Bottom line:
- Accio's International Trade Assistant has one listing sentence: move a 1688, Taobao/Tmall or AliExpress product link onto Alibaba.com. You replace the placeholder and send it. That is not a switch that syncs the whole shop.
- Before you send, fill a fact sheet: ladder price with currency and trade term, lead time as ex-factory days, certificates limited to what the factory holds now. If a cell is empty, do not send.
- Alibaba.com's seller story of 5 June 2026 said title edits and new products go to the draft box until the merchant confirms. Do not answer an inquiry with this product until you can see it in the seller console.
Factories paste a 1688 link into Accio and expect a finished Alibaba.com page. What often comes back is a draft still carrying the renminbi wholesale price and "ships in seven days." The salesperson uses that page the next morning. The buyer asked for FOB and ex-factory days. The two numbers do not meet.
The official sentence gets the link in. Price, lead time, certificates and photos are still signed by the person who quotes and by the shop floor. This note is the order of work: which sentence, what is on the desk first, what stop-line you add, which rows you check when it comes back, and when a second link is allowed.
1. The official page is one sentence, not a shop-wide switch
The page is in the Accio Work agent marketplace, titled International Trade Assistant. Under listing, the line is:

Replace the whole bracket with your link. The Chinese client uses: 基于以下链接，帮我搬品到国际站：[1688/淘天/ae等商品链接]. Send the sentence in the language the client is showing.
The same official page says the assistant covers selection, listing, assets, reception, ads, logistics and storefront design, 92 templates in all. This article is only the listing lines that take a 1688 link. If the menu on your screen differs, follow the screen. The official page says the live product is the source of truth.
News that 1688 and Alibaba.com share a management line is about the organization. It is not a switch that copies the catalog, and it is not one login for both sites. See what a factory should change, and what it should not, after that news.
2. Pick the right one of the four sentences
The same page has three other lines that look like listing. They are not the same job. The wrong line comes back as the wrong goods.

The first move uses only the first sentence, and only one link. Search, image generation and the spreadsheet wait until that draft matches. One message that searches, migrates and redraws the scene photo is hard to undo.
3. A fact sheet on the desk before you send
The assistant can read the wholesale price and the dispatch line on the 1688 page. It cannot read the price you are willing to show an overseas buyer. Without the sheet, the draft copies the domestic page.
The person who quotes, the shop floor, and the person who holds certificates each sign their own cell before anyone sends. An empty cell, or "we'll decide later," means this link waits.

4. The account, the client, and the stop-line for this task
The store is an Alibaba.com seller store. A 1688 buyer login or a 1688 seller login is not the account that posts there. Use the main account, or a sub-account that can already open the listing page. If the person cannot open that page, the assistant cannot either. Do not authorize a seller store with a buyer account.
Download the client from accio.com/work. The help center says macOS 11 or later, and Windows 10 or later, 64-bit. The web app works; the same page says Always on Top and the Chrome extension are desktop-only. The assistant's own FAQ says both web and desktop can open it, and that it is linked by default to the plugin alibaba-com-seller-assistant, with no extra setup. If this build still asks you to sign in to Alibaba.com, sign in as this store's seller.
The official page's three steps are: open International Trade Assistant; pick a template and replace the placeholders; review the result. If the install itself is stuck, Alibaba.com's seller site has a short Accio Work setup note. That note is the install, not the move.
International Trade Assistant is not the buyer's Sourcing Toolkit. Installing the buyer plugin does not post 1688 goods into your store. The official sentence does not itself say "draft only." The 5 June 2026 seller story says: edit titles, post products, save to the draft box, and publish after the merchant confirms. After the official sentence, add the stop-line and the fact sheet in your own words. The block below is not a second official template. It is what you add for this task. Replace the parentheses with the sheet, then send.

Write it as follows. Do not copy the 1688 page:
- Save a draft. Do not publish. Do not change products or prices that are already live.
- Use this ladder price, this currency, and this trade term. Do not use the renminbi wholesale price on 1688. (paste the price from the sheet)
- Lead time is ex-factory days only. Do not turn domestic dispatch days into arrival at the port. (paste the days the shop floor signed)
- Certificates: only the names I list. If I did not list it, do not write that we hold it. (paste held or not held)
- Do not put another brand from the 1688 page into the title.
5. One link in, then which rows you check
- Open the 1688 product page and copy the address bar. Paste it into a new window first. Confirm it is this product, not the shop home and not a search results page.
- Send the whole block above in International Trade Assistant. Do not send a bare link.
- When something comes back, open the Alibaba.com seller console and find the draft. Do not stop at the summary in the Accio chat.
- Walk the fact sheet row by row: the spec in the title, the ladder price number and currency, MOQ, ex-factory days, certificate names, the main photo.
- If a row does not match, edit the draft or send that row back. Do not reply in the chat with "close enough, publish."
Leave an empty attribute empty. Do not ask it to invent a value so the form looks full. Packing and "customization available" on the 1688 page stay out of the draft when the fact sheet did not mention them.
6. Five checks, and who signs

