Preparing Verified this week, open store certification first, face licences and plant address, and do not lock Friday outside.

  • A UK buyer wants the audit report, not a Gold badge photo. Chaozhou 10.5-inch porcelain plate plant, Hong Kong licence and mainland plant address do not face, certification still empty. Gather the certification-file papers first. A missing file: stop the submit click. They wrote I may visit next month: the visit is not locked. Do not lock a visit day with a certification sentence.
  • What is a Verified Supplier writes Verified starts in My Alibaba Store → certification and a third party books the site. That page does not lock a pass rate, and it does not give you a pass day. How to start selling writes membership and starting to sell. It does not audit whose drawer holds the original. How to set up your company profile writes that buyers read the profile. It does not prove the profile already equals the certification clip.

A Manchester tableware buyer’s on-site original at 10:18 Wednesday: “Are you Verified. Send the audit report. Do not send a Gold badge photo. I may visit next month.” The linked product is a 10.5-inch underglaze porcelain plate. The plant is in Chaozhou. The owner wrote in the group: “File Verified papers this week. We pass Friday.” Sales sent a blue-badge poster and a neighbour “three weeks and you pass” screenshot. The store lead opened My Alibaba → Store → certification. The page was still empty. Finance spread the Hong Kong CI and the Chaozhou plant business licence on the desk. The addresses did not face.

Someone said change the company profile first so the plant would look real. Someone wanted “we pass this week” locked outside. Membership paid to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED does not buy an official pass day, and it does not fill an empty clip. Corpable Marketing Limited is not the inspector. We cannot file the papers.

How to self-check the nine on-site blocks: the 9-point checklist. Which tier to open after a failed audit: upgrade failed. Which tier to pick: Gold or Verified. The buyer walking in next week: buyer audit next week. Who the fee goes to: who to pay. Below is only this: this week’s papers are the certification-file papers that face store certification. The inspector report has not been produced. The visit day is still empty.

Whether this week’s papers are the certification file or a buyer walking in next week

Split two stacks first. I may visit next month is the buyer-walk axis — buyer audit next week. The owner’s “file Verified this week” is the certification-process axis — stay here. Two stacks in one clip will lock a date no one can face.

I may visit next month is not next week, and it is not Friday. Write visit not locked. Do not lock a visit day with a certification sentence. Do not write “we pass Verified Friday” as “welcome next month.” The two sentences merged, they will book a flight for Friday. Flight booked, the clip still missing a licence: the door faces empty.

The official intro writes the entry as store certification. It does not audit whether you wrote the buyer trip and the Verified booking as the same day. How-to-sell does not write a buyer visit as a pass. Sales staples the buyer original into the buyer axis. Merchandising staples the certification screenshot into the Verified axis. Finance must not look for a “double-audit rush fee.” There is no such row.

Stop: answering Are you Verified with a blue-badge poster. A poster is not a report. Stop: pasting a neighbour three-week legend into this thread. A legend is not an official day. There is no official pass day to copy. They asked for the audit report and the clip has none: write we do not have the report yet. Do not write we will pass this Friday.

The owner’s group “file it this week” is not a certification-page prompt. The group message may sit in the internal clip. It must not be pasted into the buyer thread. Pasted: a day already locked. Day locked and a file later missing, sales has no way back. The store lead splits the axis. Split, then open the membership order page and face which tier it writes.

The same buyer writes Are you Verified and send PI in one sentence: split first. The certification clip follows here. The template follows the PI page. Merged into one blue-badge poster plus an ungraded Word, date and margin lock together. Split them back onto this thread. Do not rush.

Whether the membership order page is Verified or Export Tong

Open My Alibaba → Orders or the membership contract — not the ads account. Face whether the then-current tier is Export Tong or Verified, whether a payment is outstanding, and whether an upgrade order exists. Tier not written: even an open certification page faces empty. A Chaozhou plate plant still on Export Tong: certification will say complete membership first. The prompt is there: return to the order. Do not lock Friday on an empty certification page.

Hong Kong-channel Export Tong is HKD 39,000. Verified is HKD 108,000. The upgrade gap follows the then-current back-office electronic agreement. Do not only subtract. An advisor account or a personal QR as payee: missing. Missing is not a certification appeal. Do not write unpaid as “papers already in review.”

How-to-sell writes membership and starting to sell. It does not audit whether your order is paid, and it does not write unpaid as already booked. The tier comparison: Gold or Verified. Here you only ask which tier the order page writes. Finance faces the order and the receipt. The store lead faces the tier name. Sales must not say “already in audit” while the order is unpaid.

