Bottom line:

  • This week lock whether this booking sells a frame, a stock lens, or a pair already edged to prescription. The Danyang city intro writes the city as a “glasses capital,” names frames beside optical glass and resin lenses, and writes an optometry cluster in the manufacturing paragraph. Titles sit in the background. Do not invent output shares.
  • The Rx path is locked only when someone receives it. Sphere, cylinder, axis, PD, frame size — missing one line, do not open edging. The intro also writes a glasses-city district — urban arrangement, not this lens line.
  • Wenzhou Ouhai quotes frame material and town shops — see the Wenzhou paper. Do not paste that into a Danyang Rx box. Shanghai Port only decides the sailing.

A UK optician posts an empty frame and an Rx sheet back to Danyang: “Frame SKU DY-8821 from your frame plant. RX lenses -1.25 / -1.50 cyl, PD 64. Who edges and fits THIS pair? Do not send a plano stock lens. HK invoice OK.” Sales returns a glasses-city hall, a Hong Kong PI and a box of uncut stock lenses: “Danyang source, frame and lens one body, any power.” The buyer asks which licence made the frame, which made the lens, and who faces the PD. Sales copies the hall stall number into the manufacturer box.

The frame plant says only empty frames leave this week; the lens still waits on index at another name. The lens plant says the Rx has no PD and cannot open edging. Finance wants a “glasses-capital certification fee” in the unit price as officially required. Membership wired to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED will not buy Rx lines and will not buy an edging work order.

Do not answer with “Danyang glasses can all be filled.” Name in writing: frame, stock lens or Rx-finished pair; who receives the Rx; whether the audit walks a frame line or a lens line. How Wenzhou quotes Ouhai frames is on the Wenzhou paper — another city’s frame-material path. Do not stick town-shop talk on this Danyang Rx. Origin is on China goods are not Hong Kong origin. Below follows frame or lens, and who receives the Rx.

Does this booking sell an empty frame, a stock lens, or a pair already edged to prescription

Hong Kong-channel sellers quoting Danyang metal frames, acetate, resin lenses or Rx-finished pairs most often get asked how far this pair has travelled. Empty frame, uncut stock lens, already edged to Rx — three steps, not one confirmation. Ask the plant which step this booking sells.

Reply in full sentences: “Contract seller is the Hong Kong company; this booking sells an empty frame, an uncut stock lens, or a pair already fitted to Rx; frame licence, lens licence, and a third line if edging sits elsewhere. Do not write ‘Danyang frame and lens one body.’”

The intro names frames beside optical glass and resin lenses — two lines in one city. Side-by-side is not “one plant.” Writing “glasses capital” into the manufacturer box leaves the broker unable to find frame or lens.

The plant mail should not only say “need Danyang source.” Write: “Please reply in writing: empty frame, stock lens or Rx-finished pair; frame work-order; lens work-order; edging work-order if already cut. A hall try-on photo is not enough.”

Do not put plano stock lenses and Rx lenses on one confirmation without a split page. You can share a container. You cannot merge the Rx into one pair. If you cannot explain the powers, keep them off this PI.

A Hong Kong company as contract seller does not make that company the Rx receiver. Titles are on document titles. Split the seller box from the Rx box.

If the inquiry is only a frame SKU, with no “do you need lenses,” ask which step this booking sells. Quoting a “whole-pair price” before that question means edging day will argue missing lens versus missing frame.

On the packing list, split the frame SKU and the lens-bag number onto two lines. Empty frames leaving the carton: write “no lens on this booking” in the bag box. Rx-finished pairs: the bag number must face this receipt page. Merging both as one “glasses” description means the broker asks whether an Rx is in first.

Who receives the Rx, who edges, who faces the PD

What stalls a Danyang carton is rarely “no lens in the city.” It is an Rx missing one line that already went to the edger. Do not invent process fees or fines.