Five roles can be one person. They cannot be five empty cells. A one-person team looks at price and lead time again before publishing. Do not click publish in the same minute you send the task.
7. Draft or live: use the seller console
The two official wordings differ. The 5 June 2026 seller story says the draft box, then the merchant confirms. The agent page labels the same group as product publishing, bulk listing and a migration result. Do not use one sentence to cancel the other. Use what you see in the seller console this time.
- Draft only: not live. Fix the five checks, then a person publishes.
- Already live, and all five pass: leave it. Do not send the same migrate task again "just to confirm," or you may get a second product.
- Already live, and one check fails: take it down or put the fact-sheet words back before you answer an inquiry. Do not wait for Accio to undo it.
- The chat says done, and neither draft nor live shows the product: it did not move. Check that you are in this store and that the link opens, then send once more. Do not tell a buyer it is up.
8. A second link only after the first one matches
After the first draft matches the sheet, copy the second product's link. The second product gets its own price, its own lead time, its own certificates. Do not write "same as the last one."
A paste of a dozen or of dozens makes it hard to see which row is wrong, and draft and live get mixed. Do not move the whole 1688 shop in one go. A model that cannot fill the fact sheet stays on 1688. Do not take an Alibaba.com slot just to say the move is finished.
Showcases are a separate decision. A moved product you cannot price, or whose lead time the shop floor will not sign, does not go into a showcase. See which products go in the 20 showcases.
9. Skip the check, and the inquiry stops in one of four ways
The renminbi wholesale price is on Alibaba.com. The buyer orders from the page, or uses that number to push your FOB down. Explaining "that was the domestic price" is where this inquiry usually stops. Before you publish, put the currency and the trade term from the fact sheet on the page.
"Ships in seven days" is heard as seven days to the door. Dispatch on 1688 is usually dispatch inside China. The Alibaba.com buyer asked for ex-factory or arrival. If the draft shows only "7 days," change it to ex-factory days and say ocean freight is not included. A number the shop floor will not sign does not stay on the page.
"We can apply" was written as "we have it." The buyer orders against the certificate on the page. Inspection or customs does not match. A certificate the fact sheet says you do not hold does not appear in the draft.
The chat says published, and the buyer cannot open the product. The salesperson forwarded Accio's reply into the inquiry. The buyer asks for the link. The store does not have it. Confirm the live product in the seller console before you reply. If there is no link, say it is still a draft. Do not say it is live.

11. Four days, one link
Day 1, do not move a product. Follow the connect-the-store note and confirm you are in this Alibaba.com store, not a buyer login and not another store. If that does not connect, do not send the migrate sentence.
Day 2, one link only, with the stop-line and that model's fact sheet. That day you only read the draft. You do not publish.
Day 3, compare the draft to the sheet. If price, lead time, certificates or photos fail, edit the draft. If you cannot fix it, the product stays in draft.
Day 4, if all five pass, a person publishes that one product. Open the page a buyer would open and read the price and the lead time again. The second link waits until this one opens.
12. This is not one store
Moving a few links does not open a second Alibaba.com store, and it does not fold a 1688 service fee into the Alibaba.com annual fee. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. Gold Supplier and Verified Supplier showcase counts do not grow because you moved more links.
A model that sells on 1688 is not automatically sellable on Alibaba.com on the same words. Voltage, certificates, packing and MOQ follow the fact sheet, not the domestic detail page.
Questions we get
If I paste a 1688 link into Accio, does the product appear on Alibaba.com by itself?
No. Open International Trade Assistant, replace the brackets in the official sentence with your link, and send it. Opening an Alibaba.com store does not sync the whole 1688 catalog. A finished chat is not a page a buyer can open.
We only have 1688. Can we move products before the Alibaba.com store exists?
Not onto Alibaba.com. That template posts to an Alibaba.com seller account you can already log into. Open the store first. A 1688 buyer login and a 1688 seller login are not the listing account.
What happens if we use the wrong one of the four sentences?
The sentence that finds products on 1688 by category returns candidates, not live Alibaba.com listings. Those links still need the migrate sentence. If the reference link is someone else's product, do not put their brand in your title. For a spreadsheet, use the sample file on the official page. Do not invent column names. If you already have a 1688 link, use only the migrate sentence.
How many links can we paste at once?
One first. Add the next only after title, ladder price, ex-factory days, certificates and photos match your sheet. Each link gets its own sheet. Do not reuse the first price, and do not paste the whole 1688 shop.
Does the official page say this assistant is free?
It says Accio Work has a free plan, and International Trade Assistant is preinstalled on the web and on desktop. What one task spends is the number in your client, not a screenshot from a chat group.
Can it change prices that are already live?
The 5 June 2026 seller story says new products go to draft until the merchant confirms. After the official sentence, write: draft only, do not publish, do not change live products or prices. Then look in the seller console, both draft and live. If it is already live and one of the five checks fails, take it down before you reply to a buyer.
Can the same sentence take a Taobao, Tmall or AliExpress link?
Yes. The official placeholder says 1688, Taobao/Tmall and AliExpress. Price, lead time, certificates and photos still need a person. A Taobao retail price is even less usable as your FOB.
The sub-account cannot post. Is Accio broken?
First see whether that sub-account can open the listing page itself. If it cannot, the assistant cannot either. Use the main account, or have the main account turn listing on for this sub-account. Do not authorize the seller store with a buyer login.