Pending signature or pending pay: follow the then-current order’s wire name. The name must point at the official payee. Who the fee goes to: who to pay. Export Tong expired and Verified still in review: do not merge the two into “membership is fine.” Fine fills no tier cell. Tier empty: sales must not say a plant visit is already booked.

The order page writes Export Tong, the owner wants the Verified blue badge: face the tier first, then talk upgrade. No upgrade order: certification still faces the old tier. The old tier fills no Verified the buyer asked. Do not answer Do not send a Gold badge photo with an Export Tong badge photo. They already forbade the badge photo.

Finance writing an “unpassed rush certification fee” into the 10.5-inch plate unit: stop first. There is no such row. A rush channel does not buy the order axis, and it does not buy an official pass day. There is no official rush day to write.

Whether store certification is open

The official intro writes the entry as Store → certification. Open that page. Face pending fill, pending booking, pending supplement. Not opened and Friday locked outside: treat as an empty page. An empty page fills no pass sentence. On this Chaozhou thread the store lead opened it empty. Empty: face empty first. Do not change the welcome first.

Menu names follow the then-current back office. Cannot find it: do not treat a neighbour screenshot as this store’s entry. A neighbour is another store. Merchandising staples this store’s then-current screen into the clip. Date the screenshot. Next week’s handover needs to know which day’s screen it is. An undated screenshot is missing. Missing: you must not say outside that it was already filed.

The main account or an authorised merchandiser clicks. A sales sub-account will not open: treat as missing rights. Do not replace it with a warmer profile. Sub-account security is a neighbour. Here you only ask whether the certification page is there. The response lesson is Inquiry Quick Response Rate. The lesson is inquiry response. It does not prove a fast reply fills the certification page.

The page says complete membership first: return to the order. The two pages do not face: stop any “rush channel” outside the wire. A rush channel does not buy the order axis. A sub-account clicked submit and the main account opens certification with no record: treat as missing. Open the main account and face it again. A spoken “already filed” that lives only in a personal inbox is an empty clip.

If the then-current page wants a VR booking, merchandising writes the booking number. No number: do not change the profile to pretend it was already shot. The profile lesson does not prove copy equals already shot. How the site is shot: the 9-point checklist. Papers not complete: do not use the nine blocks as a public date.

The Hong Kong licence and the mainland plant licence are two files

A Hong Kong store plus a Chaozhou plant is often two licences. The Hong Kong CI and BR are one axis. The Chaozhou plant business licence is another. Only a Hong Kong secretarial address: the porcelain workshop the inspector wants faces empty. Finance already spread the two files on the desk, addresses did not face — face them first. Do not upload first.

Finance faces names and addresses on both files. Merchandising faces which pages the certification page wants uploaded. The store lead checks a secretarial photo was not used as the plant gate. A secretarial floor is not a kiln, and it is not the glaze line for a 10.5-inch plate. Whether a Hong Kong company can open is a neighbour. Here you only ask whether both files sit in the clip. Missing one: stop locking a pass day outside.

Which day licence validity runs to: merchandising writes it down. Expired licence: missing. Expired still uploaded: the page returns the file. Returned: do not say outside “the platform is blocking us.” Change to the then-current original first. A blurry scan, a missing chop, a missing annual-inspection page: missing. Finance must not treat a phone shot of a desk as the original. A desk shot fills no certification page. Which pages the page wants: then-current prompts govern. Do not invent how many pages you must hold.

The English name on the Hong Kong licence and the Chinese name on the Chaozhou licence: merchandising faces whether they are the same subject or already linked. They do not face: produce the linkage or OEM first. Do not invent a prettier English brand. Invented: the wrong name. Wrong name and wrong address are the same kind of wound.

A membership receipt does not prove the two licences already face. Receipts staple into the membership axis, not the certification clip. Mixed, finance treats the membership receipt as the licences already complete.

Which plant the linkage or OEM faces

A Hong Kong store that must point at a Chaozhou plant needs a then-current pointer: equity, a direct legal representative, or an exclusive-enough OEM/ODM. A spoken “our own plant” fills no certification page. The plant name and address on the agreement must be the 10.5-inch plate workshop certification will see this week. Agreement is the neighbour plant, certification writes this plant: wrong plant.

The upgrade-failed page writes how a trading firm hangs a partner plant. Here you first ask which plant the agreement faces. Finance or counsel produces the file. The floor names whether this plant will host an inspector. Sales must not rename the agreement as a prettier brand outside. Stop: an expired agreement. Stop: an LOI as the agreement. An LOI is not the file this page wants. Form follows the then-current certification prompt. Do not invent which template is required.