Ask for a written Rx receipt: sphere, cylinder, axis, PD, right/left, frame bridge and eye size. Missing PD or eye shape, the lens plant cannot cut on “about this power.” Sales writing “our experience” into the unit price does not load the edger. The machine reads numbers.

Who receives the Rx: lens-plant process, the buyer’s optician, or a trading-house salesperson — write the name and the role. A WeChat “PD 64-ish” is not a receipt. Without writing, write that this Rx path has no one who accepts it yet.

The lens-plant mail: “Please reply in writing: which Rx lines are in; which line is missing; which work order holds the edging; who faces PD after fitting. An empty-frame photo is not enough.”

Progressives, blue-filter coats and tints are not the same path as single-vision clear. You can share a container. You cannot merge the Rx page. If you cannot explain the corridor, keep it off this confirmation.

A consigned frame edged in Danyang still needs the frame size on the Rx page. Eye shape that does not face the lens plant’s stock former stops first. Consigned frame SKU, eye size, who stores it — on an attachment.

Finance should not write an “optometry-cluster certification fee” into the unit price. The cluster name in the intro is a city introduction, not a fee to take an Rx. Edging, coating and fitting go as contract line items, labelled as process quotes, not an official Rx price. There is no site-wide Danyang prescription official fee.

What the optician wants back is not a hall selfie. Return a set: a copy of the written Rx receipt, the edging work-order number, and the post-fit PD check. If the check is missing, write that no one has faced the PD yet. Do not announce “already glazed.”

Split the frame licence from the lens licence — do not merge “Danyang glasses factory”

A frame plant can sign the empty frame and a lens plant can ship the stock lens. The two licences can both exist. Reply in lines: frame licence full name and domicile; lens licence full name and domicile; a third line if edging sits elsewhere.

The commercial-invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company; fields follow 141.86. Origin stays China and follows the frame or lens city. Do not change origin to “Glasses City” because the hall sits in that district.

If the trading house only inquires and arranges despatch, keep it out of the manufacturer box. Manufacturer follows the frame or lens name. The trading house appears as seller or notify party — write the role.

A Gold-Supplier audit on a frame line is not automatically this Rx lens. A lens-plant change is a work-order change and often an index change. Ask whether this booking is still the signed lens name.

Situ, the development zone, the city district — write the licence domicile. Do not rewrite every plate as “Danyang Glasses City” because it is easier to remember. The buyer asks for the door plate.

Do not write “Danyang Glasses City stall …” in the manufacturer box. A stall number finds the hall, not a casting or moulding gate. Frame goes to the frame-plant domicile; lens goes to the lens-plant domicile. If both must be audited, book two days.

Walk the frame line or the lens line — do not write a glasses-city hall

When the buyer writes “audit in Danyang,” split whether they want a hall try-on, frame moulding or polish, or lens casting, coating or edging. Three gates are not one. “Danyang can be audited” is no reply.

Write one address per day. If this booking audits the frame, that day’s walk is the frame licence domicile. If it audits the lens or the edger, walk the lens plant. Do not write a half-day hall try-on as the audit. The buyer who steps out of the car will ask which line holds the Rx work order.

Bring three physical items that day: this frame or lens work order, the written Rx receipt if lenses are already in, and an in-process frame or uncut lens. If the inspector asks for PD, you can face the receipt page on the spot. If you cannot, stop on that item; do not drive to the hall for a shelf photo.

If the interpreter is hall reception, they can lead the way. They cannot receive an Rx. Reception goes on the itinerary, not in the Rx box.

The plant mail for the audit: “Please reply in writing: frame line or lens line that day; work-order number; whether this in-process work can be seen. Do not write a hall stall number into the reply.”

Write the itinerary in three lines for the driver: date; Danyang licence domicile; frame or lens. The glasses city and the lens plant are not one ride. If the buyer comes from Nanjing or Shanghai, name the drop-off. Do not write “Danyang is all close.”

