiry. Old words are not voided — the GM is still booking a budget meeting on the old words.
People add Accio, top banner, Winning, Xiaoman CRM into “how much” early. Those are separate products. Some shops never bought them. Week one, those slips are not on the desk. Talking a package is advertising a service that does not exist yet. Growth numbers in seller cases are not your shop’s result. The factory in a case is not this Dongguan pallet shop, and not this Glasgow grocery DC.
The pallet shop’s own habit is one all-in for the boss, invoices later. Glasgow inverted that: he wants to see whether you are a shop that actually pays, before he writes the pallet into a warehouse slot. Habit inverted, sales still replies forty thousand the old way, and the thread splits. A PI can keep being prepared. Take the all-in sentence off the quote. Preparing a PI and saying outward the year includes everything are two sentences. The first is fine. The second, while the four bills are still unsplit, is not said.
On the buyer side, a search shows showcases and the membership tier, not the receipt in your group. Advisors sometimes ask ops to look at the shop logged out. Shop empty, stop arguing “the back should be paid.” Should-see and did-see differ by that order line. If phone and desktop amounts disagree, write back which end shows which number. Both empty: treat as unpaid. Do not weld it into the whole shop banned.
This Dongguan pallet shop’s document habit is three headers aligned: PI, contract, TA order. The four platform bills are still unsplit, so alignment has nothing to stand on. Someone already wrote the PI header as the Hong Kong company and the collect account as the new HKD account, and has not opened the membership order. Header correct, no slip, Glasgow still does not know what you spent. Documents can be prepared. An outward total cannot. Preparation is a factory table. A total is a warehouse slot. A messy table can be tidied. A wrong slot waits until next month.
Corpable does not collect. The advisor does not touch your main-account password. Membership still goes by corporate wire to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. Sitting on the slips is fine. The person who pays must be someone on the shop’s corporate account. After pay, screenshot immediately: membership amount original, top-up original, which account clicked, what time. Pin the screenshot to this Glasgow inquiry, and to the GM WeChat. Without a screenshot, night shift will say forty thousand as “it should already be paid.” Should is not a page.
Finance splits it for the GM, so four bills are not read as forty thousand
The person who speaks is the person who opened the membership order and the top-up page and saw the amount originals. A sales inquiry sub-account that does not have this page does not say I paid the year in the group. Before speaking, at least be able to repeat the membership amount and the top-up balance. If you cannot, say the main account is still on the order page. Do not name an integer. Do not add an “Alibaba.com total” column to the duty sheet. The pricing page and how-to-sell do not give an official total. Add the column and night shift will fill forty thousand.
Keep the Glasgow reply short. Membership pending pay, P4P not topped — write those two lines. Membership in force, P4P has a balance — those two lines, and copy the balance number. Do not pair forty thousand all in. Do not pair Gold is fine. Do not pair already reserved. Gold does not fill four bills. The original already said if you are serious. If the warehouse board says “year forty thousand includes ads,” that board is internal, and night shift will reply already booked from it. Change the board to membership pending pay, and write top-up on its own line.
A new salesperson taking over first reads whether this inquiry holds a membership original, a top-up original, and whether all in was already sent. No screen, only allowed to say we are on the membership order and the ad account. If Monday finds that last week already locked forty thousand outward, write a void on this inquiry first, then look at whether the four are still empty. No void, and the buyer holds two sets. The Hamburg tray open-store, the Lyon valve activation, the stuck renewal — none of those is this Glasgow bill-split. Neighbour ticket green, this shop empty: say them apart.
Glasgow purchasing already wrote “a serious shop” into next week’s warehouse slot. That slot is their calendar. You cannot fill it. Reply membership status and the top-up original, and let them change the slot to shop fee pending. If a lab issued a food-contact page with the carton, keep the contact page. A contact page is not the year. Do not change an HS code to “match” the fee. Classification is another fact. A group forward that says “Alibaba.com first year 45,800” comes from an outside post. A post is not the order page. If finance wants to book “open-store coaching” against this file, the coaching line can open. Outward you still have to see four slips. Book coaching and night shift says advisor on so all in more easily. The advisor is not the fee desk.
If night shift wrote “verification green so forty thousand paid” on the duty sheet, strike that line first. Verification only proves the company was accepted. The pallet shop booked the next moulding shift on the reply. Moulding day is their calendar. The restriction article walks grey buttons. Here the order opens. Treat empty as unpaid, not as banned. The listing-removed article walks one withdrawn row. The shop is still asking how much, so there is nothing to withdraw. The no-exposure article walks title and main image. Bills unsplit, those three columns have not arrived. A review meeting should not project the welcome line. Project the membership-order screenshot and the sentence that pulled all in back. The welcome line is warm. The total is still false.
This inquiry still holds HK invoice OK. An invoice name can walk the payment page. The payment page does not write a name into four bills complete. The last reply to Glasgow only writes words the page can match: what membership status and amount say, whether P4P was topped, whether an audit invoice exists. A slogan does not match a page. The store manager pins those lines to this inquiry. Night shift may only repeat those lines. If the folder still holds forty thousand all in, strike it before the shift starts. Leave it, and the old sentence flies again.
Questions teams actually ask
How much does Alibaba.com cost? Can we tell the GM forty thousand a year?
No. Forty thousand welds membership, P4P prepay, audit and TA service fee into one bill. Reply with how many receipts are on the desk this week, the original on each page, and the payee name. The pricing page does not add four bills into one number.
Can the first-year total page stand in for splitting this week's bills?
No. That page walks a first-year calendar: membership, company compliance, samples, labour. Glasgow asked what these receipts on the desk are. A calendar does not fill this cell.
Is the payee page the same case?
No. That page walks whether the name is ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. Here you split membership, P4P, audit and TA into four bills. A correct payee can still be read as one number.
We topped up P4P with ten thousand. Is advertising already inside the year?
No. The year buys membership and showcase quota. P4P is a separate ad-account top-up. Top-up green, membership order still counts alone. Ten thousand is not an official price. It is prepay in your account, burned by clicks.
The TA intro mentions a service fee. Can we write 2% into quote cost?
Do not write it as this shop's official rate. If the intro and pricing page currently say online trade may carry a separate fee, follow the order-page original that day. An advisor does not invent a site-wide rate table.
Can Corpable collect and merge four bills into one consulting invoice?
We cannot collect membership, and we cannot merge four bills into consulting. Corpable Marketing Limited is a Hong Kong Alibaba.com official channel partner. An advisor can sit with you on the receipts. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