If the agreement is Chinese and the page wants an English name, merchandising faces the same plant’s English name. Do not invent a prettier Chaozhou Premium Tableware. Invented: the wrong name. Wrong name does not face the licence.

Several plants: point at the one building this week will see. Chaozhou has a glaze workshop, the next town has a decal workshop. Two uploaded at once with addresses that do not face: the page returns the file. Returned: do not say outside the platform is being difficult. Point at one building first. The floor writes it can host, then you point. A partner plant that will not host an inspector: stop the public date and read upgrade failed on whether to stay on Export Tong. Do not swap in a plant with no agreement. No agreement: wrong plant.

If the 10.5-inch plate is decaled at the neighbour and biscuit-fired here, write which building the inspector will see. Cannot write it: stop the submit click. The inspector arrives at the neighbour, the agreement writes this plant: three addresses face empty. Empty then rebooked, sales has no date it can lock.

Which plant the licence address faces

Licence address, agreement address, and the line the floor named must point at the same building. One empty: the certification supplement stops. One empty: a buyer visit walks the wrong door — that axis is buyer audit next week. This Chaozhou thread already does not face. It does not face: face it first. Do not upload the secretarial floor first.

If the company profile writes another showroom or a Guangzhou booth, face the certification clip first. Do not change the profile to look better. The profile lesson does not prove copy equals an address that already faces. How to change the storefront is a neighbour. Here you first hold the clip.

Merchandising faces the three places. Finance faces the licence original. The floor faces the gate number. The store lead checks the photo’s number is the licence number. The gate photo must be a door you can walk this week. An old fit-out or a moved site is the wrong building. A wrong-building photo sent to the inspector for a booking: they arrive, the door faces empty.

A rental room or a shared desk on the Hong Kong licence, the line in Chaozhou: write which building the inspector will see. Cannot write it: stop outside. A secretarial floor is not a kiln. Do not write the secretarial reception as the 10.5-inch plate workshop. Wrong building: later Verified and the books both face empty.

If night shift cannot open the glaze line, the floor writes which shift can. Sales must not say “visit any time.” Any time fills no shift cell. Shift empty: the booking day faces empty. A booking may schedule a line inside. Outside still replies no report if there is no report.

Whose drawer holds the original — a walk-through photo does not count

Whatever the certification page wants uploaded or shown on site: first find whose drawer holds the original, and which day validity runs to. Finance drawer, merchandising drawer, Chaozhou plant office drawer: write it down. Cannot write it: missing. Missing: do not click submit.

A walk-through photo does not count. Last week’s gate, kiln, and glaze-line shots from walking a customer through are a line clip for a buyer. They are not the licence original, and they are not the system-certificate original. A phone shot of a licence spread on a desk is also not the original. A blurry copy is missing. A desk shot fills no certification page.

If ISO or another system certificate must upload or be shown on site: whose drawer, which expiry. A system certificate does not fill a product cell — that is a neighbour. Here you only ask whether the original sits in the clip. BSCI or SMETA does not fill the Verified tier. Do not send a social-audit report to a buyer who asked for the Verified report. They want the audit report for this tier and the clip has no inspector report: reply none. Do not send BSCI as a stand-in.

Quality finds the original. Merchandising writes the file name and the expiry. Sales must not write “in process” as already held. How-to-sell does not audit the drawer. The official intro does not write a system certificate as a pass day. The certificate subject must point at the Hong Kong company or the linked Chaozhou plant. A dissolved old company is missing. Missing: change to the then-current subject first. Do not change the profile to pretend it still exists.

Whether a “tender only” watermark may upload follows the then-current prompt. No prompt: ask merchandising. Do not crop the watermark yourself. Cropped: altered. Altered is not something this thread can save. Which SKU a product certificate faces: the 10.5-inch plate food-contact file faces 10.5 inch. A neighbour soup-bowl file is the wrong grade. A wrong-grade certificate sent to a buyer who asked Verified will empty the later visit. They asked for the inspector report, not a food-contact file. The file may sit in the clip. The first sentence still answers whether the Verified report exists.

Product-certificate expiry: merchandising writes it down. Expired still hanging on the listing: take it down before the clip is discussed. The posting lesson does not prove hanging equals valid. Valid sits in the original’s date. Sales must not change an expiry date. Date-changed: missing.

The company profile is not the certification clip

PX1RS8S4 proves buyers read profile fields. It does not prove the profile already equals the certification clip. The profile writes Chaozhou, writes 10.5-inch plate, writes a kiln photo: certification can still be empty. An empty page fills no Are you Verified.