Change index or coating — do not retitle the old lens number as this pair

Index from 1.56 to 1.67, or one added coat, means the stock lens changed. The old bag number belongs to the last pair. Writing “only the coat changed” as no need to reopen will fail when inspection faces the bag parameters first.

Tint, photochromic or blue-filter is a possible new lens number first. Name in writing whether this booking is still the same lens number. If it is not, write that this pair has no lens facing the parameters yet.

If the sample is a hall plano try-on frame and bulk is Rx-edged, the two sets must be explainable. A try-on proves eye shape. It will not fill an Rx. Write whether the sample was an empty frame or already glazed.

Do not share one retitled report across sunglass function lenses and Rx minus lenses. Use and parameters differ. One class, one list. If a class is missing, write that this class is not ready.

An RFQ that says “Danyang glasses, any RX, HK seller” is split first by which Rx lines you can collect. Quote the step you can collect. Cut powers you cannot explain, then price.

Before this booking leaves, sales faces five papers: frame, stock lens or finished pair; frame licence; lens licence; written Rx receipt (finished pairs only); edging work order. If one is missing, write which one. Do not announce a release date first.

Shanghai Port goes on the bill of lading, not in the Rx box

A Hong Kong company can invoice, Danyang can make the frame or the lens, Shanghai or Ningbo can sail — all three at once. Load port is not origin and is not a PD. How Ningbo quotes a sailing is on the Ningbo paper.

FOB Shanghai, CIF London, EXW Danyang warehouse — three terms, three delivery points. Do not write “we deliver in Danyang” as “we deliver at the port” without naming the warehouse. Export papers are on the export documents checklist.

If the buyer wants a warehouse address, return the actual despatch warehouse — not a glasses-city unloading aisle. Name which warehouse the packing video was shot in. The video should show this work order; a finished pair should show the Rx pouch or bag parameters.

If the outer carton prints the Hong Kong English name, do not print Made in Hong Kong. Do not print a hall stall number as the lens-plant address.

Finance should not write a “glasses-city district certification fee” into the unit price. There is no site-wide official price. The membership receipt does not go into the Rx pack.

Corpable can sit with you on frame licence, lens licence and whether the Rx lines are complete. We do not take prescriptions, we do not edge, and we do not guarantee an audit or entry. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.

Questions teams actually ask

A frame tried in a glasses-city hall — can the manufacturer be written as a Danyang lens plant?

Not by default. The hall proves you saw this frame. The manufacturer box needs the licence that did the origin work: frame plant for the frame, lens plant for the lens, a third name if edging sits elsewhere. The city intro writes Danyang as a glasses capital — background, not this plant.

The buyer sent powers only, no PD and no frame measurements. Can we open edging?

No. The Rx path must collect sphere/cylinder/axis, PD and frame size. Missing one line, edging stops first. Writing “Danyang can fill any Rx” into the unit price does not load the edger. The lens plant reads numbers, not a verbal can-do.

Can a Wenzhou Ouhai frame coating report be written as a Danyang Rx-finished pair?

No. Write the city that did the work. Wenzhou’s paper quotes frame material inside a shoes-valves-glasses split. This Danyang booking first locks frame or lens, and who receives the Rx. Do not swap door plates. How Wenzhou is quoted is on the Wenzhou paper.

Frame in one plant, lens in another, edging in a third — who is the manufacturer?

Manufacturer follows the step that conferred origin; name all three. Walk the step the buyer asked to see. Merging three names as “one Danyang glasses factory” means the driver asks frame line or lens line first.

Shanghai Port is easier to book. Can origin be written as the port?

No. The port appears as load port on the bill of lading. Origin follows the frame, lens or edging city. The Rx box does not take a quay. The invoice seller can be the Hong Kong company.

Can Corpable take an Rx, edge a lens, or guarantee an audit?

We do not take prescriptions, we do not edge, and we do not guarantee an audit or entry. An advisor can sit with you on frame licence, lens licence and whether the Rx lines are complete. Membership still goes to ALIBABA.COM HONG KONG LIMITED.
