Key takeaways:

  • Free accounts get 20 daily credits every 24 hours. The timer starts at first use. After you run out, credits refill in 24 hours. Unused credits do not roll over.
  • New accounts also get a one-time 500 Credits bonus, valid for 7 days, separate from Daily Credits.
  • If the daily quota is gone: wait 24 hours or upgrade. If you still have quota but see a limit error: switch models. Web and desktop share one credit pool.

Finance asks how many credits you get per day and what happens when they run out. Ops asks whether a heavy model will burn the pool in one afternoon. This page follows Accio’s official “Credits & Limits” help article. Channel enterprise packs (AWB) are a different product. This article only covers Accio’s Free / Pro / Elite / Ultra credits. For enterprise packs, see /pricing.

1. What this page answers

You should be able to tell a teammate: how much quota is left today, which models cost more, and whether an error means “wait” or “switch model.” Trust the quota indicator at the bottom-left of the client and the official help page.

Source: Accio Work Credits & Limits. If labels on your screen differ, follow the page you have open.

2. Free: 20 credits and the 24-hour clock

  • Every account gets 20 daily credits every 24 hours.
  • The timer starts at your first use, not at midnight.
  • After credits run out, they auto-refill 24 hours later.
  • Unused credits do not carry into the next period.

So a short morning session and a long afternoon session share the same 20 inside one 24-hour window. Do not budget as if leftover daily credits stack.

3. New-account 500: separate from Daily

New users also get a one-time 500 Credits reward, valid for 7 days. Official text: this bonus pool is separate from Daily Credits and can be used freely inside the 7-day window.

PoolAmountHow it refillsRollover
Daily (Free)20 / 24 hoursRefills 24 hours after depletionNo rollover
New-user bonusOne-time 500Usable within 7 days of grantExpires; not merged into Daily

In the first days, do not burn the 500 on many parallel heavy-model jobs. Prove the workflow on Auto or a light model first. For saving tips, see how to stretch Accio Work credits.

4. Subscription plan facts

Subscription credits sit on top of the free allowance and use the same credit system as daily credits.

PlanMonthly subscription creditsDaily base credits
FreeNone20/day
Pro4,000/month30/day
Elite20,000/month50/day
Ultra40,000/month100/day

Corpable’s AWB packs (2999 / 5900 / 29500 USD per year) are channel enterprise packs. Do not merge them into the Free/Pro/Elite/Ultra table. Compare enterprise packs on pricing.

5. What burns credits faster

Official factors:

  • Model choice: premium models cost more; Auto is more cost-efficient.
  • Task complexity: longer context and harder tasks burn faster.
  • Tool calls: more tool use costs more.
  • Parallel tasks: running several tasks at once drains the daily quota faster.

In practice, three parallel “search RFQs + long quotes” jobs burn a daily pool faster than one short store report.

6. Model multiplier table

From the official per-model credit costs:

ModelCredits cost
Auto1x
Gemini 3 Flash1.5x
Claude Sonnet 4.62x–2.5x
Claude Opus 4.63x–4x
Gemini 3.1 Pro2x–2.5x
GPT-5.23x–4x
GPT-5.43x–4x
MiniMax M2.51x
Qwen 3 Max1x
Qwen 3.6 Plus1.5x
GLM-52x–2.5x
Kimi K2.52x–2.5x

Auto uses the same Credits system and picks a suitable model. Use Auto for drafts and daily reports; switch to higher multipliers for formal quotes and complex analysis.

7. Higher-quality model 3-hour window

Higher-quality models are capped in a rolling 3-hour window by plan:

PlanHigher-quality model limit
FreeNot available
Pro50 uses / 3 hours
Elite150 uses / 3 hours
UltraUnlimited higher-quality model use

If Free users cannot open a higher-quality model, that is a plan limit, not a broken account.

8. Quota errors: two failure paths

When you see rate limited or model access limited, separate these cases:

CaseMeaningWhat to do
Daily quota actually used upCredits for this period are goneWait 24 hours or upgrade
Quota left, model under high loadTemporary capacity issue on that modelSwitch to another model and retry

Official order:

  1. Check the bottom-left quota indicator.
  2. If quota remains, switch models.
  3. If it still fails, retry later.

Do not upgrade the moment an error appears. Confirm “truly empty” vs “this model is busy.”

9. Web, desktop, WeChat, DingTalk

  • Web Accio credits and Accio Work credits are shared. Plan upgrades and downgrades are handled on web.
  • Binding WeChat or DingTalk does not add extra credit cost. Credits follow model calls and task complexity only.

One account on web and desktop shares one pool. Two clients do not mean two sets of 20.

10. Who clicks: finance / ops / owner

RoleWhat they clickWhat they should not click alone
OpsDaily tasks, model choice, quota indicatorPaid plan upgrades without approval
FinanceWhether to upgrade, enterprise pack vs self-serve, web billingChat screenshots as invoices
OwnerWhether Free trial days are enough; Pro / Elite / enterprise packLetting a new hire burn the 500 bonus in one parallel burst

11. First few days: a trial run

  1. Day 1: Auto only. One store report or short RFQ list. Note how much the quota indicator moved.
  2. Days 2–3: Rerun the same task once on a 1.5x model. Compare quality and cost. Do not open three parallel jobs.
  3. Days 4–7: While the 500 bonus window is open, run one real formal task (for example a quote draft). Keep the stop line: draft first; no auto-send or auto price change.
  4. Before day 7 ends: decide if 20/day fits the team. Only then talk upgrade or a channel enterprise pack.

Scheduled tasks also spend credits. Before daily reports or RFQ pushes, read Accio scheduled tasks and put stop conditions in the prompt.

12. How this ties to RFQ and the trade assistant

Scheduled RFQ pushes from the trade assistant and nine-section quotes from the RFQ Assistant use the same Credits. Settle credits before automations, or tasks will stall on quota the next morning. RFQ choice: Accio for RFQ. Inquiry reply path: how to reply to inquiries.

13. Quick stuck points

  • Expecting unused daily credits to stack — they do not.
  • Treating the 500 bonus as a monthly allotment — it is one-time, 7 days.
  • Mixing AWB enterprise numbers into Free/Pro — different products.
  • Quota left but errors persist — switch models first, not upgrade first.

Questions we get

Do Free’s 20 credits refresh at midnight?

No. The timer starts at first use. You get 20 every 24 hours. After depletion, refill takes 24 hours. Unused credits do not roll over.

Can I add the new-user 500 on top of daily 20 as one balance?

They are separate pools. The 500 is a one-time bonus valid 7 days, separate from Daily Credits.

If daily quota is gone, must I upgrade?

You can wait 24 hours or upgrade. If the indicator still shows quota but access is limited, switch models first.

Do web and desktop each get their own 20?

No. Web and desktop credits are shared. Binding WeChat or DingTalk does not add extra credit cost.

Is Corpable’s AWB the same as Accio Pro?

No. AWB (2999/5900/29500 USD/year) is a channel enterprise pack on /pricing. This article covers only Accio’s Free/Pro/Elite/Ultra help-center plans.