Someone said change the profile first so the plant would look real. The profile looks better, the licence address still does not face, the inspector still walks the licence. Face the clip first, then decide whether to change the profile. How to change the storefront is a neighbour. Here you do not use the profile as a stand-in for the certification clip.

An office photo on the company profile cannot be the certification cover for the Chaozhou plant. A cover that faces the wrong place is the same wound as a Verified address that does not face. An OEM plant that will not let you shoot nameplates: write “line yes, nameplate no.” A forced nameplate is a leak. The next day they may hold the goods. A nameplate shot is also not the licence original.

How-to-sell does not audit whether your profile wrote a full capacity sentence. The profile writes a monthly output, the inspector walks the floor. No site booked: do not lock the capacity sentence outside. Locked, the buyer will schedule their own order on that sentence. Order scheduled, the certification clip still missing an original.

The store lead checks two cells apart: whether the profile changed, whether the clip is complete. Profile changed, clip still empty: treat as clip empty. Clip empty: you must not say outside that it is already in review. Already in review, the buyer will stop sending. Stopped sending and your clip still empty: this thread can only admit which page you are still facing.

The audit report the buyer asked for has not been produced

The original: Send the audit report. The clip has no report issued by the inspector: write we do not have the report yet. Do not send a blue-badge poster. They already wrote Do not send a Gold badge photo. Send it again: a second badge photo.

A report can only exist after the inspector booked the site, walked the site, and issued a conclusion. Certification still empty: the report cannot sit in the clip. A neighbour “three weeks and you pass” screenshot is not a report. A self-check table is not a report. BSCI is not the Verified report. CE or a food-contact file is not the Verified report. The company profile is not a report.

They forward your clip or photos to an inspection firm and want a formal remote: the remote-audit neighbour. Do not write an inquiry clip as “audit already done.” We already passed video audit locks a pass. A person walking in next week, papers and route: buyer audit next week. They wrote I may visit next month: visit not locked. Do not lock a visit day with a report sentence.

A booking date already on the certification page is a booking date, not a pass day, and not a report. Sales must not copy the booking as a pass day to the buyer. A booking may schedule the glaze line inside. Outside still replies no report if there is no report. No dispatch yet: the mouth may only say which page we are facing.

Night shift chased for Are you Verified: still face the daytime screens in the clip. Clip empty: night shift may only reply no report. It may not lock Friday. It may not send a poster. Locked: a public wrong admission. Wrong admission, the store lead has no way back in the morning. The handover note writes whether night shift locked a day, and whether a poster went out as a stand-in for the report.

Do not lock a pass day outside

The owner’s original: we pass Friday. Certification empty: Friday fills no certification page. The official intro does not give you a pass day you can promise outside. How-to-sell does not write a blue-badge poster as certification already filed. No official pass day: do not lock one.

The main account or an authorised merchandiser clicks certification. Finance clicks the order and the wire. Sales only replies this thread’s original: whether a report exists, whether papers are still being supplemented. The owner must not demand sales lock Friday or three weeks outside. The ads account must not add budget for a pass. Finance must not write an “unpassed activation fee” into the unit. Changing the day is not supplementing a file.

A booking date on the certification page: the line may be scheduled inside. Outside still replies no report if there is no report. Booking copied as a pass day: they will wait for the blue badge on that day. Badge does not come: Are you Verified comes again, this time with I may visit next month stacked on top.

Monday review finds last week locked Friday outside and the clip still misses a licence: pull the date back before anyone supplements. Date not pulled, every mail this week will talk the old Friday. The old Friday is not an official day. No official day is written here. Clip missing: stop the date first.

A new salesperson reads the clip first: order tier, then-current certification screen, two licences, linkage or OEM, three addresses, whose drawer holds the original, whether the buyer original has a report. No seven screens: the mouth may only say which page we are facing, not which day we pass. Night shift, clip empty: may only reply no report.

If ads bought Verified factory on the 10.5-inch plate, stop the word first, then face the clip. Word and clip do not face: they will demand the report on the ad sentence. Week-one P4P is a neighbour. Here you only need this thread not dragged dead by an ad sentence.

A missing file: stop the submit click

The clip is missing the Hong Kong licence, missing the Chaozhou plant licence, missing linkage or OEM, missing an address that faces, or missing an original: stop the submit click. The page will return the file. Returned: do not say outside the platform is blocking us. Return to the missing file. How many files the then-current certification page wants: follow the prompt. Do not invent how many you must hold before a booking.

The store lead faces tier and entry. Finance faces the order and the two licences. Merchandising faces the certification page and file names. The floor faces plant and line. Sales replies whether a report exists. Split the buyer axis from the Verified axis first, then click the page that faces. Missing: stop submit, stop the public date. What Verified needs this week is often an empty clip still locking a day outside, not a welcome that was not warm enough.

A sub-account clicked submit and the main account opens with no record: treat as missing. A spoken “already filed” that lives only in a personal inbox is an empty clip. Spoken filed fills no certification page. Certification has no pending-review record: treat as not filed. Not filed: you must not say outside that it is already in review.

A partner plant that will not host an inspector: stop the submit click, stop the public date, and read the upgrade page on whether to stay on Export Tong. Do not swap in a plant with no agreement. No agreement: wrong plant. Wrong plant, three addresses do not face. Submit anyway: the page still returns the file.

Review keeps: order tier, then-current certification screen, two licences, linkage or OEM, three addresses, whose drawer holds the original, whether the buyer original has a report. Missing one, the handover person will lock Friday again. The store lead’s week review faces these screens, not who wrote the warmer script. Screens complete: this thread stops. Screens incomplete: stop submit, stop the date.

An advisor faces only the then-current screens in your clip, not a spoken “should be soon.” Should is not the original. An advisor does not upload, does not change an inspector conclusion, and does not guarantee a pass this week.

The official intro does not lock a pass rate

The seller-blog page proves the Verified tier has a third-party site visit and the entry is store certification. It does not prove your empty clip is already complete. It does not lock a pass rate. It does not lock a pass day. It does not audit whether a secretarial floor can replace a kiln. How-to-sell proves membership and starting to sell. It does not audit the original drawer. PX1RS8S4 proves buyers read the profile. It does not prove the profile equals the certification clip. All three pages open, you still face the paper yourself.

There is no pass rate to write. There is no “usually how many weeks” to write. If the number is not in the then-current back office, do not write it. A neighbour three-week legend is not a back-office number. A blue-badge poster is not a back-office number. Friday in the owner’s group is not a back-office number.

How to self-check the nine on-site blocks: the 9-point checklist. Papers complete and a site booked: then read the checklist. Papers incomplete: the checklist fills no certification page. How-to-sell does not split these two pages for you. They want a report and the clip has none: reply no report. Do not send the self-check table as a stand-in. The self-check table is for you. It is not the inspector’s report.

Failed, whether to open Export Tong first, how to read the gap: upgrade failed. Papers not complete: first stop locking a pass outside. Merged into “we failed and we still pass this week”: mixed axes. The order page still Export Tong and certification not opened: you are still here. Do not use the upgrade page’s gap story to push sales into a public promise. The store lead changes page. Finance faces whether the order tier moved. Sales must not announce an upgrade themselves.

A blue-badge poster plus Friday already left: the next sentence may only unbundle — poster void, pass day pending papers, we do not have the report yet, and ask whether they still want to see which Chaozhou building. They still only want the report, two rounds still Are you Verified: stop adding a date, move to the quote close on the no-order page. You stop the no-paper date, not the reply.

Conditions follow the store certification that opened on 2026-10-14 and this thread’s original. The original wants the audit report: the clip must hold the inspector’s report. It does not: reply none. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED. The receipt does not cover the Chaozhou 10.5-inch plate workshop address already facing, and it does not cover a report already in the clip. An advisor faces only tier, certification page, two licences, the agreement, addresses, and the original drawer. Missing file: stop submit first. An advisor does not file, and does not guarantee a pass this week.

Questions teams actually ask

They write Are you Verified. May I send a blue-badge poster first?

No. They already wrote Do not send a Gold badge photo. The clip has no inspector report: write we do not have the report yet. A poster is not a report. Friday fills no certification page.

Are the 9-point checklist, the upgrade-failed page, and buyer-in-next-week the same stack?

No. The nine blocks are what an on-site inspector checks. The upgrade page is which tier to open after a failed audit. Buyer-in is which door a person walks next week. Here you only gather the certification-file papers that face store certification. Two stacks stapled will lock a date no one can face.

The official intro writes a third-party site visit. Do we pass this week?

That page writes Verified starts in My Alibaba store certification and a third party books the site. It does not lock a pass rate, and it does not give you a pass day you can promise outside. Certification still empty: Friday is a public wrong admission.

The profile lesson wants a complete profile. Does a warmer profile equal a complete certification clip?

The lesson writes that buyers read profile fields. It does not prove the profile already equals the certification clip. Licence, linkage or OEM, and the plant original must still point at the same building. A prettier profile can leave certification empty.

One licence is missing. May I click submit to catch Friday?

A missing file: stop the submit click. The page will return the file. Returned: do not say outside the platform is blocking us. Change to the then-current original first. Corpable cannot file the papers, and cannot guarantee a pass this week. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
